Our venue has unique photo opportunities everywhere you turn. From a '67 Airstream, to a '49 Grain Truck, character and charm is what our venue is all about. From the uniqueness of the white interior and exterior, to the antique and vintage decor, every detail has been well-thought about and achieved. Where do I even begin?! The White Barn at Lucas Farm & The Lucas Family helped to make that dream that every little girl has of her wedding day, a reality for me. I stumbled upon this venue shortly after they opened when a friend of a friend shot a wedding there. I was watching her Insta story of the wedding and I said to myself “this is it, this is where I HAVE to get married!”. About a month later, my fiancé and I traveled out to beautiful Western Maryland and as soon as we pulled in the driveway and met Brittney, we got that feeling that couples are supposed to get when they find their dream venue. We were “one and done”. It was the only venue we looked at because we were hooked. We saw the venue, chose our date, and put down our deposit within about 4 hours because we just knew the White Barn was where we wanted our love story as husband and wife to begin. Brittney is honestly one of the most talented and friendly people I have ever met. Without her eye for farmhouse-chic beauty and her help in making our wedding day run as smoothly as it did, our day wouldn’t have been nearly as magical. I remember saying to guests the entire night “I’m just waiting for something to go wrong” because planning an event for 160 people is no easy task. Nothing did go wrong and plain and simple, our day wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without Brittney. The White Barn is a gem of a venue and I just want to relive our wedding day everyday! Thank you Brittney & Matt for everything you did for Joey and I and for creating such a stunning venue! We wish you both the best of luck!

Brittney and her team were exceptional! When I found this venue, I knew I’d be getting married here. The property is breathtaking!! As soon as i started emailing about a tour and pricing and vendor lists, Brittney was so organized to get things to me timely and easily. I took her list of suggested vendors and hand picked everyone i wanted and if i had to do it again, I’d choose the same people. But the convenience doesn’t stop there - there are multiple air bnbs on the property for family and friends to stay, or to use as a getting ready suite like I did. From the big beautiful barn, to the amazing landscaping, to the perfect cocktail hour space, I didn’t need any decor because of how beautiful this venue is. I highly recommend Brittney and her team for your big day!

I will never be able to say enough great things about Brittney and Matt Lucas and the amazing wedding venue they have created. From the moment we toured the venue to our big day, everything was smooth and as stress free as possible. I showed Brittney pictures of what I liked/didn’t like for decorations and she made it come to life! I highly recommend having Brittney coordinate and rent as many decorations from her as possible. I went to the barn Friday before our wedding to drop off a few belongings (our wedding was on a Saturday) and it was all decorated and ready to go for our big day. She also handled taking care of greeting vendors and handling any questions they had. Saturday night all of our belongs were packed up and ready for us when the night was over. As a bride, this made my day soooo much easier and I got to enjoy myself/relax!! Our wedding day was even better than I could have ever imagined it to be and I will forever be thankful for Brittney, Matt and their team for helping us have our dream wedding. You will not regret having your special day at The White Barn!!!

Linda SWLiving in Morgantown, WV, and just minutes from Pennsylvania, and Maryland, my daughter wanted the perfect place for her wedding and as a parent want the fairytale wedding for their daughter. We looked in PA and WV but once she saw the White Barn at Lucas Farms in Maryland and met Brittany Lucas, she was done looking for a venue, this was the place for her fairytale wedding. The venue was absolutely breathtaking and beautifully decorated inside and outside of the grounds. We were not sure what the weather would be on Oct 23, but Brittany Lucas assured us that it would be magical no matter the weather. That morning it rained and rained all day, the temperature dropped down to 45 degrees. Brittany’s husband Matt was outside putting umbrellas up over the outside ceremony venue, drying seats, putting blankets out for guests. At 3:00 pm, the sun came out for the ceremony and nothing was going to stop this wedding and Brittany Lucas made sure that everything came together. Brittany was so helpful to me as a parent. I have never put something like this together and did not know what to expect. She made it so painless. We not only secured the venue but also her assistance in coordinating the colors of the wedding to work with the décor of the tables and venue. Brittany also was the timekeeper, coach, and planner for the day of the wedding. She kept everyone on time from lining up the groomsmen, assisting the bride with her dress and bridal crew to the alter. She worked with the photographer (Rocha) and videographer (Elevated Media) who were amazing. Brittany also was so welcoming in preparing the bride and groom's golden doodle for pictures. Her staff Tonya knew exactly what type of bar list we would need and what to order and work for our venue. The Bridal suite and Groomsman suite for the bridal party were perfect, roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Having the wedding at the White Barn at Lucas Farms was the best choice that my daughter and her husband made. The caterer was also suggested by Brittany. Goehringers catering is above and beyond fabulous, the lighting was magical and the drinks were plentiful. This was was enjoyable and stress-free, and working with Brittany and her staff made this the perfect location.

