After couples walk through the stone-front entrance of The W Banquet Hall, they will find exposed original wood ceilings in a rich tone, adorned with chandeliers. The W Banquet Hall was perfect for our wedding. We used the hall as the place for our ceremony and reception, and the guests loved it. We had to change a lot of our wedding plans (due to COVID) multiple times, and Teresa was amazing throughout the whole process. She was very supportive, and I wouldn't have been able to get through the craziness of a COVID wedding without her. The hall is so beautiful, and I am so happy we picked the venue for our wedding.

The owner, Teresa, was really amazing and the venue was perfect for our ceremony and reception! It’s so affordable and well decorated. It really doesn’t require much extra to make the space wedding ready.

I loved working with Teresa, both my husband and I were finishing school for most of the planning portion and she was always so easy to work with! We were able to get in a day early to set up - only because nothing was booked for the day before without any extra charge which was amazing!! We looked around a variety of places in Lawrence, this was the only venue that could hold 250 guests, bring in own caterer and alcohol. The price was also the cheapest of any other venues we visited. Linens can be rented and they just added more rental options!! It is a beautiful space the perfect mesh of rustic and elegance!

The W Banquet Hall was the perfect place for our ceremony and reception. The place is BEAUTIFUL and the lights and decor are perfect. The barn doors are a nice touch also. Theresa is absolutely amazing and accommodating. She probably thought I was a crazy bride but she was so sweet and helped so much! I would love to be able to have another event here!

I think that The W Banquet hall is the perfect place to hold any sort of event - especially a wedding reception! Teresa was wonderful and helped everything run so smoothly! The flexibility allowed us to be prepared for the reception early enough so that we didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day! The price was perfect, and the space is large enough to host a big party! I also loved how the chairs and tables are included! We also were able to bring in our own food, a huge plus when we wanted to have pizza for dinner!!!

The W Banquet Hall was the first venue we looked at and we loved it. We booked it the same day we viewed. They were great to work with and allowed us to come in as many times as we needed to get measurements and make sure everything was going to work the way we wanted it to. Loved having the rustic looking space for a ceremony and reception.

Teresa from The W Banquet Hall was so easy to work with. She was always clear and understanding. She wanted the experience to be great for us. They are always making improvements to the place, and they really try to make things easy on the bride & groom. I really enjoyed working with her, and would recommend the W to anyone!
