The White Room is St. Augustineâs most sought after venue located on the waterfront. Established in 2006 and now with over 2700+ weddings, The White Room is St. Augustineâs most award winning full service private event and wedding venue. With breathtaking water views, hardwood floors, grand white drapes, and classic Chiavari chairs, that will create a backdrop for an unforgettable evening with all those dearest to you. We can accommodate 50 to over 400 guests (250 guests seated) with three venues to choose from for your event. All of our food is prepared in house by our executive chefs and is served oven to table within moments â a key difference for our venue. We also have trolley services available for parking. We would love to meet you and host the most memorable day of your life!

We did a destination wedding in St. Augustine, FL and got married at the White Room. From the moment I met with the White Room staff, to our wedding day, the team at the White Room made everything easy and were top notch professionals. Since we were coming from out of town, I was not able to see all the pieces come together, or do any tastings, etc. until the day of the wedding. When I saw how the team at the White Room and wedding coordinator put everything together, I was floored- it was incredibly beautiful. The food was great, the service was exceptional, and all my guests were raving at how much fun and how beautiful the wedding was. From my experience as the bride, my wedding day felt very much like I show up and the team at White Room took care of the rest during the day of. They really made it easy and as minimal stress as possible. I highly recommend this venue!

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish. Meghan and the entire team at White Room made sure to have everything set for our special day- I will say paying the extra for their luxury package (which included setup and breakdown of decor) was đŻ worth it for not having to deal with any added stress the day of. And the food and apps for cocktail hour and the reception were loved by all our guests. We were in the Villa Blanca for our ceremony, the roof for cocktail hour and the lounge for dinner and reception. I would recommend their location/staff to anyone.

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish. I could not be happier that we chose to book our wedding at The White Room! Not only was the venue gorgeous (we had our ceremony in the Villa Blanca and our reception in the Grand Ballroom), but the staff were incredible as well. Meghan was so attentive and responsive throughout the whole planning process and throughout the wedding day, that so much stress and worry was taken off of our shoulders. The rest of the staff was also so on top of everything, that we know our guests were so well taken care of. So many of our friends who got married before us told us to make sure eat on the day of, even if we get busy. We did not need to worry about that at all! During every transition someone from The White Room staff was handing us a drink or appetizer, then, when we sat down at our sweetheart table we had more of each of the appetizers, samples from our Farmers Market station, and more of our signature drinks. They also made sure to serve us first so we could have plenty of time to eat before mingling with our guests. We felt so well-taken care of throughout the wedding day. Everyone was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to as well, immediately soothing any nerves. So many of our guests came up to us to tell us how good the service was and that this was their favorite wedding. I know that we have The White Room to thank for this! Big shout out to the chef as well who was able to accommodate for many dietary restrictions. Every piece of food was delicious and the shrimp and grits shooters were definitely a hit!

I fell in the love with the rooftop overlooking the ocean and the beauty of the loft dining room. Giselle was with us every step of the way-- checking our menus, working with our vendors, and making sure Pooyan and I were prepared for our wedding day. Everything truly went above and beyond my expectations on the day of our wedding, and we couldn't have been more happy that we picked the White Room. Giselle and Destiny made sure everything ran smoothly and the event space was just as beautiful as I had imagined. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking! It was a day I'll never forget.

They were always quick to respond answering our countless questions and making super helpful recommendations. Day of Meghan, Alan, and the team had everything under control, from the big things to the little things you donât even think of. Trust us, they know what theyâre doing, its like they have it down to a science. The food and service is absolutely incredible! All I can say is WOW! We are so incredibly happy we went with The White Room for our big day. I worked with Meghan throughout the entire planning process leading up to our date, and she was absolutely amazing. We were lucky to have her as our day of coordinator as well which worked out great because she knew exactly what our vision was and helped make it all come together. We also had Alan as our reception manager and he was fantastic. He made sure my husband and I were catered to all night, bringing us food and drinks. The food was delicious and all of our guests were raving about it! We utilized the Villa Blanca (both upstairs and downstairs) as well as the grand ballroom and it was so beautiful. Can't say enough how happy my husband and I are with how everything turned out! Would highly recommend this venue! :)

We were first interested in this venue mainly for the view, but after the first meeting with Rebeccah we decided we had to pick this place because we knew we were going to get taken care of. And boy were we! The communication after that first meeting was incredible. I never had a question unanswered. This place really knows how to take the anxiety away from the planning process. The one time I started feeling nervous was the day before the big day, but during the rehearsal Rebeccah made it clear that they had it under control. Also, she did a wonderful job directing my wedding party on exactly what to do the day of, I didnât have to say a word. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly. They welcomed our dog, Rebeccah helped bustle my dress, and one of my favorite things was how much they made it a priority for the bride and groom to eat. We were welcomed with a whole tray of Hors D'oeuvres and our drink of choice and had a few minutes to ourselves to enjoy. Then for dinner they plated us up with all the awesome food and we were able to eat everything before table touching.Alan took over for the second part of the night and he was great with directing people to the dance floor and always making sure we had a drink in our hand. Lastly, all of the staff, the bartenders, the waiters, the woman directing the sparkler exit were so incredible! It was truly a night to remember and we are so grateful for The White Room team.

