Beautiful Old Horse Barn
The Vintage Barn is a beautiful old horse barn that has been refurbished. It sits on a 365 acre horse farm in the heart of Horse Country. Chandeliers and Edison string bulb lighting make the barn glow inside and out! We have farmhouse tables that reach from end to end in the center of the barn. There are also round tables and folding chairs or you can choose the handpicked antique mismatched chairs for your guests! Unique sitting areas with beautiful victorian furniture and loft areas are perfect for sipping bourbon or chatting with old friends. The cottage is attached and has two bathrooms, a bridal suite and grooms quarters! The round barn is just outside the barn and is the perfect place for cocktails and dancing! Come see us! You will fall in love! Again!

Everyone should know about this venue! Not only is it stunning, but the decor is all included in the price. You meet with the wedding planners multiple times to talk about your vision and select what options you want to use for tables and aisle decor. The head coordinator was a blessing, we had such a cold, rainy fall day for our wedding and she handled all the changes beautifully (everything was supposed to be outside, and we had to move it all into the barn, and it took less than 20 minutes). Also, she made a new bustle on my dress after it was ripped out when someone stepped on the dress!The Vintage barn is spacious and there's 2 outside options for ceremony spaces, 2 dance floor options, the bridal suite is huge! I just so happy we found this venue!

My granddaughterâs wedding was the past weekend, Sept 16, 2023 at Merefield Farm, The Lily Barn Words canât begin to express how beautiful and amazing it was. Missy and her staff at Merefield are the Best of the Best! I knew the first time we met Missy, everything would be perfect and it was! From the early planning through Savannahsâ big day , Missy gave perfection! The venue in itself is absolutely stunning, with acres upon beautiful acres of land where their gorgeous horses reside, to the field of cool Texas Longhorns!Of course then , above all, you have Missy and her staff, making the brideâs dreams of what her wedding will look like come true, it doesnât get any better!!! The decorations was everything Savannah dreamed of and more! Their personalities just radiate positivity and happiness throughout. You may come as strangers but you become family. Laura was Savannahâs wedding planner/coordinator working along side Missy and she was the best! Never missed a beat keeping our crazy bunch on schedule! I have also never seen such a large decorationâs inventory at one venue. You can pick and chose to use from the inventory there or use your on. I would and will be recommending the Merefield Farms Venue for the smallest intimate wedding to the big weddings ! Missy and staff are The Best!!

Our day was made the most magical event by Missy (owner) and the amazing team at Merefield Farm! Our wedding planner, Morgan Hamilton, helped every step of the way, and there were a few changes to our original thoughts, and she made sure everything pan out exactly how we desired. Our wedding day could not have happened so beautifully without all of their help! The Miller's would HIGHLY recommend this venue and staff for anyone's Big Day! My mother was so excited that she could simply enjoy, rather than having to worry about all the moving parts. Missy and her Team made everything work as seamlessly as possible, and I am pretty sure that Morgan has a gift from God for dealing with children. Every one of our flower girls and ring bearers (all family) walked and did such an amazing job! Our biggest thanks and appreciation to the best venue in Kentucky!! Thank you all for the gift you give of a perfect setting! Also, the weather was a blessing from the Lord above, a beautiful 83 degrees with the BIG beautiful puffy clouds, a good breeze, and all the family and friends!Thank you Merefield Farm for putting on the best wedding we could have ever dreamt of!!!!

The venue is stunning, the location is gorgeous and the details are spot on vintage and KY! My guests loved everything about our reception and the location! Missy was very sweet and really cares for the brides. My hiccups were a few miscommunications about scheduling meetings; and the day of the reception, I had a new coordinator that I had not met and she had to ask questions about how the flow of the event should be to where I didn't get to enjoy getting ready and the venue as much as I had hoped beforehand. I would have loved to have had those conversations the day before or earlier in the week. She was also unaware of some stipulations such as having dogs on leashes and venue lights turned off by midnight and stated we could stay as long as we wanted. The coordinator did end up doing very well with the info she had and was very nice and helpful. We had also been told we could camp out and hang out by the fire without any worries of time but was then told to leave the venue right at 12 by the clean up crew. Day of communication lacked between all involved which caused me and my husband to be a bit more overwhelmed than we had hoped to be. The Vintage Barn is a great venue and would still recommend but with better consistency of coordinators and communication between everyone.

