Your dream barn wedding.
Overlooking 100 rolling acres with open fields, beautiful gardens and mature trees, our authentic tobacco barn has been lovingly restored to provide a special and memorable venue for your wedding day. The venue features a shaded waterfront ceremony space and a large covered porch with bistro lighting and a mobile bar. Attached to the barn is a spacious dressing room, caterer's prep kitchen, and ADA accessible restrooms. A second dressing room/hangout is close by, complete with pool table and lounge seating. Venue rental includes exclusive access to the property from 9am-11pm Saturday plus 6 hours on Friday for setup and rehearsal. Also included is setup of tables and chairs for up to 180 guests and a variety of in-house dƩcor. We're conveniently located just 30 minutes north of KC with hotel options 4 miles down the road. Jewelee was absolutely incredible! Super easy to get ahold of and answered ALL my questions leading up to the day of! Not to mention a beautiful venue, we had so many compliments on how pretty the venue was and the outdoor seating options! I couldnt imagine a better place to have our wedding day!

We could not have had a better experience. Jeweler and her team are absolutely amazing. She was always quick to respond to my many questions and helped ensure everything was setup and ready to go. The TBF also has a fantastic shed filled with items you can use for decor. This helped me save a lot of money and I didn't have to worry about reselling anything afterwards!If you want a gorgeous barn with a beautiful view for your big day, you should definitely choose the tobacco barn farm ā¤ļø

Jewlee and the team at Tobacco Barn Farm were amazing. They were so helpful and accommodating. Jewlee was always quick to respond to my many emails and questions. This venue really provided us with everything we were hoping for: 2 places for both of us to get ready, outdoor ceremony site with a back up indoors if needed, setting for photos on site, and a beautiful barn setting for the reception. Our guests keep raving about our wedding saying it was the best they have attended, and I must agree. I loved having the outdoor patio to step away from the music occasionally throughout the night and having the decor shed available to us really helped! 10 out of 10

This venue was absolutely PERFECT for us. We needed a lot of space for a reasonable price AND it had to be a venue straight out of a fairytale of course. TBF checked all of our boxes. We loved being able to borrow from the decor shed and have help with set up and tear down. Jewelee and her staff are so kind, responsive, and clearly have a passion for helping couples achieve their wedding goals. I wish we could relive that day forever! I would choose the TBF venue over and over again.

The barn itself was the perfect space for all of our guests. We were able to easily accommodate almost 200 guests for dinner and dancing. The outdoor space was the perfect overflow for guests and children to take advantage of. While a barn may be assumed to have a more rustic feel, we were impressed with how we were able to easily dress up the space to give it the elegant and classy feel we were looking for. Truly perfection. Lastly, we were surprised by how many of our guests gave us feedback that they loved being able to get out of town for a wedding reception rather than going to a typical downtown venue. Guests loved having a little \"getaway\" from the KC area. If you are local to KC do not hesitate to book this venue!!

The Tobacco Barn Farm was the greatest venue we could have chosen. The groomsmen suite was so cool and kept the guys busy and the bridal suite was so nice to relax and get ready in. Jewelee is amazing and so awesome at always answering any questions I had. I highly recommend the venue! Tobacco This was the first venue that my husband and I looked at during our engagement, but we knew it was what we wanted from the start! However, several family members persuaded us to keep looking to make sure we got what we wanted. Hesitantly, we kept looking but every other venue lacked something (no bridal room to get ready, not enough seating, too expensive, etc.).So we returned to Tobacco Barn and Jewelee helped us make sure we had everything ready to go for our big day. BUT what made this venue shine above all others was the attentiveness and genuine love the owners have for sharing this barn with couples on their wedding days. Jewelee not only helped us figure out how to have our dream wedding amid COVID chaos, but she also worked alongside our wedding coordinator and designer/decorator the whole morning of the wedding. My parents even commented on her work ethic, saying she went above and beyond in helping with all the minor details and loose ends.My husband and I felt extremely blessed that we were able to have all the family and friends we wanted at our wedding there. We knew too many friends who had to cancel, reschedule, and then cancel their wedding this year. Somehow (by the grace of God and the lovely people at Tobacco Barn), ours went untouched by any COVID disasters. Iāll forever be grateful that my husband and I will be able to look back on our wedding and it not be tainted by any of the craziness from what happened in 2020. Thank you Tobacco Barn for making our wedding day a day weāll cherish forever.*And if you need further convincing of how accommodating and good hearted the owners of Tobacco Barn are, hereās one last story: somehow in the shuffling of gathering all the decorations at the end of the night into family cars, a metal sign that my mother-in-law custom made for our rehearsal dinner and wedding got lost. We notified Jewelee and she was able to find it. We told her we would be able to pick it up within a few weeks, but after settling into school, work, and the craziness of life after the wedding we completely forgot. This week she offered to ship it to us. Today we got it safe and sound through the mail, and they took care of shipping expenses even though it was our mistake of leaving it at the venue. This is above and beyond!!!...so with that, Iāll just say that we cannot recommend anyone other than Tobacco Barnš

