We just had our daughters wedding on 12-16-23 at the Windsor! We knew we wanted to use a CN catering venue and we were right! They know what they are doing and how to coordinate your event. We worked with both Sara and Brooke and they were amazing. Answering all my questions and easing any of my concerns. The day was magical. Now my son is engaged and we are looking at CN catering again!

We got married on 10/20/23 and had the most wonderful experience with The Windsor! From the first meeting with Sara we immediately felt comfortable and at ease. She is genuine the whole way through and was so helpful, especially the day of rehearsal and the actual wedding day. Our guests raved about everything from the beautiful venue (on its own w/o decor) to the food from CN Catering - we chose the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken and everyone is still letting us know how great the food was! We also had a signature drink, the prickly-pear margarita with the dry-ice element that our guests loved! Do not hesitate to add it to your bar service. Everyone is very friendly, from the wait staff to the bartenders who served our guests with a big smile. We had the best night of our lives and are so glad we chose The Windsor at Hebron Park!

The entire process from first tour of the space to the day of was handled extremely well by all the people we interacted with, and every single person was so easy to talk to and work with. Sara Strickland was our main contact at the venue and she was extremely helpful during our planning process, always responding promptly, answering any questions we had and making helpful suggestions when we needed them! The venue itself is also just a gorgeous space. We wanted an all-in-one venue and we really got that here. In addition to everything being on site (including the rooms to get ready in, which we loved!), CN Catering really did an amazing job with the food, our guests could not stop talking about how good everything was! We would absolutely recommend this venue and its staff to anyone looking for a spot to host their event.

We had our wedding at The Windsor at Hebron Park on 10/14/23. The venue is stunning, very well organized, the food was fantastic, the staff was absolutely amazing. Sara Strickland was a great venue coordinator. She was great to work with and helped make our day truly special. We really appreciate how she helped with organizing our rehearsal and was there on the day of to ensure all the details we wanted were perfect. The guests could not stop raving about the beautiful ivy walls. It was truly my dream wedding. I can't recommend Sara and this this venue enough.

Two months before our wedding date, our venue canceled. It’s a couples worst nightmare and we scrambled to find a replacement. I reached out to Windsor on a recommendation, and Sara came to our rescue!! She was empathetic, responsive, patient, and did everything possible to help us organize our wedding in such a constrained timeframe and within our budget. I fell in love with the location and was honestly thankful that our original venue had canceled, otherwise we wouldn’t have had the opportunity to have such a fantastic experience with Windsor and Sara. The entire staff has been great and made sure they were accommodating throughout the planning of the wedding and both my now wife and I had a fantastic time along with all of our family and friends there celebrating with us. Since day one I said there was something \"magical\" about this place, almost like you are in a small castle, and the people are so great and it made us have less stress so we could actual have fun throughout the process. If you choose this venue, you will also get to try all the fun and tasty dinner options and drinks at a catering tasting which is included. I highly recommend this venue, because it is affordable, and they really make you feel special and important all thanks to Sara Strickland!

Our wedding at the Windsor was everything we dreamed of! We had about 150 people comfortably accommodated and the venue is beautiful while being in a convenient location for guests. Sara, the venue coordinator was amazing to work with, I requested so many different quotes from her and she never gave me a hard time and was just excited about our day as we were. She also made sure our bridal and groom suites were set up with the refreshments we requested on the day of which was a nice bonus! She was very knowledgable and on top of everything (as well as fun and easy to talk to). All of the staff during the event were so kind and helpful as well. The rooms are beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating the entire event! We even had champagne and food waiting for us in the bridal suite when we arrived! We absolutely loved working with The Windsor at Hebron Park! From the moment we booked, Annabelle was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The Windsor works with CN Catering and we loved that we had the opportunity to go to a tasting event that provided so many different types of food. We had so much fun at this event and their staff was super helpful with answering questions regarding the food, rentals, etc. Not to mention that everything we tried was DELICIOUS!! We also really liked that had the flexibility to bring in our own alcohol (this is a huge plus). On our wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for better food or service! Everything that was served was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! If you're looking for specific food to serve, the prosciutto stuffed chicken and short rib are amazing. Also, you have to get the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer option! We got so many compliments from our guest on all of the food that was served. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Annabelle and her team at The Windsor!