This venue was my absolute dream come true from the moment I walked in and saw the venue I felt at home and at peace. Being born and raised in the heart of Kentucky there was nothing I wanted more than a classic, southern, Kentucky wedding. Missyâs attention to detail was outstanding. From the big details like the ceremony all the way to the pink bow napkins and flower horse crown Missy made all the details come to fruition. Not only was Missy amazing- but her dream team of girls. They were absolutely precious and knocked it out of the park! The organization and care they poured into every appointment didnât go unnoticed. The barn was exquisite in every dreamy way possible. I was a May 2023 bride and I cannot recommend the vintage barn at merefield farm enough. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to get married here. It was an absolute DREAM of mine. To say that my dream came true AND that it was EXACTLY everything I had ever wanted, I could not be a happier bride. I still talk about just how perfect our day was. Missy and her girls worked with me so well and I go to school out of state (I was raised locally though). They went out of their way to make sure that the little hiccups that happened throughout the day, they took care of. I had no idea until the next day! The venue is stunning, the decor is breathtaking, and did I said before that Missy and her girls were AMAZING!? I 10000% recommend this venue. It was truly so special and wonderful that even almost a month later, I am still talking about how perfect it was.

They also helped to remove a lot of the stress where everyone could enjoy the special day. My husband and I went to visit this venue in 2020 and knew immediately that it was where we wanted to be married. The barns are ridiculously beautiful as well as the land. Missy and her team are filled with ideas and kindness. They truly go above and beyond to make your wedding day exactly as youâve always imagined!! Even the couple hiccups we had, Missy was able to make our day so much better than we had envisioned. She is so personal and makes sure every detail is how you want it. Her team works so hard to ensure everything is beautiful and set up down to the smallest things! I cannot express our thanks enough to Missy and her team. Wow what an experience for proud Grandparents from the UK. The setting was totally unique and the barn was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, even down to heaters and blankets for a late November Wedding. This Wedding was supposed to take place in August but unfortunately due to Covid, travel and various restrictions had to be delayed. Missy went to a great deal of trouble to help the happy couple fulfil there dream at short notice.Thank you so much Missy and your staff for making our Grandson and his Wifeâs Wedding Reception such a beautiful memorable day for all concerned

