I worked in the wedding industry for about 8 years as a planner so I was very picky about all of the vendors and our venue. I can honestly say that TPC Sugarloaf is the best of the best. Amelia was so attentive, kind & personable. I loved every minute of the planning process with her. Day of the staff was absolutely amazing. I wish we could have our wedding every weekend because it was just that amazing! Everyone needs to book this venue. It is the perfect stop for a wedding.

Amelia and her team at TPC Sugarloaf were amazing to work with! TPC is the most gorgeous venue and we got so many compliments on the view and the food. They were responsive and easy to work with throughout the whole process and we would 100% consider them again for any future events we're a part of!

TPC Sugarloaf is a beautiful venue! They did an amazing job with our daughter’s wedding reception! The food was delicious. Very easy to work with as they are very responsive, organized and Amelia was great. Every guest said how nice it was. Gorgeous views, love the bridal suite, everything was perfect!

My wife and I had our wedding here and could not be happier. The staff is responsive, courteous, and works extra hard to ensure your special day goes as planned. The grounds and clubhouse are beautiful without seeming overwhelming, and the kitchen and bar are on point. Do your homework, but if you're planning a wedding in the ATL area, do not miss this place! TPC Sugarloaf was the dream venue for us! The classic, elegant, and charming ambiance highlighted our wedding theme perfectly. The staff was very friendly and personable from the coordinating to the end of our wedding day. Amelia, the incredible coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. We felt like we were a priority with her quick responsiveness and trustworthy reliability. The venue has an option for an outdoor ceremony. The reception hall can be either expanded or closed off to accommodate your wedding size. It also includes black Chiavari chairs, round and rectangle tables, ivory linens, silverware, dishes and ivory napkins. This was a big plus because it saved us on coordinating different vendors for those things. We opted for a buffet-style reception and the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious! We had fresh flowers for our ceremony arch and because it was a warm March day, they unfortunately attracted lots of bugs prior to us walking down the aisle. Before the ceremony began, Amelia ran and got some bug spray to spray around the area to help repel them from the site we were going to stand! Our day wouldn't be as smooth and amazing if we didn't have her!

TPC Sugarloaf is the best!! The wedding coordinator Cory was so fantastic to work with and made everything so easy! She responded so quickly to all my questions and made sure everything was what the groom and I wanted! Every detail was implemented so perfectly and everyone had the best time. I can’t tell you how many people came up and complimented how beautiful and perfect TPC Sugarloaf was during the wedding and after! On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about anything because we were in good hands. This is the best venue overall and can’t recommend it enough to brides out there!! Thank you to the entire TPC Sugarloaf staff for such a amazing day!

Me and my husband had our wedding at TPC Sugarloaf this October. It was the perfect day, and that was with help of our amazing wedding coordinator(Amelia) and the staff!! The whole wedding process Amelia was extremely helpful and responsive. During these times of covid, Amelia took my phone calls and emails to help ease my mind and reassure me their venue will accommodate our needs. In addition, the venue itself is beautiful..our photos have turned out amazing. I highly recommend this venue for any special event/wedding!!

I absolutely loved TPC Sugarloaf for my wedding! First of all, I am a COVID bride and I am beyond thankful for a venue where social distancing was allowed for to make guests feel comfortable. I also had to postpone my wedding, and Amelia was extremely helpful! She worked directly with my coordinator so I had way less stress! I got SO many compliments on how good the food was as well! Overall, I couldn’t recommend somewhere more!

The TPC at Sugarloaf was where we had our daughter’s wedding. It was the most beautiful wedding ever. The country club was outstanding along with the fabulous food. Amelia DeFranco head of sales and catering did an unbelievable job in taking care of my daughter and son-in-law. It was a wonderful place for our wedding.

Our wedding at TPC Sugarloaf was truly magical and we really appreciate the care and attention we experienced throughout the day, and evening. Amelia and her team did an awesome job making sure everything was perfect for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. She was a delight to work with and we really appreciated her accommodating attitude! Everything was perfect and our guests truly enjoyed a lovely evening! All the guests loved the food and were impressed with the Grouper taco station. TPC Sugarloaf is a stunning wedding venue with a wonderful event staff.