I could not recommend The White Barn enough for your special day! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony site, the patio for cocktail hour, and the barn itself are beautifully done. Brittney and her team were amazing! Brittney was very responsive to my questions leading up to the wedding. The team is so experienced and knowledgeable which was so incredibly helpful the day of. I could not recommend The White Barn enough for your special day! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony site, the patio for cocktail hour, and the barn itself are beautifully done. Brittney and her team were amazing! Brittney was very responsive to my questions leading up to the wedding. The team is so experienced and knowledgeable which was so incredibly helpful the day of. I am so glad I picked The White Barn for my wedding.

The White Barn at Lucas Farm was exactly what we were looking for and so much more. Brittney was the most organized, kind, and flexible person we could have ever imagined! She has preferred vendor lists which were a life saver because we were from out of state. She also had a package where you can allow her to decorate for you after reviewing everything want; do it, you won't regret it at the end of the night when you and your family don't have to clean up. Her decorations are beautiful, we used all silk flowers and noone even knew. Brittney and her husband have continued to update the barn grounds and have added even more perks including a partially covered patio for a cocktail hour. We were lucky enough to work with Brittney at her beautiful venue, not once, but twice and we are so grateful to have found the White Barn at Lucas Farm!

I had my eye on The White Barn for my wedding before I ever started dating my now-husband, ha! Choosing to have our wedding here was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. The barn was built beautifully, keeping in mind the details that many brides and photographers look for and want in a venue. Brittney and her team decorated it so it looked like it came straight out of a fairytale, though it is a stunning venue by itself. Brittney was also our wedding day coordinator and the entire day flowed smoothly without any hiccups (that we know of). We have received so many compliments on our wedding from our guests, and we owe it to Brittney, her team, and the White Barn. I can't recommend this venue enough!

In 2018, my husband stumbled across The White Barn after we had been searching for a wedding venue for a few weeks. We had viewed several locations within the surrounding area but none of them really stood out to us. We pulled into the drive of the barn and I gasp because I knew that this venue was THE ONE ! Our wedding was literally built around this venue- in a matter of 2 months. Brittany is one of the nicest, cooperative, hardworking & efficient entrepreneurs I know! From our very first interaction, it has been such a pleasure. Her husband, Matt does all the beautiful landscaping & has such an eye for the best photo areas. The whole property is designed with corn fields & a huge oak tree at the center. Matt drove the whole wedding party around the land on his golf cart & supplied drinks the whole time. The entire venue is gorgeous and was worth the 5 hour drive from Delaware. I highly recommend hiring Brittany as the “day of coordinator” as she helps make that special day hassle free & completely flawless-both at the wedding ceremony & reception. She took care of all the vendors on that day and communicated efficiently with us. Brittany responds efficiently on email, text and even WhatsApp. Her inventory has a huge range of decorations to choose from and she has that talented eye for decoration & color- ranging from flowers, votives, candles, antique books, etc. The entire barn was designed by Brittany- the interior, little details, everything falls into this beautiful sweet view for the eyes. I love how everything has a personal touch! All our guests had such a good time and the wedding was like a dream. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day. Thank you so much Brittany & Matt for making our dream wedding happen in 2 months!

Where do I even start! I booked the venue 2 years before my wedding and didn't have one single regret. Brittney Lucas helped make the whole wedding process so easy and fun. The venue is picture perfect from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the dancing and dinner! There is space for anything you could ever want. The venue is not like other \"barns\" or any other venue I've seen! It truly is one of a kind. I couldn't recommend the White Barn enough!!!! The second you visit the venue, I promise you will fall in love!! Wish I could get married here everyday, and having depression now that its over. But do yourself a favor and book this venue for a great experience.