Itâs hard to find the words to describe how much of an honor and privilege it was to have our wedding reception at this wonderful venue. But I will try!â¨â¨My now wife and I have had a rough engagement to say the least. Gracie (my wife) and I met whilst I was studying abroad at UK. I am originally from the UK (confusing, I know.) We got engaged the summer of 2020, with the plans to get married in August of 2021. We started looking into reception venues with the vision of partying in a barn after our wedding ceremony. Thatâs when we first came across this stunning venue and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Missy. From the moment we met Missy we were instantly at ease, she is one of the most friendly, hard working and caring people you will ever meet. From our first conversation we knew we had found the perfect spot of our reception. We arrived unannounced to the barn where we found Missy working hard with her team to set up for a wedding that evening, even though she was busy, she took time out and showed us around every inch of the barn, which we were amazed at! It is located on a working horse farm in the middle of horse country, it is truly beautiful. If you are an animal lover, the barn is surrounded by horse pastures where you could make a new friend if you have a treat! After that meeting, we started the ball rolling at booking the barn for our August date! We were so excited!â¨â¨Then, I left to go back to the UK. Unfortunately, due to COVID, increased wait times for US visas, and a year apart from my fiancĂŠ, August 2021 came and I was still in the UK, my visa hadnât arrived. Telling Missy we had to cancel was heartbreaking for us as all Gracie and I wanted was to be married. We called expecting for Missy to tell us we had lost our deposit and there was nothing she could do, however we couldât have been further from the truth. Missy immediately told us that no matter what, she will make it her personal mission to make sure we have our perfect reception at the barn, no matter when we reschedule. She showed nothing but kindness and was so understanding! â¨â¨My visa FINALLY arrived at the end of August, which meant one thing, we had less than 3 months to plan and execute a wedding!! Understandably, every single one of our previous vendors were fully booked for our new date, so we had to (very stressfully) find and rebook all new people, except for one⌠The second we called Missy to explain we had our visa, she dropped everything she was doing to open up her calendar to squeeze us in the schedule for our new date. Gracie and I were so happy as we were really looking forward to using the barn. â¨â¨Those 3 months went by in a flash, I arrived in the US and Gracie and I got married!! The reception at the barn was nothing short of breathtaking. One of the first things people would say to us, after âcongratulationsâ was how stunning the barn was. Every single detail was perfect. Missy really outdone herself and went above and beyond to make our evening perfect. â¨â¨If you are looking for a place to get married, party the night away and really experience true southern charm, I couldnât recommend The Vintage Barn at Merefield Farm strongly enough. Missy became our 3rd Mom, she would regularly check-up on us as we would with her. She allows the couples to come and go for visits to the farm (as long as there isn't a wedding), and her pricing is not for personal gain. I truly believe Missy just wants to help make magical weddings happen at her barn, and could care less about the money! On the day of, she becomes your wedding coordinator. Handling your vendors, organization of the decor, bridal parties, families, etc. She really does it all. And I couldn't say enough about her helping team as well. They never asked a question or batted an eye if we asked for something or had a request. They made us feel like we had an army at our side to ensure our ceremony and reception went as smoothly as possible. If I could live in that day forever I would, and I wouldn't choose anywhere but here. Thank you Missy, and thank you to her team. We'll be back for other events!

Missy and her staff went above and beyond to make my wedding absolutely beautiful and ensure the day ran smoothly. The entire property has so much versatility and character throughout it. There are now two different wedding venues you can choose from, it is all surrounded by black plank fences with horses, and there is an array of decor and linens to choose from that can fit any type of bride you are! I was very nervous in the beginning because the venue was not fully finished when I booked my wedding day, but it has turned out wonderful. PLEASE see Google for the full review.Regrettably, I am leaving a critical review of our wedding venue after the venue owner chose escalate and contract dispute by verbally attacking, and personally insulting my mother-in-law on the day of our wedding in front of guests. (Early July 2021).Critical issues:1.\tMissy (the venue owner) despite numerous meetings had the wrong table layout in her notes, fortunately we caught this and she removed it from our file-it was from another wedding. 2.\tWe elected at the start to have a rehearsal dinner at the venue at 6:30pm on Friday the evening before our wedding and asked Missy to be there for the rehearsal for ~15-20 minutes. This was discussed several times with witnesses. At ~5pm the day of the rehearsal she texted us and asked if we could start rehearsal early because she and her staff had plans. We politely said no as most people were travelling +2hrs away and wouldnât arrive until 6pm. She claimed out rehearsal was at 4:30pm (on a work day!) which is incorrect and most likely a lie. Rather than accept her apparent mistake she repeatedly tried to speak with several of us about moving it again once we were on site. She guilt tripped several of us saying her family was waiting for her and that her staff had other plans. Iâm sorry, but we paid several thousand dollars and a wedding is a once in a lifetime event and we donât need the person we paid to make things more difficult especially when this was clearly agreed to beforehand. 4.\tMy expectation of an event coordinator when dealing with weddings (events where traditionally people are under stress, not easy to please, and worrying about the most important day of their lives) is that they de-escalate situations and act professionally. My expectation is also that they do not resort to personal attacks, name calling, and yelling. I work with challenging and dissatisfied customers in my work every day and my job is to serve them and ensure they are satisfied with my solutions. 5.\tOur contract clearly stated we had the venue on the night of the wedding until Midnight, however once dancing started, Missy began resetting tables for another wedding and guests were asked to get up and go the round barn which did not have adequate seating. Several guests told us their wedding programs on the tables were thrown away as well as other items that had intended to keep during this reset. My sister-in-law had to hurry and get our wedding cake out of the main barn during this process. She ran back and forth and shook her hand all while attacking my mother in law for what purpose I donât know. We technically had the barn for 2 hours the morning after, but we opted to leave to deescalate the situation.

