The Vintage Rose is a unique, French-styled venue nestled in the quaint town of Orange County, California.
The venue has 5 amazing spaces. A rustic ceremony barn including 100 year old pews, a speakeasy cocktail room with mis-matched vintage furniture, an amazing full bar serving all spirits, bottled beer and beer on tap, a reception room with all farm tables and cross back chairs, a fabulous & spacious bridal suite and a stunningly awesome Pub with a pool table & bar for your fiancee!!
My husband(!!) and I just had our wedding at the Vintage Rose this weekend and I canât even begin to say how perfect our entire experienceâfrom initial tour to the end of the receptionâwas for us. The venue is beyond charming and was clearly built to accommodate any wedding and all its needs. My coordinator was Jamie and Iâm pretty sure sheâs become my favorite person on this whole planet. Sheâs so sweet and thoughtful and kept things right on track-even the surprise songs that got thrown in by both myself (bride) and my dad for his surprise speech-song. DJ Larry kept people out on the dance floor from the very start and no one wanted to leave, he was SO accommodating of me and my musical family too and even the most type-A musician in us loved everything about his mix! Saturday was by far the best night ever and I will recommend the Vintage Rose to anyone and everyone looking for a venue! (Iâve already sent 2 good friends their way and they booked! Donât worry, Iâll keep them coming!) Reviewed on 15-06-2023

Having our wedding at The Vintage Rose was terrific! We started looking for a venue in early 2023 for 150+ people in the same year. After looking at other venues, we booked to tour The Vintage Rose. Matt showed us the overall vibe of The Vintage Rose (very cozy and vintage). The Grooms and the Bridal Suite were versatile for taking wedding photos, and while the chapel looked small online when we saw it in person, Matt assured us that more than 180 people could fit comfortably. What sold us was the overall aesthetic of the cocktail lounge and the reception hall. We wanted a lot of comfy seats and easy access to all parts of the wedding for our guests. The Vintage Rose had all this: no steps to any of the rooms and easy access for wheelchairs and walkers. The hosted bar and DJ are included, which gave us less stress to think about. The Vintage Rose website also lists recommended photographers and cake vendors. Since Larry, the house DJ, was not available for our wedding day, he referred to Nick from âDay and Night DJs.â Since he was referred, Nick was still covered by the venue contract (again, less stress). A month before the wedding, The Vintage reached out about the food tastings for the menu, which gave us a better idea of how the in-house food tasted. We also met other couples, and being able to speak to others about wedding planning was also helpful. That same day, we met our assigned day-of-coordinator, Lily Messina. Lily was a great help to us in planning for our wedding. As first-timers (only-timers), Lilyâs support was AMAZING. During our meeting, Lily helped fill in holes we did not know were there while we were planning. She let us know what items we were missing and specific details that we needed to fill in before the wedding. After the meeting, she sent us the table layout and timeline we would follow on our day. The timeline accurately illustrated how our whole wedding day went. A few days before, we had our rehearsal during the first rain storm in a long time. Some of our wedding party was stuck in traffic, and we worried they would not arrive in time. Lily was accommodating and let us begin the rehearsal a little later than the scheduled time, but we still finished on time. She explained to us the steps and order we would be following during the ceremony, and then we walked through it a few times to ensure we were confident on the day. Anything we needed during the ceremony, she made a note and assured us that it would be ready for the wedding day, which it ended up being.Day of the wedding, we were running late because our photographers wanted to get the best shot at the first look location, and our best man was stuck in traffic. Luckily, my MOH texted the family, who were already at the venue, that we were running late. Lily understood and kept our whole party on time, despite the traffic on a Friday at 6 pm. Once our wedding started, everything went smoothly. Lily kept the entire timeline running. During our table photos with guests, we were worried that we were going over time. Once we were done, Lily said we were 10 minutes ahead of schedule⊠which shocked us.The donut wall and taco bar provided by the venue as an add-on are highly recommended. It was a massive hit with our guests, and we are still getting compliments on both today. Reviewed on 24-11-2023

We had our wedding at their sister venue in La Petite Rose in November 2023. We're so so glad we went with La Petite Rose after touring several venues nearby because they had a budget friendly, all-inclusive package which includes a photobooth, in-house DJ, day of wedding coordinator, food catering & drinks (a full bar!), decors, and flowers. They are truly an one stop shop for any couples planning to get married -- makes things so much easier and stress-free during your wedding journey! If you have any concerns, the whole team is always there to answer any questions that you might have. We'd like to especially thank DJ Larry and Lily for making our wedding a night to remember. Actually, it wouldn't have been possible with all of the friendly workers there on our wedding day. Thank you Vintage Rose and the team! Reviewed on 20-11-2023

