Thank you for considering Toledo Country Club to host your upcoming Wedding! Once you arrive at the clubhouse, you will know this is an exceptional place to entertain guests. Touting the distinction of being the oldest country club in Ohio, TCC can best be described as a place exuding with history and charm. Picturesquely situated on 10 acres of prime Maumee River frontage, the club boasts of breathtaking views. From the tranquil setting of the patio, to the formal elegance of the Main Dining Room, Toledo Country Club is a versatile and welcoming location to share special occasions with family and friends. The clubhouse is available for Weddings of 150 to 250 guests . We can accomadate up to 300 guest outdoors with a rented tent, tables and chairs.

I would recommend Toledo Country Club to anyone who is looking to host an event in the area no matter what the size of your guest list is. There are so many options and the property is just stunning both on the inside and out. We chose to do a majority of our wedding reception outside having dinner under a large tent and then dancing under the stars. I could not have imagined a more perfect place for our event and we really enjoyed showing our out-of-town guests this little gem tucked away on the Maumee River. Dolly was wonderful to work with and anytime we had new ideas she was always open to exploring options on how to successfully execute. My fiancé and I were planning from another city and Dolly and her team were easy to communicate with whether that was via email, phone meetings, or last minute visits to the club while we were in town. The service was outstanding and chef Marcel even allowed us to work with him on a summer salad that wasn’t necessarily on the menu based on a few flavors we really liked! We truly enjoyed our experience working with Toledo Country Club and can’t wait to enjoy another event there in the future!!

We had our wedding here a week ago and it was amazing! The views of the river from the reception space and back deck are awesome. The food is spectacular! We had about 100 guests which fit nicely into the reception room and we were able to keep the cocktail hour separate. The getting ready spaces are large and comfortable for our whole group. Dolly was very helpful with the entire planning process. Staff are super professional and accommodating.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with TCC! We held both our ceremony and reception there. It's a gorgeous venue (love that river view!) and the out-of-towners who attended were very impressed. Dolly, the club's coordinator, was great to work with - extremely responsive to my (many) emailed questions and clearly just a caring person. She worked with us and our coordinator (Bee for the Day) to resolve the issues that arose when COVID shifted our plans from an indoor dinner to a tent on the lawn and when scheduling conflicts arose. Everything ran like clockwork on the day of the event. The food and drinks were great and the service was excellent, And getting ready in the ladies' locker room was wonderful! Comfortable and attractive space to get ready with my friends and family. I definitely recommend TCC!

such a beautiful wedding venue! Dolly is the best!The food is incredibly delicious. Everyone kept telling us how much they loves the dinner! The views are also incredible! All the pictures looks beautiful with the river and golf course in the background. It is also great because people can be on the dance floor while others are surrounding the dance floor and can watch from above on the patio. Everything about TCC is beautiful. They were very flexible with all our needs to make sure that we got what we needed!

The food was perfect, the setting is gorgeous and the service was awesome as well. Dolly is amazing and did everything to make sure our wedding went smoothly. Highly recommend having your wedding here you will not be disappointed!

I may be biased but TCC is the absolute most beautiful and perfect venue!! The views and club itself are breathtaking. They have the cutest bridal suite - my friends and I had so much fun getting ready there! Dolly is also extremely pleasant to work and helps make your day go by seamlessly! We loved working with Dolly before and on our wedding day!!! Our only honest watch out is that you will be paying for literally everything you add on.. no questions and no negotiating. For instance, we had to pay a \"fee\" to use a golf cart to take photos by the water which I thought could have been something you just provide the bride and groom with.. But it was all just so beautiful and all definitely worth it! TCC has our hearts!

Our wedding and reception were beautiful, our guests had a great time, and the food and the staff the day-of were excellent. This did prove to be the right choice in venue, and I would still pick it after the fact. I would, however, recommend hiring a wedding planner if you use this venue, because the details were sometimes difficult to sort out for this type A bride.