PLEASE see Google for the full review.Regrettably, I am leaving a critical review of our wedding venue after the venue owner chose escalate and contract dispute by verbally attacking, and personally insulting my mother-in-law on the day of our wedding in front of guests. (Early July 2021).Critical issues:1.\tMissy (the venue owner) despite numerous meetings had the wrong table layout in her notes, fortunately we caught this and she removed it from our file-it was from another wedding. 2.\tWe elected at the start to have a rehearsal dinner at the venue at 6:30pm on Friday the evening before our wedding and asked Missy to be there for the rehearsal for ~15-20 minutes. This was discussed several times with witnesses. At ~5pm the day of the rehearsal she texted us and asked if we could start rehearsal early because she and her staff had plans. We politely said no as most people were travelling +2hrs away and wouldnât arrive until 6pm. She claimed out rehearsal was at 4:30pm (on a work day!) which is incorrect and most likely a lie. Rather than accept her apparent mistake she repeatedly tried to speak with several of us about moving it again once we were on site. She guilt tripped several of us saying her family was waiting for her and that her staff had other plans. Iâm sorry, but we paid several thousand dollars and a wedding is a once in a lifetime event and we donât need the person we paid to make things more difficult especially when this was clearly agreed to beforehand. 4.\tMy expectation of an event coordinator when dealing with weddings (events where traditionally people are under stress, not easy to please, and worrying about the most important day of their lives) is that they de-escalate situations and act professionally. My expectation is also that they do not resort to personal attacks, name calling, and yelling. I work with challenging and dissatisfied customers in my work every day and my job is to serve them and ensure they are satisfied with my solutions. 5.\tOur contract clearly stated we had the venue on the night of the wedding until Midnight, however once dancing started, Missy began resetting tables for another wedding and guests were asked to get up and go the round barn which did not have adequate seating. Several guests told us their wedding programs on the tables were thrown away as well as other items that had intended to keep during this reset. My sister-in-law had to hurry and get our wedding cake out of the main barn during this process. All decorations were provided, the team will set up for you, you are able to have your rehearsal dinner at the venue, missy and her team will coordinate and assist the day of, and so much more. So with booking here, you get WAY more than just a beautiful venue. My guests raved about the venue and had such a great time during our wedding. I could go on for days, but ultimately we loved The Vintage Barn so much and it as well as Missy will always hold a special place in our hearts. So, why 5 stars??? We were on a budget - the cost of this venue was \"possible\" (so many venues ARE NOT) and the value of what we received was SO MUCH MORE than the payment. The venue? - BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL! / outdoor ceremony is possible / fire pit / Round Pen near the barn for dancing / rustic but OOZES ELEGANCE / such a variety of areas for guests to congregate and converse. . PERFECT! We wanted to find a venue that would not prescribe particular vendors (this allowed us to stay within our budget)/ that did not have a long list of restrictions / that had a list of guidelines that allowed us to be who we are as a family and what my daughter envisioned for her amazing day! - WE FOUND IT in the Vintage Barn. The Vintage Barn is MORE THAN A VENUE - it is a collection of decorating items that the owner allows you to use at your discretion / candles / linens / fresh greenery / etc. etc. . . .you can use these as a \"foundation\" and add your own personal touches.there's a Bridal Suite / a Groom's Room / it's a photographer's dream / . . . I would give â0â stars but it wonât let me. My fiancĂŠ and i toured this venue on Sept 4... we were told they would be finishing another barn and we could pencil in our date, but Missy wanted us to wait until closer to the end of the year once they had completed some of the construction on the barn before we did a contract and deposit. I texted her numerous times between Sept and Dec asking to view the barn so we could sign the contract and give our deposit. She kept pushing us back... construction and then fear of being exposed to covid (which i understood) then i started not getting responses to my texts. So we figured we should look elsewhere which is hard because we are now 8 months away... finally she responded to my text today saying that âher system only holds pencil in dates for two weeks and that both barns are now bookedâ This has been an awful experience with Missy and i truly hope whoever she gave our date to, that they have a wonderful day. The last few weeks i have started seeing more and more negative reviews on this place. Iâm sad that we are once again at square one with our venue but glad that i wonât be let down again on my wedding day. Good luck to anyone that uses this venue.