This is a late post. Our wedding was originally set for Sept 2023; however, my husband had a family emergency and The Vintage Rose was very accommodating (Thank you Rose!) and allowed us to move up our wedding date to June. I had to plan this wedding in 4 weeks but honestly, I did not have to do much because The Vintage Rose did it ALL!!! Their all-inclusive package is THE best from the flowers, food, table settings, DJ, photo booth and of course, the donut and champagne wall! Our wedding coordinator â Aide â was awesome! I trusted her from start to finish and she did not disappoint at all! She was very understanding of our family situation and kept in touch with me via text or email to make sure we were on track. She made everything so easy for me and made my life stress free. Our DJ â Nicholas from Night and Day DJ â was amazing! He was very easy to talk to and communicate with when we had questions or concerns. My husband and I were off taking photos so we couldnât enjoy the music we prepared BUT our friends had a blast so I know Nicholas did an amazing job! I highly recommend booking your wedding or next event with The Vintage Rose. 100/10. Reviewed on 08-11-2023

Lily was nothing short of amazing! It's hard to go into an event not being informed of everything, but Lily did exactly that and provided us with everything we needed to keep this STRESS FREE! Of course, we had little curve balls here and there but she was able to grab what speed bumps came and overcame them with ease! (or at least it seemed that way) Communcation is always key, and The Vintage Rose always came through when we had questions or concerns. Our guests left us great feedback on the venue as well! I felt like we were going to be a bit challenging with our expectations of our wedding but Lily told us she had fun putting this beautiful night together for us. My wife and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the outcome of our wedding. Thank you Lily and thank you The Vintage Rose for getting this done! Wedding planning can not be easier when you use The Vintage Rose. Almost everything is included - flowers, DJ, cake etc. and every part was exceptional. We held our reception at La Petite Rose, the smaller venue onsite and it was absolutely beautiful. It is a very intimate space with perfect decor and ambiance. The food was amazing and served very promptly. So many of our guests commented on how efficient and friendly all the staff was. Our cake was done by one of the venues preferred bakery's - Beverly's and everyone could not believe how delicious it was. The music, provided by DJ Larry was top notch. He kept the flow of events going smoothly and our dance floor was full all night! We were assigned a lovely wedding coordinator Lily Messina. She could not have been nicer. She paid close attention to every little detail and made sure nothing was missed. As a bride, it meant so much to have her there keeping me calm and making sure all my guests felt welcome. Citlally A(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-03-2023 We got married on March 2. A month after our wedding we are still searching for our gifts that were stolen at the venue. We had to file a Police Report. The coordinator said the box had a key and it would be emptied twice during the night. After we realized cards were missing-- they changed it and said it didn't have a key and it was only emptied once. We asked for footage as soon as we realized our things were missing. They sent trimmed footage and it did not include everything. We unfortunately were forced to file a police report and continue to look for our things. MThe venue's response was \"they are not responsible for stolen things\" -- check their agreement they even say if their staff steals they aren't responsible. We also bought donuts and had plenty left-- well our bridesmaid saw their staff walk out with boxes of our donuts. I would have totally gave them the donuts if they asked, but it's the fact they literally also stole those. I share our experience so you aren't fooled. Protect your things and I hope to update my review when I know more....I originally posted on the Facebook Bride page to warn future brides as I realize this is a popular venue. The owner Rose called me in regards to my post-- I asked that anything she has in reference to this she do in writing and up to this day.. she has not sent any emails regarding the situation. Additionally when we booked the venue, they said we would have a day of coordinator-- who did not even bother to do roll call on our wedding day and didn't realize our videographer had not showed up. During our ceremony, I realized and she had to call them after that. While I understand that this was not the venue's fault they sold us on a day of coordinator which is why we didn't hire a second one. Reviewed on 02-04-2023