The White Room was absolutely incredible for our wedding day. They run a tight ship and I see why - everything was perfect, planned, and exactly on time and the staff was awesome to work with. First off, Meghan was amazing. She was willing to have multiple facetimes, phone calls, emails, etc. with me to plan for the big day and any last minute changes that came about. Her thoroughness showed and sooo many guest and my bridesmaids raved about how professional and punctual she was getting everyone and everything organized - it did not go unnoticed. Alan was our day of coordinator too and was always right there for anything we needed and the wedding party loved him. The food was incredible - I've been to many weddings in my life and that was some of THE best steak I've ever had. If you're looking for a venue that's stunning, memorable, and the staff is amazing and you can just enjoy the big day without any worries, book the White Room. I can't get over how tremendous they were.

I cannot thank Rebeccah and her team enough for making my daughterâs wedding everything she dreamed of and more. From the menu to the seating charts and all the planning that led up to the big day to the staff running out to buy cake for our guests when the big beautiful wedding cake collapsed moments before the ceremony (the bride never had to know anything went wrong) every detail was perfect. The food was delicious, the servers and bartenders were wonderful and Rebeccah and Reece made sure things ran smoothly and we all had an incredible time. I cannot thank them enough for making the day so absolutely perfect.

We had an amazing wedding experience this July 4, 2022! Gisselle was our coordinator for my daughter's and new son in loves wedding. She was very responsive and friendly. She made things happen! At times, I know she went above and beyond to make the entire experience pleasant and memorable! The bridal suites and the men's study are a wonderful touch and a great place for pre-wedding pictures. The ambiance of the ballroom is romantic and very classical. The Villa Blanca for the ceremony was very dramatic and pristine white with chandilers. It was truly a dream wedding, on a dream day with tremendous fireworks...with amazing food and in a gorgeous venue! The food was very beautiful and tasted great from the hord'oves to the main course stations.... I have never had better chicken and waffles. You cannot go wrong. It was worth every single penny! My daughter felt very special and the groom enjoyed every moment.

My daughters wedding was a dream!! One guest said, â just when you thought everything was so perfect, and then came the horse and carriage at the perfect time,â at the sparkler exit. We had a few hiccups, like, Publix not delivering the cake, because they forgot! But, our event manager, Sarah was right on it!! She told me not worry about a thing that she would fix it. Publix delivered exactly what my daughter originally ordered and was there in a timely manner. Sarah made sure all the flowers, cake topper, and their dog, Koopa was on the cake. It was beautiful! Sarah was our superhero! The only thing negative about the entire wedding night, was I felt the wedding party was rushed, and they did not announce for the guest to stand for the bride, so no one stood for my beautiful daughter and her father walking down aisle. I almost missed her it was so quick. But, Iâm not sure if this was entirely the White Rooms fault. The wedding party, (groomsmen) were, at times, a little hard to handle.. Sarah also handled them very well.The staff/bartenders/waiters/waitresses, I got to meet and talk to a few, Amy, Diego, and Sarah, were so friendly and amazing! The guest were raving about the staff. And did I mention the wine was superb, and the food was amazing. If I had to do all over again, I wouldâve splurged on more hors dâoeuvres and dessert station. The bride and groom had the best time ever!! Oh, and even the mother of the bride!! đ

My daughters wedding was a dream!! One guest said, â just when you thought everything was so perfect, and then came the horse and carriage at the perfect time,â at the sparkler exit. We had a few hiccups, like, Publix not delivering the cake, because they forgot! But, our event manager, Sarah was right on it!! She told me not worry about a thing that she would fix it. Publix delivered exactly what my daughter originally ordered and was there in a timely manner. Sarah made sure all the flowers, cake topper, and their dog, Koopa was on the cake. It was beautiful! Sarah was our superhero! The only thing negative about the entire wedding night, was I felt the wedding party was rushed, and they did not announce for the guest to stand for the bride, so no one stood for my beautiful daughter and her father walking down aisle. I almost missed her it was so quick. But, Iâm not sure if this was entirely the White Rooms fault. The wedding party, (groomsmen) were, at times, a little hard to handle.. Sarah also handled them very well.The staff/bartenders/waiters/waitresses, I got to meet and talk to a few, Amy, Diego, and Sarah, were so friendly and amazing! The guest were raving about the staff. And did I mention the wine was superb, and the food was amazing. If I had to do all over again, I wouldâve splurged on more hors dâoeuvres and dessert station. The bride and groom had the best time ever!! Oh, and even the mother of the bride!! đ