Our wedding and reception were beautiful, our guests had a great time, and the food and the staff the day-of were excellent. This did prove to be the right choice in venue, and I would still pick it after the fact. Dolly and staff took great care of us from making sure the added lighting, decorations, flowers, cake , guest tables were placed for optimum experience for us and our guests. Having your wedding at the Toledo Country Club will make for an unforgettable wedding. The venue is on the pricey end for sure, especially the food in comparison to other venue options. However, the food was amazing and I got so many compliments on the plated meals. The venue is gorgeous in itself and I hardly decorated it. I had flowers on the tables and string lights behind the wedding party table. Toledo Country Club is worth the money because they take care of almost every detail (ex: wait staff, table clothes, silver ware). It’s basically a total package deal minus the dessert from the baker. It’s going to be very hard for future weddings in my family to top mine due to the location of the venue being right next to the Maumee river! It’s so unique and gorgeous and romantic! It was just a beautiful wedding and even through I spent way too much, it was still worth it in the end! Dolly is great and helps you every step of the way and will be there day of to make sure things so smooth. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of price and the fact that we were told there would be an easel to prop my wedding sign on but it could not be found. It was also pretty awkward when my wedding party got to the table and there was a chair missing- the chair was fixed once someone found a server! I also didn’t like that fact that they let family members charge to our Member account without our approval (ex: cigars, etc). They should make guests pay out of pocket if they have to get something like that. Overall- our wedding was perfect and we look back in awe! We only wish the night lasted longer.

I have been dreaming of this venue since one of my sorority sisters got married here a few years back. I wasn't even at the wedding, but the pictures sold me then, and I am still in love with it. The views are phenomenal, the food is delicious and the space is great. We loved having our wedding there. Dolly was great to work with. She is not the greatest at answering emails, but great on the phone and in person. We planned our Ohio wedding from Florida, so having good communication was important. My only other notch on the perfect star rating was a comment I heard from a guest in regards to the bar tenders. They had been drinking Moscow mules all night and had been attended to by the same bartender, and had gotten the other one after a few drinks and they were told \"we're not making anything fancy tonight\" and served them a \"Moscow mule\" with ginger ale. They had said a few other people were hesitant to go to that bar tender as well. Aside from that, the staff was kind and made sure we had a drink at our table and made sure we got to eat dinner. They also kept the extra flowers we were not able to bring home that night, and we were able to pick them up the next day, along with my husbands suit bag he had accidentally left. I would choose this place all over again. We barely had to decorate because its just that beautiful.

TCC is by far the most incredible venue to have your wedding/reception at in NW Ohio. We had numerous out of town guests who had never been to the area and were blown away by the beauty of TCC. The photos speak for itself. More importantly, my experience as a bride working with Dolly & her team at TCC was beyond my expectations. Writing this nearly brings me to tears thinking about how thankful I am for Dolly & her team to help make the most magical evening of my life, come to life! I must also comment on the food & beverage service as it was TOP notch & my guests were constantly raving about it. The chef there is incredible. To close, I want to personally thank Dolly & TCC for EVERYTHING. I want to give all TCC & Dolly the highest of recommendations to any bride looking to book here!

Toledo Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had both our ceremony and our reception here in June 2018. Dolly is a true professional, and she made sure everything went smoothly and we were taken care of. The venue itself is classic and beautiful and makes for a great backdrop to all of the photos. Our guests loved the indoor/outdoor options during the cocktail hour and reception. A+!!!

Toledo Country Club was the perfect venue for our daughters wedding. First off it is a beautiful setting inside and out.Dolly and staff did a fantastic job thru out the planning stages to the night of the wedding. Chef Marcel exceeded expectations with a sit down menu,everything came out hot and was delicious! Thanks Chef. I highly recommend TCC if you are planning a wedding in the Toledo area.

Our daughter had her reception at Toledo Country Club and it was the perfect venue! From the first meeting to gather information and share ideas through the day of, and wrap up meeting afterwards, the staff was incredibly helpful, open to suggestions, and professional. Any bride would be fortunate to work with the team at TCC. Additionally, the club has all the needed facilities for a wedding, and the staff did an amazing job working with all the outside vendors we utilized (The Bees, the band, Majer Design, Great Lakes Rental, Angel 101, etc). Can't say enough positives about our experience.