When you book your package they donât specify that if you do a Thursday wedding certain things wonât be available. I did not find out I was forced to use the cross back chairs until 2 weeks before my wedding. They say the coordinator will reach out 4-6 weeks in advance but they donât. I had to reach out multiple times until about 3-4 weeks before wedding they finally assigned Lily.Lily seemed super overwhelmed on our wedding day. Our videographer did not show up and although this is not the venueâs fault they mention they would manage all contacts day of, so basically Lily never did roll call to ensure everyone was there. I the bride realized he wasnât there during my ceremony. The food was MEH. Cold and tasteless. The bar gets super tight on drinks towards the end of the night. We have an ongoing issue with them right now that I hope to be able to elaborate more of our experience soon. In my opinion, donât let them fool you. Gabby Flores(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-01-2023 I had the pleasure of celebrating my wedding reception at The Vintage Rose this past January. We toured the venue back in March 2022 and I instantly fell in love. The interior of the venue is gorgeous!! I adore the rustic and romantic French-inspired vibes! We happened to tour on a day that the venue was hosting a tasting for couples that would be celebrating at The Vintage Rose in the upcoming months. The owner, Rose took the time to sit down with us and answered many questions. Even though we were just touring we were given samples of appetizers and offered drinks which we felt was so generous. After shopping around, nothing compared to The Vintage Rose. Sure, it was expensive- but the price was truly unmatched to anything else we found. I really enjoyed that so many factors that I would have had to shop for al la carte were all taken care of in house at VR (florals, food, linens, late night snack, dj). Our coordinator, Lily was an absolute rock star. She was such a pleasure to work with and made sure that the day went smoothly. I really appreciated her attention to detail and organization. Our DJ, Larry was really fun. We had two zoom meetings with him prior to the big day and he made sure all our questions and concerns were handled. He did an excellent job hosting our day and good vibes were had all around. We were also so happy with the rest of the staff: servers, bartenders, etc! This gave us plenty of time to work out a payment schedule that seemed with in reason. The tasting day was a fabulous addition to the festivities, meeting all of the couples stoked for their big day made us even more excited for ours. Pre-Wedding week was insane but the tension of vendors, tablecloths, forks etc. was next to nothing considering VR takes care of all in house needs. There's a reason why they do 300 weddings a year!!! We felt special and taken care of which is exactly what we were looking for in a wedding venue. My (now-new) husband and I got married at The Vintage Rose last month (March 2019). I started our wedding planning way in advance and had plenty of time to research venues. We are so lucky to have stumbled across The Vintage Rose on Yelp. Online pictures do not do this venue justice as it is soooo beautiful inside. Donât be fooled by the outside parking lot or the front of the building, because once you step inside this gorgeous venue, you will be so impressed by the decor and details. Our guests raved about how beautifully decorated everything was. This venue has so much character inside! Not only is this venue gorgeous, but the food was all so delicious and the customer service of the staff was top notch! The owners, Rose and her husband Pat, were so friendly, welcoming and always answered any questions that we had. Our lead day-of wedding coordinator was Aide and she was an amazing coordinator! From our initial meeting up to the day of our wedding, she was always so quick to answer any emails or texts that we had. She was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered questions that we had even before we asked them. When I spoke to her, it was like talking to one of my good friends as she was always so friendly and made me feel comfortable. Because of Aide, my husband and I were never stressed on our big day. She took care of everything from the setup to the cleanup and made sure that we didnât have to worry about anything. It's been a few days since our wedding and our guests can't say enough about how beautiful our wedding was and how great the food and drinks were. I have been to many weddings before and been a part of bridal parties a few times, I don't think I have ever seen the owners of the venue nor the wedding coordinator be as attentive as from this venue. The decor and the attention to detail is exceptional. We were completely carefree the whole night and had so much fun. The reception ran flawlessly and the venue was absolutely beautiful. My husband's button broke off his jacket in the middle of dinner and Sandy sewed it back on for him, he was so releived. We were engaged for 7 1/2 months, it was so stressful getting everything together and coordinated for our big day, but we could not have done the reception anywhere else because the Vintage Rose took care of almost everything in their package (decor!, alcohol, food, photo booth, DJ, cake, and more!). Food was great as well. I encourage you to attend an open house for menu tastings, lots of choices and all were very good.We used the included vendors, Beverly's Best Bakery and Larry from Fly by Night DJ's. They were very good. Some changes to the venue were made from the time we visited in January and signed the contract. We weren't very excited about as it wasn't the style or vision