Located in Fallbrook, CA, Tivoli is a stunning banquet hall venue that hosts weddings. This property is nestled amidst olive groves and herb gardens, providing a truly breathtaking backdrop to nuptials that is reminiscent of the Italian countryside. Couples who choose to celebrate their day at this glorious country estate can expect exquisite scenery, professional service, and delectable cuisine. Tivoli is an ideal location for couples who wish to host their nuptials outside. This venue offers a choice of three outdoor ceremony sites. A covered alfresco space is available, allowing guests to enjoy the gorgeous Californian weather while staying sheltered from the sun. The property boasts a gorgeous courtyard, complete with Italian water features, a rustic hanging bell, and a carefully manicured garden. The tented pavilion offers shade as well as an aura of European style and elegance. Alternatively, couples can choose to exchange vows on the grounds, surrounded by trees with views of the surrounding landscape and rolling hills. Couples can also enjoy the use of the Barrel Room, as well as an on-site get-ready suite. Designed with tiles and lounging space, this suite offers an airy and bright feel, helping to create a calming atmosphere for nervous newlyweds-to-be. Tivoli offers an incredible variety of services to create a seamless experience for newlyweds-to-be. Wedding coordination professionals will be on-hand throughout the planning process, providing support to couples and taking care of details on the day. The team at this venue can provide a host of wedding embellishments, from decorative bid cages to cloth napkins. Lighting options are available to add to the already-romantic ambiance. This includes options such as brass and wood lanterns, crystal candelabras, and votive candles. Catering will be provided on-site by the venue’s award-winning culinary team. Couples may avail of tasting to select their favorite dishes in advance. Service staff will also be on-hand throughout the event, providing an effortless meal experience for guests.

We had an amazing experience at Tivoli and with the whole Trademark team. Our planner/coordinator Natalia was absolutely amazing- so attentive and reliable! Our day was so stress free thanks to her, and went better than we could have imagined. Our bridal assistant, Kristina, was so sweet. All our guests were commenting on how gorgeous the venue is. I could not have asked for a more perfect day.

Tivoli was an absolute dream come true, we were so pleased with the entire process and how stress free the planning process was. Everyone we ever interacted with was so professional, informative and most importantly kind. We were so lucky to have our wedding coordinator Mikaela, where do I begin.. she is THE BEST, I can’t say enough amazing things about her and how talented she is and how she is amazing at what she does and how she brought our vision to life! Kristina , she was an ANGEL, she was soooo kind, fun, and just a wonderful person. The entire team that worked the day of the wedding from the bartenders to the service team , all phenomenal! Tivoli was an absolute dream come true, we were so pleased with the entire process and how stress free the planning process was. Tivoli was everything and MORE. We were a one stop shop. We visited one venue, and we knew Tivoli was the one. We had the BEST day ever. The food was delicious, and we received SOOO many compliments on the food. I would 10/10 recommend farm style. Our guests absolutely loved it. The staff was so kind and sweet, and we got many compliments on the staff on duty that day. In particular, our wedding coordinator Erika was a true angel throughout the whole planning process. She was so responsive and handled every detail of ours big or small. All my ideas I pitched at her she said, \"we can do it!\". The planning process was so smooth because of her and specifically the day of the wedding. Wow just wow--she BLEW myself and my husband away but most importantly our family and guests on the day of our wedding. They were so impressed with how seamless and organic the day went. Nothing was out of place due to Erika's incredible attention to every little detail I had asked. She treated us like kings and queens. Thank you to the best wedding coordinator ever for such an organized, seamless day. Tivoli has our hearts forever! 20/10 experience.

We had our wedding at Tivoli June 2023, which we planned and pulled together in 3 months. Our event coordinator, Cassandra Morrow, made this as seamless and simplified as possible, and we’d get married at this insanely beautiful and intimate venue a thousand more times. The food was great, the grounds were exquisite, and the staff were supportive, attentive, and personal. We booked a Thursday event to meet our budget — ask about off season prices if this is a consideration.

We had our wedding at Tivoli June 2023, which we planned and pulled together in 3 months. I cannot say enough good things! We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and it truly was our perfect venue. From the natural beauty and elegance of the grounds to the wonderful waitstaff, everything was perfect! Cassandra, our day of coordinator, was such a huge help and made sure everything went off without a hitch! The fact that Trademark Venues has such reliable and communicative staff made our time working with them so easy! We planned our wedding in 5 months and it felt like everything had just fallen right into place seamlessly!

I cannot say enough good things! We had our wedding here a couple of weeks ago and it truly was our perfect venue. It had been a year since I had been back at Tivoli, so on my wedding day, I was just over the moon about how much more beautiful it was in person. We had the incredible luck of having both Jenna and Erika help to plan and execute our day, and those two were on it. Jenna made us feel at ease as we navigated this new process. Erika joined us just as we were getting in to crunch mode and she was On it. Our day was on time, beautiful, fun and so well executed because of them. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the food, the atmosphere, and more. I remember having one moment in the evening where all of the lights were glowing and our candles were lit and thinking - this is such a beautiful place to have the memory of my most favorite day. It can get expensive here, but to me it was all worth it.