I photographed a wedding at this venue for the first time last month and was very impressed. Itās such an easy place to decorate and photograph- truly beautiful. The pond and the landscape made the bride and groom portraits a breeze (thereās no eye-sores so it was literally as easy as finding the best light and shooting). The rooms to get ready in are really well lit as well. I was able to get my coupleās photos back to them in a week because everything I mentioned above = easy, quick edits. Not only is the space gorgeous, but the owner was very hands-on. She not only checked on the bride and groom (even though they had a coordinator and she could have easily assumed everything was taken care of), she also made sure I had everything I needed to best serve my clients! We are almost two weeks out from our most perfect wedding so that means it is review time!! Our venue Tobacco Barn Farm was everything we could have imagined and more!! My now husband had found the venue first and I was very hesitant! We went to view the barn before it was in it's wedding ready state! They had barely just put the concrete floors in if I remember right! But Jewelee and Luke sold the venue with their amazing creative personalities! I had a personal venue debate (and trust me we saw every barn style setting in the KC area!) and had to view the Tobacco Barn a few times (thank you Jewelee) before realizing that truly every time I stepped into the barn I had butterflies! I could see Jewelee and Luke's vision and I fell in love! Their passion made our dream wedding! It was everything we hoped for!On top of creating the best space, Jewelee and Luke are two of the kindest people you will ever meet! I contacted Jewelee SEVERAL times over the year or so we had to plan and she was very responsive every time! She was flexible and loved my ideas as well! I am so thankful we were able to learn the wedding process together and put our creative minds together! We first met Jewelee and Luke the summer of 2017, the barn was still under renovation and nearing completion. We could see their passion and it radiated in their smile when talking about their family history and vision to host weddings and share their happiness with others. Once we landed on a date, May 19, 2018, the rest was a piece of cake. Jewelee is a DREAM to work with. Her calm demeanor and willingness to help with everything was something I treasure most about my planning experience. The venue is breathtaking and it's natural elements make decorating a breeze. Having so many options with the layout made our ever changing plans easy to rearrange and accommodate. The grooms barn is gorgeous , the bridal suite is perfect. The fresh air and lights on the patio, made for the most perfect Spring wedding. Ken and I were engaged for years.....when we saw the barn and the vision of the venue, we immediately knew it was meant to be, and that was going to be our PLACE! We cannot thank Jewelee and Luke enough for their kindness, the friendship that we built and the dreamy memories that were made on our most perfect Wedding day.

We first met Jewelee and Luke the summer of 2017, the barn was still under renovation and nearing completion. We could see their passion and it radiated in their smile when talking about their family history and vision to host weddings and share their happiness with others. Our wedding at the Tabacco Barn Farm was absolutely beautiful and everyone has told us so! The groomsman had a great time hanging out in their decked out quarters, the bridesmaids room was adorable and perfect for getting ready pictures, and the barn looked gorgeous all decorated! There was plenty of space even though we had a lot of guests and everything went off without a hitch. I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out!
