Meghan Chambers made our day so special and seamless - if you have the opportunity to work with her as your coordinator you will not be disappointed! Her attention to every detail ensured that our timeline and every small facet of our decor was as it needed to be. She helped us make countless decisions and offered guidance, up until it was time to walk down the aisle! We were married at the Kelly Way Gardens and had a reception in the Red Barns, and the kitchen/reception staff were incredible and even danced with us!! Could not have asked for a better vendor or experience. We are over the moon!!!

The Woodstock Inn is such a gorgeous venue. We were married in the Rockefeller room and had our reception in the ballroom. Everything was taken care of start to finish when we got there. The food was amazing and our coordinator Ashley was awesome! They are also pet friendly so everyone got to bring their pups with them!

The Woodstock Inn is such a gorgeous venue. We were married in the Rockefeller room and had our reception in the ballroom. Everything was taken care of start to finish when we got there. The food was amazing and our coordinator Ashley was awesome! They are also pet friendly so everyone got to bring their pups with them!

It was such a pleasure partnering with The Woodstock Inn & Resort team on our wedding. From Megan, who helped us book our wedding and was very accommodating of rescheduling our original date due to the pandemic, to Ashley who helped to coordinate our event and was incredibly down-to-earth and awesome to work with, to Romario, who executed banquet services and was extremely attentive— as well as the servers, bartenders, front desk team, catering staff, housekeeping, doormen, and other team members. Everyone was fantastic.Thanks to their attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism, we felt at ease and were able to be fully present in enjoying the day.We actually had several friends and family members tell us \"best wedding ever\" and “best food at a wedding ever!,” which were such nice compliments to hear, and we owe this positive feedback in large part to this venue.If you would like to get married in a stunning setting in Vermont, with the support of an A+ events team, while enjoying delicious drinks and bites with your guests, look no further than The Woodstock Inn. We will forever have such fond memories of our wedding and we’re so grateful.

When my wife and I got engaged we knew that we wanted to have a small and intimate wedding ceremony with less of the headaches and pressure that go along with a large wedding. Living in Boston, there are certainly no shortage of wedding venues, but there seemed to be few that provided the feel that we were looking for in our wedding. Woodstock and the Inn particularly has always been a special place for us, so when we finally made it up there to meet with Megan, we knew almost instantaneously that this was the place. Megan, Sydney, and the team were there with us every step of the way to provide guidance, but also gave us the freedom to make the day exactly as we wanted it. That being said, the most impressive aspect of the team and the wedding was their flexibility. We selected the Red Barn at Kelly Way Gardens as the location for our wedding and reception (Check it out, it’s amazing). Unfortunately picking a date in early May, we knew going into the day that the temperature at night may be an issue, which would cause us to move inside to the inn. We were both disappointed as the day arrived, that the wedding that we had in our minds was going to be changed a bit. When we met the day before the wedding, I think Sydney sensed how disappointed we were that we were going to have to go with a backup plan for venue and move it indoors. Being the great coordinator that she is, she was able to come up with a plan that we were able to have the ceremony and cocktail hour at the Red Barn and a beautiful dinner at the Inn.In summary, the team and venue are absolutely spectacular and flexible to allow for smaller weddings to truly make the day into whatever works for them. Sydney allowed for us to completely customize our own menus, wine and beer list, suggested great local vendors for photography, flowers, activities, etc., and simply made the day so much more relaxing so that we could simply enjoy it. Having a small wedding also allowed for us to spend the weekend with our close friends and families and enjoy all that the town has to offer, great restaurants, shopping, hiking, spa, and golf were just some of the things we managed to enjoy on our perfect weekend. I tell anyone and everyone to ditch the big weddings and go have a small one at the Woodstock!Thank you so much Woodstock Inn Team!Regards,Brett and Margot

This review comes with the most genuine heartfelt thanks for the entire team at the Woodstock Inn. They absolutely deserve five stars, the highest of ratings. The day after our daughter’s wedding our guests were commenting on what a magical day it was. Our daughter had her dream wedding and that was all thanks to the team lead by Megan and Ashley. They both have impeccable attention to detail and stellar customer service. There was never a moment that I was not asked how I was doing and I was just the Mother of the Bride. You made everyone feel that they were your number one priority and our needs were top of mind every step of the way. Our family can't thank you enough you made our only daughter's dream come true and for that we truly want to thank you!

My wedding at the Woodstock Inn on 10/25/19 was everything I had dreamed of and more. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for the couple and their guests. Our guests keep commenting that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and were raving about how great the food was.The staff (Megan & Ashley) were incredibly responsive and helpful through what can be a stressful time. It was so helpful that they provide a day of coordinator, which was not the case with other venues we had looked at. They are pros and will make sure your special day is seamless and worry free.

We got married at the Country Club - truly the hidden gem of venues available at The Woodstock Inn. Our ceremony was out on the fourth tee box and the reception was at the Club House with the cocktail hour at the Fairway Grill and the reception in the ballroom. We had 80ish guests and the space was the perfect size for our group. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was and the service was impeccable. For me, as the bride, the best part was how our coordinator, Jessica, took care of absolutely every detail. She really took all the stress out of the process and I can honestly say that's a huge part of what made the day so enjoyable for both of us. The managers and staff at the Country Club were all wonderful and took such good care of us. Everyone we dealt with at the Inn, the Spa and the Country Club really went out of their way to make us feel special - thank you!!!

