Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is a banquet hall on the beach in Asbury Park, Northern New Jersey, where couples can celebrate their wedding. This vintage wedding venue has stunning architecture and a glass wall of windows overlooking the ocean. Couples can host a ceremony right in the sand. Facilities and Capacity Couples can invite up to 160 guests to their wedding at Tim McLoone’s Supper Club. Ceremonies can be held in the sand or inside the main reception space at this venue. The building, with a circular accordion-style roof and glass facade, stands just off the beach behind couples or guests. Whether they have their toes in the sand or feet firmly planted on the boardwalk, couples can use the bright blue ocean as the backdrop for their wedding ceremony. We cannot say enough about our wedding at Tim McLoone’s! Victoria and Alyssa were so incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and supportive. We got married in a tropical storm and, honestly, they made the transition to an indoor wedding so easy that we weren’t even sad that we couldn’t be on the beach. Everything was perfect. The food was incredible, the venue is beautiful, and all of our guests were blown away! As a bride with Celiac, I can say that they were incredibly accommodating and proactive with allergens and made sure I could have the same options as everyone else. We had a brunch wedding and it was the best decision we could have made. Not only was it reasonably priced, but it was unique and so fun! We cannot recommend Tim McLoone’s enough!!! Thank you for everything!

Alyssa and Victoria were amazing from start to finish. As soon as my husband and I saw the space, we were in love. Right on the water next to convention hall- I mean you just can’t beat it. We had 154 guests attend and the max of the space was 160. We read many reviews and were a little stressed out about being so close to the max of the venue but honestly everything turned out better than we ever could have imagined. It was wonderful to see people from “my side” and “his side” connecting throughout the night. Having the outdoor balcony space always available kept the intimate space from feeling crowded as well. We still hear about how fantastic the food was from others, and we DID get to eat it!!!! Alyssa made sure that we got a tasting plate of the appetizers and our main food stayed hot until we got to it. We also were sent home with leftovers the next day which was such a great touch. The communication, vibes, food, bar, and price make this venue a can’t miss.

Oh my god, where do I begin? Well for 1, their pricing makes your life so much easier. So much was included in the per person pricing. 2. Victoria and Alyssa were so wonderful and did amazing helping my vision of the space come true. 3. The food was SOOOO Good. We went with the Breakfast At Tiffany's brunch, and *chef's kiss*. We heard so many complements from our guests about the food. 4. They also made sure we ate. It's such a busy day and you're running around like a lunatic, and I swore that I would eat my food and cake, and I sure did. They even packed up any leftovers we had. The space is cozy, intimate and all around fun, I could not recommend the Supper Club more.

Tim Mcloone's was PERFECT! We are so happy with our wedding there. We couldn't ask for a better spot. We wanted something that wasn't a typical banquet hall and this was the best! A more musical, club-like venue. Perfect for our band, also!Vickie and Alyssa was so easy to contact and we always got a response within 24-48 hours - even if you emailed 1000 times a week!The food was also delicious! Highly recommend getting stations and chafing dishes. :) The passed appetizers were also a HIT!We got compliments on everything that night - everyone loved that it wasn't just another banquet hall.The day of coordination was good, just wish our coordinator seemed happier and made the flow easier for our parents, but I still can't complain. I would not take back anything. No regrets!

I truly can't say enough good things about Tim McLoone's. When we were looking for venues, we had one meeting with Vikkie and knew we needed to book that day. Throughout the entire process, Alyssa & Vikkie were beyond responsive, helpful, and professional. They made this entire process seamless - and handled every situation like absolute pros - none of this would have been possible without them. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding - the circle set up made for the perfect intimate setting and the wrap around balcony & views were unmatched. Throughout the night, the entire staff was SO kind and helpful. And the FOOD was AMAZING! Over a month later and we are still being told it was the most fun wedding our guests have been to with the best food they've had at a wedding. I could go on and on about how incredible Tim McLoone's is - the worst part is that the wedding is over!

The email exchanges made sure we were on top of everything we needed for our wedding. Victoria and her team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Having my wedding at Tim McLoones was the absolute best and easiest decision EVER. Once we walked into the place , it was love at first sight. We had our ceremony on the beach, followed by a cocktail hour overlooking the beach views and sunset. The room is AMAZING and absolutely STUNNING at night. Speaking of love at first sight l, Alyssa and Victoria are 2 of the most amazing people on the planet. Working with them was an absolute dream come true. From the start of planning , they were answering my (almost daily) emails of questions and random thoughts. They were SO PATIENT with me and helped me out sooo much with everything. I didn’t think they could be more amazing … until the actual day or my wedding. They were by my side the entire day and coordinated the entire night to run one thousand percent perfectly. Words can’t express how grateful I am to them. I was overwhelmed in planning a wedding and they took all the pressure off of me and made our wedding day the most beautiful day of ours lives. In addition , everyone who attended our wedding keeps RAVING about all of the amazing food and venue!!! We keep getting the same feedback “that place was absolutely amazing and beautiful and the food was the best we ever had at a wedding.” THE BEST FOOD. Tim mcloones has the views, the beach ceremony, the decor and the best food!! An extra bonus is you get Alyssa and Victoria as event directors. What else could you possibly need or want in a venue ?? BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES! Best decision we ever made!!

We had at our wedding July 2nd, 2022 and can’t say enough good things. I thought the coolest part was walking out of Mcloone’s onto the boardwalk and have everyone clapping for you, it was spectacular. As soon as I walked down the aisle, it started raining and Alyssa and Victoria quickly moved our cocktail hour inside. The views are amazing on each side and our guests raved about the food. We also had a live band that made the space even more fun. I chose to have food stations by the entrance rather than the middle of the floor and I felt that really opened up the space for dancing and mingling by the bar more. I also have a million food allergies and they accommodated me on almost every meal so I was to enjoy food. I had a wedding of 100 and it was the perfect size. We hope more people enjoy the venue as much as we did!

We had our wedding here in April 2022, and couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. The views/sunset/beach were nothing short of amazing (a big part of our reasoning for this location). The food was phenomenal, and was raved about by many people, A LOT better than the typical wedding dinner food. Victoria, the coordinator, was the superstar of the day. She helped lead the events of the day and make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. We're so fortunate she was there to help the day move along smoothly. This space is extremely underrated and we would recommend Mcloone's in Asbury to anyone who is looking to have a wedding with 140 people or less! :)

My wife and I got married at Tim McLoone's last August, and the experience working with Victoria and Alyssa was amazing from start to finish. They were so easy and pleasant to work with during the planning, and our tasting was incredible. When the wedding weekend arrived, we were able to drop off all of our decor the day before and the process of checking it all in was smooth and efficient. On the big day, we were about 30 minutes away from the beach ceremony when Hurricane Ida blew into town. The transition from beach to indoor ceremony was FLAWLESS, and it was so beautiful and intimate inside that we didn't even care we weren't on the beach! Our friends and family all told us later that watching them switch gears so quickly was so professional and impressive. The food received rave reviews from all of our guests, the cake was delicious, and we were 100% right in adding on some late-night snacks to wrap the night up. The entire night was perfect. The next morning we went back for all of our decor, which was carefully packed up for us by the staff. There is not a thing we would change about our day (even Ida!), and we could not recommend Tim McLoone's any more highly! Thank you Victoria, Alyssa, and Tim McLoone's!

We celebrated our wedding at Tim McLoones in June. We had a great experience! Alyssa and Victoria were so helpful and assisted us in navigating any questions we had. Asbury park is an amazing area for unique photos with a gorgeous backdrop. More than than 6 months later and our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. We could not have asked for a better day. Thank you to all the staff at Tim McLoones, we had an amazing day.