Could not recommend a better venue and staff to work with! Dolly the TCC coordinator was easy to work with and quick to respond to my questions. We just had our wedding in May 2018. The weather did not cooperate for us to be outside. We had to make a lot of last minute changes and TCC worked with us. Dolly was great to work with and got back to us very quickly when we had questions. The Venue is beautiful, the food was amazing. All of our guests had a great time and complimented how great the food was and how nice of a place it was.

I need to mention the bartender Zach who our families absolutely loved – he was attentive and friendly and we could tell he really enjoyed himself. No need to look elsewhere – Toledo Country Club is second to no one.

We are beyond thrilled with the Toledo Country Club. We had our wedding there September 8, 2017 and it was truly the perfect day. Dolly is amazing. She makes the whole process easy and has such a positive and calming presence. The venue was unique in it's ability to combine an outside ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing with an inside formal dinner. We've received many compliments on the beautiful building, the professionalism of the staff, and the outstanding food and drinks (by far the best salmon I have ever had). Our friends are already asking questions so they can have their wedding there too! I can't recommend this venue enough.

Dolly is the best! I would recommend TCC not only for its venue (which I thought was the best venue in Toledo) but also because of Dolly! We had a very large wedding in a tent and Dolly really worked with us along the way! TCC is worth the money!

Yes...Dolly was wonderful to work with. However, 6 months in to my contract they changed their pricing on me. Almost doubling the pricing for food, staff, venue, and ceremony prices. When in the contract under food and beverage is the only place where they state prices are subject to change. What a way to make a special day so awful. Would recommend staying AWAY!!!!! PLEASE! It is not even as beautiful as the picture make it look

Words can not describe how perfect the Toledo country club was for our wedding venue. The indoor outdoor spaces were stunning. We loved that we had free range of all the spaces. Dolly and the staff made sure we were comfortable and taken care of at all times, not only us but also our guests. Dolly was an essential part of our wedding planning process. She was highly knowledgeable in all wedding facets, helping to make recommendations for all vendors. She was always available whenever we needed to make last minute changes. We couldn't have planned it all without her. We would highly recommend anyone get married and have their reception at the immaculate venue.

As soon as my husband and I stepped foot into TCC, we knew it was the perfect place for us to have our wedding reception in September. I really appreciated that we did not need many decorations/flowers to make it beautiful. Dolly and the staff were great to work with as well. As a bride, I was nervous, anxious, etc. the morning of the wedding, but when Dolly walked her smiling face into the dressing area with nail polish matching my wedding color (purple), I instantly felt so much more relaxed! We had nothing but good feedback from guests commenting on the cocktail hour on the patio the outdoor dance floor, and the great food! I had absolutely no regrets about choosing TCC on our wedding day and would choose it again.

Cocktail hour and dinner were held inside with plenty of space to roam and natural lighting. The rest of the reception was outdoors under the decorative bulb lights, which were stunning in our photos. Our event coordinator, Dolly was incredible making sure everything was going to plan. TCC also offered a flawless contingency plan in case of rain, which I found hard to find anywhere else (it was supposed to on our day, but we got lucky). Most importantly, the food was perfection - we received so many compliments on the choices we had to offer and the plated dinner was executed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My husband and I consider a large array of different venues when planning our wedding, and honestly narrowed it down to some really great choices. BUT, in the end no other place could accommodate everything we wanted like the Toledo Country Club. I'm normally very picky, but I can't come up with anything I didn't like.We planned an indoor wedding because the last thing I wanted to stress about was the weather, and the living room with all of its large windows and fireplace was perfect! I wasn't a fan of some of the furniture in the room, but they moved all of it out for me. Plus the weather turned out great too, so we had cocktails on the veranda and beautiful pictures overlooking the river. The food was fantastic. They had a wide variety of choices so we could customize the meal exactly to our taste. Also my mom is allergic to garlic and onions which are in almost everything these days, so they custom made her meal. She said it was just as delicious with just a pretty a presentation as everyone else's. She doesn't even normally get that in a restaurant, so the fact they were able to do that on top of 130 other meals was incredible. Although my great aunt had the best compliment of \"all the food is still hot! Not even just warm; HOT!\"The service was of course fantastic. Dolly is truly on top of everything, and was even there fluffing out my dress before the big walk down the aisle. The staff was so sweet and made my husband and I feel so doted on. Multiple people commented how impressed they were that every time they went up to the bartender he remembered their drink order. Plus he was a hottie, which made my bridesmaids happy!!The only thing is make sure you get your guests name cards correct. I unfortunately forgot to make a few,and for a half second there was some confusion, but the best man alerted the staff and they took care of it right away to get the guest the correct meal.Seriously, the venue is gorgeous. The views are gorgeous. The food is great. The staff is great. It's on the expensive end of the spectrum, but it was without a doubt worth every penny. Made an already perfect day even more perfect!!