Personally would not recommend getting married at this venue, especially if you could have any unexpected life events occur during the year prior to your marriage. They are not flexible, and their contracts are 100% non refundable, and non negotiable. Unfortunately life does happen as we all know, like Covid, like losing a Grandparent. I spent $12,000 plus dollars with this venue and unfortunately life happened to me, and not one dollar could be refunded back to me, and in addition, there idea of flexibility was to reschedule the date but not even let me have an actual date, a âlimbo land,â date of we will call you three months in advance and let you know what dates we have open and you can let your guest know last minute, and unfortunately that doesnât work with guest traveling, trying to plan vendors, and letâs be honest, weddings are stressful as it is, that type of treatment with holding $12,000 of my money? When no services have been rendered. There excuse is they couldnât sell that date again? Yet I found out they already have a wedding booked the morning of my wedding date too. Unreal. Highly donât recommend unless you know for a matter of fact youâll be getting married that date and nothing can happen before that date. The lack of empathy, just words canât describe.

I canât say enough wonderful things about the White Room! Iâll start with the entire waitstaff. The staff was phenomenal! My husband and I both manage restaurants, and most guests were in the hospitality industry so when it comes to service, we look at the small details. This staff crushed it!!! Every single staff member was beyond friendly! Guests were coming up to us and complimenting us on how detailed orientated the staff was (even though we had nothing to do with them). Small things like removing the salt and pepper shakers after dinner service was done and cleaning up small crumbs were all appreciated and certainly noticed. The bartenders were quick to serve and were very friendly! Everyone worked very hard that evening and it showed. Thank you to every single staff member that made our evening flawless! Rebeccah was our event manager and she was on point with everything. From all the back and forth emails to the rehearsal to the day of, she was on top of it. She was very responsive during the planning process and did the best she could to accommodate all of our needs. We planned for a ceremony in the Villa Blanca and the reception to be in the loft/rooftop. The day of the wedding it was torrential downpouring so the decision was made to move the reception into the Grand Ballroom. Although it was not what we originally wanted, I believe it was the best move for our group. All of this happened because of Rebeccahâs recommendation. Rebeccah did an amazing job making sure the rehearsal, ceremony, my husband and I, and other big picture items were taken care of. Thank you, Rebeccah for all of your hard work! Then it came to Allan. Allan was a godsend! He was our day of coordinator and let me tell you, he and Rebeccah are the perfect dynamic duo! All of the small things he did for us and our parents put this experience over the top. From the guidance he provided, to all the drinks and even bringing us out tea, his level of service was exceptional and everyone seemed to take note. He was so helpful and friendly throughout the reception. Any questions, any needs, anything we could possibly desire, he was right there for all of it. He made sure we stayed on track with the timeline without being bothersome or overbearing. Every time I needed something or had a question he was one step ahead of me. Thank you, Allan! Overall I would absolutely recommend The White Room to any couple. Besides the stunning venues, exceptional customer service, the food was out of this world. It takes a lot for me and my family to be impressed by food (weâre definitely snobs) and we absolutely were. We chose to do stations and they did not disappoint. The Farmers Market Station and Seafood Station along with passed apps made for the perfect amount of food during cocktail hour. For dinner, we continued the station theme and it was perfect for our group. Everyoneâs food was served hot and the Prime Rib was cooked perfectly. There was not a single thing that I would change about the food. We received so many compliments about the food! If you are looking for a beautiful venue with overly friendly staff and amazing food this is the place you want to host your wedding. I cannot thank this team enough for all of their hard work. The White Room is amazing. Unfortunately, the day of, we relocated our wedding from the Rooftop Deck to the Villa Blanca (followed by the loft). Realistically, this was always a possibility with an outdoor wedding in Florida. The staff, especially Sarah were super accommodating and made the transition smooth. Even though it was inevitable, I did not feel pressure to make the decision of moving indoors until 2-3 hours before the ceremony. This was nice because the weather can change at any moment in Florida and there was no pressure the day prior. Throughout planning, my questions via email were answered throughly and in a timely manner.The day of our event, Allen was amazing. He made immense effort to ensure my husband and I were provided with everything we needed (food/drinks) including amazing service. We were basically never empty handed! He was extremely great at facilitating our timeline in a professional and calm manner. I keep emphasizing, âcalmâ because Iâve heard stories or witnessed events where staff are pushy and seem stressed- this was not the case at all. It was truly an amazing, relaxing , unforgettable experience (even though we had our hearts set on the rooftop)!