We made the BEST decision ever by having our wedding at Tim Mcloone's Supper Club. We had an incredible experience working with Victoria, Alyssa, and the rest of the team- They always answered all of our questions very quickly, showed so much interest and excitement for our day throughout the planning process, and we're extremely supportive when we made the difficult decision to postpone from 2020 to 2021 due to Covid. Victoria and Alyssa frequently checked in with us, offered support, and made our wedding vision come to life. Honestly, everything was better than we could have ever imagined it. Our guests still talk about how delicious the food was and how great the service was throughout the entire evening. Also, this space is so unique with the most beautiful views of the ocean and Asbury Park. The team made sure that we all had the very best and most memorable night.

Wow, where do I begin! My wife and I were so thrilled with the way the experience working with Alyssa and Victoria on the McLoones team. We knew McLoones in Asbury Park was the venue for us from our first meeting. Alyssa and Victoria were very responsive during the planning process and were able to quickly answer all of our questions. They worked with all of our vendors well and we did very little to coordinate between them. On our wedding day we were blown away with how the beach ceremony and reception looked. A great feature of this venue is the view during the cocktail hour, which overlooks the beach and was at the perfect sunset time. We had our own bridal suite during the reception where we could get away from the crown to eat or enjoy a moment to ourselves. Alyssa was very attentive to our needs during the ceremony. If I had to do it all over, no doubt I would pick this vendor again.

I can’t say enough good things about our wedding at McLoone’s!! To start it off, they were so extremely accommodating and understanding during the entirety of the pandemic. Victoria always answered my hundreds (thousands lol) of emails right away and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Alyssa was also amazing the days before and the day of the wedding! Both of them were so extremely organized when it came to planning / laying out the room and decorations. Everything was set up exactly how I had envisioned it and it was stunning!! The location of McLoone’s is so beautiful and amazing for photos, as well. The food was also amazing and my big Italian family raved about the food!! Having our wedding at McLoones was everything I imagined, and so much more. If you’re looking for a more intimate, non-traditional wedding reception this is it!!! You will not regret it!!

When we were looking at venues for our reception, I knew I wanted to be near the beach, so Tim McLoone’s Supper Club was one of the first few we looked at. After we met with Vickie DeSantis, the incredible coordinator, we knew we had to choose them, because she was so wonderful to work with and so accommodating. Vickie, Alyssa, and the team at McLoones made our entire wedding process, including postponing our date due to COVID-19, incredibly easy and as stress-free as possible. They also made our wedding day itself incredibly magical, despite some not great weather that caused cocktail hour to be moved inside. The food was delicious—our family and friends are still raving about the appetizers and their dinners a week later, and the bartenders and servers were incredibly attentive and accommodating. (Shout out to Kevin for making sure that my husband and I got our favorite appetizers and drinks!) The staff also decorated the venue beautifully. The venue itself is so unique, with its circular shape, that it made us feel close to everyone who was there. We also had a live band and their built-in stage and dance floor were just perfect for dancing the night away. I can’t thank Vickie enough for making our reception so perfect. I would recommend working with her and McLoones to anyone.

Where do I even start... First off, Vikkie was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond by making sure everything was extra special throughout the entire planning process leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day! Vikkie made our wedding day stress-free and fun! For example, she took the time to make sure the flower girls/ring bearer were comfortable walking down the aisle in front of everyone with a little pep talk on how important/special their job was. Having our wedding at Tim McLoone's was one of the best decisions we made and we wouldn't have changed a thing. The food was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Our guests raved about the food the entire night and couldn't get enough of the views inside the venue. It was spacious throughout the entire evening - plenty of room for everyone to dance, drink, move around & mingle, and grab food from the buffet style dinner we had. I mentioned to Vikkie that I am the least creative person and had an idea of how I wanted the room to be set up but trusted her to use her discretion on where decorations would look best. I am so glad I did that! She decorated the room better than anything I imagined (and better than what I would have done); she made sure every piece of decoration I gave her was used and placed in the perfect spot. The service/servers throughout the entire night were exceptional and professional. Each server made sure each guest was well taken care of and they made sure we had drinks throughout the entire night. Vikkie made sure we ate as well and checked up on us throughout the night to see if we wanted her to make us a plate of food. Tim McLoone's checks all the boxes for a wedding venue down by the shore; they are professional, offer extraordinary service, cook amazing food and invest their time & energy to make sure you have the perfect wedding day at their venue. Thank you Vikkie and Tim McLoone's Supper Club for allowing us to have our wedding at your beautiful venue! You made our day extra special and helped create many memories with our family & friends. I wish we could do it all over again!

From the first day when I visited McLoones to check out the venue to the day of my wedding, Victoria was so helpful, prompt, and easy to get in touch with. She made my wedding the best day ever. We didn’t have to worry about anything because Victoria was so organized and prepared. We were able to enjoy our ceremony and entire reception because Victoria and her staff took care of it all. The service is great. They make your entire family feel special. Definitely consider McLoones Supper Club for your wedding, you cannot go wrong!!

It's almost been a full year since our wedding at Tim McLoone's now and I am finally getting around to writing a review of the event!I'm not much of a writer but what I can say is that our wedding was basically flawless. I can't tell you just how hard Vicky and Samantha work to ensure everything is just right for your wedding day. These ladies have their hands more than full, and they are completely professional, no matter the situation.Here's an example of how far they go to make things perfect for you: We had bought a large poster-size sign to place at the entrance of the reception hall to put on an easel. To my dismay upon arrival at the venue to drop everything off, I discovered the poster frame was defective and it wouldn't stay together. So what happened? Victoria laid the poster on the floor, got a hammer and fixed it! Bam!That's just one small example of how everyone went above and beyond for us. From our first inquiry email the year before to the final follow-ups afterwards, these ladies are on top of everything, extremely helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Samantha, our day-of coordinator, and to Lexi, who assisted me on the day-of. Big shout out to the chef, as well (those potatoes!). Thank you, thank you from Maddy and myself!

Tim McLoone's was absolutely amazing to work with. They were so helpful and responsive, taking care of every detail and every question I had during the planning process. I couldn't wait to give them a 5-star review. The coordinators were incredible and kept track of every request we had. The restaurant took care of the setup for us, which was a huge relief and worked with our timeline for dropping off and picking up our decorations. We didn't even need to do much to decorate the reception room since the room is already so nice and the views are beautiful. The food and cake were so good and we got a ton of compliments. I recommend Tim McLoone's to anyone!

In all honesty, our wedding could not have been more perfect. The effort the staff put into our event was detailed and always reassuring. Vikki and Samantha were always available to answer our questions, but also went beyond by reaching out to us to keep us informed of all developments. We can’t say enough about them and the job their entire staff did. We chose the beach wedding, knowing there was always the threat that rain could force our event inside. Whenever we brought up the possibility, they assured us and showed us there would be no problem. The food was everything we hoped it would be, the service was always quick and attentive, no detail was overlooked. We wish we could get married there every year.

From the moment we walked into Tim McLoones Supper Club we knew it was exactly where we wanted our wedding. From the initial meetings to the tasting to the details of the day Victoria and Samantha did everything and more to make sure we had the perfect day. The service and care that they showed from the very beginning made me feel like my wedding was the only one they were working on (even though they obviously had many many weddings). The food and drinks were also fantastic! The chef is so accommodating and loved what he does and the bartenders were amazing. Our families loved this venue and after 6 months of being married our families still talk about it and McLoones! We couldn’t thank Samantha and Victoria enough- our day was absolutely perfect thanks to them.

Everything about Tim McLoone's in Asbury Park is out of this world. Before our first meeting at McLoone's we were a little skeptical this type of venue wouldn't be what we had in mind. But after meeting with Victoria, our minds were changed completely... we were truly blown away. The room was amazing, and the professionalism, sincerity, and passion both Victoria and Samantha have are beyond compare! They truly take the time to work with you and make sure your day is perfect... and ours was! The food is amazing (we're still getting calls from family & friends about it!), the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even down to offering accommodations for our 2 year old nephews. We cannot stop telling everyone how great everyone and everything at McLoone's was!