Perfect venue, perfect night. Everything was taken care of and attention to detail was amazing. I never imagined such a great night. Very professional staff and very attentive. All of our guest had such a great time and commented on how wonderful the service food and venue was. I felt so confident with our plans and the back up plan for bad weather. Plus I planned this from out of town and they made it so easy. The amazing view was the icing on the cake. I could not ask for a better memory.

All of our guest had such a great time and commented on how wonderful the service food and venue was. I felt so confident with our plans and the back up plan for bad weather. Plus I planned this from out of town and they made it so easy. The amazing view was the icing on the cake. I could not ask for a better memory.

We had our reception at TCC in May. I knew I had wanted to have our reception there, and it took very little convincing to get my husband to agree. The setting on the river is so beautiful and, luckily, the weather pulled through and it was perfect to dance on the patio all night. I liked that there was a back-up plan in place in case it did rain, so there was very little stress about the weather. Dolly was wonderful and very helpful. We were pretty specific on how we wanted our salmon prepared, and even sent a recipe for the sauce we wanted served with it, and it was done perfectly on the day! The food, the staff, and the presentation were all perfect.The only qualm we had, was that the top of our cake (which we had intended to take home for our anniversary cake) was cut up. I'd still choose The Toledo Country Club again.

In my opinion, there is NO prettier place in Toledo to host a wedding! The Main Dining Room looked spectacular... Chef Sam produced a wonderful meal. Our wedding at the Toledo Country Club was absolutely perfect! I lived in Chicago during most of the planning time of my wedding, but my mom and fiance were able to meet with Dolly and tour the grounds without me. Dolly was extremely communicative and prompt to respond to anything and everything we needed. Working with Dolly was a dream!The venue itself is gorgeous. An old country club built in the last 1800s, but restored impeccably. There is an amazing mix of old and new at TCC. The river is an absolutely amazing backdrop, but the grounds of the club enhanced the setting to magical proportions. The layout of the club was great for our event - we had tables set up in the main ballroom and the bar room, and our sweetheart table in the middle of the two rooms. Due to inclement weather, we had to have our band and dancing inside - but it worked out perfectly and seamlessly. The chef was great to work with as well. He was very willing to customize the menu to tailor exactly to what we were hoping for. The food was delicious and everyone commented on how great it was! We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to hold our reception here at TCC. I would easily recommend this venue for weddings or other special occasions. It is truly something special.

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding day thanks to TCC! Dolly was wonderful and so easy to work with. She responded to all of my questions and concerns in a very timely manner and was so accommodating to our special requests. She took care of everything at the reception (the set-up of placecards, guest book, etc) - I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. We decided not to have a wedding coordinator and we did not regret it. Dolly took care of everything at the reception. \r\rAll of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and on how good the food was. (My husband and I think this was the best prepared food we have ever had at a wedding). It tasted great and the presentation was excellent. We had rain on our wedding day so were not able to use the outdoor dance floor or patio, but despite the rain everyone still thought it was a beautiful venue. It is large enough that 150 people were comfortable indoors all evening if you happen to have a rainy wedding day. They have a beautiful patio, lawn, and outdoor dance floor overlooking the river that would be ideal for an outdoor reception. We were comfortable choosing this place because it could easily accommodate our guests if we had to move the reception indoors. Thank you Dolly and TCC for a beautiful wedding!!