the bride had planned on. Pat however was very accommodating in the end and helped figure out a solution. He also was very calm and persistent when he couldn't get the slide show to run during the reception. But, he figured it out and got it going. Aide was our coordinator and she is such a calm, sweet young woman who works tirelessly and always with a smile. She made sure everything was fantastic from early in the morning until about 1 a.m! She was always so polite and calm, just what every bride and wedding needs! She paid attention and remembered the bride's smallest preferences for styles and details. If you're looking for an all inclusive venue, definitely visit The Vintage Rose you'll save time, energy, have less stress, great memories and it's affordable. Thanks Aide and Pat! They are super affordable and the team (Pat, Rose, Aide) are SUPER helpful and family-like. They will try their best to give you the exact wedding you dreamt of and they always try to work around with you! I was at first a little iffy about this place just by looking at the outside of it (just looks like a plaza), but that instantly went away as soon as I saw the inside of the venue! It is SUPER vintage-y and cute that you don't need any extra decorations (only need extra decorations on the outside). They provide alot of decorations to begin with so I didn't have to stress about decorating the place. Also, we had a very small budget but they tried to include as much things as possible with our price. They are also SUPER FAST in response of any of your messages/emails/questions (which is MAJOR plus!). I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Also, on the day of the wedding, Rose took care of me and she was ON TOP of things. She always made sure I was doing okay and not stressing and she made everything perfect for me. I did not stress AT ALL on the wedding day (which is RARE it seems like...listening to all these horrible bride-zilla stories). Rose made it possible and I had a stress-free and FUN wedding!!! From the outside seems kind of plain in a kind of whole in the wall place but the second you walk in O M G vintage everything! My absolute dream! This was actually the one and only venue we looked at and we completely fell in love with it,we didn't have to look anywhere else. When we met with Rose she was so so sweet, went through everything, broke down the price for us,just super super helpful. Price was amazing, with the package we chose we pretty much didn't have to worry about anything, the price included so much. My husband and I have really busy schedules and throughout our whole wedding planning process it was nice to kind of not have to worry about hardly anything. All we literally had to worry about on our own was getting bouquets for my bridesmaids, myself and boutonniĂšres for the groom/groomsmen,a photographer, the cake, and any decor we wanted to add (which wasn't much because their decorations are more than enough) but you can still get all these things through them. Aide our wedding coordinator was beyond amazing, she took care of every little detail. We were in constant contact with each other, changes here and there and making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it down to how we wanted our napkins folded. The day of the wedding I was blown away at how attentive Aide was, making sure I was okay, calming my nerves, attentive to both my husband and I during the reception, making sure we didn't need anything and even helped me pull off a little surprise for my husband, just wow! The whole wedding planning was wonderful. They consulted us every step of the way, and never made us feel anxious or worried (both me and my partner are prone to stress and worry). From the tastings of the food, to the small decorations we wanted to add, and the day-of-planning--everything went smooth like butter. We had the great pleasure of also working with Aide (wedding planner) and later Sandy (also wedding planner). Those ladies took our vision and customized it to what the venue had to offer and it was a perfect combination! We had 250+ guest and the times were good. From the day we scheduled the preview appointment to the end and after the reception, all three coordinators were attentive and helpful. The venue is super unique, cute and great for pictures. We got had a lot of guest saying that this was the most fun wedding they've been to in their life. We also had an In n Out truck as a late night snack that just kept the guest happy and merry (Full open bar with premium stuff too!). We had the venue till midnight, but they would have stayed open for us till 2AM if we wanted too. I've checked many many other places after visiting the Vintage Rose (golf course, restaurants, country clubs and museums) and I can tell you that this place is 30% to 50% cheaper. And the best of all, they can be your one stop shop, talk about a stress free wedding. They have a great photographer they contract with, a great DJ they use, an awesome cake shop, photo booth and beautiful flowers. All their vendors are well reviewed on many websites too. At the same time, you can bring in your own vendors too instead of using theirs. THANK YOU VINTAGE ROSE!!! Reviewed on 06-04-2016