My fiancé Rick and I fell in love with Tim McLoones Supper Club in Asbury Park the moment we walked in. The views of the ocean, the layout of the room and all the windows made this venue just the perfect spot for us. Working with Samantha and Victoria was simply flawless. They truly are a dynamic duo who love what they do. From our first meetings with them to our wedding day they both were always fun, energetic, detail oriented and listened to our ideas. I had a vision of how I wanted the room, I put together candles for all the tables and did my own centerpieces. The room does not need a lot, it’s gorgeous alone. So when the big day came I was nervous if my vision would be the way I imagined it. All I could say when I walked in to the room was WOW, my breath was truly taken away. Victoria had the room set up even better than I had envisioned. It was romantic, elegant and simply beautiful!All the staff were amazing to work with, they were right there when needed and quick to respond with any questions we had. The bartenders were quick with making cocktails, the bar was always kept clean. Everyone was super friendly and very attentive.Now on to the food, our guests were blown away with how delicious everything was. The food was one of the main reasons we picked McLoones, because it’s cooked to order and not prepared hours before like your typical banquet hall meals. There was not one complaint with our selection. We chose the Gone With the Wind package, from cocktail hour through dinner our guests raved about how wonderful the food was, that there was so much and so many delicious choices.If you are looking for an intimate wedding space, from the ceremony to reception you can’t go wrong with Tim McLoones Supper Club. We had 107 people and there was plenty of room. Our ceremony was inside, right at the stage with pretty starry lights behind us, cocktail hour was out on the balcony which gave our guests the chance to enjoy not only the ocean view but the soothing sound of the waves. The dance floor is large and there is plenty of seating. It’s an amazing venue... you won’t be disappointed. We look forward to going back. McLoone’s helped us throw an amazing wedding over the summer! The view of the ocean and iconic Asbury Park buildings is unbeatable. The food was delicious and nothing like banquet food. It was like eating at a restaurant. They worked with us to come up with some unique offerings, like pork roll/Taylor ham, egg and cheese sliders and local beer. The coordinators were very helpful and accommodated all types of visions. The entire evening felt like an intimate night out with our family and friends.

We got married at Tim McLoone's Supper Club over the past weekend and from the moment my husband and I met, Victoria and Samantha, the event coordinators, we knew this was were we wanted to have our wedding. They were unbelievably kind, understanding, helpful, genuine, thoughtful and truly made our lives and the whole planning process easy and enjoyable. They responded to every one of my silly, over-thinking emails so quickly and helped me pull off our wedding in 6 months. When our day finally came they both continued to be amazing. They eased my nerves and reminded us to enjoy our day. They even entertained our not to happy flower girls and ring bearers like they were part of the family! Now for the remarkable space. WOW. Tim McLoone's is so unique as is but once I saw my flowers & decor pieces within the space it really was picture perfect. Samantha and Victoria ensured that every detail was followed and was exactly how we wanted it. They walked us through the space before our ceremony so we were able to really take it all in. The amazing, breath taking ocean views from inside and from the wrap around balcony extended the space and made it magical. We had a custom Romeo&Juliet cocktail style reception and the food was so delicious! The bartenders were quick, efficient and added to the fun! The rest of their staff were equally as professional, helpful and really made our day perfect!All of our guests have been reaching out to tell us how wonderful, fun and beautiful our wedding was. I wouldn't change a thing and would pick Tim McLoone’s again without a doubt. If you are thinking about booking Tim Mcloone's for your big day, go meet with Victoria and Samantha! I promise you, you will not regret it!

Samantha's enthusiasm was infectious! She was as excited about all the details as we were, and she and Vanessa made us feel taken care of during every step of the process. It's clear that there are numerous events in the space on a daily basis, but we never felt it. Ours was top priority, as I'm certain all events are at McCloone's! I should also mention: they were great about organizing certain details which were important to our queer wedding, like all-gender restrooms and referring to our wedding party as posse, etc. We felt we were in an inclusive space from the start, which unfortunately wasn't the case with all the spaces we visited in our search for a venue. Because of a particularly choppy sea, Samantha made sure that the setup on the beach was perfect for the ceremony. One of the reasons we were first attracted to McCloone's was because the venue organizes all the details for beach ceremonies, i.e. permits, seating, etc, in addition to reception details. The space indoors looked even more beautiful than we imagined. The napkins in our wedding colors were incredibly elegant with the buffet menu in each, plus the beautiful blue sky and oceanfront on view from inside was glorious!Everyone raved about how delicious the food was, not to mention the kindness and stellar service by the whole wait and bar staff. Overall, it was an incredible day and we are grateful to McCloone's (particularly Samantha and Victoria) for helping make it so! We can't recommend them enough.

My now husband and I were so incredibly satisfied with how our wedding was handled at Tim McLoone's in Asbury Park. From the start, you are assigned to work with Victoria and Samantha, who are a seamless duo and will go above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. They have a true passion for making events, in my case a wedding, a huge success. They are detail oriented, quick at responding, and an absolute blast to work with. I was honestly sad once the planning and big day was over...I'd love to have another event to plan there so I could work with them again. The venue itself is gorgeous, albeit nontraditional (which was what we wanted). It flows easily, you can arrange the tables/chairs in a variety of ways, and there are plenty of areas to duck into if guests want some quieter conversations. The food was AMAZING; I am still hearing rave reviews about that. The bar was well staffed and efficient. All of the servers were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was skeptical about McLoone's partnering with a local bakery for the cake, but I was NOT disappointed. It was delicious (and I will write a separate review for them: Chocolate Carousel). Victoria and Samantha, plus the rest of the McLoone's staff, are a pleasure to work with and I'd do it all over again with them. No question.

Where do I even begin?! Our wedding there on May 12th 2018 was amazing!!! People are still talking about how unique the space was and how delicious the food tasted. Samantha and Vickie were beyong amazing to work with. Easy and fast communication. They answered all of my questions and handled all of my concerns. I had nothing to worry about on the day of my wedding (except for the crazy weather). They were so accommodating and helpful. It definitely made planning my huge day so much easier. If you want a wedding reception venue that will wow your guests, then Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is the way to go! We wanted a venue that wasn’t a traditional wedding venue that most of our guests would have already experienced a million times before. It was the first and only venue that my husband and I visited. Once we walked in, we knew it was the perfect place to set the scene for the best day of our lives. Between the 360 degree panoramic windows, fun supper club feel, boardwalk location, and view of the ocean, we knew it was for us. Vikkie, the events director, is an absolute saint! She is so sweet, helpful, accommodating and just simply wonderful and made the planning process an absolute breeze. They provide so many wedding packages, as well as wedding enhancements, to ensure that you will have everything you’d ever want or need for your wedding day. The food is INCREDIBLE! So many of our guests made it a point to come up to us, whether during or after the wedding, to let us know that all the food they had throughout the evening, whether it was cocktail hour, the sit down dinner, or dessert, was fantastic and that the service was impeccable. Another amazing aspect of the venue that most people don’t think about when booking a venue is its size. We had 120 guests and the maximum capacity I believe is somewhere in the ballpark of 150 – this meant that the venue wasn’t so big where even though there were tons of people it still felt empty, and wasn’t so small where it would feel like everyone was squished into a space. I’ve been to weddings where even though there are 250 guests, the space is SO big that it felt like no one was on the dance floor, etc., and with Tim McLoone’s, you will not have that feeling at any point and instead feel like the dance floor is full and vivacious at all times. The cherry on top to going with this venue for our wedding is that it’s somewhere we can visit and grab dinner on a regular day and a place we’ll pass by every time we go down to the beach in Asbury. Most people don’t get to go back to their wedding venue unless they go to another wedding there, but here, you can go back any time to relive the best night of your life. In fact, we plan on going back for dinner on our one year anniversary! Thank you so much to Vikkie and the rest of the team for helping us make our dreams come true!