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding day thanks to TCC! Dolly was wonderful and so easy to work with. We could not have been any happier with Toledo Country Club. After looking at a few other places we found the prices were in line with the other venues around town but the club and setting on the Maumee River blew everywhere else we looked at or have even been to a wedding at out of the water! For us there was really no other option in Toledo after our first visit with Dolly at Toledo Country Club we made the decision before we even left. It really is a very beautiful venue with a very elegant feel. We chose the venue for the above reasons but the huge added bonus is that the food is so incredible we were blown away at the tasting at how good the food was. Multiple guests said it was one of the best meals they had ever had even at an expensive restaurant. It was definitely the best wedding food we have ever had. We chose to have our wedding and the reception there. It was very nice to have a beautiful venue for both and not have to setup in more than one place or make guests unfamiliar with the area drive around to find two spots. Of course choosing to do the wedding outside with no tent meant we were dependent on the weather but it was good to have the peace of mind that we could always choose even at the last minute to do the wedding inside. It was also very nice that we could go right from the wedding to the reception with no break in between for our guests and take all our photos there before the wedding and during the cocktail hour. Another thing we were impressed with was the clubs air conditioning, the day of our wedding was rather hot and with all the windows and the age of the club we were wondering how the ac would hold up. It more than did the job it was very comfortable inside. To highlight our favorite things: the venue is beautiful inside and out, the main dining room is one of a kind, the dance floor is also one of a kind, the food is incredible, the women's changing room is huge beautiful and very accommodating, and last but not least the location on the river is very picturesque. We also thought Dolly did a great job, she was very responsive to emails and phone calls and answered any questions we had. We had a little issue when the club raised pricing on food, even though it was in the contract she worked with us on pricing overall to make sure things were where we needed to be. At the end of the day and even today we think back in amazement at how perfect everything was. Of course with any wedding there are always things you look back and think you might have done different, for us we wouldn't change a single thing about Toledo Country Club. It's good to know when we go to weddings in the future we can say this is is nice... but not as nice as ours!

We had a picture perfect wedding day at TCC! We had an afternoon champagne brunch wedding. The brunch buffet was gorgeous and the food was better than when we dined in the club. Dolly was great to work with and everything was taken care of (even the items we forgot at the club after the festivities!). One issue we had is we received no direction on where to go when we hopped on the golf carts for photos by the river... so we ended up at the wrong spot. I gave 4 stars for service due to the bar staff... More than a few guests informed me after the wedding that a couple of the bartenders were rude (I did not have first hand experience) and after the ceremony during the cocktail hour the bar staff at the indoor bar refused the groom the signature cocktail we specifically requested to be made available during the cocktail hour and reception.

We had our wedding at TCC on June 6, 2015. We had an outdoor ceremony on the lawn followed by cocktail hour on the outdoor patio and dinner in the river room and the main dining room. WE were then able to follow up dinner with dancing under the stars on the outdoor, sunken dance floor with our DJ set up in the gazebo. The weather was perfect, and the venue was perfect for an outdoor wedding. The food was AMAZING, the grounds beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dolly was a pleasure to work with through it all. THE BEST VENUE IN THE AREA BY FAR. I had many guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to and that TCC was more beautiful than they could have imagined! Without a doubt you should book your wedding here! You will not regret it!

After visiting The Toledo Country Club with my fiancé and parents, I found myself using it as the standard to which I compared every other venue we looked at. And they simply did not compare... I couldn't picture having our reception anywhere else but here.\r\rDolly was so very helpful not only on our first visit but also through the entire planning process. She was happy to offer her guidance and recommendations which definitely helped alleviate much of the inevitable wedding stress! She knows what works and what doesn't, so definitely utilize her expertise!\r\rWe spent over a year and 1/2 planning everything, and as soon as we arrived at the reception on the day of, I knew it was worth every second. Every detail was simply stunning. The weather couldn't have been more perfect which allowed everyone to be outside during cocktail hour and later for dancing. The outdoor space at TCC was the #1 selling point for me and it really did add so much to the feel of the reception. \r\rI was in somewhat of a rush to finish my dinner, but WOW was the food delicious! I highly recommend the combo option and received many comments from guests about how much they enjoyed their meal. We also missed the appetizers but again heard from our guests how great everything tasted.\r\rOverall, I 100% recommend Toledo Country Club as a reception venue. I would do it all over again if I could and really wouldn't change a thing.

