My husband and I booked with the Tinley Park Convention Center in January of 2019 and were able to finally tie the knot on May 27, 2022, so it's hard to know where to begin. Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. Every single detail was taken care of from start to finish - personalizing our table decor, pipe & drape backgrounds, our outdoor ceremony, indoor reception/cocktail hour and hotel for the evening that were all able to take place at the venue. My husband and I are both vegetarian and when we mentioned it, the staff immediately arranged for the head chef to meet with us and plan a meal that was exciting for us. Our event coordinator, Brie, was INCREDIBLE. Brie made herself available to us for questions, concerns, suggestions and just to vent to when needed. We loved that so much was included, but allowed for customization (food, drink, our cake from Creative Cakes and decor). It made the process easy, but still allowed us to have a day which reflected our personalities and relationships. Not a single time did we feel taken advantage of and we truly felt and know that Brie had our best interest at heat the entire time. From having to post-pone twice due to COVID, we never felt rushed and rescheduling was extremely easy. Pricing and payment expectations were transparent from the beginning and there were no \"hidden fees\" to surprise you along the way.Brie eased our minds of any jitters (the good kind!) at the rehearsal to ensure everyone knew their roles, places and where they needed to be on the day of. Brie touched base with us first thing the morning of our wedding to touch base on the weather to account for our outdoor ceremony and to ensure we both had everything we needed. She let us know as vendors arrived to ease our mind that everything was in order. Brie was an integral part of her day - as she can tell how much or how little communication you want to keep you at ease. Our ceremony went AMAZING and transitioned into cocktail hour smoothly. Appetizers were fresh and plenty and folks never had to wait long for a drink. To say our reception room was a dream is an understatement - Brie NAILED our vision and setting up all of our decor. Dinner was served timely and all of our food was fresh, hot and delicious. All staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional. All throughout the night our guests were telling us it was the best meal they've ever had at a wedding. We were able to wind our evening down at the EVEN hotel bar (which is attached and incredibly convenient for all) with more drinks and pizza. I cannot say enough great things about the TPCC as they gave us the evening we have dreamed of for literal years. Our friends and family are still raving about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to and how sharp/clean the facilities were, how amazing the food and staff were and how uniquely us we were able to make our space. Thank you to Brie and all the other staff who made our special day possible!

We booked the convention center for our wedding and we’re we’re absolutely impressed! The venue itself is so convenient! Food, alcohol, and cake were included in the per person pricing which was so nice! We didn’t have to worry about meeting with additional vendors the day of. We expected wedding food to be average with making mass quantities, but the convention center over exceeded expectations for the food! The food the day of was incredible! We were provided a separate space for our ceremony and reception. Both rooms were decorated to perfection. I also can’t complain about the hotel being attached to the venue for any out of town guest. We loved TPCC as our wedding venue! We looked into this location because my husband passed it every day on his commute. We loved the access from the highway making it accessible for our guests in IL, flying in and then driving to Tinley, and for our out of town WI, IN, and MI guests! The TPCC really allowed for us to personalize and stage our set up. We loved that our event was all in one location with direct access to the hotel. The hotel staff were phenomenal and allowed us to have and pass out welcome bags with ease. We can not speak highly enough of the front desk. Also the rooms were updated, clean, and prepared for guests! We chose to use the atrium as our ceremony and cocktail space - this allowed us to access the patio if guests want. We were married on November 26th, but we had extremely beautiful 58 degree weather, so we did use it for photos as well! As far as other spots for photos the space is a convention center so keep that in mind when considering your photo wants and visions. Our reception was help in the south pavilion which easily fit our count of 220 and could have had more. Space supported our band which sounded great in this space. Staff was responsive when things needed attending - for us when tables were still needing to be served - and they acted fast. Any concerns that arose in the moment were immediately addressed. I also had access to managers via direct phone number if needed. Thankfully that was never necessary. Other highlights including spaces to get ready, sound system for ceremony, and ability to coordinate and plan next day brunch. We really felt pricing was fair for this venue and allows you the freedom to decorate and layout to your preferences (within reason). I did not have a day of coordinator- so I do recommend if you go with TPCC being very organized. They do advertise a staff member as the event space coordinator- however I was the one ensuring I was on time with payments, scheduling tastings, and communicating any needs. If you are a passive bride a wedding planner or day of coordinator may help you more than the staff we worked with for the event space and planning our wedding. I additionally highly recommend being clear and communicative in your wants and needs. At times I did feel push back or had to be strong in my wants, but this did not defer me from having the best day ever! When you are being within reason, this is your wedding and your event so your ideas should be the priority!