Victoria, Samantha, and Tim McLoone's Supper Club were amazing and we are so happy we had our wedding here! The venue was absolutely beautiful and their assistance in the planning process from start to finish alleviated any possibility of stress. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how good the food was (we agree!!) and many commented that it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. We were planning our wedding from out of town and their flexibility with the tasting, walk-though, and week of items to do was so very much appreciated. We plan for this to be our only wedding in our lifetime :-), but wish that we could do it all over again, just to re-live the day here. Their attention to detail and personal touches, on top of everything else already mentioned, will definitely lead us to recommend the Supper Club to anyone else looking for a perfect beach wedding venue!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! We were so happy with Vikkie & Sam every step of the way, they helped us think of so many details and questions that never crossed our mind. They reviewed every last detail with us, checking to make sure we dropped off every decoration we listed, then packing everything back up at the end of the event. We filled the space with 150 guests, and although it was definitely full, it never felt overly crowded, even with having the photobooth to the side. The room felt like an amazing party the entire night with everyone able to see and feel like they were a part of all aspects, from first dance to toasts- we had everyone up and dancing the whole time. Given the size of our group we were concerned the food may not be as good as it was at the tasting, and I have to say they surpassed every expectation- it was absolutely amazing! The staff did a great job handling the crowd and making sure my Husband and I had an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better venue. Looking back there isn't a single thing I would have changed- Vikkie and Sam really made it all happen!! We are not big planners so it was so great knowing if there was something we were missing they would let us know. We also have to give a shout out to our bartender Will and his great specialty cocktail!!Thank you again to all of the staff at McCloone's, we really had the most amazing night ever :D

I cannot more highly recommend McLoones (now Robinson’s Ale House). I spent a lot of time reading reviews for venues all up and down the Jersey shore and no matter how many I read none came close to McLoones in my mind. The reviews that attracted us the most were the ones that talked about how unique this venue is and how wonderful the staff is… these two criteria were at the top of our list of importance. We did not want a typical banquet hall and we had to connect with the staff and we definitely felt like we got both with McLoones. We lived in Asbury Park while we were dating and it will always have a special place in our hearts, so we were thrilled when we found such a perfect place to get married, right in our favorite town. This was the only place we visited and by the time we met with Vikkie and toured the upstairs room, we already knew that this was the venue for us, no need to look any further. I actually wanted to book on the spot and Vikkie told us to go home and think it over for a night to make sure it was the right fit for us (I loved that there was no pressure). When you book with McLoones, you get the help of both event coordinators, Vikkie and Samantha, and both women are absolutely fantastic! They know what they are doing; they are professional, responsive, and so nice! They continued to impress us every step of the way and always made me feel like my wedding was the only wedding they were planning. They answered every single email I sent, no matter how silly. I never felt like my wedding was just another wedding to them. We had our ceremony on the beach (they take care of the permits and setting everything up), cocktail hour on the balcony overlooking the ocean, and the reception was upstairs with a beautiful panoramic view of the ocean. The room was also recently updated and it looked fantastic! We loved the idea of having our wedding at a restaurant because we are big food people and we knew the food would be terrific, and we were right! We had a variety of dietary requirements (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and their chef is willing to work with you and accommodate all of these requests. It’s been two months since our wedding and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful our venue was, how great the food was, and how much fun our guests had. McLoones also fit perfectly into our budget. We did not need to rent the space (just paid for the food & drinks), we did not need to hire a wedding planner because Vikkie and Samantha take care of everything, and the cake was included! If you are looking for a non-traditional wedding venue that is sure to be memorable, McLoone’s is for you! I knew from the minute we booked Mcloones that our wedding was going to be perfect, and it was! Thank you Vikkie, Samantha, and everyone at McLoones for making our wedding so special, we couldn’t have asked for more!!

She gave us great advice and made us consider things we hadn't thought of, which made the day even better. Our wedding was a dream come true! Working with Vikki and Nicole just made a seamless experience for planning our wedding from across the country! There were no surprises or speed bumps whatsoever in our entire process from day 1-the moment the wedding was over. The staff was so professional and experienced. We STILL have people telling us it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Just for people shopping around: we did the brunch buffet package... and would do it again every time! The amount and quality of food was worth it alone. Everyone had plenty of options to eat, and could go back as much as they wanted. Really the best experience of my life. No stress, and a lot of love from not only friends and family, but the warmest accommodation by the staff. Highly recommended :)

Our wedding was EPIC. McLoone's was fantastic in every way and made sure that it was the perfect day. Vikki and Samantha, the event coordinators, made our lives so easy and accommodated us throughout the entire process. They tailored the night to our specific needs and kept our vision in mind. One of the most underrated aspects of the venue, and more particularly our amazing event coordinators, was that they set-up the entire room and cleaned everything up when they night was over. I had no worries on the day of my wedding and cried when I saw how beautiful they made it. I couldn't have asked for anything better.It's also important to note that I was living in Pittsburgh, PA when I planned my wedding and my husband was overseas/in Texas. We got engaged and planned our wedding in about 4 months. They were incredibly flexible, responsive and helpful. We definitely weren't the typical or 'easy' couple due to the distance so knowing that the venue was handling our needs was huge. I am so thankful that we went with McLoones.Also! I got a gorgeous view of the ocean on my wedding day at a very reasonable price. The food was amazing (guests were raving). Also, Vikki saved my husband and I the hors d'oeuvres that were served during the cocktail hour and brought them to us so we could actually enjoy them too!@TimMcLoonesManagement - Your event coordinators deserve a raise! :)

Tim McLoone’s did an outstanding job! Our wedding was everything we imagined and more. When we were choosing a place for our wedding we knew we didn’t want the traditional wedding venue and Tim McLoone’s Supper Club offers a fantastic place to have a wedding in a non-traditional venue. The room has a classy supper club vibe with a stunning view of the ocean and amazing food. We knew it was perfect for us. We had about 130 guests and there was plenty of room. The feedback from our guests in nothing but positive. We continue to hear what a wonderful time they had, how much they loved the venue and how amazing the food was. I can’t tell you how happy we are to hear it and how much it means to know our guests truly had an enjoyable time. Victoria and Samantha did an outstanding job! They truly went above and beyond to make our vision come true. Victoria is so easy to work with.. She is very professional , gets back to you in a timely manner and has a great way of making it all seem so easy. Samantha filled in for Victoria a time or two and she was just as easy to work with. There is no need to worry about the details with these two to assist you…they’ve got it all under control! From the moment we began working with Victoria, the banquet manager, we knew we had made the right decision. Everything went beautifully. Victoria was always available to answer any questions I had, she offered great suggestions and made our special day so relaxing and fun for us. On the day of the wedding, the servers, the maître d', and bartenders were as attentive as could be. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day. I couldn’t recommend Tim McLoone’s Supper Club highly enough. We wanted a simple wedding ceremony with our feet in the sand and just an awesome reception party with great food. It was the perfect location for us. The room is so unique and has a ton of classic charm. We instantly fell in love with the venue the minute we walked in. Vikkie and Jillian are simply amazing people to work with. They were so excited to help us plan our wedding, and even helped us customized a few bits to make it that much more special for us. The food was flat out amazing between the cocktail hour and the main buffet dinner. I’ve never seen a venue be more accommodating with making sure all of our guest’s dietary needs were seen to as well. Our guests are still raving about the party. If you’re on the fence you need to just go visit and meet with Vikkie or Jillian and you’ll want to sign on the spot.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about McLoone’s Supper Club. When initially searching for reception sites, we were looking for somewhere that would fit our Gatsby/Boardwalk Empire theme. McLoone’s was the first venue we visited and we fell in love (I was already enamored by the pictures and visiting the space sealed the deal). We visited three other venues the same day and nothing compared in terms of individuality, dinner packages (McLoone’s gives the biggest bang for your buck by far), and ambiance. Vikkie and Jillian were amazing to work with. They are both professional, responsive, friendly, and such a pleasure to work with. Both Vikkie and Jillian understood my vision for the day and did an excellent job at setting up all of the decorations that I had brought (and there were a lot!).In addition to the Casablanca package, we added the beach ceremony (which was incredible and, from what I saw so far, allowed for beautiful pictures), the AV package, raw bar, and valet (this was crucial as several events were going on in Asbury that weekend and allowed guests to pull right up to McLoone’s). So many of our guests raved about the food, saying that it was the best wedding food they’ve had and we agree! The wait staff was courteous, attentive, and skilled, as well as the bartenders. The groom and I both commented several times on how we felt pampered and taken care of throughout the whole reception. In terms of space, we had just about 100 guests and the space was perfect. We loved the booth seating from the start and the additional tables fit perfectly in the space. Furthermore, Asbury Park offers a gorgeous view off of McLoone’s balcony, including the city, beach/ocean, and Convention Hall.The morning after, we had a brunch at the Asbury Grille right below the Supper Club for about 50 guests and, once again, there were no disappointments or problems. The food and service were great.

