The vineyard-inspired property is nestled on 100 acres of verdant lawns and conveniently situated between Dallas, Austin, and Houston. The Weinberg at Wixon Valley is an 18,600 square foot three-story barn that can comfortably hold 450 guests. The barn’s aged cedar exterior is complemented by a limestone silo, creating a striking backdrop for professional photography. Inside the Grand Hall, guests are met with a rustic ambiance, comprising reclaimed wood, brick, and tin, offset by the show-stopping chandeliers. The barn is climate-controlled to comfort guests during the chilly winter months and the sweltering summers. Absolutely THE BEST! The Weinberg is a gorgeous venue that provides such a wonderful, joyful atmosphere - we have said a million times over how happy we were to have selected The Weinberg for my daughter's wedding venue. It sets the stage for the event, and was perfect in every way! Shaylie, Skylar and Allison have created something so special - thank you for that! We were lucky enough to be able to use the stunning chapel soon after it opened - just breathtaking, so fun and so unique. I'll never forget the moment the doors opened for my daughter and husband to walk down the isle - absolutely beautiful. And it relieved so much stress to know that we had an indoor option for a February wedding. The flow of the event was perfect - outdoor cocktail hour, reception, flow of guests to the buffet and bar, and the dance floor - it all worked so well. Plus, everyone at the Weinberg is simply wonderful to work with too!! So responsive, friendly, supportive - as a mom planning a wedding from out of state, I appreciated how easy it was to get questions answered plus how accommodating they were when we were in town to visit. Their recommended vendors were all great too - no regrets on using everyone on their lists. And, I have to give a shout out to The Weinberg Bar! Dylan and his staff were incredibly helpful, went above and beyond on some special wine requests we had, and were so great the night of the wedding - cheerful, friendly, helpful - just a continuation of the professionalism and happy vibe The Weinberg creates. All in all, I would do it all over again! Don't hesitate - you'll love every bit of having your wedding at The Weinberg!

Having our daughter's wedding at the Weinberg @ Wixon Valley was the best decision. All aspects of the venue are top notch - outdoor spaces, interior spaces, design, color palette (the Weinberg is a photographers dream), personnel, and upkeep. (Saw the owner sweeping off the sidewalk morning of our daughter's wedding saying she \"saw some leaves on the patio\"). Also loved their preferred vendor list - made floral, catering, photographer decisions that much easier knowing vendors had already been vetted and approved. I highly recommend the Weinberg for any event!

I knew I wanted to use the Weinberg from the second I laid eyes on the venue! What made it even better is the people who own and run it. My wedding was 9/16/23, and I still will never get over how perfect of a day it was! Everyone at the Weinberg worked so hard for my husband and me, and it truly showed throughout the entire day. The entire venue is absolutely beautiful and clean. You can really tell they put detail in every single little area of the venue. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married and I will forever be praising the Weinberg and staff for all they did to make sure my day was perfect!

My daughter had her eye on this venue from the moment they cut the ribbon! Watching it progress into a magical place has been a thrill and she even toured before she actually became engaged. After her engagement, she literally booked her wedding over a year out. We knew they would book up quickly and she took no chances. By the time her wedding came around, the Chapel was completed and all I can say is WOW! What a stunning addition to the venue. We originally had the ceremony as an outdoor setting, which was also gorgeous but being that it was a June wedding, we were concerned about the heat. Allison completely accommodated us by moving the ceremony to the Chapel. We also asked that our guests be allowed to enter the main venue early due to the heat and again, very accommodating. They even turned down the a/c to make sure it was comfortable before we ever arrived. The venue literally has everything you need to have a successful event. The ambiance and grand chandeliers are so stunning that you barely need to decorate to achieve a WOW factor, it’s already there. The bridal suite is so gorgeous and has everything you need to get ready for your special day. I love that the balcony has a view to the entrance so that we could see our guests arriving. The groom’s suite is located on the 3rd floor and had views to the outside and the inside overlooking the grand room. Just stunning!The Bar was a huge welcomed addition in that we didn’t have to worry about hiring outside bar staff to serve our guests. The bar manager, Dylan, was amazing to work with and helped us create a bar menu that was tailored to all of our guests. He even went out of his way to accommodate a special request for the Bride and Groom. The bartenders were incredible! Fun, friendly and the drinks were out of this world delicious! We had so many compliments, especially on the margaritas! We opted for early morning set ups with mimosas in the bridal suite and beer and drinks for the groomsmen. No one went thirsty. We also had a Champagne wall that was well stocked and monitored so that no champagne was left over. Communication is key! Everyone at the Venue was there to help our Daughter and Son in Law’s wedding become the magical wedding of their dreams and they did! We are still talking about how wonderful it was and will never forget all those involved in making their dream wedding come true.

