Located in Villanova, Pennsylvania, The Willows is an elegant mansion venue that hosts weddings. Set in a scenic park on Philadelphia's Main Line, this historic estate sits high atop a hill overlooking the breathtaking grounds of Willows Park Preserve with its rolling hills, ponds, and trees. Couples who choose to celebrate their day here can enjoy exclusive use of the mansion and its surrounding patios, courtyards, stone walls, and gardens. Facilities and Capacity The Willows mansion is a beautiful example of Spanish Revival-style architecture. The exterior features a red-tiled roof, smooth plastered walls, wrought-iron balconies, and a Spanish-style courtyard. Inside the mansion there is a gracious foyer, dining room and paneled library. The solarium, with Italian marble terrazzo floor and glass doors, opens onto a curved terrace with a view of the idyllic and serene surroundings. The venue can host up to 150 guests for special occasions, with outdoor dining and dancing taking place in a white tent. Services Offered Peachtree Catering and Events provides delicious high-quality cuisine and full-service event planning. All services are personal, all menus, floor plans and timelines hand-tailored and customized so no two events are alike. Packages are all-inclusive with all equipment provided for - tables, chairs, china, flatware, linens, barware- and event coordination, set-up and cleanup all provided for. Additional services include: On-site parking Event rentals Lighting and sound Outside vendors Bar Cake Pet- friendly WiFi Cuisine Peachtree Catering and Events is the gold standard of fine catering with an exceptional culinary team hand-producing all the food using only the best of local and seasonal ingredients - cheeses, vegetables, meats, lettuces and so on. All food is fresh, hand-made (stocks, vinaigrettes, pastry, even the slider rolls...) and cooked/assembled to-order. Menus are customizable and designed from an extensive repertoire of signature items from diverse regions- French, Italian, Asian, Mexican, fusion, Philly. Special requests are easily accommodated- vegetarian, gluten-free, vegan and ethnic. The caterer for foodies!

The Willows Reviews
We had our wedding in April 2023. We had fallen in love with the venue on the very first tour. The mansion is gorgeous, and the surrounding greenery is breathtaking. We loved working with the Peachtree team, especially Grace. She kept us informed and on track through every step of the way, so we are so thankful to her for keeping this process smooth and stress-free. Our guests also had an amazing time, and they are still complimenting the delicious food to this day! The Willows will always have a special place in my heart.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Willows on 11/11/2023 and it was absolutely perfect! The food, cocktails, and service were outstanding! We were extremely impressed as were so many of our guests! We loved that guests had many different places to mingle throughout the night. The grounds are just so beautiful! Everyone that we worked with during the process were so great and extremely nice. Our questions were always answered and we were kept informed from the moment we toured the venue to when we had our reception. We are so thrilled that we chose this venue, it was the best decision ever! I highly recommend The Willows, you will not be disappointed!

My wife and I had the best wedding weekend at the Willows. The setting is stunning. There are rolling hills and water features. The leaves had just started changing color so we had beautiful autumn colors in the trees. The food and drink was amazing. The space was perfect for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The staff working the event was incredible. And Grace in particular was an absolute joy to work with. She made our night so easy and beautiful. To a person, all our friends and family had an amazing time and that's in large part thanks to Grace. I'm so grateful we got to work with Grace and host our wedding at the Willows.

We don’t even know where to begin. The Willows was everything we could have hoped and imagined. As soon as we had a tour with Dana we knew this was where we were going to get married. It was breathtaking and my (now)wife didn’t even bother looking elsewhere. The ceremony site, the grounds, the inside of the mansion all felt like a magazine. All we heard and still hear are people telling us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been too!Peachtree was also absolutely incredible! Lindsay and Marley made our wedding day so smooth and we can’t thank them enough. They were a dream to work with and took all the areas out of the day and we they let us fully enjoy every second. The entire Peachtree team were true professionals and everything was seamless. We couldn’t be happier and recommend them 10/10 times. Thank you!

am so, so glad my wife and I had our wedding at the Willows. It's an unbelievable space that suited our tastes perfectly, and the team at Peachtree was incredible in making the day more special than I could have ever hoped. We had an all-vegan menu that our guests have been raving about all week, and the tented reception space was warm and vibrant even though it was an unexpectedly rainy day. As such, we ended up having our ceremony indoors in the solarium, and listening to the rain softly falling on the skylight windows that span nearly the entire ceiling turned our wedding into a truly dreamlike experience. There's really not enough I can say about this place and the wonderful people who run it!
