Historic 1800's Barn -Vintage Vibes & Elegance
Nestled in Southeast Indiana, near the Ohio River and beautiful historic downtown Madison, sets The White Barn Venue. This elegant and vintage indoor/outdoor venue provides a picturesque backdrop for weddings and events. Resting on 49 acres of rolling countryside, you and your partner can marry on the exquisite grounds, surrounded by green lawns and meadows. The spacious White Barn provides an intimate setting with rustic charm and a touch of chic elegance. The Barn dates back to the late 1800's structured at 3 stories in height with hand hewn beams, original windows and the large open loft overlooking the lower level. It offers wrapped fairy lights throughout as well as white draping and a grand chandelier giving a warm romantic ambiance for your special day. The Barn does provide HVAC to assist with providing added comfort to your guest, while keeping the authenticity of its character. Imagine that magical moment when the bride makes her grand entrance through the stately 10ft doors onto the great lawn for everyone to be overtaken by that moment! From the outside lights on the patio for dancing under the stars to the conversations around the warmth of the bonfire enjoyed by family and friends, every piece of the venue creates inviting memories to be made and treasured! In addition to the Barn the Carriage House sets close providing a large and spacious Bridal Suite, Grooms Quarters as well as multiple restrooms. that are all HVAC. The Bridal Suite provides everything a bride would need as she prepares for her wedding day, from a private large bathroom to a stylist chair for her and wedding party and much more! The Grooms Quarters offers 700 square feet while providing a pool table, 75" Flat screen TV, dart area and a private dressing room for the Groom and his Groomsmen to relax and enjoy time together before his big moment. The staff at the White Barn Venue strive to provide first class service, catering to the needs of the couple ensuring their day flows seamlessly. The Venue itself is stunning. Such a beautiful place to get ready, fun atmosphere for the guys to get ready. Rehearsal night, everything was decorated and ready to go waiting for our personal touches to be added which we got to add the night before so the morning of there wasn't much to do. It's not just the venue tho... The Owners Shelly and Bryan are amazing! Shelly from the first time you meet her she is SO helpful. There were so many times she stopped what she was doing to help me find the right vendors for my wedding day, and had it sent to me the same day. Shelly is SO efficient. Shelly was amazing on rehearsal night especially with the kiddos. The day of the wedding, I can't say enough about Bryan and Shelly. They both went above and beyond. My caterer screwed up royally the day of my wedding and Bryan and shelly both were along for the ride and kept everything calm cool and collected. If it weren't for them, the reception would have been a disaster. The bartender they have for the day of your wedding, you won't find a better one anywhere. I've never seen a bartender this good. Andrew was the perfect fit to shelly and Bryan. The 3 of them ARE the dream team. My last thought every single night and my first thought every single day has been my wedding day, I see the barn, my dress, everything and it's been such a sweet way to start and end my days. I'd relive this day over and over again. It truly was the best day at the best venue. 10/10 recommend this venue. It's worth it.

Working with Shelley and Bryan was the smoothest part of the whole wedding experience. They are both very caring and passionate about the services they provide. They made sure that the entire day ran smoothly, and the venue is incredible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They offer an exceptional value at a reasonable price with everything they include in the package. Even after the wedding when we were cleaning, they stayed and assisted us. I really appreciate everything they did and couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Can I give them 100 stars??? I cannot say enough good things about the venue, the owners, the staff, everything. Our day was beyond perfect thanks to the white barn! Everyone was ready to help with everything. Everything was already set up exactly how we wanted, itâs beautiful and perfect. I am still speechless with how smoothly everything ran and how our day went off without a single problem thanks to everyone there. Beautiful setting, venue, and staff! I will always recommend the white barn!

We couldnât have asked for a better venue when we booked The White Barn. It is a stunning venue and we got nothing but compliments from every guest. It was the perfect setting for our wedding. We knew we wanted to book with White Barn the second we saw it. They offer lots of options for decor that is included in the cost so there is little to nothing you would need to buy as decor. They also offer rental services such as a sâmores bar which was a big hit with our guests. Not only is it the perfect country/barn setting for a wedding but Shelly and Bryan are great people. They went out of their way to help make our wedding day perfect. 10/10 recommend anyone to book with The White Barn

First off, Shelly and Bryan are amazing! They are so kind, helpful and considerate. I could have never imagined having such a beautiful wedding and they were a huge part in making it a success. They share their list of preferred vendors with you and they were also top notch. The barn itself is beautiful and seats so many people. Not to mention the gorgeous bridal suite and groomâs quarters that were made available to us. If I could go back in time, I would continually pick the White Barn as my venue every single time.

Shelly and Bryan truly made our day special!! When you first meet them it was an immediate feeling that you feel apart of the family. During the planning process Shelly helped/gave us advice. Leading up to our wedding I had some medical emergencies landing myself in the hospital 3 days before our big day, they both were checking on me on a daily basis until I got out hours before our rehearsal dinner đ. Throughout the next day *our wedding day* they checked on me making sure I was okay and didnât need anything. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and I wouldnât have changed a single thing. I think what I love most about them is that they want to give you the wedding youâve dreamt of and will guide you through the journey. Sorry this was so long, I truly will never be able to thank everyone that was involved helping us. I HIGHLY recommend using the white barn venue for your wedding đ€ - The Byrds

I can't give enough high praise for Shelly and Brian at the White Barn Venue. Nestled near Clifty Falls State Park the scenery is unbeatable. Madison is an extremely welcoming town with the cutest town center. The hotels were great and there are a ton of options for Air BnB with Hanover College within minutes. The barn itself is gorgeous and well taken care of. It's perfectly decorated barely needing anything additional. You can't take a bad photo at the White Barn Venue. Between the perfectly manicured lawn and the gorgeous lighting. It's is truly magical. The bridal suite is equally beautiful and has everything you need; it's truly the perfect place to get ready for your big day. My husband and I are military stationed in Alabama. They were beyond accommodating with our situation. They made very step of the process so easy, providing a preferred vendor list that did not disappoint. Their wine selection is amazing and every option is delicious. We really felt like family here and it helped create an amazing night we will never forget. Highly recommend to everyone planning a wedding especially for a destination wedding!

The day we seen this venue we knew we had to have it for our special day! Thereâs so much included in this venue! My day was magical all thanks to The White barn venue!Iâd pick this venue every time! Very personable!Very accommodating of last minute changes as well. They think of everything! Just book already! You wonât be disappointed!

I had been dreaming of getting married at The White Barn Venue since a friend first mentioned the venue a few years back. From the moment we first met with Shelly and Brian over a year ago til the second we left, Brian and Shelly were absolutely AMAZING hosts. They answered any and all questions, calmed our wedding nerves, hyped us up for the big day, and even got emotional with us. We 100% will highly recommend this venue every time someone is on the search. Keep it up Shelly and Brian, youâre something special in the wedding world.

Shelly and Bryan at The White Barn put their heart and soul into their business to make sure your planning, execution, and details for your special day are executed perfectly! They keep in contact with you throughout the process, informing you of any changes or additional services offered. On the day of Shelly and Bryan checked in periodically to make sure my groom and I were doing alright and if we needed anything. When it came down to it events such as helping with my dress bustle Shelly and Bryan were right there ready to help or do anything to ease the stress. They are the most kind, professional, and thoughtful couple to work with! I will ALWAYS cherish the memories of having my wedding at The White Barn.

With a vision and dream to see this property come alive again while touching the lives of others, the restoration began in 2016. We are a family owned and operated business and take pride in all we do to ensure our couples & guests have the best experience ever!