When we did our first tour, they had Christian music playing and I immediately started tearing up because I knew this was where we were going to get married. Shaylie and Allison we’re great to work with! I’ve never received so many compliments on how gorgeous a venue was! The Weinburg at Wixon Valley is a dream of a venue! The girls have thought of absolutely everything when it comes to the perfect venue and we couldn’t be more excited to have gotten married at such a beautiful location. Our guests were in awe of the whole property and have not stopped raving about how amazing all of it was. Not only is the venue immaculate, the girls who own and operate the space are so much fun to work with and you can really tell they care so much about making sure your day is perfect!

I am choosing to remain anonymous because we do not wish to be reached back out to in regards to some issues we faced on our wedding day at The Weinberg. Let me start by saying that this venue is GORGEOUS. It is dreamy and peaceful and clean, and all of our guests complimented on our how beautiful our wedding, decor, setup, etc. was. So grateful for that! The issues we faced on the day of our wedding, however, left a sour taste in my mouth. To start, both my husband and I were told during our venue walkthrough that Shaylie would be our day-of staff person for our wedding. Great! She was always kind to us and did our initial visit too! When we arrived on the day of the wedding, suddenly Allison (their coordinator) was our day-of person with absolutely no contact, heads-up, or apology from the owners. I say this because we (myself and my mother) had previously felt attitude from Allison on questions we had leading up to the wedding. This did not change on the day of. Every single one of my bridesmaids, groomsmen, both parents, our coordinator, family that was helping us set up, and our sound/tech had a comment about how rude and unhelpful Allison was. Even our HMU team told us that they'd heard from other brides that that was an issue with this team. We also had some issues with temperature in the suites (being FREEZING cold) and not being able to find Allison when we needed her. Lastly, we never received so much as a template thank you email from the owners after our wedding. Nothing. Radio silence. For as much as we spent for this venue, and how truly little they offer in their packages compared to other venues, you'd think they'd at least send SOMETHING. Even a social media post. Seriously, it's like our wedding never even happened to them. Super weird, in my opinion. Thankfully, our wedding was gorgeous, our guests had a great time, and our memories are much more important. <3 I do hope that their management, offerings, and communication get better though. I loved my wedding, but if I had to do it all again, I would not choose to host it at The Weinberg.

It embodies elegance with a rustic flare and overall is a breathtaking place all on its own. It allowed us to host all 250 of our guests easily and with room to spare. If we ever had a question or needed a recommendation the Weinberg managers (Shaylie, Skyler, and Allison) were quick to respond which made communication about our needs for our wedding very easy. Overall, I would recommend this venue to any couple who is looking for a one of a kind venue with a reliable team to take care of you.