This place seems to good to be true, the pictures of the venue look amazing, the price is great and it makes you say hmmmm could this be true? Is the food bad? Or whatâs the catch? I was engaged for almost 2 years before I found this place. Our wedding was December 20, 2015 right before ChristmasâŠ.crazy and yes, I was one of those really picky brides that new exactly what I wanted and what I didnât want. Letâs just say I wanted a really unique, classy, vintage wedding for a really good price and I wanted the food to be good. Oh and I was a DIY bride that also wanted to implement a ton of my own stuff. The idea of an all inclusive venue was really great and scary at the same time. Most places that are all inclusive have all sorts of rules and policies. Understandable, but sometimes what matters is making the customer happy and thatâs exactly what they did, they made us happy and gave my husband and I the wedding of our dreams.\r\rEveryone at the Vintage Rose is amazing, friendly and really talented. They each have their strengths and they work together as a team to make dreams come true. The kitchen staff was so professional, the food was amazing and they treated all our guests like royalty. Pat helped draft up our contract and made sure we stayed within budget, he was great. Aide was our main contact and she was so responsive, helpful and extremely crafty. My husband and I just adore her. Every time we spoke she made us feel like we were family. Sandy was our day of coordinator. She is cool, calm, collected and ORGANIZED. The perfect personality for that job and she is everything a bride needs on her big day. Sandy was always ten steps ahead of everyone, she made sure things ran perfectly, and she went above and beyond the call of duty. And Rose, well she is just a gem. That woman knows her stuff, she had so many ideas on how to implement all my DYI stuff (which was a lot). Together these 3 ladies managed to keep all my requests organized and in did everything with a smile on their face. I had so many questions and asked so much of them and they never treated me like I was painâŠeven though I know I was âș Instead they re-assured me that everything was going to be great, and it was.\r\rWhether you are an easy going bride that maybe doesnât really know what she wants or a high maintenance bride like me that knows exactly what she wants trust me they will know exactly how to help you. Those were the words that we kept using to describe The Vintage Rose.\r\rWords simply cannot do enough to express how fantastic the Vintage Rose is for hosting a wedding. The venue is charming to the tiniest detail but the most impressive feature is the staff. Sandy and Aide work tirelessly to help you realize your perfect day. Rose and Pat are on point with questions on pricing, features, upgrades, packages, etc.\r\rWe wanted a wedding that was anything but the standard big-box hotel ballroom affair and we found it here. The Vintage Rose is charming and unique and yet flexible enough to make small customizations to really make the space all about the bride and groom. We had our lemonade tinted purple to match the bridesmaids dresses, personal photos in cute little frames around the venue, and custom table numbers to give it a personal touch.\r\rWe had tons and tons and tons of questions and requests and Sandy and Aide were always extremely responsive and helpful for sorting through concerns, costs, and other details that arise. They run a tight ship and yet you donât feel confined or forced into anything to which youâre not comfortable. \r\rYou can custom tailor your package to include as much or little involvement from the venue. A word to the wise⊠the more you coordinate THROUGH The Vintage Rose the easier your wedding planning will go. Our particular package included ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, DJ (Jaimes at Fly by Night is fantastic), cake, china, table decor, flowers, open bar, some flowers⊠basically everything but photography and the bouquets and boutineers!\r\rTruthfully, the location will be a deal breaker for some people, itâs in a random little stripmall in Orange hardly befitting its regal name. However, the venue itself is inset into this little courtyard so once you venture in towards it youâre completely transported. If youâre already planning to do an indoor wedding then this space is perfect as its interiors are top notch and not at all reflective of the exterior. Even the little outdoor patio in the courtyard is absolutely charming and elegant thanks to some clever decor and landscaping details.\r\rThe Vintage Rose is so capable of coordinating events that we didnât even need to hire a wedding planner or coordinator as the staff is so on top of everything that they make your special day a breeze. As the Bride and Groom we were able to actually just focus on our wedding and not worry about making sure everything happened the way it was intended. Sandy in particular is an absolute beast with her little clipboard keeping everything humming and yet you never even notice sheâs there making it all happen. She is magic.\r\rPrice-wise, this is certainly not a budget wedding venue but when you really weigh the factor of convenience with them coordinating just about every detail it really starts to make everything else we were able to find in similar price ranges pale by comparison.\r\rWe wanted people to leave our wedding feeling like theyâd never been to anything like that before and we really think we succeeded at that. People are still talking about our wedding weeks later!\r\r--Joey Reviewed on 13-02-2016
