Here, you will find a comfortable place to host small and intimate events. The Woodall Building began its life as a wagon and buggy assembly plant. It was first built in 1880 by Aaron Woodall, and it now stands as the oldest remaining commercial building in Springville. It is also thought to be the oldest brick building in Saint Clair County. Adding to its historic charm, there are handmade bricks and a roof made from imported English Steel present in the building's design. The Woodall Building is now owned by a new generation. The building has been renovated with careful attention paid to its Victorian Era details. The rooms in the establishment are designed to suit the needs of wedding couples as they prepare for their big day. On the top floor, an elegant ceremony can be held. The Woodall is timeless, elegant, historical, and the owner makes you feel right at home and is extremely talented with coordinating any event. My husband and I chose The Woodall Building for our marriage ceremony and reception to celebrate. It was the most memorable and magical day of our life!
