Our daughter's wedding was beautiful! Carley and the entire team at TPC are top notch - You can not ask for a better venue or group of people. It is truly more than a venue, it is an experience your guests will truly appreciate. From our first visit through to the wedding, we always said that \"TPC understands the assignment!\" They made it so easy to work with them by structuring their wedding bundles with all of the essentials and were very responsive to our vision initially and along the way. The wedding was spectacular and here are a few of the details that make TPC an incredible place to get maried. THE SPACE - Indoors and outdoors, iconic photo spots (our guests could not get over the views, the staircase, etc...), the ballroom is gorgeous, the bar area functioned as a lounge area with soft seating that our guests also loved. The dedicated and private getting ready rooms with a kind and knowledgeable attendant were a must-have. And...EVERY vendor we used said how much they love it when they get to work at TPC - that says a lot right there! THE FOOD & BAR - No banquet food at TPC. From the appetizers at cocktail hour to the main course duet to the delicious wedding cake and late night snacks...everyone was raving. Drinks were perfect - selections and pours were all on point. No stingy bartenders :) THE NEARBY HOTELS - Having the Marriott and Hilton properties along with the other shops, bars and restaurants at Sawgrass Village so close was another huge win! Guests truly felt like they were on their own vacation, not just at a wedding. I hope wherever you choose that you feel as wonderful as we do. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is far from ideal.Nobody imagines face masks, COVID tests, shortened guest lists or rescheduled/canceled events when they are planning their Big Day. After hearing countless horror stories about brides losing deposits, rescheduling their weddings or having to cancel the event altogether, we were concerned about our ability to get married at all during this time, much less have our dream wedding. Carley & the team at TPC Sawgrass immediately eased all of our fears. Carley treated our wedding plans with a sense of care and importance that made us feel like individuals, not just another booking. She made it clear that she would do everything within her power to create the perfect day for us, without compromising anyone’s safety. She offered a range of Covid-safe options and maintained a flexible, positive attitude that calmed all of our nerves throughout the process. She graciously met with my parents on several occasions to walk through a plan A, B, & C and her willingness to adjust accordingly to the ever-changing landscape made the planning process considerably more pleasant. The end result was a wedding that far exceeded our expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect: the atmosphere was amazing, the food to die for, and the service impeccable. The efforts of the TPC Sawgrass team made our wedding feel grand, even with an intimate guest count of 22 people. In short, Carley & the TPC Sawgrass team are truly world-class professionals and we are so grateful for each individual who helped make our wedding so memorable.My husband and I could not have dreamed of a better experience! The perfect venue for EVERY reason! Carley (Special Events Manager) was fantastic. She was organized, helpful, and ultra responsive. From the tour, arranging food tasting, providing recommendations, and orchestrating the entire event, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. The day of, we had getting ready rooms on-site where we had full use of the locker rooms for the day (7a-5p) with our personal attendant. With a storm rolling in, Carley and team were able to quickly move our cocktail area inside without any of the guests knowing anything had been changed. The clubhouse and golf course provided the most BEAUTIFUL backdrops for our pictures, and we'll display them for a lifetime. All of our guests called it the \"perfect day\". Truly, nothing went wrong, and we ended up with a double rainbow just before the start of the reception. I absolutely recommend TPC as a venue! And we look forward to returning for the social events and maybe even a vow renewal :) Thank you, Carley and the TPC team! You made our day everything we asked for!

The TPC goes above and beyond in their dedication to perfection in both the venue and service aspect of an event. TPC Sawgrass is THE place to get married! They staff that work there are incredible! They are so happy and helpful. When we scheduled to tour the venue, the allowed us to see every inch of the place. They gave us wonderful advice and ideas. Carly was incredible and made our wedding planning so easy and stress free. We had a hurricane hit 2 days before our wedding and Carly helped us fix and figure out things to make sure our day was still perfect. I could not recommend this venue enough to anyone. Its the perfect place to get married, if you are looking for perfect picture backgrounds, helpful staff, stress free planning.