The Weinberg at Wixon Valley is a remarkable place to get married. When looking at venues for our wedding, my husband and I had our eyes on the Weinberg from the start. It embodies elegance with a rustic flare and overall is a breathtaking place all on its own. It allowed us to host all 250 of our guests easily and with room to spare. Our day at the Weinberg was an absolute dream! Initially prior to Covid the chapel was supposed to be ready for our wedding date, but due to lack of materials/trouble finding anything during Covid it was not, to no fault of the owners. We ended up just doing an inside ceremony and flipping, and it turned out beautiful! Everything from my point of view was seamless. Shaylie was super responsive and easy to get a hold of and super welcoming to all questions I had! The Bar manager was super easy to get a hold of as well and helped us personalize our drink menu. They require all night bussing which would be something I would never think of, and it just makes the venue and pictures look much nicer/cleaner. They were very upfront about rules/policies so nothing was up to question and I really appreciated that! The venue inside and outside is gorgeous, tons of places for photo ops. Cole and I had the best day there!

Beautiful venue, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY FROM THE MGMT NEEDS SOME WORK!!!!! Considering the amount of money you spend at this venue, you would think the hospitality from management/the owners would be top notch... but that is not the experience we had at all :/ Sadly, in my opinion it was very obvious that The Weinberg was much more worried about upholding their precious venue than making the bride/groom's dreams come true! If there was an issue, instead of them assisting to resolve it, they actually added more stress which no bride wants on the day of :( Make sure to read every single line of the contract- they will not budge on any of it to accommodate:/ When Shaylie entered the bridal suite in the morning my mom sweetly said \"Oh.. you're one of the owners?!\" and she replied, \"Well, no actually my sister and brother -in-law own it and I'm just the work horse!\" That was definitely not the answer we were expecting and kind of set the tone from there on...Here are some of the reasons as to why we stated the above:- Bridesmaids asked if they could use the bridal suite for breastfeeding/pumping purposes and they were told NO and that they could use the bathroom or walk out to their cars- It is stated in the contract that the bridal/grooms suite will be locked during the reception, but we assumed for mamas there would be some wiggle room- our mistake i guess (there are also no changing tales in the bathrooms)- for being a family run business it was obvious that having kids allowed at your wedding was not their preference- Don't expect a cute \"congratulations card\" or a bottle of champ as a thank you in the bridal or groom suite in the morning- they don't even provide you WATER while getting ready- you have to bring your own- My (now) husband and I worked HOURS putting together a slide show to be displayed behind the bar on the drop down TVs (we had all necessary adapters, etc as listed in the contract)- technical issues occurred and my maid/matron of honor had to PHYSICALLY STAY and watch Shaylie fix it or else they wouldn't have taken the time to get it done (acted like it was an inconvenience) - it wasn't playing for the first part of the reception- The venue and bridal/groom suites were HOT- had several guests complain - During the Grand March we were not allowed to use the inside and outside and were told that one of the guests could \"break the doors\"... seriously come on!!! - the experience was not the same for guests- You are required to have a \"professional bussing service\"- this is in the contract, but just know that it essentially has to truly be an outside\"professional service\"- using your catering service in our instance did not suffice to the standards which ended up costing us another $1,000. Overall, after discussing with my now husband, we would not have chosen a different venue. Our guests did have any amazing time and it was a beautiful day & for around 400 guests your options are limited! The bar staff was absolutely lovely! The communication & recommendations leading up to the big day were very helpful! It truly boils down to lack of hospitality for me which is a HUGE deal! As a bride you already have tons of other stressors going on and the added lack of assistance, human kindness, and overall support from the management on the day of was just very frustrating- especially considering the amount you pay for this venue! Hope this helps future couples choose the venue you dream of!

