Setting the Scene for Over a Century
Based in Owosso, MI, The Z Hall is a historic wedding venue for modern celebrations. The building contains contemporary amenities for hosting seamless events. Inside, the space feels tasteful and roomy. Both indoor and outdoor settings are available for customized celebrations. The Z Hall once housed the social gatherings of the local Czech community. It used to be known as the ZCBJ Lodge in Owosso, MI. Owosso is conveniently located in the heart of MidMichigan. It is great to connect family from near and far. - Flint (30 min) - Lansing (40 min) - Grand Rapids (1 hr 30 min) - Detroit (1 hr 30 min) Couples are able to set the tone of their new beginnings with the rich past of the hall. A large wooden entrance porch now welcomes guests inside. The unique porch is perched on stone columns. Simple chandeliers light the way to the festivities. Inside, different styles blend together to create an elegant atmosphere. Polished wooden floors meet with exposed brick walls, resulting in a sleek, urban charm. Similarly, exposed beams lined with delicate string lights create a tastefully rustic vibe. Before the reception, couples can wed in an enchanting garden ceremony. A delicate wooden arbor offers a romantic wedding backdrop. The happy couple can also exchange a unique first look in the intimate gazebo. This lovely garden feels just as magical as the moment at hand. Among the excellent facilities of The Z Hall is a beautiful dressing room. Here, the wedding party can share in the excitement of the day as they get ready. State-of-the-art audiovisual equipment allows couples to display a touching slideshow. The venue offers a full bar lounge, and buffet service. Couples and their guests can indulge in refreshing drinks and rich cuisine. The skilled culinary team strives to prepare dishes that guests can’t get enough of. For the grand finale, there is plenty of room for a DJ or band to set up on stage. End the night on a high note with loved ones flocking to the dance floor.

The Z Hall Reviews
The Z Hall was the perfect place to have our fall wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Cora, the venue coordinator, paid attention to every detail and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect. The staff members were all very nice and did a great job. Can’t recommend them enough!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the venue, coordinators, and staff there who helped to ensure it was! Could not recommend the Z Hall enough! The location has a beautiful garden where we were able to do our outdoor ceremony. The reception was inside a spacious and newly restored building. It was the best of both worlds! We appreciated being able to have the freedom to set up our decorations and place our vendors all over different areas. The staff is super accommodating, friendly, and helpful! The venue includes the food and drinks which honestly made it much easier to not have to worry about bringing any in! They have great quality service and the guests raved about it all. The dance floor is roomy and the bar area is classy too! Thanks to Cora and her dad for welcoming us and treating us with so much kindness. It makes a world of difference to have people who care take part in your day!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing and I owe it all to the Z Hall! The staff went above and beyond to support our wedding day needs and everything turned out perfectly! We had our ceremony outdoors in October and it was picture perfect! The food was top notch! Months later, I still have people raving about how good the food was. The staff was so easy to work with and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed out special day! I would recommend The Z Hall to anyone and if I have any future events I will definitely consider hosting with them again!

We had a garden wedding at the Z hall just last weekend and it was phenomenal! The venue was gorgeous inside and outside. With the threat of rain, they were ready to move inside if need be! The staff was professional and accommodating, the food was delicious, the decor was exquisite!We could not be happier with our experience!

This hall is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a beautiful that is reasonably priced with people that actually care about how your special day goes, look no further this is the place for you. They all worked very hard to make our day special and I couldn’t have asked for a better setting.

I had the pleasure of having my wedding reception at The Z Hall. It was beautiful, unique and truly perfect for my husband and I. We had the most amazing wedding day we could have ever imagined. It was truly an amazing venue for our wedding and their staff was incredibly helpful during the entire wedding planning process. The staff was very professional, the food was excellent and all of our guests were so impressed. The staff was top notch from the very first tour to the end of our night. The Z Hall was very accommodating and devoted to making our special day perfect. They wanted our day to be exactly how we wanted it and were willing to make anything we needed to happen, happen. We have received so many compliments about our wedding day and I just smile because I loved every detail of our special day and The Z Hall made that happen. It was a true pleasure working with The Z Hall team. I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!