She did everything in her power to make sure we had the most fabulous tented wedding on the back lawn - it was so beautiful! She was very responsive & I felt so supported during the planning process. I couldn’t have dreamt up a better outcome for our wedding, and it’s all thanks to the events team and staff at TPC. Not only is the venue an absolutely stunning backdrop, the entire staff are top-notch professionals…no matter what plan you might throw at them, they will execute it for you with ease! They even managed to surprise us with a few moments, like 10 minutes of alone time after photos to actually EAT before the reception 🤣. It was a nice touch that made both of us feel truly cared for amidst the chaos.I felt very comfortable with the planning, because I knew I was in good hands. There is also a solid backup plan for rain, which would have made for an equally beautiful wedding if it came to that…one less thing to stress about!I could not be happier that we decided to go with TPC for our wedding - if this is on your list…I say book it, Dan-O!

We don’t have the words to accurately depict how incredible TPC Sawgrass is! Carley is literally the best, she made everything we wanted happen. The food was simply phenomenal ! They are easy to work with, and the space is just so big! We loved that we had both an indoor and outdoor option, and the whole space (clubhouse) was really all ours. People have said we all around had the best wedding they had ever been too. We can only hope others can do the same. We thank the Sawgrass staff endlessly for making our day so special.

This venue was absolutely stunning for our wedding. Carley and the team made everything so easy. We especially loved the women's locker room for the girls getting ready room. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful ceremony and cocktail hour with the golf course In the background. I got married on New Years Eve and we were so lucky to have the weather be sunny and 75. The reception room was the most stunning thing I've ever seen. It was incredible to walk in and see it done up exactly how I imagined. The food was incredible and our guests ate so much of it - we got many comments about how most people do not like the food at weddings, but that was certainly not the case at TPC. We had a little under 200 people at the wedding altogether and the big reception room was a great sized space. We also got the Opulance package which was certainly worth springing for as the drinks and food and service were immaculate. My only complaint is that it did not last longer! The send off was incredible. We had 28 fireworks that lit up as we were driving by them and it made for amazing pictures and our guests were so surprised by them. TPC does a great job accommodating any request and I would highly recommend them to any bride who wants wedding planning to be easy!

We had our wedding and reception here and they were more than wonderful, accommodating, and knowledgeable from the second we reached out to them inquiring about the venue to the actual day. From the moment we took our first visit to TPC we knew it was the perfect location for our daughter's wedding. Carley greeted us with a glass of champagne and the tour just got better from there. My daughter was scheduled to get married in April of 2020 but do to COVID we were forced to change the date 3 times. The 4th date was the charm for us and it was worth the wait in every aspect. The grounds were just gorgeous with all of the flowers in bloom and the jasmine providing it's beautiful scent. The ceremony and cocktail hour were breathtaking with the golf course grounds providing a beautiful back drop. Head into the reception and again nothing but perfection. Carley and her staff provided a memorable evening for all and didn't miss one detail. The entire staff, from the moment we walked into the getting ready room on the day of the wedding, were nothing short of amazing. They went out of their way to make us all feel welcomed and special for that entire day. To Carley, thank you just isn't enough! Through all of the changes, you were there with a smile and such a positive attitude every step of the way. As for TPC itself, they showed us that they cared more about the client then their own personal gains. Through Carley they graciously allowed us to change dates along the way without hesitation or change fees. They were kind enough to wave F&B minimums to accommodate those guest that were not comfortable traveling due to COVID. They are an exception to the rule and true professionals. From all of the Castro's and Bathgate's we would like to thank all of you for making the wedding a day that we will never forget.

TPCs is willingness to be flexible was very much appreciated. The wedding day was pure class. Their preferred vendors on the website were spot on. Everyone worked together flawlessly, even through a thunderstorm scare. Carley knew how important it was for us to do the 17th hole photos so she changed the order of things to prioritize this when the weather took a turn for the worse. Carley and her team at TPC Sawgrass were beyond amazing! The whole process from the day we toured the venue to our 'I Do' day was perfect. TPC Sawgrass is a beautiful venue and the staff make you feel so special. It was the most romantic day for my husband and me. Carley was always so quick to get back to me when I had any questions or concerns. We don't have enough words to express how amazing this venue and experience was. The food was top notch, and all our guests raved about how delicious it was! The open bar had excellent liquor options. The bride receives an attendant for the day, and she was so helpful! We couldn't have had a more special day at TPC Sawgrass! The staff went above and beyond and our day was better than we could have asked or imagined! Carley, the event planner, was so involved, supportive, and understanding as we had to re-schedule our wedding and change plans multiple times due to the pandemic. She saw our vision and helped make it happen! We had a last minute change from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor one due to rain and the staff had everything moved and the room looked gorgeous in the shortest amount of time. Guests were blown away that that wasn't the original plan. We will carry our special day with us for the rest of our lives and are so thankful that we chose to do our wedding at TPC. We wouldn't have it any other way!