Our wedding finally happened on October 30th after it was postponed 5 times due to COVID. I can’t say enough about Alyssa and her team at Tinley Park. They kept me in the loop the entire time on their facilities response to COVID and were very accommodating during our multiple date changes. Alyssa was exceptional to work with. She truly made it feel like I had a wedding planner and decorator all wrapped into one. I was able to relax the week of my wedding knowing that my image would be fulfilled by Alyssa and her team. She has it down to a science and does not miss a single detail!One of our biggest complaints about other weddings that we had been to is the line to the bar. Their bartenders were so quick and efficient. Our cocktail hour went swimmingly and everyone had drinks in hand! Never once was there that long dreaded line to the bar. Our guests RAVED on the food. Seriously, one of the best meals I have ever had. My husband is very picky and they even made him a special plate full of only things he would eat! The staff was very speedy, the food was hot, and the drinks were refilled promptly! We had multiple different layers of flavors in our cake, and they brought out a piece of each for us at the head table so that I could try all the different flavors. Speaking of cake, TPCC partners with Creative Cakes and they deal with everything after the cake tasting. So your cake shows up without a hitch- and it was SO yummy. We were traveling in from out of town, as well as half of our guests. Having the reception venue attached to the hotel was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had an after party with late night snacks at the hotel bar- which was a ton of fun! Then walked right up to our bridal suite to end the night with a lovely gift of champagne and dessert. The morning after we had a conference room set aside for us for our guests that stayed in the hotel to come say goodbye and grab some coffee and donuts on their way out! I don’t think I have to say more- our experience at the Tinley Park Convention Center was so lovely and made our big day so special.

I cannot say enough about TPCC!! I was a little hesitant to check out this venue as it didn’t look like I wanted it to, however I am SO grateful we did. The package is truly all inclusive and super affordable, the food is amazing, and Alyssa, the venue coordinator, is basically a wedding planner that helps with everything and anything. She was so helpful throughout the whole process and made planning a wedding “easy” and helped decide what would look good in the space. The venue was gorgeous the day of and totally exceeded my expectations. I would book TPCC over and over again!!!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Alyssa for all her efforts and assistance for the Wedding Celebration for our daughter Victoria & Jimmy. Everything was wonderful - from her help with the hotel rooms, all the design & decorations, and the lineup for the wedding party, to coordinating the late-night snacks. Every moment was perfection!!! The food was delicious and many guests commented on how great the dinner and service was. They all did an amazing job! A huge thank you to Alyssa for being patient with us and all our crazy questions. You have fantastic follow through :) The entire staff at the Convention Center deserves our appreciation, as everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Alyssa could not have been better. She protected our vision for our big day and put out any fire that came our way while being completely willing to do whatever we needed. She was a great communicator and it lead to us having the best day of our lives and we experienced our plans brought to life.

Where to begin. We had the most amazing wedding at the Tinley Park Convention Center on July 16, 2021. Starting from the ceremony in one room then to the reception followed by the after party in the hotel bar to staying the night at the brand new hotel. Alyssa their event/wedding specialist was so helpful, patient and always quick to return any calls. Alyssa went above and behind to make our night perfect. She made my vision of a cocktail reception wedding come true. When I came to her and said I did not want to do the same old sit down dinner she was so excited to help me to see my vision. Everything that I had wanted for that day she made possible. I can’t thank her enough. We had 180 guests and the space we had was 28,000 square big. That night so many people said they wish all weddings were like this “cocktail reception” and that the food was amazing and the space was beautiful and nicely spread out. The chef did such an amazing job from Mini beef Wellingtons, grilled chicken on a skewer, bourbon glazed meatballs, shrimp shooters. Caprese skewers, Mac and cheese croquets, fruit/veggie/cheese/cracker table and the mashed potato bar(everyone loved) , dessert table. Then later to top off the night with a hot pretzel bar. They also enjoyed not having to sit at a table for a long period of time. The outdoor patio was great because it was such a beautiful night and a great spot for pictures with the lake in the background. They also supplied our band with a huge stage for them to perform on so that was a great plus. The staff was also amazing from Charles with helping with set up to the bartenders and the staff that evening. We had 30 rooms at the hotel that evening and everybody had a wonderful stay in the newly remodeled rooms at EVEN hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and all new beds. Since we had so many guests from out of town it was so convenient having the ceremony, reception and hotel all in one place. If your thinking of having the traditional wedding or doing something different like we did i highly recommend having it here. They all went out of their way to make it truly perfect and the way i envisioned it. Kevin and I already miss our days of planning and talking with Alyssa.

