The Willis House is a gorgeous wedding venue with a naturally beautiful house and landscape, tucked away in North York. Lisa and Todd clearly put countless hours of work into the upkeep of this stunning property. Many of our guests complimented us on our selection of wedding venue and on how courteous the owners were. From the first meeting through the cleanup process, Lisa and Todd were phenomenal to work with. They worked tirelessly the day of the wedding to help set up, coordinate vendors, direct traffic, assist guests, and clean up. We really appreciated the exceptional guidance and assistance they offered during the preparation for the big day. Lisa followed up with all of our questions and requests within a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make our wedding a day to remember.

The Willis House was the absolute perfect venue for our spring wedding! Everything was so lush and green, it's a beautiful outdoor venue. Lisa and Todd are very kind and helpful with great communication. It is truly a hidden gem and I would recommend it highly!

I can't say enough how AMAZING the team is at The Willis House. Lisa and Todd are absolutely amazing and do an incredible job keeping this venue beautiful. My guests came up to me all night and days after our reception raving about how amazing this venue was. And then there is Erica, the onsite wedding coordinator. She did a phenomenal job organizing my ceremony and reception. All three were so easy to work with and very accommodating. I will forever recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue!

I can't say enough how AMAZING the team is at The Willis House. Lisa and Todd are absolutely amazing and do an incredible job keeping this venue beautiful. The Willis House is one of the best hidden gems within York County! Conveniently close to downtown York with a beautiful green garden landscape, including a pond onsite. We got married at The Willis House last month (June, 2022)-Lisa the owner was very accommodating with a quick response to any questions that were asked. Erica the wedding coordinator did an amazing job with layout and making sure vendors were good to go day of. Lisa and her family were very welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly the entire day! We were a little concerned with weather because it had been raining till about 30 mins before the ceremony...Erica was on top of the weather, checking the radar and reassuring that it would be fine. Her and the team got everything all dried off and looking absolutely magical for ceremony! Very picturesque setting with an amazing family running the venue. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect outdoor wedding venue.

This venue was absolutely gorgeous and Mr. and Mrs. Hake are so friendly. They keep the venue looking beautiful and alive with many greens and flowers. The Willis House also has an amazing bar and hang out area just outside the pavilion which is great for guests to mingle and get their drinks.

The Willis House was everything we hoped for in a venue - and more! Erica, Lisa, and Todd helped our dream day come to life. Erica was the absolute best wedding coordinator. Her attention to detail, prompt responses, and beautiful execution of my wedding vision on the Big Day are just a few examples of how blessed we were to work with her. Lisa and Todd were so kind and generous, and every time we talked to them, they were so accommodating of anything and everything. The whole team truly treats you like family from the moment you meet them. Our wedding day was perfect in every way, and we are so thankful to have had such a great team to guide us from day one of planning. If you have the chance to choose The Willis House as your venue - absolutely do it…you will not be disappointed! Thank you for everything!

Wow I can’t believe how beautiful our wedding was at the Willis House. Every inch of the property was breathtaking, well maintained and Lisa and Erica were a pleasure to work with. Lisa was prompt, organized and did everything she could to help make our big day run as smooth as possible. Erica was our day planner and I could not have done it without her. She knows exactly what she is doing. She was working non stop to ensure our day had no hiccups. It start to drizzle right before the ceremony but the Willis House staff worked diligently to wipe off every chair for all of the guests. We can’t recommend this venue more! What a magical venue tucked away in York county. Thank you so much Lisa and Erica!

We held our October 3 wedding at The Willis House. Despite a huge change in plans about a month and half before our wedding due to COVID, Lisa could not have been more accommodating and understanding. We made the tough decision to drastically downsize our wedding and also moved our reception to another location, Lisa and Erica (The Willis House coordinator) were incredibly understanding and still put 110% towards our event. We had several meetings throughout the year leading up to our wedding with Lisa and Erica. The meetings were very productive and I always felt very prepared and stress-free after each meeting. The grounds were beautiful the day of our ceremony and we have some of the most gorgeous photographs from different areas on the property. I found The Willis House to be extremely affordable compared to many other venues around South Central PA. If it is in your budget, I would highly recommend hiring Erica as your day-of coordinator. She took all the stress of setting up and decorating out of the equation. I left a lot of decorating decision up to Erica and she did a fantastic job! I would recommend The Willis House to anyone looking for a perfect outdoor and nature filled wedding. We saw several deer and a few ducks during our wedding day! Lisa and Erica were really great to work and I really felt like they cared about making our wedding day perfect!

Just attended a wedding at the Willis House today. I can't begin to tell you what a wonderful experience we had! I have a terrible time getting around and was very concerned how things would be. WELL - I received an answer to my email and was given info that the site is handicapped accessible! They had blacktopped paths as well as grass. Their facilities were immaculate. Highly recommend.

The Willis house is absolutely amazing and truly the nicest outdoor venue in York county! The grounds are beautiful and have everything you would ever need. The ruins where the bar is and the firepit is awesome and the pond backdrop for the ceremony is perfect! Not only is this a beautiful venue, the owners are AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and go above and beyond in everything they do and honestly make you feel apart of their family. Also don't pass on getting their daughter Erica to be the coordinator for the wedding! She is the best and will make sure your wedding day is perfect without you having to worry about a thing! She set everything up the morning of the wedding and tore everything down, so we didn't have to.

We love our wedding at the Willis House! It's such a beautifully hidden gem in York. Lisa and Todd were so great from prepping for storms with a driving service for our guests to digging the day of so all of us were mosquito-bite free!

We just got married here on July 7th, and it was perfect!!! The owners of the property are amazing people who truly care about your big day! They are very helpful with any questions that arise! Our guest loved the open atmosphere the venue provided! I would recommend this place to everyone!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about The Willis House and everyone who makes the day absolutely perfect. Lisa, Todd, and Erica are master organizers, incredibly hard workers, and just all around good people. Their family approach works to seamlessly bring your vision to life so that you can enjoy your day without stress. In addition to the many talents they bring to the table, their venue is gorgeous and only continues to get better with each new addition they make. Multiple guests told us how beautiful and comfortable the setting was, and as you are planning your event, the proximity to many hotels is a big plus. It is an oasis in the city!