At any time of year or in any circumstance, the TPC Sawgrass Clubhouse is a beautiful venue for a wedding. But the staff really demonstrated their caring and professionalism this year, when my daughter was one of the many brides forced to postpone her long-planned wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions.It was a particularly difficult year for our family. After losing my mother (and nearly losing my father) to Coronavirus, and then having to cancel my daughter's bridesmaids' cruise and reschedule her shower (three times!), it was so disappointing to have to postpone the wedding itself. And as the summer wore on -- with no end in sight to the COVID concerns -- we began to fear that her wedding would either have to be postponed again or scaled back to the point that it was not what we wanted for her wedding day.Throughout all of these trials and delays, however, TPC's event manager and wedding coordinator were an absolute pleasure to work with. At every step, they kept us informed and reassured us that they would do everything they could to help us achieve our original vision while still adhering to all required safety and social distancing precautions.Thanks to their guidance and support, my daughter's wedding turned out exactly as we envisioned. From the venue to the food to the reception, every detail was perfection -- so much so, that for days after the wedding we received rave reviews from guests, who said it was the loveliest wedding they had ever attended. Where do I start. Not only is TPC Sawgrass an incredible venue, but the staff is second to none. When we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, Carley and her team were willing to work with us and we’re incredibly supportive of our decision. Cancelling our big day was heartbreaking not only because we were not going to have the wedding we had originally dreamed of, but because we were not going to get to work with the staff at TPC to make our dreams come true. Where do I start. Not only is TPC Sawgrass an incredible venue, but the staff is second to none. When we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, Carley and her team were willing to work with us and we’re incredibly supportive of our decision. My husband and I chose TPC Sawgrass as our wedding venue due to his longstanding love of golf and the beauty of the clubhouse. We initially were planning a 200 guest May 2020 wedding, however due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 we knew we would not be able to carry out our original plan due to the Florida shutdown. Carley and her staff were more than accommodating in making sure we were still able to have the TPC experience. We were offered multiple dates later in the year to reschedule, but also was offered the option of keeping our original date with a smaller guest list. We elected to have a 16 guest wedding which was in compliance with the state COVID restrictions. Carley helped coordinate with our vendors and went above and beyond to help us pull off this new plan in just two weeks. She personally drove my husband and I across the property with our photographer so that we could have all of the pictures we wanted. She arranged an intimate reception that was complete with a cocktail hour, open bar, and plated dinner from the private dining menu. The food was delicious and the service from the staff was spectacular! Even though it was not what we had originally envisioned, we would not change a thing! We would highly recommend TPC Sawgrass to any couple planning a wedding, either large or small. :)

There is no question that TPC simply just knows what they are doing, and they know how to do it right. We worked with both Molly and Carley at TPC who are both professional, organized and personally invest in their weddings to make you feel as if you are their only one. Everything about working with TPC was incredible. From our first walk through, our tasting to the wedding day. Even the morning of the wedding the bridesmaids and groomsmen all got ready at TPC and were treated to incredible food and service. I cannot say enough good things about TPC Sawgrass and their wedding team! Having our reception at TPC was the best decision!