We received so many compliments from guests saying it was one of the most beautiful venues they have ever seen, as well as the best wedding food they have had! Rebeccah, our event coordinator made sure every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. In the midst of the craziness of wedding day, she even took the time to help me bustle my dress before the reception. She had a major role in making our day so special. We could not be more grateful! Alan, our reception coordinator was also wonderful! He made sure everything was running smoothly and that we had everything we needed, down to to-go meals and cake at the end of the night! There are so many other things I could say, but long story short, you cannot go wrong with booking The White Room as your venue!

If I could give The White Room more than 5 stars, we would! We got married last month (Nov. 2021) and truly could not have chosen a more perfect wedding venue! Our reception was in the Loft/Rooftop of The White Room, overlooking the beautiful St. Augustine downtown area and marina. If you're bringing 100 guests (or more) to St. Augustine for your wedding, you want an authentic St. Augustine venue, and I can't think of one better than The White Room. I'll start with the most logical part of the review - the price. The White Room is so reasonably priced for a truly top-tier wedding venue, plus the price includes your food, beverage, linens & furniture. With so much planning for a wedding, it was reassuring that we didn't have to coordinate additional caterers, and that everything was provided in-house by The White Room. Moving on to the more important pieces: food and decor. The food & cocktails were outstanding - not only did we think so as the married couple, but every one of our Guests RAVED about the food; we had hors d'oeuvres, entrees, specialty cocktails, mini-desserts and late night snacks, all of which were out of this world. And of course I can't review The White Room without mentioning the beautiful backdrop for photos and dancing. Last but certainly not least is the staff of The White Room; from answering questions via email for 2 years pre-wedding, to working with us days before to ensure all of our decor was set up perfectly, the whole process was seamless. Our event manager Sarah was also our night-of coordinator, which helped everything run that much more smoothly. Sarah worked with us on food tastings, the menu decisions, the decor set-up, and managed the reception evening so beautifully, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. We cannot thank The White Room enough for such a beautiful wedding, and I wish everyday that I could just re-live the day exactly as it was - there is not one thing I'd change! She went so far above and beyond a day of planner for me and I truly cannot thank her enough for making my day everything I had hoped! She walked me through everything from the beginning and would check in to see if I needed any help during the wedding planning process if she hadn't heard from me. Even my guests loved her and she made sure everyone was settled and she really took care of everyone. Alan, my reception manager, was also outstanding. He always made sure Kyle and I had what we needed and if we did need something during the reception, he was on top of it. Not only was the staff absolutely amazing and a great time, but the views of this place are breathtaking. This place captures how beautiful old Saint Augustine truly is and the pictures I have received so far are incredible. The food was delicious!! Even at the tasting, there was nothing we didn't like. We went with the duet plate, chicken florentine and beef tenderloin with a side of mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. There was so much food and everyone was satisfied. Even the kids plates were delicious and the pickiest eaters devoured their food. It was overall, the greatest night of my life and I cannot thank The White Room, nor the staff, enough for making everything a wedding dream come true!!

Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, The White Room made the last month leading up to the wedding as effortless as possible, and the actual wedding day magical! Our event manager Rebeccah was wonderful and incredibly helpful whenever I wanted to change something about the menu, or a last minute table assignment switch. There were so many little things that surprised us and made our day extra special - like champagne in the bridal suite or the to-go bags of food for my husband and I! Everyone was organized and professional, and really wanted to make sure that our wedding was the best day ever.

When planning a wedding, the first thought on anybodyâs mind is venue. We were planning our wedding from 3 hours away and were struggling to nail down a place. When I made the drive to see The White Room, the search was over. Talk about stunning! Rebeccah was incredibly helpful. We were planning a brunch wedding and she went over all the options with us for our wedding. When we booked, we were invited to a menu tasting where we got a chance to sample the wedding and once we tasted the French toast we were 100% sold. Rebeccah answered all my millions of questions and helped me every step of the way. When it came to our wedding day, I was able to relax because Rebeccah and our day of coordinator had every single detail locked down for us. The food is beyond incredible, all of our friends ask if they run a restaurant because the food was out of this world! Every single detail was perfect and Iâm so glad we chose The White Room for our special day.

I cannot say enough good things about The White Room, Meagan, and Alan. From our first conversation with The White Room Team, we knew that they would make wedding day SO easy on us. Throughout the planning process, Meagan always had answers to our questions and solutions to any problem we thought we might have. There was not an issue she couldn't fix or anything they couldn't do. The White Room team took complete responsibility for making sure everything happened that needed to happen with our vendors, arrival, and take-down. The whole day went off without a hiccup! And oh by the way the venue is breathtaking and the whole day was absolutely stunning!