The White Barn at Lucas Farm was beyond amazing for our November wedding. We lucked out and were able to have our wedding outside, and the space could not have been more beautiful. Brittney does a FANTASTIC job of coordinating with her assistants and family, and everyone makes sure the day goes smoothly. We hired Brittney to do the decor and it was WELL worth it. Being able to come to the barn in the morning as the bride and only focus on getting ready versus having to worry about decorations and such getting set up was very convenient and she does a tremendous job. You can tell Brittney is extremely efficient as well as personable, friendly, and just amazing at what she does. We were so happy with our day at Lucas Farm and could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out!!

When we found The White Barn online, it was everything that we wanted and more. Then we went to visit in person and it honestly just blew us away. Once you step foot in the barn, you instantly know that there is no where else but there that you will want to get married. The attention to detail is immaculate. She helped us make sure we had everything we wanted and made sure the whole day along with her husband and crew went smoothly. I never had a doubt in the world with trusting her to make our day fabulous. If I could relive our wedding day over and over I would! And there is not one single thing I would change. Our daughter and son-in-law was married at this venue August 10th 2019. Kelsey and Jacob worked with Brittney for over a year after setting the date. Brittney always answered all of our questions and made any recommendations when needed. She was always very helpful. We chose to rent the decor from Brittney and have Brittney decorate the venue. She did a fantastic job, it all looked so amazing. Everything that she done for us made the day truly perfect. I highly recommend The White Barn at Lucas Farm and working with Brittney to have that perfect day. My daughter told me that this was the wedding of her dreams.

Even though I chose to do this, I felt that I only had to do minimal work! Not only that, but Brittney made sure that my day went smoothly and perfectly. We opted to have her do coordinating the day of and it went flawlessly! She also has a list of preferred vendors who I was able to trust, since I don’t live in the area. I without a doubt wouldn’t have asked for it any other way. It’s well worth the price. You can tell that this family is truly passionate about their company and image in the community. My guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about our venue. I 100% would recommend to anyone who is considering getting married here.

Brittney and Matt were the most amazing, hard working , passionate, and knowledgeable people we worked with during our wedding process. No matter the time of day or questions I could think of Brittney was always there for the best advice and helpful knowledge to make our day perfect! During our planning process we had a little bump in the road with the caterer. And if you don’t know, The White Barn is a venue only place, meaning we are allowed to bring in our own vender such as the catering. While planning with the caterer there were countless time Brittney was there to be the contact between the cater and I, and the strong voice to convey exacting what we both envisioned, both for my happiness and for the reputation of her business. Her recommendation for everything was always spot on. I truly believe and could only wish everyone could experience such an amazing planner as I did with Brittney. Not only was she amazing the venue is just stunning in itself. I grew up in the oakland area so most of my family was familiar with the beauty of the area. My husbands family were not from the area and I can’t count the number of compliment on the venue. From day one I knew this was the venue I wanted to get married at and since then they have continued to keep adding the most amazing touches to the property to some how make me fall in love with it even more! The moment I walked through the doors of The White Barn I knew this was going to be our venue. We live 3 hours away and I didn’t care. I wanted something unique and this was just the place. Everything from top to bottom is beautifully made. I lost count of how many people have told me that our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! We got married outside in front of the pond, where there are already hand made built in benches for your guests to sit. No need to rent chairs! Big umbrellas to cover your guests from the sun which is a great touch. The cocktail hour space is amazing! And the inside is a dream. Brittney does such a great job with interior design. She has rentals for pretty much anything you can think of for an affordable price. She also coordinates for you and makes sure everyone gets down the aisle correctly and at the right time. They offer a trash and clean up service which I would recommend to everyone! That took so much stress off of us and our families. Anything we needed, the owners were there to make our day perfect. The White Barn at Lucas Farm is the perfect place to get married! The venue is beautiful and the owners are absolutely amazing. They were extremely helpful and accommodating to us and made the day flow flawlessly. We got married on an extremely hot day and they made sure that guests were comfortable and hydrated throughout the whole event. Brittany was willing to answer any questions and was only a phone call or email away at all time. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

Brittney and Matt at The White Barn are absolutely amazing. Not only is the venue itself perfect, but they are the most detail oriented, hardworking, and responsive owners out there. Brittney was so incredibly quick to answer any and all of my questions and made amazing referrals for preferred vendors. Not being from the area, I was not sure of who to contact, and I could not have been more at ease and pleased with everyone she recommended. It is very evident that so much love and dedication went into every aspect of the ceremony site, patio, grounds, and barn. From the time I booked the space, until the day of my wedding, they had made so many amazing upgrades and enhancements to the space (not that it even needed it!) Following my wedding, I have had so many people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to, and they could not be more accurate. Thank you to Brittney and Matt Lucas (and Brittney’s sister who also helped out the day of) for making my special day absolutely amazing!!