TPC is an absolutely beautiful venue! Our wedding day was over and above our wildest expectations! We planned the event with the help of Carley Rodriguez. She was responsive to all our needs, communicated effectively and cordially with all our vendors and worked to create an exceptionally extraordinary event. Our wedding day was extraordinary! The property is spectacular, and our guests enjoyed doing family photo shoots on the grand staircase and the lawn overlooking the 17th hole! In spite of the overcast day, our photos are incredible due to the lovely architecture and the natural beauty of the grounds. Carley worked tirelessly with me to create the perfect atmosphere for our affair. She accommodated the needs of our remarkable DJ, Frederick Hart, LLC, to maximize the reception hall for elegant dining and optimum dance space. She was diligent to attend to the details we envisioned and ensured that both the ceremony and reception were beyond our expectations. Since our event was a destination wedding for much of our family and friends, Carley recommended lodging options at the Hilton Garden Inn that far exceeded our expectations. It is apparent that the relationships the venue staff has made with the surrounding businesses will fully enhance any event you plan at TPC. The food was exceptional. Steak was cooked perfectly, served hot and presentation was outstanding. The Chicken Florentine was brilliant! Wine service was outstanding. We had quite a few guests with allergies and the kitchen staff was particularly attentive to each of their needs and the servers focused carefully to ensure they were well cared for. Our guests were spoiled with great dinner and wine service. My two major disappointments were during cocktail hour and the close of the celebration. During the cocktail hour the appetizers were scarce and many of our guests never saw a tray passed before them. For a crowd of 200 people, trays of only six appetizers do not go far. The service staff did not get to the bulk of the guests before having to refill their trays, and only the guests closest to the door of the bar area were served and the majority of guests on the interior went without appetizers. Additionally, at the end of the evening, the service staff in their eagerness to clean, took full beverages from our guest tables before the event was complete. Since the bar closed an hour before the event ended, guests did not get the opportunity to fully enjoy their beer and cocktails. The considerable expense of these services warrants better training. The staff should be aware that each guest should be respected and served properly. If four different appetizers were served, each guest should have the opportunity to experience every option. It doesn’t matter how good the appetizers and drinks are if the staff limits the opportunity to taste them. Because every bit of service outside of those two exceptions, was over and above a five-star experience, I still would rate TPC Sawgrass a Five Star Experience! Our guests raved about the venue, food and atmosphere. I am forever grateful for the perfect wedding day that Carley helped to create. Everyone in attendance will cherish the memories of celebrating our wedding day and dancing the night away at TPC Sawgrass!

TPC Sawgrass was a DREAM wedding venue. We worked with Molly Mieras Kirk, and the whole experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Molly made every little thing we wanted happen with any issues. She made the planning process so easy for us and stress free!! Not only is the venue itself gorgeous, but the staff is the most incredible I have ever come across; there are so attentive to their guests. I could not imagine having held my wedding anywhere else! After attending The Player's Championship we fell in love with the beauty of the Clubhouse. Never actually thinking we could get married there, we decided to check out the venue anyways. After inquiring, Molly became our contact, we quickly scheduled a meeting to tour the facility, and from there our dreams became a reality! From the very beginning Molly was amazing to work with. She was really personable, always answered my (many) questions- quickly, and was always willing to help out and give any input or advice when asked! The day of the wedding she truly went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we had everything we needed, she even helped steam my dress- which blew me away, and she helped make sure we were able to get all the photos taken that we wanted- even when construction or sprinklers posed a challenge. Reading reviews everyone raved about the food, and now I understand why. Every one of our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was.. A month later and they are still talking about it! It was really that good! And the cake, which is included in the wedding package, from Classic Cakes was phenomenal! I can't wait to eat the top layer on our anniversary!! The venue as a whole is just amazing. They take care of so much for you and it's just so beautiful. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outside on the lawn overlooking the 18th hole, our reception was inside in the Sunset Room, and it was all perfect. Everything went so smoothly and it was honestly the best day of my life.

My husband I just got married at TPC on March 5, 2016 and we had an absolutely beautiful wedding there. I started wedding planning about 1.5 years ago and during that time, I worked very closely with Danielle time and she was truly wonderful to work with. I absolutely love Danielle. We emailed back and forth constantly and she was always very quick in responding and always answered all my questions. She was extremely sweet and helpful and it was always easy to schedule an appointment to meet with her in person as well. In addition, TPC makes wedding planning easy with how much is already included in the package. TPC is a BEAUTIFUL place to have a wedding. My guests and family loved the venue and kept telling me how beautiful the wedding was. The food was delicious and dinner was served in a very timely manner. The servers were prompt and very professional. The entire TPC staff was extremely helpful, kind, nice, and very professional. Throughout the evening, the staff members all insured that my husband and I were doing well and asked if there was anything they could help with. We had the wedding of our dreams at TPC Sawgrass and I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

We held our rehearsal dinner at TPC and I wish we would have had the wedding and reception here as well! The coordinator was on top of everything and the whole event went very smooth. Could not have been happier!