Where do I even begin?! First of all, 5 stars isn't enough because the entire staff at The White Room went above and beyond from start to finish!! We cannot even thank you all enough for making our day complete PERFECTION!! We especially want to thank Rebeccah & Reese for making all of our dreams become a reality. Rebeccah was there to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. She was so patient with us and always so accommodating. We still have people talking about our wedding and how much fun they had, how delicious the food was and how breathtaking the views were from the rooftop. I am beyond happy that I happened upon The White Room in my wedding venue hunt. Selecting a venue that includes catering, bartending, tables, chairs, linens, and so much more makes all the difference in the world to me. While that does come with a price, it was all worth it. We had booked the loft/rooftop space for both our wedding ceremony and reception, and when the rain clouds came in, the White Room staff was quick to set up backup plans inside, which turned out even more beautiful than I think it would've been. The food- both the taste and the visual spread- was wonderful. I've had so many guests compliment the food and the space. I totally recommend action stations for your food! All of the coordinators that I worked with and communicated with were so kind, responsive, and great at what they do. Special shout outs to Meghan, Rebeccah, and Reese!The White Room has the perfect blend of a historic, charming, and modern feel, and I'd recommend it to anyone for their wedding day!

Our day was magical, from the kind and caring staff, delicious food, gorgeous venue and much much more. Where to start about the White Room? I have seen many venues as a guest and bridesmaid and knew this was the one I wanted to see. I initially thought I want want my wedding in the ballroom but ended up using the Villa Blanca for my ceremony and the Loft and Rooftop for my reception. First, the Villa Blanca is just gorgeous for a ceremony. Second, the Loft is so beautiful and historic and had exactly the look I wanted (I wanted a very romantic wedding with flowers and rustic elements). Obviously, the roof top is also gorgeous and super cool and unique. I had friends, who have been to 20+ weddings, say that theyâve never been to a roof top wedding and how great of an experience it was. Trust me, the look of the entire venue does not disappoint. Also, I got married during Night of Lights so the roof top is a must have! Then, thereâs the food, bar, and service. The food was amazing at our tasting the day of. We had an open bar and signature drinks which were all perfect and classy. The staff was absolutely amazing and always made sure my husband and I came first. We had drinks and a tray of appetizers while my dress was bustled while we waited for introductions and our first dance. They always made sure we got to try the food and had drinks in our hands. They also gave us two meals to take with us and some of our wedding cake (which I appreciate so much because I have never wanted to eat less than my wedding day unfortunately!) Then thereâs the coordinating. I booked at White Room in September 2019 and my wedding was December 2020. Six months in COVID happened. As any bride can attest, this was possibly the most stressful and uncertain thing thats happened to me in quite some time. I spoke with my coordinated fairly regularly who quite possibly saved my mental health! They kept me updated on their capacity and COVID procedures and routinely assured me everything would be fine (and that I wasnât crazy!) Rebeccah was so kind every time I spoke with her or had a question. I also had my day of handled by White Room and do not regret it. They set everything up beautifully and my timeline was exactly what I wanted. To sum it up, I couldnât imagine a better venue. If you are looking at The White Room, book them! I have been to so many amazing weddings and dreamed of my wedding for such a long time and still feel like I had the best, most special day ever. Even during COVID they kept things running smoothly and for one night I didnât feel like everything was different. Iâm very impressed by the quality of their venue, their staff, food, bar, and service. I am eternally lucky and thankful that I chose them for my wedding!

We were pretty clueless about the planning process, but Erin made everything super easy and stress-free. We booked the rooftop & loft for our ceremony & reception and the view was GORGEOUS! The photos came out amazing because every single inch of the venue is beautiful. Food was amazing, and the staff provided excellent service for all of our guests. If anything went wrong that night, I never knew about it! I was beyond happy with The White Room and would absolutely recommend them :)

The White Room made the rescheduling process so easy, which was very helpful during that stressful time. Our event manager, Rebeccah, was always very responsive to my many emails. The day of our wedding, everything literally went flawlessly. All of our family was amazed at how smoothly The White Room ran the event. Every little detail was exactly as planned. Meghan was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable during the initial planning process, she helped us out when we had no idea what was going to happen and for that we are so thankful! We then had Kelsi and Reese as our day of coordinators. I can honestly say they made our day of perfect. Kelsi was great at getting everything excellent for the ceremony, she was so sweet to answer all of my thousands of questions I had leading up to the big day and we have nothing but nice things to say about her professionalism and kindness to our family and friends during the rehearsal and ceremony. Reese took over for our reception and that lady is on top of everything! We never had to worry about a thing, even when a little rain happen she kept her cool and made us feel like nothing bad could ruin anything, and it didn't! I can honestly say this was the best day of our lives. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of our coordinating team, the incredible staff that worked our event, and the venue itself. You all are the real deal and I will highly recommend anyone to you!