We worked with Ashley for our hotel block and she was amazing - answered every question, gave us a tour of the rooms, and showed us a bar we could use for after the reception! Unfortunately our plans had to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the hotel was BEYOND accommodating, canceling our contract and not seeking any sort of attrition clause. Thank you!!!!

We worked with Ashley for our hotel block and she was amazing - answered every question, gave us a tour of the rooms, and showed us a bar we could use for after the reception! Unfortunately our plans had to change due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but the hotel was BEYOND accommodating, canceling our contract and not seeking any sort of attrition clause. Thank you!!!!

The best decision my husband and I made was choosing the Tinley Park Convention Center as our wedding venue. After pushing through despite the pandemic, we have a newfound appreciation for ALL of the staff members at TPCC. At some point during our planning process, we worked with someone from almost every department. (Catering, Decor, Lighting/Tech Support etc.) THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. As a bride, you dream of a perfect wedding day and planning process, and I can honestly say that Alyssa and the entire TPCC staff exceeded our expectations. I not only had my wedding at TPCC, I also hosted my rehearsal dinner here as well. My guests are still raving about the food from BOTH nights. So to whoever is reading this, just know TPCC is the FULL package and you will not be disappointed. Ceremony- South Pavillion Reception- North Exhibit

This was the perfect venue for our weekend. Alyssa helped us every step of the way and was very efficient. The sampling allowed us to try several options from hors d'oeuvres and wine to entrees and sweets. They paid close attention to every detail that was important to us which put us at ease. We love the fact the the venue is connected to the hotel (which is newly renovated). It allowed all guests traveling from out of town to comfortably attend without the hassle of getting around. The venue is in a perfect location near the highway, shopping and restaurants- if your guests are visiting for the weekend and would like to explore the area. We also loved the fact that our cake was included with booking our event. It's truly a one stop shop and we couldn't have picked a better location. Thank you Alyssa for being amazing and loving what you do! The memories we've made will last a lifetime and we can happily say it's because you were involved. -Bsquared2020

Amazing Venue! I had my wedding at the Tinley Park Convention Center and it was perfect from beginning to end! Everything was included in the plate pricing, including cake, tax and gratuity, so I knew up front what my total would be without any last minute charges. It’s attached to a hotel, which was a big plus for my out of town guests. There is plenty of parking as well. When it came to our tasting we were amazed at how detailed and classy it was. The food tastes great and they get every detail down to how you want your napkins folded! Fast forward to the rehearsal and wedding day; we had Alyssa as our coordinator and she couldn’t have been more helpful or on top of it! She led us through an efficient rehearsal, gave a bunch of tips on what will look good in the pictures, and made detailed notes on where we wanted everything for the big day. On my actual wedding day, everything was flawless. Alyssa dealt with multiple vendors seamlessly and found us a perfect first look spot. We opted to have our ceremony there as well, and it was gorgeous. After the ceremony we had a wonderful cocktail hour with delicious hors d’oeuvres (included in the plate price!) and strong drinks! During cocktail hour their amazing staff was flipping the ceremony room into part of the reception room. It looked AMAZING. The meal was delicious and we got quite a few compliments on it. We opted for the wagyu sirloin and chicken piccata. We also opted for late night pizzas which were served in their hotel restaurant after the wedding was over. A short walk from the ballroom to the restaurant (all indoors), and we even got our own private room to have pizzas, hang out and continue the party!After the wedding, the couple gets a stay in their suite at the hotel (also included in the price) and it was so wonderful not to have to worry about transportation on my wedding night. The staff and Alyssa worked so hard that night (and throughout the process) to make this the most perfect day ever and I would recommend this venue to anyone wanting an all-inclusive, stress free day!

