Welcome to The Wellspring! Situated on fifteen bucolic acres in Northeast Ohio, The Wellspring offers a one-of-a-kind venue experience that marries rural, rustic outdoor scenery with modern, light-filled architecture. Featuring a large pond, creek, evergreen forest, mature woods, and nature trails, our natural setting can’t be beat. Indoors, guests have access to our intimate, window-lined chapel building as well as a separate reception hall with a feature wall of windows and attached party patios. And because design is at the top of our mind, we intentionally crafted bright and airy interiors to serve as the perfect blank canvas and backdrop for your big day. When you trust us with hosting your big day, you can be sure we’ve thought of everything. Curious about what’s included in our wedding package? Below is an overview of features and amenities we offer to help make your wedding day as smooth and comfortable as possible. Our intimate chapel building was designed for indoor ceremonies and holds up to 170 people. Perfect as a year-round ceremony space, or as a convenient backup location in the case of inclement weather. Our main reception hall holds up to 200 people and was designed for parties and large gatherings. Both buildings are heated and cooled all year, and feature light, bright interiors with more windows than you can count. Our main hall features six sets of modern glass doors that open completely to a full 10-foot width onto two timber-framed party patios with lights and fans so that guests can stay comfortable indoors and out. On a pleasant day, throw the doors open and bring the outdoors in! Our professional prep kitchen and commercial refrigerator are equipped for your catering and cuisine needs. Our custom-made mobile bar is included and ready for use anywhere on the property. We provide all tables and chairs, including six 24-inch round cocktail tables, 25 eight-foot wooden tables, and 210 matching wooden crossback chairs. Your wedding package includes a personalized floor plan and all tables and chairs set up for your event. Need privacy, storage, or space to get your group ready? We offer two private, beautiful bridal party suites to use as needed on your big day. Have you always dreamed of an outdoor wedding? Are you wanting unbeatable natural backdrops with a variety of photo ops? Looking to unplug and enjoy the outdoors? We’re situated on 15 private acres of land where you’ll find a spacious pond, mature woods, an evergreen forest, babbling brook, spring wildflowers, summer berries, fall foliage, and winter snowfalls - truly the perfect natural setting for incredible photo opportunities all year long. In between our buildings, we’ve designed a courtyard of green space for fresh air, mingling, outdoor cocktail hour, and yard games. High-speed internet and wi-fi are available. Our entire property is ADA compliant. Trash, recycling, and on-site parking available.

Working with the wellspring was AMAZING!!!!!! Brad was absolutely awesome and was so timely to respond. He gave us all the time we needed the day of the wedding and before. He was so hopeful and gave all the suggestions if we needed them. If I could work with the wellspring forever and do it all over again I would!! Our September 2023 wedding was so beautiful. The best dreamy day of my life.

My husband and I found The Wellspring online and as soon as we visited we fell in love. The whole design was minimalistic and everything we wanted. Brad was very personable and willing to create anything we needed to have a beautiful wedding. Even with a few hiccups as most wedding have, he was there to give us the support we needed to have a stress free event. We had about 150 people at our wedding and it was plenty of enough space to have a comfortable dinner and a spacious dance floor. We wouldn't have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else!

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience at The Wellspring! We were looking for a venue that offered all the basic amenities (tables, chairs, etc) with a welcoming demeanor, easily decorated to make our special day unique to us. All communication with The Wellspring staff was easy with quick response times. We were happy to learn they work closely with Anna Kay & Co as a wedding coordinator which was a tremendous help! Anna and her team were the cherry on top to make the day absolutely perfect! The Wellspring even accommodated my husband’s wish to fish the morning of our wedding. Our day was everything we dreamed of and know future couples will have this experience as well!

We cannot say enough good things about The Wellspring. It was truly our dream venue and an absolute perfect wedding day! Brad was incredible to work with from the start of our planning to the end of our wedding night. He was flexible, accommodating, and communicated with us often! We absolutely recommend this venue to anyone in the wedding planning process. :) The details that Brad and Emily put into their venue are perfect, and we couldn't be more thankful to have used their space on our big day. Thank you both again!

They were incredible to work with, the venue is absolutely stunning, and everyone complimented how gorgeous it looked all day. The ease of access between the two buildings is fantastic and the outdoor spaces are just as beautiful as the inside.

This venue was absolutely perfect for our October wedding. I loved the clean architecture of the chapel and reception hall and the beautiful setting with pine trees, the pond, and trials. The owner was super helpful throughout the whole process. An affordable option as well. I would very much recommend for your wedding

When I saw pictures of this venue online I knew it was where we were going to get married! This venue is STUNNING! All of our guests loved the venue & raved about how gorgeous everything truly was. Brad was prompt in responding to questions & great to work with. We would chose this venue over & over again! It was perfect for our day!

The Wellspring was recommended to my now husband and I through The Knot after hours of paging through venues. We were looking for a place with wheelchair access and the ability to host a ceremony and reception indoors as we planned to marry in March. Brad and Emily were responsive from day 1 to our many questions. They allowed us to bring both our decorator and photographer and explore how to put everything together for the day of, even offering some advice and ideas (Thank you so much Brad!). I personally am very grateful for the sound mufflers that were hung before our wedding. The buildings had had a echoing sound until that point. We had planned to hang tulle in hopes of that muffling sound, but were unsure how to make it all come together. The sound mufflers did the job wonderfully! And the audio the day of was perfect! Thank you. We did decide to hang some paper lanterns from the ceiling and those Brad willingly hung for us. He also moved the chairs for us so the guests could sit during cocktail hour. The venue design lent itself wonderfully to our decor ideas! We hosted a little over 120 people, and still had more than enough space for the dance floor and buffet. The foyer was spacious and allowed for an easy flow of people transitioning from the chapel to the reception. Even though the weather was chilly, there were more than enough spaces for our photographer to get the most amazing photos (pond, woods, grassy areas, and the minimalist architecture!). Thank you again Brad and Emily! We thoroughly enjoyed working with you.

My husband and I are wedding videographers so we were very detailed when trying to find a venue. I reached out to The Wellspring Ohio and Brad got back to me in a very timely manner. We were very impressed by their attention to detail, and their willingness to work with us to make our day special to us. From the moment we toured the venue I knew that is where I wanted my special day to be - and construction wasn’t even done yet!! There are so many windows providing natural light and the venue is so bright and clean. Brad and Emily thought through every detail and they decorated the place so beautifully! My bridesmaids and I had a blast getting ready in the bridal suite, and our whole wedding party hung out in there during the transition time between the ceremony and reception. The tables they provide are absolutely beautiful and the whole venue acts like a blank canvas to add your own decor to. I was able to make it my dream wedding! We had 127 guests and the venue was a perfect size (but we definitely could have fit a few more tables in if needed). Brad had the tables put where we wanted them to go and was there for the majority of our day to see if we needed anything from them! 10/10 would recommend this venue to any bride in the area!!
