Jessica Brown was great to work with and so was the entire Domain staff! They went above and beyond to organize and accommodate the large block we had at this hotel for my wedding weekend. They even made sure our fur child (The \"flower dog\" of the wedding) was well taken care of. Our entire family was so pleased with how professional the staff at the hotel was. Jessica (the rooms coordinator) was so detail oriented she made the whole weekend run smoothly. She was very prompt in responding to my emails and easily available by phone. So happy we chose this hotel for our wedding block!

We used the Westin Austin at the Domain for our room block for our wedding. Wei at the Westin was super easy to work with and very communicative throughout the entire planning process. When we arrived she made sure we had everything we need and all of our guests were checked in with no issues. If you’re getting married anywhere near the Domain I recommend using the Westin!

Wedding Date 12-01-2013
This was the perfect reception space for our small wedding. We used the private dining room in Urban, the hotel's restaurant, as opposed to meeting space in the hotel. \r\rThe dining room has a private patio with heaters and a great little pre-function space area with a bar, cocktail tables, and plenty of space for guests to mingle.\r\rWe even had enough space to have a small dance floor and the hotel added stereo patch into the house sound so we could play music from an iPod. They even left empty vases on each table for us to put our bouquets in when we arrived.\r\rThe staff at the Westin was also very easy to work with and really took care of all the little details. They setup our guestbook, gift table, used our Waterford bride/groom champagne flutes for our toasts, cut the cake, and saved the top tier of the cake for us to save for the first anniversary. We had no idea how the timing of a reception was supposed to go, but the staff really helped us along and made sure we wanted to do \"____\" next and then made it happen.\r\rIf you're also having a small reception (max 50) I would highly recommend you check out this space.

I recently held my wedding reception and had a fantastic experience from the beginning of the process until my husband (wow!) and I walked out the doors. The staff (especially Mona Lisa Brock) did an amazing job of listening to my desires and implementing them on the wedding day. Everything I communicated, was there! Every person I have spoken to who attended my wedding said, \"hands down, one of THE best!!!\"\r\rHats off to the Westin Austin at the Domain!