The White Room knows how to do weddings! I wish I was able to give them more than 5 stars! As soon as we walked into the venue for our tour we knew this was where we wanted to host our wedding ceremony and reception. The White Room offers its couples romantic, elegant beauty in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Our wedding was on 8/8/2020, the ceremony was held in the Villa Blanca and the reception in the Grand Ballroom. The White Room knows how to do weddings! I wish I was able to give them more than 5 stars! As soon as we walked into the venue for our tour we knew this was where we wanted to host our wedding ceremony and reception. The White Room offers its couples romantic, elegant beauty in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Our wedding was on 8/8/2020, the ceremony was held in the Villa Blanca and the reception in the Grand Ballroom. Meghan, Alan and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our guests had a wonderful experience. I could not have dreamed of a better or more magical day. The White Room gave us our dream wedding! While searching for wedding venues, my husband and I both came across The White Room on Google and decided on having the ceremony and reception in the ballroom. Rebeccah was our day-of coordinator and made the day SO easy and seamless! We upgraded to the âluxeâ coordination and I would highly recommend it. Me and my husband just had to focus on the ceremony and having the time of our lives. Rebeccah and our reception manager Alan made sure we were both fed, always had drinks in our hand, and had everything we needed. Rebeccah bustled my dress while Alan brought Kyle and I a huge tray of appetizers to munch on before we were introduced to the reception. We even had quirky requests, like cutting a pizza instead of a cake, and they were able to accommodate with ease. I want to add that weâre from south Florida, so we had to do most planning from afar. The White Room provided a list of their preferred and recommend vendors (we chose all of our vendors based on that list). Rebeccah took every one of my calls, replied to all my emails, and understood that hosting a huge party took patience and understanding. Itâs ok to put your trust in them!I canât thank Rebeccah and Alan enough. You both made our night PERFECT.

All we can say is WOW! The White Room was the perfect place to have our wedding and we are so glad that we decided on this venue. Erin was our wedding planner and from the calls we were able to have with her to plan everything out, the rehearsal the day before our ceremony, and the day of everything went beyond perfect. The White Room is absolutely amazing! Thank you Erin and Alan! My son and daughter-in-law were married here last weekend, and the experience from beginning to end was phenomenal! Our main event coordinator Erin promptly answered all emails and calls from all of us (bride, groom, and both sets of moms) in the months before. The day before the event, they made every concession to allow us to drop off our decor whenever was most convenient for us. And the day of the wedding, lets just say WOW! Both Erin and Alan went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, and that all of us were completely at ease. The ceremony in the Villa Blanca was absolutely gorgeous, and they made sure that all of the family that had to stay and take photos after the ceremony were provided drinks and amazing appetizers. Can you say Chicken Wellington bites, TO DIE FOR! The Grand Ballroom was all you could have dreamed, and the staff continued to go above and beyond, quick and friendly. All of the food was the talk of the town, and the \"late night\" burger sliders and fries were a great touch. The sparkler send off went off without a hitch, and was the perfect ending. All of our friends and family said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and the bride said it was the most magical night of her life! Couldn't have gone better!

The whit room handled both the ceremony and reception venues. also catered the reception. the ceremony had to be moved last minute due to weather, which they accommodated immediately with no stress on us. Erin, our wedding coordinator from the White Room, and her team were absolutely amazing. She was our go-to person for every issue that arose and handled it all with grace and speed. She responded to e-mails very promptly. The food was great and they took great care in accommodating a guest with food allergies. We would highly recommend this venue for any occasion.

Leading up to our big day, Kelsi was so quick and easy to communicate with- she truly helped ease my stress and helped with things I didnât even think of. Every time I emailed (which was very frequent) she responded very pleasantly and handled whatever it was I was asking. On the day of, Reese took care of us in our suites and Kelsi popped in to give us a run down. Kelsi also coordinated the rehearsal the night before. During the wedding, Alan took over and made sure we had everything we needed all night, whether that was a drink or a plate of food. Everything was absolutely perfect and our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious the food was. We could not be happier with our decision to have a destination wedding. If the White Room is unavailable on the date you are thinking of, think of another date, because this place is unbeatable in terms of value, service, beauty and ease. Throughout the entire planning process, my coordinator was always there to answer every little question and help make decisions about the event.I canât say enough good words about The White Room staff. They are professional, attentive, and think of every little detail. They make the bride and groom feel so relaxed and taken care of on their day. The day felt literally perfect. I even told the reception manager, âif there is anything that went wrong you did so well at hiding it & I donât want to know!â A month later and it still seems flawless. If you are considering The White Room for your wedding day, I promise you will not regret it. They make dreams come true!