We had such an amazing experience using Tim McLoone's as our wedding venue. When we started planning our wedding, my husband and I knew we did not want to hold our reception in a traditional catering hall. From the minute we stepped into the unique and beautiful room at McLoone's we knew we were in the right place. The location of the restaurant right on the boardwalk with an amazing view of the water also impressed us. Vikkie and Jillian were absolutely amazing to work with from day one through the end of our reception. Vikkie was very flexible and helpful with customizing our package, helped us determine the best layout and floor plan for our wedding, and was extremely organized throughout our process. On the day of the wedding Jillian made sure we were taken care of all day and that we had everything we needed. The food was excellent- we opted for the buffet and our guests loved everything served. We can't thank Vikkie and Jillian enough for making our wedding reception perfect!

If you are looking for a more unique wedding in the awesome town of Asbury Park, McLoone's captures the towns energy. Everything we wanted; a beach ceremony, a more non- traditional beach wedding & amazing food, we got it there. From the first meetings with Victoria & Jillian, to the actual day, everything went so smooth. They were extremely attentive to each detail we requested & the entire day was more then we expected! Although it was borderline rain & chilly they went thru with the beach ceremony as requested. The reception was a blast, the details were attended to beyond our expectations & the food was amazing!! The entire evening was amazing! Though the weather did not hold out for our outdoor cocktail hour, Victoria and her staff made sure everything went smoothly. Victoria also really helped me set the tone for what I wanted on my husbands and my big day. They are truly an 'all inclusive' venue. The food is spectacular and the cake is also part of the wedding packages. We did not opt for the beach ceremony, but having it available to us was helpful when we were making our decisions. This venue was also SUPER accommodating when it came to wanting our own live music and loading in and out gear. When we walked in the space really took our breathe away. This is the perfect venue for any bride.

When we first started wedding planning, I was inspired by images of old Hollywood nightclubs, with big dance floors surrounded by cozy booths and a live big band. I thought I had to give up on the idea, being New Jersey natives, and that being more of a west coast idea. I was wrong! Tim McLoone's Supper Club is vintage flair without being outdated, it's city chic with a view of the ocean! We hired a swanky jazz band and decorated very minimally, because the space itself has such style, and we loved that our cocktail hour was outdoors on the upper deck.\r\rWe worked with a few different people during our planning process, and each was as sweet, professional and helpful as the last. Jillian was our final coordinator, and she's the one who calmed me down over the phone a week before the wedding when I discovered the Asbury Park Zombie Walk had been rescheduled to our wedding day (part of it takes place on the boardwalk right outside the venue) and seemed genuinely as excited for our wedding day as we were! The food was amazing (we're still receiving compliments on it) and the service was consistently attentive and friendly. \r\rI have been filming weddings for the past 5+ years, so I'm familiar with a lot of venues in the area, and we knew we didn't want the usual wedding-factory banquet hall. I loved that the Supper Club was unique and a little out of the box, while still offering clear, comprehensive wedding package options, so all the hardest work was done for us! We opted for a couple of add-ons that we were really happy to have: a premium open bar upgrade, valet parking, and the A/V tech package for uplighting and utilizing the sound system for the band (the Supper Club is a concert venue when private events aren't booked, so we wanted to make sure we took advantage of that!) They're partnered with an awesome bakery so the wedding cake is included with the package - we were so relieved that was one less thing to worry about!\r\rThe cost was reasonable, especially considering the outstanding service. We couldn't be happier with our choice for our reception venue - all night, our guests told us it was \"so us\" - Tim McLoone's Supper Club was more perfect for us than we even thought possible.

Our wedding was amazing! We had our ceremony on the beach and reception in the Supper Club in August 2015. Rachel and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating from the moment we started considering it as our wedding venue. We had a lot of questions throughout the process. Rachel and Blaire were very patient and informative with us. They answered all of our questions and provided lots of feedback and suggestions. The wedding reception was perfect. Everyone was taken care of. The food was outstanding! Dietary restrictions were taken care of without worry (several gluten free guests) All of our guests commented on how cool the venue was and how good the food was. They packed up all of our decorations, centerpieces, extra, favors, etc. for us to pick up the next day at which time they also gave us leftovers from the cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert to take home and enjoy. The maitre d' made sure that we got to try the passed hors d'oeuvres and always had a drink in hand while engaging with our guests, which she did very professionally. No wedding is perfect; we had issues with our photographer and hotel but McLoones was great from start to finish. We could not have asked for better service and could not recommend highly enough.

Tim McLoone's Supper Club was the first venue my wife and I looked at; we instantly fell in love and didn't need to look any further. We always knew we didn't want a cookie-cutter banquet hall or ballroom, and McLoone's (in the old Howard Johnson's building), is anything but! It's gorgeous, funky, iconic, and an intimate atmosphere for a smaller wedding. We had just under 60 people and it never felt empty. The 360 panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Boardwalk, and city are breathtaking. And Asbury Park is a unique place we both love!\r\rWhen we began working with Rachel, the event director, we knew immediately that we were in good hands. She made planning seamless and went above and beyond to bring our whole vision to life. We wanted to have a meatless wedding, and when we requested falafel and mushroom risotto, she and the chef said \"no problem!\" She handled getting the permits and other details coordinated for our beach ceremony, and ensured our decorations were set up perfectly on the big day. We barely had to lift a finger; Rachel and the entire wonderful staff took care of everything and totally eased our stress. We were able to truly enjoy our wedding thanks to their amazing skills and constant assistance. We cannot find enough words to express our gratitude!\r\rThe value was also excellent for this area. McLoone's has flexible options and packages to choose from and the food is plentiful and delicious! No one even missed the meat at our wedding and everyone had their fill. Much better than your typical wedding fare. And the inclusion of open bar and a gorgeous custom wedding cake from Chocolate Carousel in nearby Wall provide even more for your money. If you are looking for a unique and memorable wedding experience, McLoone's might just be your venue. My wife and I can confidently say our wedding was a dream--and it was FUN! If you're looking to get married at the Jersey Shore, you owe it to yourselves to check this place out.

We had an August 2015 wedding and could not have been happier with our decision. Rachel and her staff are beyond helpful, professional, and timely. McLoone's provided a great combination of non-traditional but had all of the ease that a large venue could offer (set up and breakdown, excellent food/drinks included in the cost, attentive staff). \r\rRachel took care of everything from start to finish - permits for the beach, coordinating with venders day of, and even putting up every one of my painstaking DIY decorations to keep our cost manageable. There are a lot of options to make the space what you want (keeping the star wall or turing to off, adjusting the uplighting, bringing your own decor), and there was plenty of space for our guests to move around in and outside of the venue.\r\rThe cake included was beautiful and delicious (and helped with a gluten free option very easily), and our guests could not say enough about the delicious food and drinks - they even packed us leftovers so we could eat it later and try a bit of everything! They were upfront about pricing and you are able to customize so many options to fit your budget. \r\rLastly, having been a guest to many weddings - staff is important. We receive so many compliments of the staff being friendly, attentive, helping guests get out stains from wine spills and returning a very valuable diamond tennis bracelet that fell off of a guests wrist. \r\rWould highly recommend! They always had the right look, but how would they do with our very unique themed wedding...they knocked it out of the park. All my questions always answered in a timely matter. Always helpful and nice. The whole staff treated us so well. The food was excellent, though you sometimes forget to eat while running around to all your guest. We had the leftovers the next day, so good. I highly recommend the Supper Club. We even went back last week for dinner, gonna be getting their frequent diner card next. Oh, also great brunch with wedding guest the day after. This is a great place, no doubt about it. Thank you Supper Club!