I was blessed to have my wedding at the Windsor April 30. My entire experience was a dream. I can’t say enough about Doug! Doug was amazing, he and his staff assisted in any way possible, especially since I didn’t hire a wedding planner or day of coordinator and I planned my wedding from Florida. He answered every annoying text message that I would send him no matter the time of night. He also handled my Momzilla, which was a challenge in itself. All of my guests said that the food was awesome and his wait staff was great, from cleaning the plates off the table cutting the cake and serving it, handing out champagne for the toast and breaking down the venue. The money you pay is well worth it. If you’re on a tight budget like myself, and want to choose a venue that will “work with you” and not against you, but treat you like a million bucks, definitely choose this one.

From the first time I set my eyes on the Windsor, I knew I wanted to have my reception there. It was the perfect ambience for a classic, romantic, and elegant wedding. 2020 was a year where many couples and vendors learned patience, the Windsor, CN Catering and Doug were certainly a big part of why I was calmed as the bride to be. They worked with us to fulfill our beautiful wedding dream once it was safe to do so. Our meetings with Doug were always lively, entertaining and efficient. He and the Windsor staff did great at communicating with myself and event coordinator. It is like they never skipped a beat even while dealing with a global pandemic. We also fell in love with CN Catering, they host mini wedding receptions where they show some of the dishes that are available as well as other vendors they work closely with. All of our guests have mentioned how the food was one of the best from weddings they have attended. So yes, go ahead and sign up and pay for the food. You will not regret it! A week after our wedding, I asked my husband if we could have another event and have it at the Windsor, that is how much I would recommend having your wedding or another event here. Thank you Doug, The Windsor staff and CN Catering for delivering on the most magical day that I have lived.

The Windsor at Hebron Park was absolute perfection. We researched many venues across the Metroplex and decided to book the Windsor for three main reasons: the professionalism of the staff, the venue space, and CN catering. Doug and his team were professional and attentive, making our engagement and wedding easy, exciting, and fun. The ivy draped brick building is beautiful, along with the chapel and reception space. CN Catering (in-house) served an incredible, five-star meal, leaving our guests happy and full. We had many guests compliment the flow of the venue space and the delicious food (a special shout out to the crab wontons!) I recommend The Windsor to anyone reading this review and every couple looking to plan a gorgeous wedding. Thank you Doug, The Windsor, and CN Catering for an incredible experience.

We absolutely loved our venue. It was important to me to get married in a chapel setting since we didn’t get married in the church. Doug and his staff were amazing! I can’t say enough positive things about them. From the beginning, Doug was helpful and honest and worked with us to stay in our budget. We got a discount for having our wedding on a Sunday. The venue is beautiful; the chapel, the reception ball, the bridal suite, the groom’s suite, the patio with vines and lights, the patios everything is just magical. The food was amazing; we had some Indian appetizers to accommodate some cultural elements and all our guests enjoyed all of the food. Doug and the whole crew were so helpful to plan the all the details, give advices and on the day of coordination. This venue was phenomenal in every aspect. The chapel, reception hall, and the outdoor setting were beautiful. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. I fell in love with this venue while searching the web. I live out of state, my family lives on the east coast and his is on the west coast so we wanted something in the middle and larger than where we currently live. To be honest, I had to convince my husband to tour the venue because the pictures did not have the same affect on him. Once we saw it in person, we were wowed by it! Before we even really got out of the door, my husband was ready to book and we still had other tours schedule that day. The amenities were so amazing and it made for a gorgeous event. I will be gushing over it all for years to come. There are so many locations to take some of the most beautiful photos. They can accommodate for a big or small wedding and reception. I loved how Doug and the team worked with us through everything...even when we were close to a last minute cancellation beyond our control. Needless to say, our wedding went off without a hitch (if you ask me). The staff were so warm and friendly and were patient with us as we slowly worked through our meal. It is so easy to feel like a million bucks at this location! I would absolutely tell anyone looking for a venue in the area to take the tour and see the amazement for yourself!

Words fail to express how beautiful and magical The Windsor and CN Catering made my daughter’s wedding day. From the day we toured the facility until the day our security deposit was returned, they were beyond helpful, attentive and professional. Brooke and Macie were a joy to work with and treated our wedding like it was the only event they were managing. The venue is absolutely beautiful! My daughter and son-in-law wanted a wedding venue with a combined chapel and reception space. They also wanted to be the only wedding of the day. Not one of several pushed through in offsetting 5-hour increments. The Windsor has it all…stunning chapel, expansive reception spaces, beautiful bridal suite and staircase, ample parking and lovely outdoor spaces for pictures. Not to mention that it is all right in the heart of Plano/Carrollton. CN Catering did an outstanding job on the food and beverages. So many of our guest commented that the food was the best wedding catering they had ever experienced. CN’s monthly food tastings are expansive and provide a perfect opportunity to sample a variety of catering options. They enabled us to choose the perfect wedding menu within our budget. We did a buffet and I was nervous about how long it would take to get our 180 guests through the line, but it went very quickly and smoothly. Our wedding planner orchestrated the night’s events and toasts to eliminate downtime and optimize the buffet line within the evening’s flow. My only regret is that I did not have a 2nd bar in the reception space. I felt that the standard 2 bartenders create long lines for the guests at busy times throughout the evening. Thank you to the staff of The Windsor and CN Catering for a perfect and memorable day.