Our daughter and son-in -law had their wedding reception at the Vintage Barn in September. We had originally planned to have the reception at an indoor location but decided to move to a venue with more air flow for our guests due to Covid. There was a cancellation at the Barn for the weekend that we needed, and we changed our reception venue about a month before the reception. We are so glad we made the change! There were lots of details to work out in fairly short order due to the tight time frame, but Missy and her team were so very accommodating. Once you navigate the scenic drive to the Barn, you find a beautiful farm with lots of country charm. The dĂŠcor inside the barn was fantastic. There are lots of different types of tables and chairs that look great when put together. Most of the decorations we used were provided by Missy. When the sides and ends of the barn were opened and the overhead fans were turned on, there was plenty of air flow and the temperature inside the barn was very comfortable.The wedding party took many of their best pictures of the day outside with the rolling hills in the background. The dance was held outside the barn in the outdoor walking ring. It was just the perfect size for a dance floor. Many of the guests spent most of the evening at tables outside the barn enjoying the beautiful scenery. The feedback we received from our guests about the entire evening was overwhelmingly positive. We are so thankful that we made the decision to move the reception to the Barn. We were blessed with spectacular September weather that just put the icing on the cake for the day. The sun setting behind the round walking ring was a perfect backdrop as the dancing began. Missy and Merefield Farm provided the perfect way to celebrate the wedding reception with family and friends. She was a pleasure to work with to make our daughterâs and son-in-lawâs vision for their wedding reception come true. Thanks to Missy and her team for helping make this day happen. It was a memorable day that we will never forget!

I stumbled across the Vintage Barn during my engagement photos, in which Missy let us so graciously take them on her grounds. After this initial experience, I could never get the Vintage Barn off my mind. A month before the wedding, our initial wedding venue fell through (due to COVID), so we reached out to Missy with hopeful hearts. Fate had it that the 26th was the only day left open on their calendar so we booked it right then and there!From that second forward, Missy went above and beyond. She helped coordinate, design, arrange, dream, plan, and fulfill my reception vision down to the tee. She so kindly allowed us to use her beautiful decor and even offered to get or make anything we wanted that she didn't have (I mean, who does that?! Only Missy!!!!). I couldnât post the full review on here due to lack of word count.Missy has commented on this review saying her lawyers were handling it and we were spreading hate. Neither of this is true. There has been no legal action nor would there be a need unless my family pursued it for not following through on verbal promises and lack of professionalism. Please see the Vintage barn Facebook page and google for review. I couldnât post the full review on here due to lack of word count.Missy has commented on this review saying her lawyers were handling it and we were spreading hate. Neither of this is true. There has been no legal action nor would there be a need unless my family pursued it for not following through on verbal promises and lack of professionalism. The last wedding we worked was held - fortunately - at The Vintage Barn in Midway, KY. Covering all the kindness, consideration, assistance, and cooperation experienced through Missy cannot be completely expressed! Whatever we needed was there. Whatever we wanted was done. Whatever adjustments necessary were met with absolute professionalism and cooperation. Her vision was whatever it takes to have the bride and groom experience the wedding of their hopes and dreams, and Missy worked endlessly to deliver. Missy, the venue owner is an angel sent from heaven. Our wedding is in the middle of COVID-19, and she has truly relieved all of our anxiety from it. She will do anything in her power to make your day be what YOU want, without you having to lift a finger. The property is BEAUTIFUL. You donât have to pay anything extra for tables, chairs, linens, decorations, etc. We are extremely grateful that we chose The Vintage Barn as our wedding venue, and this place and people will hold a special place in our hearts forever.