Our wedding at the White Room was flawless. We had our ceremony on the rooftop and reception in the loft. The space is so incredibly beautiful that very minimal decorating had to be done to make it look just right, and the building is equipped with ramps, lifts and elevators to make it accessible for everyone. Our event manager was Erin, and she was AMAZING. She was easy to communicate with, all of her responses throughout planning were prompt and thorough, and she was proactive about providing us with ideas and information to make the event go smoothly. The food was incredible, and the vendor coordination the White Room provided made our wedding day effortless for us. We still haven't stopped getting compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. We felt the White Room was worth every penny. Not a single complaint.

As soon as I came across photos of The Villa Blanca on Instagram, I knew that was the venue for us. Just beautiful, clean, and simple. We ended up having both our ceremony and reception in the Villa Blanca, and it easily fit our 80 or so guests. Kelsi answered all my emails thoroughly and timely throughout the ~9 month planning process, and you can tell The White Room knows their stuff. The venue itself was perfect -- rooms for the wedding party to chill in before the ceremony, a beautiful ceremony space, delicious food and drink, attentive staff, organized day-of-coordinator to keep you relaxed and to keep your day on-track, and I'd recommend getting up-lighting for the Villa Blanca when you have the dancing/reception up there, because it really does transform the space. I could go on and on, but this review is already really long, haha. Basically this venue is amazing and if you pick it, you won't be disapointed.

We worked with Meghan as our main planner, who was very easy to work with, communicated promptly, and was an expert about the venue and of weddings in general. Our day-of coordinator, Allen, was also wonderful, doing a fantastic job keeping our reception on schedule so that we didn't have to worry about it at all the day-of! Waitstaff was courteous and attentive as well. Great location in the center of historic downtown St. Augustine and a great selection of preferred vendors nearby.

We are so happy we picked the White Room for our wedding. It was the most seamless process and they were so nice. We live about 5 hrs from the venue (mini destination wedding) and we had no trouble with communication. They take care of things so you donât have to and always get back to you in a timely manner. Erin was our coordinator and she was AMAZING! But really the whole team rocks. The food is amazing, everyone was dancing and had a great time, I never felt stressed on the wedding day. We couldnât have asked for anything better!

We book the grand ballroom for the reception and had 150 people in attendance and it never felt too crowded -- our guests were complimenting the flow of the night, the food, and the fact that they never had to wait in line at the bar. Kelsi was our day of coordinator and she was amazing -- I emailed her several times about different items and she was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable! We booked our reception in The Grand Ballroom with Shannon Walters and she was exceptional when it came to answering all of our questions and communicating quickly with us! Erin Sheppard then was our coordinator throughout the entire process of planning. She was exceptional! She responded to emails quickly, met with my mother two months prior to the wedding to finalize details for our reception. She was always available for questions. We decided to make some last minute changes and she quickly rushed to get them all done! On the day of the wedding we had Alan there at our reception! He was amazing and extremely attentive to my husband and I throughout the entire reception! The service was amazing! The venue looked amazing. They set up all of our party favors, menu cards, place cards, guest book, pictures, welcome sign etc! They made everything look amazing! My husband and I couldnât be happier with how things turned out! My parents were also very pleased with the venue, the service, and the staff! It was absolutely PERFECT! The venue itself is beautiful, but the staff make it an amazing experience. We originally did our first walkthrough with Kelsi who was very helpful going through all the packages, options, cost,etc. We walked out of there with our quote knowing we were going to book the venue. Erin sheppard was our coordinator and I cannot express what an amazing job she did. She responded quickly and in detail to all my many emails and questions. At the last minute I opted to add the luxe package and she quickly took care of it. She graciously put up with our large rowdy wedding party crowd for the rehearsal and made it as quick and painless as possible. The day of the wedding was gorgeous. She decorated the venue even more beautiful than I could have imagined. She took care of every little detail you could imagine. She helped pin corsages and boutonnieres, moved our bags from dressing room to reception, plated our dinner for us and so on. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. I cannot say enough amazing things about The White Room. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. It is in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. When your guests come to town there is so much to do before and after the wedding and itâs a ton of fun! Our event manager was Shannon and she was AMAZING! She was so kind and patient during the planning process. The day of our wedding she made everything run flawlessly and made sure that I wouldnât have to worry about anything. During our reception we had Alan as our event manager and thank goodness we had him! During our busy reception he always made sure that my husband and I were taken care of whether we need food, drinks, just anything we asked he was there for us. I couldnât of asked for better event managers for our wedding day. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