Our daughter's wedding venue couldn't have been any more beautiful. The gorgeous wrap around deck overlooking the golf course and river.. to the gazebo for dancing under the stars. The excellent staff and superb chief, not to mention their private wedding planner Dolly. They all helped make the event a day to truly remember. If asked.. would we change anything?? Not one thing.. the night was as perfect as the venue!! Thanks Toledo Country Club.

Definitely the prettiest location you can find in Toledo to fit a wedding 100+. The building and rooms turned out gorgeous with all of our decorations/lighting/scenery and the staff was more than accommodating to help us make our wedding unique (like having a Guinness toast for the two of us instead of champagne). Could not have chosen a more perfect venue!

Toledo country club was a dreamy venue for our daughter's wedding. It was classy and stately. The food presentation was gorgeous! We didn't have to chose chicken or beef since they have a combination plate that served both! The sorbet was served \"white glove\" style. It is a bit pricier than other venues but there is no other place like it! And at the end of the day, we were thrilled to hear the bride and groom say they had a perfect wedding!

I recently married in June at the Toledo Country Club and there is absolutely nothing negative to say. Dolly was absolutely amazing to me and my guests. She was there for me with any question or concern I had. The venue is absolutely beautiful and priced extremely well. All of my guests raved over the food (We had teryaki chicken and orange glazed salmon). The dining room is now painted in neutral colors to appeal to any theme.

As the MOB, and having only one daughter, I had only one chance to create a perfect wedding for my daughter and her new husband. Dolly Keyes and Toledo CC were fantastic! We were treated like royalty; Dolly (events coordinator) was a dream to work with: we communicated by email, phone calls and texts, and was always prompt, friendly and very accommodating! The wedding and reception took place over 2 weeks ago, and people are still talking about how chic, classy and elegant everything looked! Staff was friendly and helpful also, not only on the big day but the day after, when we went to pick up our things. It has beautiful scenery, wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and the best staff! Cannot say enough about how great TCC is!!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at TCC on 6/22/14 and it was amazing! Dolly (the coordinator) and all of the staff was awesome! Even before the wedding, everytime we went in for a meeting everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The staff helped set up the decorations, and took them all down and packed everything up at the end of the night. The day of the wedding they helped direct people and kept things running smoothly.\r The food was delicious and well displayed. We chose the buffet option (which included hors d'oeuvres) and I was impressed with the quality and number of food choices. Also, there was a larger selection of wine and beer in the bar package than other venues.\r I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff, it was well worth the cost. Dolly and all the staff helped make our special day amazing!

This venue is gorgeous!!! I would recommend for any one to get married at TCC. My ceremony was outside and the dinner was inside the River room with the dance floor outside. I don't think there is a more gorgeous setting to get married or have a reception. The dance floor & band are outside under a string of lights. It's awesome! Outdoor weddings / receptions can be stressful if you have bad weather, but they had a back up plan for the wedding & reception if it were to rain. I wasn't stressed at all about it! Our experience there was wonderful. Dolly (event planner) and the rest of the staff were great and made the whole process much easier!

We had 260 guests- a little packed but that's what I get for having over the max capacity :) Dolly was amazing, (wedding coordinator) she helped with everything! Our food was amazing, chicken piccata and the london broil. Not one person had anything bad to say, if anything they raved on how much they loved it. We went with a buffet because it was half the price of a sit down dinner- My favorite part was the outside dance floor with the lights over the dance floor- It had that ambiance that I love and I felt like eveyone was on the dance floor the whole time! - I am so glad I had my wedding here; now all people they came tell me how I threw the best wedding they had ever been too :)