We fell in love with the owner and she made everything a breeze booking & for our actual event. want to first start out by saying, the barn, property, venue and all decorations are absolutely gorgeous. PLEASE read the entire post before booking a wedding here. The owner, M.(leaving her name out for privacy) is absolutely a nightmare. Before you book, you pay$$ in full and sign a very lengthy, detailed contract(which is fine). 1.Our contract stated that we would have the venue from Friday to Sunday evening. The owner booked a wedding that Sunday. We had to be out Saturday night. 2. She VERY rudely ran us out at 9 on Friday while we were steaming the wedding dress, brides maids dresses etc. She previously stated we could stay as late to make sure details were in place etc. she stated that the rehearsal dinner was not apart of the contract?3. The day of the wedding, everything was going smoothly. Termites were swarming the barn doors where people would be eating etc. I know that you canât control that but that can happen. Just warning. 4. While the bride was getting ready along with all of the bridesmaids in the bridal suite, the owner walks in and rudely says that the kids that were playing, leaving trash around. Stating that this wasnât a McDonaldâs playland. The children were being watched by their parents, simply playing outside in the grass. Not bothering anything or anyone. This upset the bride causing unneeded stress. 5. The owner apologized for being a âbitchâ as she stated, however none of what she does( the decorating, coordinating etc.) is apart of her contract and no other venue does what she does. She starts to argue with a pregnant bridesmaid about the above situation and ended up leaving hours before the wedding. Note the venue was not decorated accordingly and the pregnant bridesmaid along with the help of the family had to decorate and coordinate EVERYTHING. She did leave and we did not see her again. The wedding ended up turning out beautiful thanks to the help of family and friends. At the end of the day, everything came together. The owner is very belittling and does not do what she says. Please be aware before booking your special day there, I know itâs gorgeous but the owner almost ruined it.

I was unfortunately a corona bride as our wedding date was scheduled for May 2nd. Missy was absolutely FANTASTIC about helping us with our situation, allowing us to have an intimate ceremony at the barn on our original date and move our reception to August! After all of the stress and horror stories I have heard about venues during this difficult time, I cannot tell you what an absolute angel that Missy was for us. I am every bit as excited as ever about still getting married at our DREAM venue, and I know that it will be every bit of the fairytale wedding that we imagined it would be!!!! With trotting horses, healthy property and working with the most amazing owners in all 50 states- Missy and Rob Maclin are accommodating, knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it takes to make it the best day ever. We have made a lifetime relationship with our venue owners, and you do not find that often! My husband and I were fortunate enough to also enjoy the company of Miss Monica who was a perfect fit to the staff, she is creative, stylish, charming and more like our saving grace! The bridal and groom suites were large and functional. Bathrooms are convenient and private. Options for seating is more than enough, both ceremony and reception. The charm and decor available is over the top darling. Dance floor is unique. Options are endless. Photos and moments spend here are unforgettable. There are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue is! It is absolutely gorgeous - so private and picturesque, surrounded by beautiful Lexington horse country. The barn has been beautifully done inside and out â twinkling lights strung from the rafters, chandeliers, a perfect little white wedding chapel on a lush green lawn, and so much more. The vibe is SO welcoming and just gorgeous. And Missy, the owner, is an absolute gem who truly wants everyone's wedding day to be amazing! She is insanely good at what she does - it rained on our wedding day and they had a fantastic layout set up inside before we could even begin to worry about it. Her upbeat, positive, helpful attitude makes you feel like you are working with a friend who truly cares about your day being perfect. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely amazing. You honestly can't go wrong with this venue - there are lots of barn venues in Kentucky, but the Vintage Barn is far and beyond the most tasteful and welcoming venue I've ever seen. We got so many compliments from our guests all night long about how perfect it was. Thank you, Missy!!!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this venue is! It is absolutely gorgeous - so private and picturesque, surrounded by beautiful Lexington horse country. The barn has been beautifully done inside and out â twinkling lights strung from the rafters, chandeliers, a perfect little white wedding chapel on a lush green lawn, and so much more. The vibe is SO welcoming and just gorgeous. And Missy, the owner, is an absolute gem who truly wants everyone's wedding day to be amazing! She is insanely good at what she does - it rained on our wedding day and they had a fantastic layout set up inside before we could even begin to worry about it. Her upbeat, positive, helpful attitude makes you feel like you are working with a friend who truly cares about your day being perfect. We can't thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely amazing. You honestly can't go wrong with this venue - there are lots of barn venues in Kentucky, but the Vintage Barn is far and beyond the most tasteful and welcoming venue I've ever seen. We got so many compliments from our guests all night long about how perfect it was. Thank you, Missy!!!