PERFECTION. That's how I'd describe our wedding reception at Tim McLoone's Supper Club, from start to finish. \r\rOur banquet manager, Rachel, was extremely attentive and took care of every last detail from the moment we booked. She and our coordinator Jillian made the whole process seamless and easy and we are so grateful. We had a ton of decorations with specific instructions and they executed everything perfectly. The entirety of the staff here is friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to help you. \r\rThe venue itself is gorgeous and so different from any other wedding venue I've seen - it is a true supper club atmosphere and made for an unforgettable, unique night. Our guests are still raving about it - I've heard countless times now that this was \"the best wedding we've ever been to!\" The location is awesome - there's plenty of great entertainment right down the Asbury boardwalk for an afterparty.\r\rThe food was delicious! There are countless options to customize your night. Our guests LOVED everything from the cocktail hour appetizers to the main course. \r\rThis was truly the best night of our lives and we are forever thankful to the team at McLoone's!

When we stopped by one Saturday and looked upstairs they were setting up for a wedding and the room looked incredible. I can't praise McCloone's enough. We had a small (60) afternoon wedding in September. The whole process from booking the facility to the actual day was seamless and, more importantly, painless! Rachel and her team really know what they are doing and were so easy to work with! The day was perfect! The service people were great, friendly, accommodating and EVERYONE (including an incredibly picky grand,other) raved about the food!!! The only thing thing I would say is there was TOO much food! I asked to have the leftovers brought to a food-bank as it was a little obscene. Hopefully that happened! Overall I would do it all again! Great location to boot!

McLoone's Supper Club in Asbury Park was an excellent partner in creating and implementing our wedding plans. The event planning staff was amazing and helped us every step of the way as we created our reception from menu planning to decorations and everything in between. We especially loved that the package was all-inclusive (food, bar, wedding cake, AV package for lights/music, simple table decor). We had one vendor for most of our major expenses and that really helped everything feel streamlined and easy to manage.\rAs for the day itself, we really felt taken care of. They made setup seamless. We were able to have access to the room early to take pictures. They took care of boxing all of our leftover favors, food, decorations, etc. for us so that we could celebrate with our guests after the reception.\rOur guests are still talking about the amazing food and views! The cocktail hour had such ample portions that the guests felt stuffed just on the passed hors d'ourves. We opted for the buffet package and everyone raved about the food. McLoone's worked with us to make the menu suit our specific tastes and everything came out perfectly. I'd definitely recommend the buffet since it still felt very elegant and was extremely cost effective. Also, the food at the buffet was extremely plentiful. They did an excellent job of providing for our guests.\rMaybe the best part of the whole experience are the spectacular views you get from the second floor of the historic building. We had the run of the whole top floor including the 360 degree balcony overlooking both the hip & happening beachfront and the ocean. It was perfect for picture taking. It also allowed guests to feel like they had the freedom to roam about. Many have remarked that they loved the space for the views, for the way it felt really spacious and for the fact that they enjoyed both indoor and outdoor space.\rI'd wholeheartedly recommend McLoone's for your wedding. It was the second best choice we made for our wedding, behind only the choice we made to marry each other!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Tim McLoone's Supper Club. I got married on the beach in June 2015 followed by a reception at McLoone's. From day one the staff was incredibly patient, sweet, knowledgeable and quick to respond! I began working with Rachel Koeppel. She was wonderful, we worked with her up until a month before our wedding. She went on maternity leave and we were introduced to Blaire Katz. I was worried since we had been working with someone for over a year regarding our wedding. Blaire was fabulous and exceeded my expectations! I had an incredible experience with her, every last minute email and crazy question she handled with patience and details. Melinda, our maitre'd was on point! I had a large bridal party, 7 Bridesmaids/6 Groomsmen with family walking out for the ceremony. Melinda handled it like a pro. We were late coming back from our photos, Melinda was patient and handled everything while we were gone. There were last minute issues with our DJ regarding introductions. Melinda was composed, heard what I wanted and communicated it to the DJ effortlessly. Before the wedding I took photos by myself, I was able to see my vision come to life before my eyes, it was powerful. McLoone's and the staff got everything right. The AV guy Tony got my video to play, which was quite the feat. I had live performers and McLoone's supplied all of the equipment. Tony made sure everything was set up and sounded great. Blaire let us keep all of our items in the Bridal Suite since there wasn’t an event the next day. The next day we came by and she gave us food, including everything from our Cocktail Hour. This meant so much to us since we missed it. We couldn't fit our wedding arch in the car, Blaire said we could keep it there until we got back from our honeymoon. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive group of people and unique venue.

I got married at McLoone's Supper Club on November 7th, 2014 and the entire experience was wonderful! From the moment we saw the venue and met with the banquet coordinator, we knew this was our place, and it did not disappoint. They helped us every step of the way and were always there to answer any questions that we had. When the big day finally arrived the room looked absolutely beautiful and everything flowed so seamlessly. We actually had our ceremony inside as well and I was worried that there may be some logistical problems with the seating and moving the guests and tables, but it was not a problem at all as they took care of everything. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful to my husband and I, as well as all of our guests. And I haven't even gotten to the food yet! Several of my guests commented that it was the best wedding food they have ever had and that there was an abundance of food to choose from. The portions were full sized, not the small measly portions you usually get as your entree at a wedding. I can't say enough good things about McLoone's. They made the day I was dreaming of for so long as magical as I hoped it would be. If you choose to have your wedding there you will not be sorry!

I am so glad I had my wedding at McLoone's. The staff were helpful every step of the way and the venue is really different from most wedding venues. Definitely worth considering if you are sick of looking at the same cookie-cutter banquet halls. The prices were very fair and the food was so good, I wish I had eaten more of it! Also, they are pretty flexible with their menu as I had lots of vegan/vegetarians at my wedding. The staff had no problem providing lots of options for them for my cocktail-style reception. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We were married in May 2014 (Memorial Day Weekend), and it took me far too long to post this. \r\rTo put it simply, Tim McLoone’s Supper Club helped me create my dream wedding, and I cannot be more thankful. This is definitely not the traditional wedding venue, but if you are looking for some early Hollywood charm, a (not literal) smoky 30’s night club vibe, or just a nice intimate venue with a gorgeous beach wedding and the best event planner one could ask for, this might be your place. Located in Asbury Park in the old circular Howard Johnson building, the Supper Club was not a place we found on our own. Knowing we wanted a beach wedding, we looked into some traditional venues, including another McLoone property in Long Branch. I received an email reply to my inquiry from Rachel, who sent us the Supper Club info as well, just in case we might want to look there as an option. As we we're in the Asbury Park area anyway, we thought we give it a look, and we fell in love with the venue immediately. Food was delicious, views from the upper floor and balcony spectacular, and Rachel even made it clear they could accommodate any reasonable request and arrange everything for the beach ceremony, including the permits with reasonable costs and limited hassle. From start to finish the Supper Club was easy to work with, and on the day of the Wedding itself everything was as close to perfect as humanly possible. My guests were blown away by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff, and I could not recommend both Rachel and the venue enough. My friends are already asking when we can renew our vows there again for another celebration! Definitely an amazing place, and I look forward to spending my anniversaries there for years to come.

I literally have nothing negative to say about this venue. I loved Rachael our wedding coordinator of McLoone's. SShe is such a wonderful person and so helpful. Only negative aspect of the wedding I was not able to set up the room before my wedding begin there was an event before my wedding and couldnt set up until 4:30/5:00 when the wedding began at 7:00 but luckily the staff was amazing and was able to set the room up the way I envisioned it. FOOD WAS THE BEST! I've been in many weddings and have gone to many weddings, many weddings where the budget was over 100k and still the food as this venue was pretty darn good to 5 star. Thanks again! PLEASE consider having your wedding here! Happiest Bride from Jersey!