We are still deciding whether we will get married here or in Austin so we didn’t immediately book but the venue and Doug’s friendliness would’ve definitely sold us. It’s certainly worth seeing in person!

I love the look of this venue! The brick and ivy outside made a great spot for pictures. It had everything we wanted in a location. It was important to us to have the ceremony and the reception is the same place. I loved that the chapel looked like a church but it didn’t have a ton of details to it so we could really decorate and make it our own. The reception hall was a blank canvas as well and the execution of what I wanted it to look like day-of was perfect. The day-of coordinator was on top of everything and made the entire day feel seamless. The only issue I had was with communication leading up to the wedding. We were passed off to 3 different people to help with our wedding and communication got confused and little lost in translation. At times I felt like it wasn’t very tailored to us as a couple. An example is with the catering. It was super convenient to have food and drinks right there at the venue. The food was amazing and I got nothing but compliments on how delicious it was. However, it was very stressful going into a wedding not having tried our actual menu. We didn’t get to try what we paid for - Terrifying! The way they do the tasting is in a mass group at one of their venues. It’s great to see what an event looks like and the displays of what your food can look like but I wasn’t expecting that. For the amount of money we paid I expected a more one-on-one tasting of our actual menu and the actual food we wanted to have. The event CN Catering put on had the most popular items present- but not all of what they offer. So I was disappointed. When I asked to try our menu I was told I would need to pay an additional charge. So my advice to the venue would be - don’t get to corporate and big for your couples. They are paying a lot of money for one day and being able to taste and see everything they are paying for should be part of the deal. Overall if I could do it again I would still choose this venue. But I would go into it asking better questions so I would have better expectations.

The building is also nestled back away from the street , tucked between trees , which gives it an intimate feel and yet, the space can hold a lot.of guests with ease. By far the best venue for a wedding. They responded to every email, message, and call promptly. They were able to see my vision for my wedding and make everything a reality. The venue is beautiful and set up to allow the wedding to flow smoothly, even down to the side doors for the bride and groom to sneak through for pictures away from guests. The price is perfect and they help you to enjoy your day with little stress. They had a formal food tasting with drinks and everything so I could try before I buy. They had options for lighting, floor plan, menu, linens, etc. On my wedding day, I had the stomach flu and stayed mostly in their bridal suite. They made sure my guests were well taken care of, they made sure I had everything I needed and ensured my husband got food while he was taking care of me. They even went as far as to help me set up a time to come back free of charge to retake my wedding photos since I was too sick to finish taking them the day of the wedding. This is the ONLY place I would recommend to people getting married. And I recommend you at least set up a meeting to look at the place because it is beyond spectacular in person. Thank you to the amazing staff that made my day the best of my life!

Kylie made sure my day would be astonishing, and it was nothing short of just that.CN Catering is the required catering service at The Windsor, and let me tell you, my guests LOVED their food. Everyone was so surprised at not only the portion sizes but how delicious and flavorful it was! Kids and adults alike loved everything from the passed appetizers to the milkshake shot at the end of the night. Every part of it made our day just that more amazing.I could go on about this venue like how the uplighting added a wonderful touch to the night or how the photobooth was constantly in use (they send you all the photos taken that night, btw, and they are soooo much fun to look over afterwards. You see how much fun everyone was really having!), or how the staff was so professional and helpful and wonderful all night long, but I don't think I have enough words left. My husband and I got married at the Windsor 1/27/18. Surprisingly, it was the location of one of the first weddings we went to together almost 4 years earlier. Even in winter, the Windsor lent beautiful backgrounds for outdoor pictures and not to forget the indoor chapel. The hors doeuvres were displayed perfectly and I was most impressed with the service provided to us as the bride and groom by the staff at the Windsor. The Windsor staff was very responsive, accommodating, and superbly helpful throughout the whole planning process. Not to mention I'm still dreaming of the food! Even in winter, the Windsor lent beautiful backgrounds for outdoor pictures and not to forget the indoor chapel. The hors doeuvres were displayed perfectly and I was most impressed with the service provided to us as the bride and groom by the staff at the Windsor. The Windsor staff was very responsive, accommodating, and superbly helpful throughout the whole planning process. Not to mention I'm still dreaming of the food! Thank you Windsor/CN Catering team for making our wedding truly memorable.