To start: this venue is magical. It is a historic white inn, centered on a quintessential New England village green. The town is beautiful and entirely walkable. Our ceremony was on the front lawn, with the inn as the backdrop. Our reception was held in the Rockefeller room, which has floor to ceiling glass windows at one end, overlooking the South Lawn. I planned long distance from California-- without a wedding planner-- (for 50 people) and I can say with all honesty, I only have glowing things to say about this venue and our wedding day. From the bellmen and the front desk, to the hotel wedding coordinator, Ann, to our banquet coordinator, Stephen, to housekeeping, and the spa-- they made my husband and I feel like we were the only two people on Earth. They were 100% responsive to our questions from the beginning, they were able to assist us every step of the way with planning, room selection, menu selection, local vendor selection, etc. Not a single detail was missed, not a single mishap occurred. The food was local and superb. The banquet staff was attentive and concerned with all the guests (for example, replacing a salad immediately for my bridesmaid with a nut allergy, or when I just couldn't stomach eating dinner because I was stressed, the banquet coordinator offered me plain pasta, and brought me seltzer with bitters..) It really takes a village to run a wedding and Woodstock is definitely the village you want running yours.

We were married June 22, 2014. Working with Megan and Ann was an absolute dream! They took care of everything and made my planning experience so stress free. The Inn is beautiful with many places to hold your events. We had a small guest list of 22 people. Our cocktail hour was in the Wicker Lounge and our dinner/dancing was in the Rockafeller room. The food was fantastic! I strongly recommend planning your wedding at the Woodstock Inn. It was a great experience.

I had a destination wedding and people came from California and Fargo. Everyone was amazed by what a hidden gem this hotel and cute city had to offer us all. The weekend was very well organized, and the staff was very good and friendly. I felt like we got a small town feel with big city amenities/service. Even though it was November everyone was able to eplore the area and enjoy the spa. When the band had to shut down at 10:30pm we moved on over to Bentley's in town and everyone had a blast! Everyone had a great time to the point they are sending us thank you cards! The wedding coordinators/catering staff were very quick to respond to me with email/calls as I was planning from California. They will make anything happen for you. My husband said I can't wait to hit our 10 year anniversary because we need to go back and have another celebration!

Yes, the venue is expensive, but for us it was worth it because they take care of everything -- the food, tables, linens, service, etc. Devon, the special events coordinator, was so kind and very easy to work with. She met with us twice before the wedding -- once for the menu tasting, and once in the week before the wedding to go over details of the reception and the flow of the evening. It almost felt like having a wedding planner because Devon also coordinated with our DJ and photographer / videographer. We were absolutely delighted with the Woodstock Inn and felt that the cost was absolutely worth it.

I was recently married at The Woodstock Inn & Resort and cannot recommend it more! The food, service, and accommodations were outstanding. I was nervous about getting married in VT since I live in NY, but the coordinator was helpful and informative throughout the entire planning process. They were very flexible, allowing us to customize their menu to our liking. Guests truly enjoyed the food, from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees to the cake- it was all delicious. The entire weekend was extremely enjoyable thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff at the Inn. It is well worth the money and the trip up from NY!

I was nervous about getting married in VT since I live in NY, but the coordinator was helpful and informative throughout the entire planning process. They were very flexible, allowing us to customize their menu to our liking. Guests truly enjoyed the food, from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees to the cake- it was all delicious. The entire weekend was extremely enjoyable thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff at the Inn. It is well worth the money and the trip up from NY!

The location can't be beat, and the inn is so charming and elegant inside - very Vermont! The wedding coordinator guided me through the process and was very helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner. It was a sincere pleasure to work with her. During the wedding weekend, I felt like the entire inn staff was on call to ensure that our wedding day was all we had hoped it would be. The reception itself was beautiful. The guests enjoyed the garden room and terrace for cocktails. I had been worried about the ballroom being in the basement, where the ceiling appears low, but with a few tall floral arrangements (with forced branches) to make the ceiling appear higher, I had nothing to worry about. The food was delicious (and our tasting day at the inn was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process). One complaint: We would have liked an additional server; some guests complained that their wine glasses were not refilled and they had to wait for their food. The Woodstock Inn is pricey, but they do an excellent job.

The location can't be beat, and the inn is so charming and elegant inside - very Vermont! The wedding coordinator guided me through the process and was very helpful in answering my questions in a timely manner. It was a sincere pleasure to work with her. During the wedding weekend, I felt like the entire inn staff was on call to ensure that our wedding day was all we had hoped it would be. The reception itself was beautiful. The guests enjoyed the garden room and terrace for cocktails. I had been worried about the ballroom being in the basement, where the ceiling appears low, but with a few tall floral arrangements (with forced branches) to make the ceiling appear higher, I had nothing to worry about. The food was delicious (and our tasting day at the inn was one of the highlights of the wedding planning process). One complaint: We would have liked an additional server; some guests complained that their wine glasses were not refilled and they had to wait for their food. The Woodstock Inn is pricey, but they do an excellent job.
