Located in Cheney, KS, The White Barn is an elegant barn-style wedding venue. Situated approximately 20 minutes from Wichita, this destination is convenient to both urban and countryside excursions. With beauty that is accentuated by a three-acre pond, this property is an ideal backdrop for any special celebration. At The White Barn, both indoor and outdoor celebration spaces are available. Inclusive of 20 acres, the land that this property encompasses is private, tranquil, and stunning. Ceremonies and receptions can take place beside the pond or inside the covered pavilion. Whichever space you choose, you can feel assured that your event will be meticulously cared for by this venue's exceptional staff. The White Barn welcomes bookings for tours and consultations. Included in rentals are a sound system, microphone, round tables, chairs for 299 guests, a bridal suite, parking spaces, and more. For the host's convenience, a mobile wooden bar is made available for cocktails and other drinks. Either a contemporary black metal circle or a large wood hexagon can be selected for ceremonies, and couples can hire their own vendors. By having an open vendor policy, The White Barn enables couples to enjoy their preferred choice of caterer or bartender. Both of these vendors must be licensed and insured to work on the premises. To accommodate a variety of needs, this venue allows single-day or multi-day rentals. Non-wedding occasions and rental of The Quarters is also an option. This alternative space is suited for groups of up to 49 people and can be ideal for pre-wedding gatherings, bridal showers, or anniversary parties.

I can’t rave enough about this perfect venue!! Working with Kelli and Nick was a dream! We had our ceremony on the water and the reception inside the barn. I could not design a more perfect venue for our wedding if I tried! I’m still getting messages about how beautiful it was from friends and family! The bridal suite was absolutely perfect for all the girls to hang out and get ready, and it also made for some of the most Beautiful pictures!

The white barn was beautiful and country bohemian style. The owners were easy to talk too, contract was good. If serving Alcohol you will have to hire a security, and it takes a little while for lighting in the bridal sweet. I would say it needs better lighting in the bridal area (bedrooms), thats all.

Our daughter just got married at this absolutely beautiful venue. Kelli and her mother-in-law, Deb were so helpful and easy to work with. Your wedding, how you want. No hidden or added on fees. We booked the two days which allowed us to have rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the evening before, as well as plenty of set up time. Our daughter and her bridesmaids also took advantage of staying overnight in the bridal suite! It was a flawless experience. Thanks Kelli!

A Dream Venue... Almost Angelic... It was the Perfect Day...So many settings to chose. Getting Married in the Barn, outside by the Double Doors or by the Waters edge...all breath taking and lovely.. The owners made it so simple to decide, guiding us through how it would layout and the options. Highly recommend this Venue...for Weddings, Family Reunions, any Event they will Allow it holds hundreds of people. So, make an appointment today with Kelli she is such a delight and so personable. This duo Nick & Kelli have created together a Couples Venue that will be one fir the History Books. A Memory that will keep giving back with every reflection. The White Barn was absolutely gorgeous inside and out! I loved all the details like the chandelier that added to the ambiance of the venue and I loved the freedom I had to arrange and decorate however I wanted. Although the venue was so pretty I didn’t even need to decorate! Also, the bridal suite provided so many picturesque moments with plenty of space for all 11 of us to get ready and I loved that it was connected to the reception area for convenience and privacy.

We call Cheney, KS home and had so many people asking if they could have their wedding on our property that we couldn't say no.We wanted an elegant barn venue that allowed couples to make it their own.
