Mark Young(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-01-2023 Melissa Mullally was absolutely wonderful! Melissa answered every question I asked leading up to our big day. Melissa helped make decisions and truly made the process stress free. The Williams Inn is beautiful and well maintained. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant and house keeping were great! The wedding itself was perfect. We even took a picture with Melissa, because she felt like a part of the family. Dinner was amazing and the restaurant staff was excited, very professional and didn’t come off as strangers. Everyone at The Williams Inn was very welcoming. Thanks! Reviewed on 18-01-2023
Cassi Conway(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-06-2022 We got married at the Williams Inn in June. Everything was perfect. Since the remodel the venue is gorgeous and they are very flexible and considerate humans. The reception room is a bit modern, a bit basic looking, but there are easy things to do to make it gorgeous which we did! It was top-notch service. We had downgraded our wedding night room from the biggest suite down to save money, and they still gave it to us. I have written what happened with our cake, although it is a 3rd party it was included in the package and important to note. Cake is typically included in your package. But at the tasting, there were no cakes or cupcakes to try. Only brownies, cookies, etc. So we chose \"Simply Sweet Berkshire.\" We sent them photos of ideas for cakes, after several emails they sent us flavors and filling options. They never communicated with Williams Inn or us when they would drop off the cake. They left the cake at the front desk unattended. It also was basically a plain, white naked cake (No flowers like we agreed on) and when we cut into it on our wedding day, it was entirely incorrect. HOWEVER. Michelle, the banquet manager got with the chef and made it gorgeous for our day. The newest coordinator, Melissa, is amazing. She was so attentive and kept checking in to make sure we were all set. She only started a couple months before our wedding. Someone was filling in until then who was ALSO amazing. Wait Staff: incredibly kind and helpful. My husband and I were trying to get a head start on our cleaning for the night and we were making small talk with them, and they sent us up to our room and said they would have everything organized for us the next morning - and they did! All in all, they were perfect. Reviewed on 29-12-2022
Kelsey Haraty(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-11-2022 I got married at the Williams Inn this November and had the MOST amazing day!! There was a few changes in our venue coordinator throughout the process which was a little stressful but since my first contact with Melissa (the current coordinator) she was EXCELLENT. And the venue made sure to honor any agreements I had made with previous coordinators even if it was something they weren't previously aware of or no longer offered. We ended up having around 125 guests and the venue was the perfect size for that as it was VERY cold that day so everything (reception, cocktail hour, and reception) was held indoors. They let me bring all of my stuff in the day before and unpack/set up all of my DIY projects as much as possible which was a big deal for me cause I had a TON of stuff and very particular about how I wanted everything to look. But I will also say, everything that I didn't have a role in setting up like guest/welcome tables, dessert tables, etc.. the venue did AMAZING setting them up. I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful everything looked seeing my cocktail hour and reception set up for the first time. Every single hotel employee throughout the weekend was so nice and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. So many guests just kept commenting on how nice the Inn was - especially all of the hotel rooms! With that said, the beautiful brand new rooms does not come cheap. They only guarantee 10 block rate rooms in the initial contract and will add on rooms by request but can not guarantee anything above the 10 rooms. The block rate starts at $250 per night and there is a 2 night minimum for ALL bookings. So try to get as many block rates as you'll need and book ASAP - because the non-block rates are steep and the rooms filled up fast. And the suites (2 available) are $700 per night with the block rate so we only booked 1 then had to rent a room off the hotel bar for the guys to get ready in. Although the suite did NOT disappoint - it is huge and beautiful and perfect for a large bridal party to get ready in. Long story short... the Williams Inn is AMAZING and did everything in their power to make sure I had the most perfect wedding weekend. I wanted a cozy weekend getaway in the Berkshires where it felt like all of my friends and family were able to kind of took over the whole place for the weekend and that is absolutely what I got. If you want your guests to stay at the Inn with you - be aware that it can get pricey and they should book early to guarantee rooms. Aside from the hotel room pricing - the rates for hosting our wedding at the inn were extremely reasonable and in my opinion, worth every penny!! My day was absolutely perfect and I recommend Williams to any future brides a million times over! Reviewed on 29-12-2022

Sarah Rondeau(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-04-2022 My husband and I had our wedding at The Williams Inn in April 2022 and everything went even better than we could have imagined. Megan + the team were so supportive and communicative throughout the wedding planning process and accommodated all of our special requests to make our big day special. The hotel itself has been recently remodeled in a modern farmhouse style, perfect for brides who don't want to go completely rustic. There are so many photo opportunities at The Williams Inn (the lovely bridge, the red barn, the golf course/wooded grounds) within a 10-15 minute walk in Williamstown. Our guests raved about the food, big portions and amazing quality, some of the best wedding food we've had to date. We loved that our family could all stay together at The Williams Inn - they didn't have to worry about transportation and we could all maximize our time together. The hotel rooms are amazing - especially the luxurious bathrooms. There are also a number of more affordable hotel options in the area and airbnbs to suit guests' needs. There are also some great restaurants and fun attractions in the Williamstown/North Adams area making The Williams Inn the perfect location for a wedding weekend.I highly recommend booking your wedding at The Williams Inn, you won't be disappointed! Talia Simon(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-05-2022 Amazing venue, delicious food and incredibly helpful staff! I had a fantastic experience hosting my wedding at the Williams Inn. Megan was our main point of contact and she was super responsive and extremely organized. She was able to accomodate all of our requests and really helped tailor the day to be unique to our vision. Her whole staff was super friendly and very easy to work with. The venue itself is beautiful and very clean. We hosted our ceremony on the lawn behind the barn which offered a nice backdrop of trees and greenery. The lawn faces the Williams football field and track, so make sure to check the sports schedule when planning the time of your ceremony because unfortunately ours took place during a track meet and the announcer was very loud during our service. In terms of food, we were very impressed with the selection and quality of the dishes. The staff was also very focused on accommodating specific food allergies and preferences and made sure everyone was able to enjoy their meal. We also got a bunch of compliments from our guests on the cake. Everyone said it was delicious! I would highly recommend the Williams Inn for anyone looking to tie the knot in the Berkshires! Courtney Platt(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-12-2023 We had booked a virtual tour that had to be cancelled due to a wedding crisis - no big deal! So we rescheduled for this evening at 6pm. We got onto the provided Zoom link 5 minutes early and waited until 5 minutes after the scheduled time before messaging through the knot to let them know we were on and waiting. We waited another 10 minutes before sending another message that we were closing out of the zoom due to the missed appointment. 45 minutes after our scheduled time we received a message apologizing and stating they thought we had forgot because they never got a notification we were in the meeting which was odd since usually the host should log on first (and log on anyways for a scheduled appointment). It seemed like we had been forgotten about but they asked if we still had time to do a tour and we said yes and jumped back on right away. We sent three messages stating we were on and waited on the zoom for 30 minutes. Again, they never joined the call and we never received another message. Very disappointing and unprofessional. We were really excited about this venue and are bummed we didn’t even get the chance to view it. Reviewed on 29-01-2022