We had our wedding at TCC on 8/31/2012. I considered many other vendors in the area, but none of them had the setting I was looking for. As soon as my fiance and I walked into the ballroom, I knew TCC was the perfect place for what I had envisioned. Before we ever started looking for venues, I said I wanted a room with windows all the way around. I could not believe how spectacular the ballroom was! It was perfect for the daytime view, but also for the evening with low lighting. It really made for an elegant atmosphere. We had an outdoor ceremony, drinks in the river room, and reception in the ballroom followed by dancing out on the patio. They were good about letting us bring in our own decorations (tulle in ballroom, flower arch and urns to line aisle outside, bubble machines, projector, keyboard, sound equipment, etc.), but it was nice that they had many of the things that we needed so we did not have to pay extra to purchase or rent them (napkins, table cloths, chairs, cake table, stereo capabilities). It was frustrating trying to get hold of the staff during the planning phase, and at times it took a little while for Dolly to get back to us, but we kept in touch via email, and had several in-person meetings to finalize details, and everything worked out great. They were willing to work with me to make my day exactly as I wanted it by customizing certain things. The staff on the day of the wedding were very kind and courteous. The whole venue is absolutely gorgeous with a nice lawn and a river view. I was considering going to a different location for pictures, but there were plenty of great photo spots right there, and we love our pictures! Dolly was very helpful in letting us use the golf carts for our photos so the bridal party didn't have to tromp around in heels, and it made for cool pictures and a lot of fun too. We had plated meals, and it was more expensive than some other places I looked at, but the food was delicious, and the presentation was great! Overall, the staff was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We thought they may be difficult to deal with because we were not members of the club, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. They were very friendly and easy-going. We got many compliments from our guests on the whole experience. We are very glad we chose to have our wedding there, and would highly recommend it.

My wedding was July 7. It was HOT!! We had a 5PM outdoor ceremony on the lawn overlooking the Maumee River. We took all of our pictures at TCC, the scenary is gorgeous! The reception dinner was indoors. We chose a buffet and the food was incredible, we recieved tons of compliments. The indoor dining area is beautiful, lots of light and space. (We also got ready at the Club, they have space for the entire wedding party, and hair and make-up people). The reception dancing was on the outdoor dance floor. There was a stage for the music performers (we had dueling pianos) and string lights overhead. The atmosphere was perfect and so much fun!! The TCC staff provided amazing service. They took great care of me and my bridal party and family. Dolly (wedding coordinator) worked with me so much to make sure everything went smoothly and looked great. I did not have a corrdinator and brought in all my own decorations (wedding arch, flowers, seat docorations etc.). She and her staff helped me put it all together. All the guests complimented us on this amazing venue. It can't be beat!! The cost included the buffet dinner, pie for dessert, late night mac & cheese, cocktail hour food and drink, wine at dinner and the open bar, plus the amazing service. Looking at my pictures, I am so happy I chose TCC, its beautiful and looking back at the evening, I couldn't have pulled off the amazing party without them!

Grace is the main person from TCC that I worked closely with. She was wonderful! She made this entire process painless! The TCC was a beautiful reception site and all my guests are still raving about how elegant and wonderful everything was there. The views are amazing of the Maumee river. Guests commented on how nice and helpful all the servers at the TCC were. I would HIGHLY recommend the TCC for your wedding.

Grace is the main person from TCC that I worked closely with. She was wonderful! She made this entire process painless! The food was fabulous, the venue was beautiful, and the wedding was so much fun.\rMy only complaint was we specifically had written into our contract \"no shots and no top shelf liquor.\" Unfortunately, the bartenders did not honor that. We had some a bar bill higher than expected because they violated both of these.\rOther than that, it was a beautiful venue!

I was more than happy with the service and atmosphere of the Toledo Country Club. I had the pleasure of working with Grace People's and she was very attentive to my needs and organized to the T. The entire staff was amazing the at the reception. Everyone had a smile on their face and treated our guests as if everyone was the bride and groom. The TCC keeps their facility in tip top condition from the inside out and I would recommend this place to anyone searching for an elegant, classy and fun reception site for their wedding!

The private events director was phenomenal! While we weren't members of the club she still took very good care of us and tended to everything we needed. She was patient and extremely flexible.;Some money came up missing in one of the bridesmaids bags and a bottle of perfume was missing as well.