We had an absolute incredible time during our wedding at Tivoli! Our wedding planner Erika was the best we could have asked for in every aspect. Her communication, attention to detail and positivity helped make our day as special as it could be. Erika thank you so much for everything you did for us, we're so grateful we got you as our planner. The space was absolutely gorgeous and everything we asked to was executed perfectly. The rest of the staff on our day was incredibly nice, helpful and attentive. We were initially a little nervous the food wouldn't be quite what we hoped after our food planning event but everything on the day was great and many of our guests complimented how good it was. We also felt like it was a great value for everything that we were given. As others have noted, there are some extra costs if you want to add certain extra pieces of furniture, table runners etc.. but that is up to you on how detailed you hope to be. In the end the cost wasn't extravagant as you get to choose what's important to your aesthetic. Thank you again to Erika, the rest of the staff who worked our night, and Trademark Venues for helping make our dream come true.

Tivoli Italian Villa was an absolute dream venue. Our guests could not stop talking about how this was the most beautiful wedding venue they’ve been to and felt like they were in Tuscany. The Trademark team is true professionals, they took care of everything flawlessly. They made sure my husband and I had a perfect day and everything flowed seamlessly. From our coordinating meetings, emails, and food tasting we were blown away by how easy they made the wedding planning process. We cannot be happier at our perfect our day turned out.

Unfortunately this is a mixed review. First off, the venue was GORGEOUS! Absolutely stunning! When looking for a venue, we wanted a place that would be just as beautiful in person to our guests who were coming from all over the country as it was in pictures. Tivoli hit the spot! Trademark Venues prides itself on being an all-inclusive venue equipped with all the décor you’ll need for the day-of. However, almost all things come at an extra cost. The table runners are flimsy and you cannot light any candles on them which we were told 2 weeks before our wedding (we luckily had already bought table runners anyway), we only had 10 tables but there wasn’t enough candelabras to have two on each table, the chair pads were extra, the arch was extra, using the venue only 2 hours early was a ridiculous cost. It really put a damper in a lot of our planning and budgeting. The food tasting was a whole other issue. Food tasting would cost extra and was not available to us as they were booked months in advance. We were put on a wait list for months and never heard if we had gotten a spot. When we finally got a hold of the main line after emailing our coordinator a few times about our concerns, we were just suggested items to pick and hope for the best. Ruth was our day-of coordinator and she was very nice. Unfortunately, she didn’t reach out to many of my vendors until a day or two before the wedding so there was no communication of a timeline unless I emailed them individually what I’d received from Ruth only the week before. It made most of our vendors anxious as they didn’t want to bother the bride but Ruth would never give me her number for vendors. I also made her aware of food allergies and would need a plate to be set aside which didn’t happen for our guests. I was carded for a glass of champagne as the bride and I definitely didn’t have my wallet on me, not even my phone. I understand there may be liability, I signed the documents and gave my ID and credit card to pay for the venue. All my guests were constantly carded and I had pointed out in my seating chart who was a minor or wasn’t drinking. I felt like getting carded at a wedding was a little strange and I’ve never seen it before, especially for myself as the bride. Lastly our bartender provided through Trademark wasn’t very nice to us as well and made side comments constantly. I remember asking her why no one announced last call as my guests were a little upset that they should’ve run and grabbed some drinks before that happened. We had bought almost $1k in booze and almost half was unopened so it would’ve been nice to know when the bar was closing. *Side note* in the state of California, you can’t return unopened alcohol and we were left with handles of liquor we had to transport because we didn’t know what else to do. After inquiring about the “last call” the bartender looked at me and said “this is a classy venue, not a dive bar.” I didn’t appreciate that comment in the least bit. We were here to celebrate and have fun. Nothing dramatic had happened and no one was belligerent. I just had a simple question and it was a very rude response. Honestly, if it wasn’t for the venue being GORGEOUS and the very wonderful bridal assistant and her trainee, we would’ve been extremely disappointed in this venue. Luckily the pros outweighed the cons in the end as everything found its way (flowers to tables, cake displayed, food was good). Everyone had a wonderful time regardless.

Trademark venue made my dream wedding. Our location was held at Tivoli and from the start Trademark made it very easy and functional to create our special day. My coordinator throughout the whole process was autumn and she left my speechless, by how great she managed every part of our wedding. Thank you Autumn for being with me through this process every step of the way. The views in the venue were stunning and the staff including the bartender were very amazing! I had the most perfect wedding day, without one single hiccup.

I had my wedding at Tiovli in November 2021 and it was everything I wanted and more. Working with Trademark venues was so easy and they took care of so much. Everyone at Trademark was so responsive to all the questions I had and asked them in a timely manner. Autumn was our day of coordinator and she was the best. Everything was set up exactly how I wanted it to be and she made sure everything ran smoothly and we stayed on our timeline. Tivoli is such a beautiful venue with great service. All of my guests let me know how beautiful it looked and I'm so happy I decided to have my wedding there.