I made a lot of changes during the planning stages (and some last minute) and she was nothing but kind and helpful the whole time. The staff was extremely nice and the room was beautiful (all dark wood with wall of windows overlooking the ocean). I would absolutely use them again for a future event.

Rachel K. is great at her job, and makes the entire experience of working with Tim McLoone's Supper Club so easy, respectful, and gratifying. She went out of her way to give us the best wedding day we could have imagined, bent over backward and did flips in the air to make sure we got more than our money's worth, and never stopped working for us, the clients. So great. Definitely have your wedding here. Asbury Park is really changing nowadays, but it's still got a great vibe, and having your wedding at the beach and on the boardwalk will give you and your guests beautiful, lasting memories. We had a wonderful time at Tim McLoone's Supper Club. Everyone raved about the food and the space is very unique. The full bar inside was a major plus. Rachel, the wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful and everything went very smooth. She was a pleasure to work with. The price was reasonable compared to other venues on the beach that we looked at. The only down side to the venue is the size. If you have a really large guest list, McLoone's probably can't accommodate you. For us the size was actually a plus because it forced us to keep our guest list manageable. We had about 150 guests.

I am from New Jersey and my husband is from Pennsylvania. I have a complete love of antiquities and all things vintage. I go gaga for a good patina, and my husband loves the ocean. When we were looking for the perfect place to declare our love, Asbury Park was the only place we considered. It is an absolute perfect mesh of both our interests. In addition, the boardwalk is fantastic; it is full of history and a quirky coolness like no other place I have known. Tim McLoone’s Supper Club is nestled on the boardwalk, right next to the Paramount Theater and Convention Hall with a stunning view of the ocean and a panoramic view of Asbury Park. We loved it instantly and not just because of the amazing architectural component of the building. When we went for our first meeting with the venue, we met Rachel. I could never find the words to describe such an individual—but ‘incredible’ would be on the top of the list. Rachel is the Banquet Coordinator for Tim McLoone’s Supper Club. She is patient and very kind. From the start, we felt totally at ease and trusted her with all our hearts to create the wedding of our dreams. She was honest with us, and that was really refreshing. She left open lines of communication throughout the entire process, and whenever I would email her with crazy bride questions, she always responded thoroughly and promptly with total friendliness. A few days before the event, we dropped off all our decorations and favors—and Rachel and her team decorated everything for us! The result was beyond our wildest dreams; the venue looked stunning. The wedding included just around 100 guests, and everyone fit perfectly. We chose the Romeo and Juliet Wedding Package for the reception, and we were thrilled with the results. Our cocktail hour was unbeatable. Guests could not believe the food kept coming and coming! The food was dynamite and prepared perfectly. My husband, the ocean-lover, got to have his raw bar, and boy was he a happy man. No one left hungry, and we had leftovers! As brides and grooms are wont to do, we were so excited, we nearly forgot to eat. Rachel personally brought us food at our table and made sure we had some of everything. The five hour open bar was awesome, and everyone loved the signature drink. At the end of the night, when my husband and I were in a whirlwind of goodbyes, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the staff had wrapped up all the leftovers for us to take back to the hotel for our friends to enjoy. The staff also took care of packing up all our belongings, gifts and decorations and carried it to the car. We literally had everything taken care of, and did not worry about a thing. That is why we loved having our wedding at Tim McLoone’s. We could have had our wedding anywhere, but we chose a venue that was not a cookie cutter venue, truly cared about what we wanted and honored our vision in its entirety. I would recommend Tim McLoone’s Supper Club to anyone, with the highest accolades. We are forever grateful. This place is a gem.

First off, let me tell you I have been in the special events industry for over 10 years with half of those years as an event planner handling budgets in the six digits. I know what is out there and it's hard to please me (and to be honest my small budget) and I was IMPRESSED! \r\rMy then Fiance and & I were looking for a venue that was unique, accommodate our 85 person guest list without looking like half the party didn't show up, the ability to have a beach ceremony, and fit our budget. The Supper Club was the perfect fit! It's right along the Asbury Park boardwalk, which is a special place for me as it holds many childhood memories and a special place for my husband and I. Plus you have 2 hotels in walking distance (we chose the Empress for price and service).\r\rRachel Koeppel is fabulous to work with. period. end of story. Yes, she is that good and I should know! The food was fantastic...I still have family remarking on it! The lobster ravioli was to die for, the filet mignon was like butter, and can I just say I never order chicken in a restaurant yet the chicken florentine was just as good as the filet...I am serious! Cocktail food was great too! We chose the highest package which had the most courses. This was driven partly to meet the food & beverage minimum but mainly by my Father as he was footing the bill for the food and he wanted people to have their fill. Our guests certainly had their fill! Though I have to say looking back on it, all the courses did limit the dance time so if you really want to party you should keep that in mind. If you have to meet the minimum like us, I would suggest adding stations onto your cocktail hour or having the farewell beverage station for the end of the night so you can get more dance time in. I will say Rachel and her staff kept a great flow with the service all night so we did get in some good dance sets.\r\rI should mention that Rachel was present through my whole wedding from set up to breakdown. You don't find that at many venues. Often the person you work with will be on site for set up but are gone before the first course hits the table. She made sure everything ran smoothly and it was reflected in overall feel of the wedding. I did not stress one bit and that says a lot from someone who ends up directing staff at most of the weddings I attend. \r\rThe wedding cake was supplied by Piece O' Cake in Shrewsbury. I chose white cake with cannoli (small up-charge, so worth it!) and raspberry preserve filling with vanilla buttercream icing. It was AMAZING! The cake was moist and the icing was not too sweet, the perfect amount of both fillings, and it was true buttercream...no greasy mouth-feel just creamy goodness. I have had one too many pieces of bad cake in my time in the event industry and I gotta say this was one of the best, beating out top NYC cake designers I like. \r\rYou get your monies worth at the Supper Club hands down. I have worked with clients that have paid more than triple what we paid per person and did not have as great of an end result as we did. If you are looking for a unique space with great value, food, and expertise then get Rachel on the phone and book this venue!

Rachel K from Mcloones was awesome she took care of all the details for the beach ceremony, and the reception was spot on. Everyone loved the location, atmosphere, and food. Cant say enough about the staff (all were kind and accomodating) and the food was excellent. I highly recommend TIm Mcloones Supperclub for any wedding or party event.

Our wedding at Tim McLoone's Supper Club in Asbury Park was perfect!! I could not imagine a more helpful and friendly staff!! Rachel was amazing!! She took care of every detail and made sure we had a perfect night! I made all of my own centerpieces and decorations and she put them all together perfectly day of! Our ceremony was held on the beach and she made sure everything happen flawlessly and on time. Our\rCocktail hour was outside on the deck and I still have guests raving about the food! It was served hot and there was never a waiting period for someone walking around. My husband and I were busy with photos at the time so they put a plate of all the appetizers for us at our table when we walked in. Our reception was perfect. The food was amazing and served perfectly. I got nothing but compliments from everyone that attended! The room for events at the Supper Club makes for the most romantic, fun and intimate experience. The back wall makes the most perfect background for photos once the sun goes down! The multiple areas for people to hang out throughout the venue assures everyone has a comfort spot. I could not imagine a better place for my wedding. The room is very different from your usual hotel wedding and it was exactly what we thought expressed our personalities. If you want a fun and different atmosphere and a place that is sure to impress your guests on multiple levels, McLoone's Supper Club is the place you must book! I will be sure to find excuses to hold events in the future just so I can use this room again!!