My fiancé and I scheduled a tour here. We showed up 10 minutes prior to our appointment time and there were still 2 couples in front of us. We were waiting around so long that we went ahead and started walking the venue ourselves. The reception hall was not put together and none of the tables had linens on them so it looked very messy. By the time the coordinator had gotten to us, we had already seen everything. We only sat with her to discuss pricing. The chapel was beautiful and the price was great but the customer service was not there at all.

It is the most beautiful venue. The bride's room is gorgeous! With the chandelier, beautiful (and comfy!) couches and the large bathroom that accommodates several people to get ready in, it was the perfect setting. The entry way is breath taking. The chapel is gorgeous! You can see the trees and vines right outside the windows at the front of the chapel. It is a view to die for. The wrap around patio has strings of lights that are beautiful to take pictures under when it gets darker outside. One of my favorite pictures is under the lights. I am so happy I chose to get married at The Windsor at Hebron Park. I absolutely recommend getting married there! You will not regret it! :)

CN Catering was absolutely delicious and the venue is so easy to make beautiful. My bridals and our wedding photos turned out just stunning thanks to the ivory filled wrap around balcony and all the classically gorgeous designs. If you are looking for not just a fantastic venue, but also a fantastic experience, then this is the place for you! We would choose them again in a heartbeat!

We had one minor problem with a VERY large rehearsal bleeding into our set up time, but it wasn't the venue's fault. We had a smaller wedding (100) but the space didn't feel too empty. Definitely worth looking at if you're in the Dallas area!

We were married June 25th and it was perfect. The place is beautiful and the staff is friendly and professional. I received several compliments about the venue and the food. My dreams came true at The Windsor at Hebron Park!!

My husband Chase and I were just married here in September. The grounds and Chapel are just beautiful and the staff was very helpful and accommodating both during planning and also during the actual event. Everything went smoothly and you almost didn't even know that the staff was there ( in a good way). Don't get scared off by the fact that you have to use their catering service, CN Catering. All of the food was DELICIOUS! That is the one thing that everyone commented on... not at all what you expect when you think of \"wedding food.\" If we had it to do all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. I absolutely recommend The Windsor and CN Catering. Exceptional Job!!

So, the Windsor is an awesome venue for weddings, very beautiful and a great \"all-in-one\" package, with the chapel and reception venue in the same building. The staff on the day of my wedding was hands down the best part of the whole experience. They were attentive to all the minor details, they took care of me and my wife and were always on schedule as noted to them. It was perfect. Now, the reason this place is getting a 4 star review and not a 5 star review is because of how expensive everything is. When I say expensive, I mean that I had a Friday wedding and it was close to 20k (with required in-house catering) ... And I brought my own alcohol. Let me finish though, I know what I was getting myself into. I knew the price coming in, I'm not really complaining about the price, at the end of the day. I do feel they should allow you to bring in your own catering because their options are at minimum 42 dollars a person, which is absurdly high for the quality of food you're getting, considering that's the lowest, buffet style serving. Having said that, I expected the venue managers and staff to be a lot more flexible with lending extra time and just \"working with you\" on little things here and there to make the experience easier for us, at this pricing. I know what's in the contract, but the customer service leading up to the wedding is all about \"you want a little extra? Sorry, we can't help you, you'll have to pay for that\". For example - when renting the venue, you 3 hours for prep and 5 hours of event time, 8 hours total - my wedding was 7:30 to 12:30 and I could start loading vendors in at 4:30. So my request was for me to start the ceremony 30 mins early. They weren't very flexible and told me numerous times that I would have to purchase an extra hour of venue time which would have been over 2,000 dollars. It took a lot of back and forth to convince them to giving us just 15 mins of reallocated time that wasn't going to require extra work from their staff, and I assured them of this. My problem is that I wasn't asking for much, considering this was purchased time and they were not willing to bend. At the end of the day, I did get what I paid for and the wedding day was beyond awesome. It's still a beautiful venue and if your experience before the wedding is a little rough, the day of the actual wedding will make up for all of that.
