TPC Piper Glen Country Club is a wedding ceremony and reception venue located in Charlotte, NC. This is a beautiful, picturesque wedding venue with so many built-in amenities that made planning my wedding simple and easy! The food was delicious and the whole event went without much of a hitch. The only real downside is that during the six months between when I booked and my wedding day, I was passed between 3 different venue coordinators. I booked with Bethany, who was awesome and took great notes and was very responsive to all of my questions. I was then passed to Aubrey, whom I worked with from January to late May. Any email I sent to Aubrey required a follow-up email (I would usually wait 2 weeks to a month before sending a reminder prompt, since I know how busy coordinators get); there was never a time I didn't have to send a follow-up email to get my necessary questions answered. When Aubrey passed me to the next coordinator, Lauren, it became quickly apparent that all of the notes from Aubrey's email correspondents, in-person meetings, and over-the-phone syncs had been lost. It was rather alarming to realize I was starting from scratch in June, a month before my wedding. Since Aubrey still apparently worked for the Club Corp organization, I sent her some emails to ask if she could send specific notes over to Lauren, and I got NO reply (even with the usual prompts two weeks later). Lauren was fantastic and really pulled through to work out all the final details. Overall, the wedding was a success, and I am glad I booked here. Thank you Lauren and TPC Piper Glen!

TPC Piper Glen has a phenomenal coordinator in Allison. Though we didn't ultimately use the venue, working with her throughout the process was enough to make me want to write a review. Allison was responsive and really worked hard to provide a package that would be suitable with our needs. Based on my interaction with her, I know that anyone who has a wedding at TPC Piper Glen will have a great experience.

We loved having our rehearsal dinner at TPC Piper Glen. The outdoor patio was great for our guest count and had a beautiful view of the 18th hole. The food was also incredible. We chose the Italian buffet, but there were a large number of other food options to choose from. TPC Piper Glen is very affordable and Allison is extremely personable and easy to work with. We made a great choice by having our rehearsal dinner at TPC Piper Glen!

I just had my wedding there this past Saturday and everything was utterly amazing! I loved working with Allison and she totally understood my vision from day one. I booked almost a year and a half out because I knew exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately another couple came in shortly after we did and had requested that date but since we had already reserved the room they missed out, so the one thing I would definitely say is BOOK EARLY! I am a big planner so not many people can handle making plans that far out, but if you know what you want just go for it so it doesn't get booked! I love that Allison already had a plate prepared for us with one of every entree and side so we could just sit down and enjoy ourselves. The reception was utterly beautiful and it completely matched my vision. My only complaint that prevents this from getting 5 stars is their policy on drinking before the wedding. My husband and the groomsmen wanted to get a drink beforehand to calm the nerves but the bar would not serve them because we were not members. I understand that it is probably a club corp rule but we were paying for the space so they should have been able to get a drink. Also, there were a few things that changed from the time we booked to the actual wedding date and items that were promised to us were taken away. That being said Piper Glen was utterly perfect and the wedding was just a dream come true!

Alison was great to work with and really made our wedding reception at Piper Glen truly memorable. Her attention to detail and professionalism made it all possible. The food was great and everything was cooked to perfection. Our friends and family still can’t stop raving about it three months later. Looking forward to maybe hosting an anniversary party and doing it all over again!!

What a horrible experience. My reception was ended early. They took the food away with no notice. My coordinator at the venue left for the night and didn't tell me!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENUE!!

Wonderful reception site! Closed whole club and used informal dining room for cocktail hour and band/dance floor, formal dining room for dinner. Guests loved the food! Beautiful view of 18th hole.