The TPCC was the perfect choice for a winter Chicagoland wedding!! Not only did they have an amazing package to offer, it is connected right to the hotel, so in January once guests got there nobody had to go back outside. They were able to accommodate both the ceremony and the reception at this location.Daniel and Jennifer were great to work with. They were always prompt to get back to me, and truly listened to what we were looking for as far as a vision for our day. I think the best part was that we did not have to do ANY of the set up and tear down. I set up one centerpiece so that Jennifer knew what we were looking for, and the rest were done after that. The day after the wedding, my parents went down to pack up the items to load and take home, and it was already done. Everything was wrapped and boxed back up ready to go.Their pricing was extremely fair for the quality of food and service that are provided. Being able to get the cake through their package was also one less hassle in the planning process. We could not be happier with how everything went for us on our wedding weekend. We were also surprised with champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room that night after the reception. Their thoughtfulness really goes a long way in a line of work where many venues just want the bottom line dollar signs. The convention center truly made us feel special and that they were happy to assist in making our day perfect.

We absolutely loved everything about the TPCC! From our very first tour to our wedding night and even after, we were treated like family! Daniel and Jennifer took care of every minute detail and made sure that we were well taken care of! The staff was exquisitely professional, the food was delicious, the venue was transformed according to our decorative plans, and the whole night was perfect due to the hard work of not just our wedding coordinators, but literally the entire staff at the TPCC. We loved every minute of our experience with them!

We absolutely loved everything about the TPCC! From our very first tour to our wedding night and even after, we were treated like family! Daniel and Jennifer took care of every minute detail and made sure that we were well taken care of! The staff was exquisitely professional, the food was delicious, the venue was transformed according to our decorative plans, and the whole night was perfect due to the hard work of not just our wedding coordinators, but literally the entire staff at the TPCC. We loved every minute of our experience with them!

We could not be happier with our experience at the Convention Center for our wedding reception! We knew we needed a large space as we were expecting a little over 250 guests. The South Ballroom is a beautiful room and very spacious. Everyone raved about the food, the cake through Creative Cakes was included and so beautiful and delicious! The hotel is connected and was very convenient for our guests. The complimentary suite for us was an added perk as well! The absolute BEST part about having our wedding at the Convention Center was the event coordinator, Angela Foreman. She is extremely reliable, efficient, and organized. She always responded to all our questions in a very timely manner, provided suggestions if needed, etc. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced coordinator and I had no reservations about having her in charge the day of the wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect and we cannot thank Angela and all the staff at the Convention Center for making it the wedding of our dreams!

Since we do not live in the area, working with Angela was critical to the success of the reception. We never worried about a thing in her capable hands and she was always prompt in responding to our questions. We had many compliments on the food and the reception venue as a whole. Many of our guests also mentioned the convenience of staying in the attached hotel. We would definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I hosted our wedding there a few weekends ago. It turned out even more beautiful than I could possibly have imagined!! We got nothing but wonderful comments from all of our family and friends about the venue,the service, the food! I couldn't be happier with our decision to use the TP convention center for our wedding. Angela, our wedding coordinator was so wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. I felt like throughout the entire night we were waited on hand and foot. There were an adaquit number of servers there to make sure everyone (and when I say everyone, I don't mean just our bridal party,I mean ALL of our guests) we're taken care of and happy. The food was absolutely excellent, everyone had rave reviews about it! We seriously have zero complaints about the entire wedding planning process, as well as the actual night of the wedding! I would recommend the venue to anyone! We loved and it had a specular time!

I had so many compliments on TPCC! The cocktail space was awesome, plenty of space to move around, multiple bars with 2 bartenders each so there was not a line to get a drink. The appetizers were awesome, I recommend the chicken quesadilla roles with the avocado dip, so yummy! Great outdoor space for some pictures, drinks and for the smokers (they need their space too!). The banquet room was perfect, set up just like I had imagined and discussed. I had many compliments on the food, we had the braised beef and chicken Marsala, garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus, it was excellent and cooked perfectly. The cake was included, from creative cakes in Tinley Park, it was moist and delicious and exactly like the photo I gave them. There was plenty of space to move around the room, 4 bars open all night so no one had to wait for a drink. The staff was courteous and did an excellent job! The coordinator that I worked with, Angela, was amazing. She was so on top of things and helped make the night run incredibly smoothly. Fantastic venue with an attached hotel and bar for late night drinks and food. I wouldn't have changed a single thing!

My husband and I got married at Tinley Park Convention Center on Saturday March 29, 2014. Everything was awesome. Angela is the lady you want to help you. She did everything to make our day amazing. We had a 450 person wedding and the food came out hot, which was one of our concerns and it was delicious. I would suggest if you are interested in having a wedding at there check it out. We had an amazing time!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a 450 person wedding and the food came out hot, which was one of our concerns and it was delicious. I would suggest if you are interested in having a wedding at there check it out.