When searching for our wedding venue, we thought we had a near impossible list of \"must haves\" in mind --but we found everything we wanted in McLoone's Supper Club! As a same-sex couple, we knew we wanted to be in a place that would make us feel comfortable and treat us with dignity and respect from the start. This is something we instantly felt from McLoone's staff. \r\rThe place is right on the water, giving guests sweeping views of the ocean all night. Food is out of this world --even with some of our guest being chefs they gave it top notch reviews! Rachel was easy to work with, especially on the day of the wedding where we felt like she handled everything flawlessly. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the supper club. All well perfect. We opted for no chafing dishes at the cocktail hour which worked out great because there was more than enough food. MUST have the crab cake for appetizer and we went with the regular steak option (no upgrade to filet). The portions on dinner are HUGE! \r\rThe overall atmosphere of the place is intimate and unique and the staff were truly amazing and accommodating. Prices are affordable (at least compared to the rest of the wedding prices out there...). Would reccommend to any couple looking for something different than a traditional reception hall.

We had our wedding at the Supper Club this past Thursday, 10/11/12, and it was the most wonderful event! Rachel Koeppel is a Godsend and just made everything so easy for us! The food is phenomenal and the staff were fantastic! There was not a negative comment to be had about the ceremony or the reception by us or by any of our guests.This site is the perfect place to start your new life together and if you are looking for a non-reception hall feel, this is the place. Romance, elegance, and amazing are three words I would use to describe the venue. I want to do this all over again ! (My husband might not agree to that!)

My fiance and I were looking for a venue that was not your typical ballroom. We looked at almost 50 venues before finding the Supper Club. The venue has the look and feel of an intimate jazz club, overlooking the Boardwalk and the Ocean. \rRachel was an amazing coordinator. Our planning sessions were thorough, and she captured every detail discussed. Day of, my husband and I were able to actually enjoy ourselves without worrying about the night's events. Rachel took care of every detail of the evening, from lining up my bridal party for introductions, to visiting every table herself to check on people's meals. \rWe had a waitress taking care of my husband and I all evening. During cocktail hour, drinks and apps were placed in the green room for us to be sure we were able to eat.\rThe food was top notch - not your typical catering hall food. Our guests complimented the quality of the food endlessly. We upgraded to the package with the Filet as the beef option - so worth it (also worth the same upgrade for the wine service during dinner - LOVED this). We chose the crab cake for the appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. We also went with the mashed potatoes bar during cocktail hour - a big hit as well! \rA few other details that I loved:\r-The guests chose their entrees at the table - we didn't need to provide a meal count ahead of time. This was a great touch. \r-My husband is a beer lover, and we were able to order a couple of cases of craft beer.\r-The pace of the evening was perfect. My husband and I wanted a big party, with a lot of dancing. There was time in between courses for dancing, and there was plenty of time at the end of the night. Everyone was on the dance floor, young and old. \r-The terrace remains open the whole night. People enjoyed sitting out and watching the happenings on the beach and boardwalk when they needed a break from dancing (there was a bonfire on the beach the night of our wedding...also a roller derby at the convention hall)\r\rOne of the compliments we received was that it was so nice to see a bride and groom having so much fun at their own wedding. Rachel and the staff handled every detail, and left the partying to us :)

We had our ceremony and reception at Tim McLoone's Supper Club in June 2012, and it could not have gone better! Rachel, the event director, really made the day run smoothly and stress free. Throughout the process she was extremely professional, responsive and helpful, making recommendations when requested. The day of the wedding she coordinated our beach ceremony which went off beautifully. She also worked with our other vendors to ensure everything was arranged as planned, which really made things easy for us. Our family and friends raved about everything- we had a lot of people say it was the \"best wedding food they'd ever had!\" We had 100 people and the venue was a great size- we used the stage as extra dance floor. The room is very unique with the booths lining the wall, but people found the booths intimate and fun. There are a lot of possibilities for arranging the room, which is nice. The outdoor balcony was great for cocktail hour and hanging out during the reception. Plus, after it's all over, you can walk down and be right on the Asbury Park boardwalk. I can't say enough about Tim McLoone's Supper Club- I would do it all over again!

We can not say enough about Mcloone's Supper club. They were amazing. We were just married in June, and had a great experience. Rachel and staff handled our wedding as if it were their own. The food and service were both outstanding. Our families say it best .. \" the food was not a typical wedding venue food, restaurant quality and better than the industry standard where 99% wedding food is terrible\" or our uncles who keep saying \" you could cut the steak with a butter knife\" ( we choose the standard cut steak not the upgrade). Thank you for making everything Perfect. We had a stress free day knowing our day was handled by the best in the industry!

I can't recommend this venue more. It is beautiful and easily accessible from NYC and Philly. It is also a tremendous value as, for the per head price, you get plentiful, high-quality food, space rental, a wedding cake, and an open bar. I felt, and was told by my guests, that the food is the best wedding food they had ever had. Since McLoone's is a restaurant, it is so much better than a catered spread. McLoone's is also a music space, which made setting up the band remarkably stress-free. They even offer an audiovisual technician for a nominal fee to help if anything goes wrong. Finally, the venue's wedding organizer, Rachel Koeppel, was incredibly helpful and made the planning process (which I detested) much easier. She also offered us some gratis perks like ordering a few of cases of our favorite microbrew for the event. Like I said, I cannot recommend this venue enough. Our guests couldn't stop remarking on its beauty (it overlooks the ocean) and the quality of the food and service. Having our wedding here also made our planning process much more pleasant and stress-free than it would have been otherwise.

Very helpful and pleasant in helping with all you plans. Dropped off all items a week before and the room was set up better then we imagined. Food was excellent as was the service. Food was passed around non stop during cocktail hr. Great location right on the boardwalk. Rachel Koppel was the wedding director and she was great.

We got married in August and could not have asked for a more flawless evening at Tim McLoone's Supper Club. The food is table side and prepared individually by an allergy conscious chef and the cocktail hour was so good the groomsmen started a line at the kitchen so they wouldn't miss anything! The room is unique and very 1940s lounge with super intimate lighting and booths that our guests found very comfortable.\r\rThe best part was their coordinator - Rachel. She is so amazingly awesome with every single thing. She runs a rehearsal, sets up the beach ceremony, arranges the entire reception and keeps everything on time. If I didn't know any better I would think she could read minds - she is that good.\r\rThe super club is also less expensive than the pier house.

With only 4 and a half months to plan our wedding, we knew the second we saw the Super Club that we found the perfect place to celebrate our love!! This is not your typical wedding venue which is why we loved it so much..Located on the Asbury Park Boardwalk with the breath taking view of the ocean, the room is round with windows and a deck that goes completely around the building, high back round booths frame the dinning room perfectly accommodated our 130 guest. We wanted our reception to feel less like a reception and more like a big dinner party, so we left the tables in deuces & 4 tops besides the booths that sat up to 8 people. Rachel was the event coordinator, who was always a pleasure to deal with even after my husband drove her crazy! Every single guest raved over the food, even the pickiest ones, there was something for every one! The hors d'oveuvres were to die for, great selection to choose from, definitely not your usual pigs in a blanket or broccoli bits that are served at most of the wedding venues. We had cucumber & scallop ceviche, marinated portobella with melted blue cheese, roasted tomatoes stuffed with herbed goat cheese, not to mention the raw bar just to name a few. Dinner was cooked to perfection not one complaint & 70% of our guest had the steak..Kansas City Strip Steak, Pan Seared Mahi Mahi, and Chicken with prosciutto fresh mozz. & mushrooms in a sherry wine cream sauce! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!! Rachel worked with us & we settled on a menu & price per head that I think would be impossible to find any where else! I come from a big Italian family, so after a wedding you are definitely going to get the review whether you want it or not ...what I am hearing is my wedding may be the best wedding they have ever attended absolutely perfect!!! \rI can tell you it was the best wedding I have ever attended, I was so worried I would not be able to have a good time, but with Rachel and her staff taking care of everything me & my new husband had a blast!! If you are having a wedding of 150 or less, love the beach, & want a venue as unique as you, Tim McLoones is AMAZING!!! Go talk to Rachel.

From early on in planning to the big day this was the perfect venue. Rachel, the banquet coordinator, made sure every detail was taken care of and each staff person was friendly and energetic. The room is gorgeous and the food is fantastic!