We own a BBQ restaurant and catering business that specializes in wedding catering. We have catered 100's of weddings. Last night was one of our most challenging weddings leading up to the big day. We served 500 guests and there were many moving parts, I sit here the morning after thinking what a perfect day it was and how wonderful it was to have amazing vendors to work with, Allison at The Weinberg was so positive and was very available to help as needed, Brian in the bar was so friendly and helpful, the vibe at such a high stress wedding (the bride and father were very specific in how they wanted the day to go with 500 guests) turned out to be a perfect day! Coordination by Perfectly Planned Events Texas, rentals by Party Time Rental and catering by Uncle Bob's BBQ Montgomery. My daughter's wedding on January 1, 2022, exceeded all expectations and The Weinberg at Wixon Valley was a flawless venue. The Weinberg created the perfect backdrop and location for the entire night. We had the wedding in the outdoor area and comfortably seated 300 guests. We utilized the outdoor lounge area for a whiskey bar, cigar bar, and cocktail hour. The venue has tons of space for guests both inside and outside. The bridal suite is huge.... but more importantly, it is comfortable and accommodating. The hair and makeup teams had plenty of room to work and we had plenty of time to hang out. The staff is helpful, friendly, positive, and wiling to accommodate ideas of the bride and/or wedding planner. They allowed our family to create a vision and implement it and worked with all of our vendors and handled the organizational aspect. They allow for extra time if needed which was especially helpful for the amount of vendors and guests. Family and friends from all over the country attended the wedding and they all commented it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen. My daughter, our family, and friends couldn't have been more thankful that we chose this amazing venue run by the most amazing family. I highly recommend this venue to any bride... for every reason imaginable!

They were just a year or two after being built and fresh out of the pandemic when we decided to go tour the place to see if it fit US. Let me tell you, they literally thought of everything when they built this place! Just the view from the road is breathtaking and walking the grounds just puts you in a sense of wow.... then the chandeliers... oh man they are the main reason I wanted to get married here! Fit with my Beauty and the beast love, but just beautiful to look at.We didn't have money in the budget for all the expensive décor things, which worked out for us because we let the venue be the beauty/focal point. I had the pleasure of being able to use the ceremony site outside and even in the winter it's just gorgeous scenery. with the bridge and the pond, I couldn't have had a prettier venue. Our theme was western and elegant, so the venue matched PERFECT for us! And the groom/bride suit even fit our theme. Plus they were big enough for my huge bridal party & family!Skyler & Shaylie were an absolute delight to work with :)

When we first started planning our wedding back in 2019, we were looking for the perfect venue to fit our goals and needs. We wanted a place that would be able to handle our projected number of guests, fit our style and blend of personalities. We wanted a place that would be flexible to our desired vendors, be close to hotel accommodations, places to go out afterwards, and everything in between. Let me tell you we couldn’t find anyone…. That was until we saw the renderings for this new place being built in early 2020 “The Weinberg at Wixon Valley.” We set up a visit with Skyler and Shaylor and came to the dirt & studs. Let me tell you.. we fell in love.We walked the grounds, we listed to their dreams, and their stories. We talked about the vision, and we knew it was the place we were meant to get married. It is crazy to think about since we had toured dozens of venues that were built and had photo evidence of immaculate weddings, but Shaylie and Skyler were unmatched in their passion and vision.Fast forward to 2020 and the global pandemic. We were constantly worried on what to do next, but hopeful by 2021 things would smooth out a bit. Skyler and Shaylie were so kind and attentive to every question we had a long the way, and when we finally made it out to the venue to see it in-person, we were absolutely stunned. EVERY detail from the screws, to the chandeliers, to the rocks in the pond; they were exactly as they had described them to us. It was no longer a rendering, it was reality… and this is where we were getting married. The Weinberg at Wixon Valley is the most incredible and beautiful wedding venue I have ever been to. The team is amazing and the sisters have got a gem on their hands. When we finally got married in 2021, they worked with us to make sure every detail came to fruition the way we wanted. I booked this venue when it was literally dirt, bricks and boards. I saw pictures of what it would end up looking like from the owners and my jaw was ON THE GROUND. This venue is unbelievably beautiful and every single picture they showcased looked even MORE MAGICAL in real life! I am so thankful I found this new venue and had my wedding here on November 6, 2020! Even in a pandemic, the Weinberg made us feel so loved and so safe and we are so happy we chose to stick with our original wedding date! Brides - I know it is a crazy time to book your wedding, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking your wedding here! I am in love with this venue and their staff and am so thankful to have had the best day of my life here!