We booked this venue last fall for our October 2019 wedding... and I just went to look at it again last week and fell in love with it all over again!!! It's located in Midway-- beautiful picturesque drive down Old Frankfort Pike. The barn sits on a huge lot and you can see the beautiful string lights coming up the drive! It is just so pretty!! Missy is SO warm and personable and fun and you can tell she has poured so much energy and excitement into making this barn an amazing venue!! The barn itself is huge with beautiful vintage touches and furniture so you don't even need to decorate much, and the little white gazebo chapel they have built for vows is SO adorable and perfect for ceremonies with beautiful rolling hills in the background! And the round pen for dancing... gorgeous. Plus no need to rent bathroom trailers, or get ready off-site-- bridal suite and amenities built into the barn! We are actually doing a two day event at the barn because we can't get enough of it!!! So excited for October 2019..... thanks, Missy!!!!

Finding a venue can be really stressful. Especially for family on both sides all over the country. This beautiful barn and farm was EXACTLY what my fiance and I were looking for. I don't even think we could have found a more perfect place. Missy, who is the owner, is the most amazing and helpful person you will ever meet. I don't think there is a single person better suited for what she does. She is so open and easy to communicate with. She really wants to make your vision come true for your wedding. When we found the venue back in January, we were a little nervous that she may not have availability for our wedding in April. But everything has really just fallen into place for us and we feel so blessed. My fiance and I cannot wait for our wedding day and all of the magic that this venue will add to it. If anything, you should at least go visit the property. She will walk you through everything she provides and will spend all the time you need with you. The pictures are beautiful, but you have to see it to feel the authenticity of this location.

Pictures do this place no justice. Youâve got to see it to believe it. The location is amazing and beautiful and really sets the scene for a Kentucky wedding. The owner was so kind and made us feel so comfortable and at home, and she has such a vision for this place. We are so excited for our May 2020 wedding at the vintage barn and I have no doubt it will be everything we could possibly want.

Hands down the best/most gorgeous venue in the Lexington/Versailles area!! We are getting married here in May and we are so excited! Missy, the owner, is phenomenal to work with! We met with Missy back in July while the barn was still under construction. She has put so much time and effort into turning her barn into the perfect venue. She is very easy and wonderful to work with! She loves hearing feedback from her clients and welcomes opinions/suggestions. Her goal is to provide an affordable state of the art venue for everyone and that is exactly what she is doing. She helps cuts the costs in many ways by providing chairs and tables for 200 (I think its 200!), a large selection of vintage and rustic decorations to go with the theme and many other additional items/services. There is plenty of land surrounding the barn for onsite parking and/or in case you want to add a tent. We are having 350+ people at our wedding and between the barn and a medium size tent plus the additional round barn (no extra cost to use), it will fit everyone perfectly. If you want a perfect Kentucky-like wedding or event, look no further!