The wedding weekend is over, but the memories I will cherish for a lifetime! Some say they don’t know where to begin, but it truly all began with The White Barn at Lucas Farm. When choosing a venue for our special day, I knew in my heart I was set on a white barn. However, never in a million years did I expect to know why I had such a soft spot for a white barn. This feeling wouldn’t of been so strong if it weren’t for Brittney - owner of The White Barn at Lucas Farm. Brittney’s dreams came true when her & her husband Matt built the barn and I could feel it when they shared their venue with us. The gorgeous chandelier that sparkles above the dance floor came from a local bank, the conversations & laughs that surround the bar came from wood from a local church. Every piece in their barn is hand picked that adds character and sentimental values to their barn. The beautiful pergola and wood seating where we said “I do.” I could just dance my way around the barn staring at every piece and get lost in thoughts. The venue felt like it came out of a fairy tale book, written by a wedding fairy godmother I call Brittney. I nearly spit my drink out when asking for another refreshment when Brittney handed me a drink that was already prepared. She was always two steps a head of me and that’s how she was throughout this whole process. I mean who sends you a picture of a piano in the middle of the night only to wake up after a bad week reading “I have a wedding gift for you.” She inspired me to keep working hard for my inspirations of playing the piano for my husband on our wedding day. She popped up out of no where when my dress ripped, and added details to every part of our wedding without me asking because she could read her bride. There’s no way I would of ever found a venue and coordinator like the White Barn at Lucas & Brittney Lucas. Not once did I ever feel like I was renting a space or working with people. I felt like I was at a special place with very special hard working people that I hope to see again soon! The White Barn is absolutely beautiful! If you think the pictures look amazing? Wait until you see it. You won’t find a place with more natural beauty. The Barn venue is beautiful inside and out. There is so many extra little things around the barn that add to it’s beauty (pond, silo, oak tree, fire pit, etc.) If that isn’t enough of a selling point Brittney and Matt (owners) make the whole package. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went off without a hitch. They acted without even being asked to. They are easy to work with and Brittney communicated with me constantly leading up to the wedding day. They were constantly behind the scenes making things happen and making sure everything went smoothly. I can not commend them enough for their professionalism and kindness. They are purely amazing at what they do. The day was perfect and it’s a huge thanks to them!

Northern Garrett High School held their Junior/Senior Prom at The White Barn on May 12, 2018. It was absolutely beautiful! Brittney and Matt are so wonderful to work with and the decorations and venue were just out of this world. The students were beyond amazed and had an outstanding time. Thank you to The White Barn at Lucas Farm (Brittney and Matt) for hosting our \"Forever Enchanted Prom\" and it will certainly be a night our students will remember.

It was an honor to have had my Baby Shower there recently. I had seen all the hard work, dedication and love that went in to building the Venue, but until you are actually part of it, its breathtaking. Everything from the decor, the attention to detail and the presentation of the whole event was more than I could of ever dreamed of. The owner was also the decorator and nothing went untouched or unnoticed her attention to detail is a rare gift. It was absolutely stunning and just breathtaking. I will make sure everyone knows about this place and I will most certainly be back. Truly grateful for the experience to be part of their creation and how they made my day so very special and unique.

Brittney was very good about keeping us up to date.. & they worked tirelessly to get it completed on schedule. We were the 2nd wedding, & it was amazing. Everyone loved it, & it made giving my daughter her dream wedding possible. It is a beautiful venue, & they are very accommodating. there are still things being finished, & it will continue to evolve.but it is the perfect place for all styles of weddings.

One word to describe this venue: Perfection!!!! Our day was more than we ever could have imagined!!! Matt and Brittney's attention to detail is amazing!!! Brittney Lucas (Owner) I appreciate old things that tell a story. I love to re-create beauty with timeless pieces, both old and new. I have a large collection of vintage and antique pieces in my rental collection that are exclusive to couples who rent the barn.​​ My design preference is fresh and timeless. I love the use of farmhouse pieces that are a glimpse of the past. I have the ability to see the potential in every design. I have a design degree from West Virginia University as well as several years of experience in interior design and the wedding industry. The White Barn is a dream venue and a dream come true!