Molly Mieras and her Team at TPC Sawgrass did an outstanding job with the wedding ceremony and reception! If you are looking for a venue that does it all for you, then you have hit the spot! \r\rThe cake, food, ceremony, reception, chairs, and tables with linens are all included with the price. The food was fantastic! Of course we chose to have a plated dinner for our guests, which did not disappoint. We were told that we had the best food out of any wedding that any of our guests had been to. We were also told of how beautiful everything was, and how wonderful the wedding flowed. \r\rI have to say a special thanks to Molly Mieras, our wedding specialist at TPC Sawgrass, because without her, all of my dreams would not have come true. She was always there, checking in on how I was doing with vendors and gathering everything for the wedding. When I had concerns, she always helped me through them and always gave the best advice. On my wedding day, we had our own personal staff waiting on us throughout the day while we were getting ready, and Molly even came in to check on our progress and made sure I was feeling okay. During the reception Molly helped me with my dress, because of course from all the dancing, the bustle broke. She was ready to help with pins to pin it back in place for the remainder of the reception. I just absolutely loved how generous she was with everything, and it really helped make everything seem like a fairytale.\r\rI promise to any bride interested in having their wedding at TPC Sawgrass that they will not be disappointed. Molly Mieras and the TPC staff did an outstanding job for our wedding October 4, 2014. I met with Molly 1 year leading up to the wedding and there wasn't one aspect of the ceremony or wedding that was overlooked. She took care of all my needs big and small, communicated with my vendors, gave me great recommendations, and worked with me on every little detail. There was also not one email or phone call that wasn't responded to right away. She is friendly, organized, direct, attentive, responsible, fun and easy to relate with. She puts the bride at ease in every situation. Everyone raved about the staff, food, venue, cake (that comes with your TPC package) and sparkler exit. 5 stars all around!!

I could never say enough great things about TPC Sawgrass and the event coordinator, Molly Mieras. She made all of our choices and decisions easy and PERFECT! We held the rehearsal dinner, wedding, and reception at TPC Sawgrass and it was stunningly beautiful and perfect! The food was the best ever! The service was wonderful. Everything was exactly as we planned it. Even last minute decisions like a videographer, snacks in the locker rooms, etc. were handled calmly and with such professionalism! I don't think you could find a more perfect wedding venue.

Everyone went out of their way to make our special day truly one to remember. Christine and Paulo where so helpful and kind and really wanted to make sure our day was perfect. It's been 2 years and our wedding guests still talk about our wedding at TPC Sawgrass. The guys loved that it was home of the nortorious 17th hole and the women loved the romantic, elegant Clubhouse setting. Our wedding was a destination wedding, and we were not super familiar with the area. We didn't have a wedding planner, but we had Christine from the TPC staff! She was SO incredible throughout the entire crazy process. The best thing is I can say is not every wedding needs to be cookie cutter - the staff works with you on the menu, wine, cocktails, decoration ideas, etc. Whatever special touches or ideas you may have they are so willing to work with you. It's was a great experience, can't recommend them enough!

After our initial visit to TPC Sawgrass to tour the grounds and event facilities, we knew it was our top choice to host our wedding and reception. And once we sealed the deal and started planning our gorgeous TPC wedding, we never looked back! TPC Sawgrass wedding packages were by far the best value out of all of the venues we visited during our planning, and we were so impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the entire staff. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Christine Hoffman, the special events manager, who helped us so much throughout our planning process. I lived and worked out of town, so it was difficult for me to plan meetings far in advance, but Christine always made the time to answer our questions, and help with details and vendor recommendations whether by phone or in person. On our wedding day, Christine stayed from our preperation all the way through the our reception, making sure everything ran smoothly down to even the tiniest details (like our cake cutting and walking my MOH through securing my bustle!). Christine and her special events staff at TPC went above and beyond to make our wedding spectacular. We are still receiving compliments about the elegant atmosphere, amazing food and attentive staff. We will continue to recommend TPC Sawgrass to anyone we know who needs to host a wedding or special event! On our wedding day, Christine stayed from our preperation all the way through the our reception, making sure everything ran smoothly down to even the tiniest details (like our cake cutting and walking my MOH through securing my bustle!). Christine and her special events staff at TPC went above and beyond to make our wedding spectacular. We are still receiving compliments about the elegant atmosphere, amazing food and attentive staff. We will continue to recommend TPC Sawgrass to anyone we know who needs to host a wedding or special event! A million thank-you's to Christine and her special events crew for making our event truly unforgettable! TPC Sawgrass is in a league of its own!

TPC Sawgrass was so beautiful. Our wedding looked like it was out of a movie. The food was amazing and the drink selections catered to everyone. Everyone was so helpful. We had an amazing time. We plan on going back every year on our anniversary! I would definitely recommend TPC Sawgrass!!
