The venue can accommodate 250 guests for a cocktail reception, 300 guests theater-style and 250 guests for seated dinner with a dance floor. A Stunning Venue for Your Vision - we have 2 beautiful spaces available for your event! Ballroom Hall space - 5000 sf - a large ballroom with all the amenities that a Bride and Groom may need to make the ceremony and reception the most memorable event. Industrial Loft Lounge - 2400 sf - Contemporary space with a built in bar. Ideal location for cocktail parties, receptions, birthday parties, corporate presentations, etc. Free Self Parking in a gated and fenced building! No food and beverage minimum!

The West Venue was a perfect spot for our vow renewal!! We had a small (75 guests) intimate reception and Hall room with its projection capabilities was perfect to show a small movie of our wedding ceremony from years ago. The venue has free parking which is hard to find in midtown and the building is also gated/fenced. We can’t wait to use this venue in future again!!

The West Venue was a perfect place to have my wedding. The communication was always on point and love how transparent they are with their offerings. The venue manager was very helpful and all the vendors they recommended were top notch. The space is clean and all our guests had a great evening. Will highly recommend the venue to everyone!

Best customer service and beautiful venue. They include projectors in the rental which is the highlight of the space since it adds so much personalization and uniqueness to the space. The same projection mapping would cost $$$$ at any other venue.Also loved having FREE parking in a fenced and gated lot in west midtown!!! You can't beat that! The Venue also allows you to bring your own catering and alcohol which is a plus when you are trying to save on overages with taxes and fees.

I hosted my birthday party here and it was phenomenal! Grishma was very responsive, courteous and professional. The venue is spacious and accommodating. They worked with my vendors. My guests loved it and plenty of parking. I will definitely book here again.

Grish (Events Director) Hi! Congratulations on your engagement! I am so glad to see you have found my venue. My name is Grish and I am the lead events director and booking manager at The West Venue. My love for weddings started when I got engaged and started planning my wedding of 300 guests. I loved seeing all aspects of my wedding come to life on that special day.