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the utter lack of compassion and flexibility from the Weinberg at Wixon Valley.My fiancé and I signed a contract with the Weinberg in Nov 2019 for our Dec 2020 wedding. In July 2020, my fiancé and I made the tough decision to postpone for the safety of our friends and family amid the global pandemic.My fiancé sent a heartfelt email letting the Weinberg know how devastated we were to have to postpone but we were still very happy to have the Weinberg host our wedding when the time was right. The Weinberg’s response was callous and simply stated that they are not rescheduling any events due to COVID. There wasn’t a faint hint of compassion or flexibility in working together to find an alternative solution. The only option was to continue with our wedding during the pandemic or cancel our existing contract (signed before COVID), not get any money back or towards the new date, then sign a new contract and pay the full amount again.My fiancé and I realize the Weinberg has a business to run and we were FULLY prepared to incur a relatively minor financial penalty or change fee on top of our existing total for postponing. However, the Weinberg refused to entertain any alternatives when my fiancé first reached out. After about 3 months of going back and forth about postponing or getting some of our money back, they said that if they were able to book our date, they would pay us half of what we paid. If they had worked with us from the start and attempted to collaborate on a solution, rather than simply say “NO”, there is no doubt we would have been able to make another couple very happy by giving them our date and Weinberg would have made extra money from both couples.It’s a shame because the situation could have come to a better conclusion if the Weinberg showed a hint of compassion for their paying clients and tried to work with us early on. Now, the relationship is ruined and memories of our wedding will always be tainted by this unpleasant and expensive experience. We’re all in this together, right? Wrong!

The Weinberg is a venue unlike any other! 09.12.20 was a dream come true!! The venue: where rustic meets elegance. When Clayton and I first toured the venue in January, I knew it was everything I had ever dreamed of. From the outdoor ceremony space overlooking the vineyard to the jaw-dropping chandeliers and so much more, Skyler and Shaylie thought about every little detail and executed it to perfection.The owners: Skyler & Shaylie. The two sisters and owners of The Weinberg were always there to answer questions or provide information. COVID caused us to postpone our wedding from April to September, & in all of the craziness that postponing brought on, Skyler and Shaylie were always supportive and helpful. The big day: PERFECTION. Shaylie plus our wedding planner, Shauna Hamby made our big day the easiest day a bride could ask for. They worked diligently to make our dreams come true, and they did not disappoint! I cannot count the number of guests that told us how beautiful and unique the venue was. This is only a short description of the wonderful experience that we had with The Weinberg at Wixon Valley. Clayton and I, along with our families, would not have changed a thing about our big day. As a little girl, I always imagined what my wedding day would look like, & The Weinberg exceeded all expectations!!

As a young couple (23 & 24) my wife and I were looking for a magical place to fit our long list of friends and family to celebrate our love. The Weinberg at Wixon is was our place. Venue is absolutely beautiful! The indoor ceremony/reception area is so nice with beautiful carved wood, crystal chandeliers, lots of natural lighting, and even spiral staircases; in my opinion, you don't need to add any other decor (other than your table arrangements of course!) The outdoor location is spectacular as well. Both my ceremony and reception were indoors, but guests couldn't help themselves from going outside to take a nice stroll along the pond and vineyards. I am so happy with our choice to have our wedding at the Weinberg-- it was a perfect day!

The best decision we made planning (besides each other) was our wedding venue. This place went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day of our lives. They are faithful, hard working people who made a COVID19 wedding one we will never forget. They are amazing to work with and went above and beyond to meet us onsite, coordinate vendors, and implement all last minute curve balls we threw their way. We cannot express enough how thankful we are for Jed, Skyler, and Shaylie!