I cannot say enough amazing things about The White Room. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and breath taking. It is in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. When your guests come to town there is so much to do before and after the wedding and itâs a ton of fun! Our event manager was Shannon and she was AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about The White Room!!!!!! We got married 12/2/17 (one week ago) and every single detail was perfect. We booked with Shannon, planned with Kelsi and worked with Meghan day of. All three were unbelievably helpful and great to work with. Shannon and Kelsi really went above and beyond during the months leading up to the wedding. They were both always prompt and eased my mind when responding to emails. Megan - our Day of Coordinator - was especially great considering she was filling in due to a family emergency. She got assigned to us less than 24 hours before our wedding and still pulled off a perfect day. The moment I walked in to The White Room the morning of our wedding I was treated like a queen. The bridal party and I were immediately escorted into the Bridal Suite and were given champagne, mimosas, and a huge space to just relax leading up to the ceremony. The White Room was so helpful in making the wedding our own - we were able to include giant Jenga, corn hole, a donut station and a polaroid guestbook. Our guests have done nothing but rave about our wedding all week. The food was AMAZING, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was unbeatable. We got married on the Rooftop and had a brunch reception in the Loft. All of our out-of-town guests were just blown away with the views of the city. The one phrase we have been repeating all week has been that we would not change a single thing about our wedding day. If you are considering getting married in downtown St. Augustine The White Room should 100% be in the running.

We had an amazing wedding at The White Room. Our wedding took place on the rooftop overlooking the bay, and had our dinner inside in the loft which are both so naturally pretty. Initially, we coordinated with Meghan but our final months were with Kelsi and we could not be more pleased! Kelsi was very attentive and answered all questions in a timely manner. We were planning from Texas and she made everything so smooth. Kelsi and the rest of the White room are true professionals and allowed everything to run smoothly. We even forgot toasting floats, and they had some on back up. By planning far away, we asked for their top three of photography, floral, entertainment, etc. and helped run wonderfully. We heard amazing compliments regarding the service and food from all of our guests. Thank for an amazing day, it far exceeded any expectation we had and we highly recommend it.

Our wedding at the white room could not be more perfect! Shannon is the absolute best coordinator! We enjoyed working with her so much, she's easy going, quick to respond, to the point, accommodating, and super friendly. She made our wedding day so perfect. We consider ourselves big \"foodies\" and we decided to go with their buffet option and couldn't be happier. Our guests couldn't say enough about how amazing the food was. Some highlights on our buffet were the beef tenderloin, crab cakes, butternut squash ravioli, and shrimp & grits, they were all delicious! We had so many guests tell us how pleasant and nice the staff was. We booked the Villa Blanca and the Grand Ballroom for 115 people and the space was perfect for the amount of guests we had. And the Villa Blanca is just drop dead gorgeous, the photos in that room look amazing! I could go on forever with how pleased we were with everything but seriously stop reading all these reviews and just book the White Room! They will not disappoint you!!

Absolutely amazing. Kelsi was our coordinator and she went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect! We had a hurricane hit 5 days before our event and Kelsi communicated with us fully about everything! They even bought an industrial generator to make sure we could still have our wedding! Kelsi blew us away with how well she handled not only the hurricane, but how beautiful she captured our vision for our wedding. The venue was GORGEOUS and the food was amazing. Things flowed perfectly throughout the whole night. Loved every detail about our wedding night.

I literally cannot say enough great things about The White Room! This venue and its staff are perfect. We had our ceremony and reception in the Villa Blanca which was incredibly beautiful and worked perfectly for our vision. Our event manager Shannon was the perfect combination of sweet and personable, but also able to stay on top of everything and keep everything in line. We had a large wedding party which could have been overwhelming, but she handled it gracefully. There were little mishaps that happened along the way due to other vendors, but Shannon never let me stress out about these things and had most of them solved even before they reached my attention. We planned this wedding long distance and I do not think I could have done it with any other venue. My wedding guests told me that they had never attended a wedding that had gone so smoothly and efficiently as our wedding did -- The White Room deserves almost all of the credit for that! A million thanks to Shannon and the rest of The White Room staff!!

I am so happy we decided to have our ceremony and reception on the rooftop at the white room! I was very nervous about getting married outside in Florida in August but the rooftop had such a nice breeze off of the water and the inside area was a perfect escape for anyone who needed to cool off. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - I barely brought any extra decorations, but the best part about the white room was Meghan and Alan! Leading up to the day Meghan was so patient with me and my mom sending her about a million questions over email. She made sure that we planned for things I didn't even know to plan for. The day of ran so smoothly all because of Alan, he was unbelievable. Always made sure the timeline was being followed and even was flexible to switch the timeline up when my sister was too nervous to eat and asked to make her toast before dinner instead of after! He always made sure we had food and drinks and whatever we needed. Thank you to everyone at the white room that made our day so amazing!

Having our wedding in the White Room was an amazing decision. The venue is just stunning and they are so incredibly accommodating. Shannon was so great to work with and answered all my crazy bride questions leading up to the event. We went with the Southern buffet for our dinner and it was amazing! It was so nice to have options outside of the typical wedding menu. My husband and I are so happy we had our wedding here! And all our guests just loved it as well!