We feel so lucky and blessed to have found TPC Sugarloaf! After searching tons of venues, we happened upon them at a bridal show. We met with Amelia and were 100% SOLD. The venue was spectacular with incredible views for an outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course and a lake, and the Pines ballroom was bright and open with floor to ceiling windows - perfect for a Sunday afternoon wedding. The food was delicious (highly recommend the salmon) and nicely presented. Plus it was surprisingly affordable. Now for the best part...the wedding coordinator is INCLUDED. Actually the BETTER best part is Amelia. She is awesome…just awesome! Totally on her game. Always professional, immediately responsive, and keeps track of all the little details you never think about. She is the epitome of fantastic service. She went above and beyond in providing extra care (including a golf cart) for two family members who needed assistance walking. We can’t say enough about her. And if you are the bride, trust me, you want Amelia handling your wedding. She will make sure you have nothing to stress about. That is so valuable on your wedding day. She coordinates with all the vendors and things magically fall into place. It started to rain five minutes before our outdoor ceremony and she told me in such a way that I didn’t panic and said we would wait a few minutes because it was one small cloud. Sure enough, it passed and the sun came out and we started pretty much on time. We had heard horror stories about the bride and groom not getting to eat, or eating late and starving. Not on Amelia’s watch. She had a plate of our hors d’oeurves ready for us right after our ceremony while we waited to be introduced to the room. I’m sure I’m forgetting all the wonderful things she did to make our experience so perfect; just know you can’t go wrong if you work with her and TPC. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and service oriented.On a side note, and hopefully you won’t encounter this, we had to reschedule twice due to Covid-19 and Amelia was gracious and flexible, working with us to find new dates. What a blessing.Ours wasn’t a huge wedding, but we were treated like royalty. My husband (fun to say that now) and I agree we would do it all again with Amelia and TPC.

Elizabeth was absolutely THE BEST! I had my wedding at TPC Sugarloaf on new years eve and i would not have changed a thing. Elizabeth was very responsive, and we communicated often. She led practice the day before the wedding and made sure everything ran according to the timeline the day of. The food was great! the staff was great! I was a little nervous about having the ceremony inside because they didn’t have any pictures but there was plenty of space for the 175 guest I had in attendance. I also had space for a photo booth, DJ, and 2 staffed bars. There was a party in the restaurant at the venue at the same time and it didn’t interpret my wedding at all. I HIGHLY recommend this venue.

This venue was perfect for our special day. They only hold one event a day. This allowed the staff to provide focus attention on a day with lot of little details and moving parts. The staff removed the stress of a wedding and care for the guests. The facilities were in tip top shape and the views of the drive up and the course were spectacular for our guests.

Beautiful venue and professional staff. All of my guests liked the appearance and the food, and my photographer was simply in love with the style, light and views this amazing place has to offer. As a bride, I truly enjoyed the planning process while working with Amelia - she made everything so easy for me, and her recommendations on menu, timeline and setting were valuable. It's always great experience when you deal with professionals, and TPC Sugarloaf you can afford it for a reasonable price. They even did a refund for me after the wedding, because tax on the consumption bar initially was estimated higher that what we did in reality. This proves how honest is everyone. I am happy with how my wedding went, and I had to plan it again, I'd choose the same place.

We had our daughters wedding at TPC Sugarloaf on 12/14/19, there is not one thing that we would change, from the day back in 2018 when we first visited to tour to find a place for the wedding(we walked out knowing this would be the place) have we ever looked back. The staff and our direct contact Amelia were top notch, we never had to ask for things twice or verify anything , she worked with our outside vendors and our special day ended up being absolutely perfect and 100% worry free. We are not planning another wedding any time soon but if we were we would go back to TPC Sugarloaf. Thank you everyone !

I had my wedding reception here in November and I absolutely recommend it to other couples! Elizabeth and her team were very professional and friendly. I had so many questions throughout the entire planning phase up to the day of the wedding and Elizabeth always communicated with me and made sure everything was just right. The day of the wedding Amelia was there to coordinate it and everything turned out amazing. The food was good and the service was excellent. The venue itself is very elegant and caters to any size wedding. The pricing is fair and straightforward-- there are no hidden costs like in other places. They also have a very nice bridal suite. Overall, I am very happy we went with TPC. Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

I got married at TPC Sugarloaf on 10/26/2019. I cannot say enough amazing things about the venue but especially about the coordinator Elizabeth. She is without a doubt the most amazing wedding day of coordinator out there. Her attention to detail, quick responses, and calm energy made my wedding day the best day of my life. I planned my entire wedding without a wedding planner, and Elizabeth was so great to answer all of my questions, make last minute changes and went above and beyond for everything I wanted. Everyone loved the food, the appetizers and the entire process of planning was seamless for us. The day of, I knew everything was going to be perfect because of her. We had so many people say this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I owe it to Elizabeth, her staff, and the beautiful space TPC provided. I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a classy wedding with a traditional vibe that you can make your own. We had 124 people and had the main room and opened only one side room and it was the perfect amount of space. Thank you TPC and Elizabeth. We will forever remember this day.

Sugarloaf hosted our daughter's wedding and what a delightful experience! From the initial meeting through the day of the event, the care, personalized attention, professionalism and attention to detail was simply outstanding. Our coordinator (from Sugarloaf) Elizabeth Klespies' warm, inviting personality and organizational skills just made it so much easier and we can't say enough how impressed we were. Thank you Sugarloaf for helping us to create such wonderful memories.P.S. The Rehearsal Dinner was hosted there as well with the same level of satisfaction. Way to go Sugarloaf and Elizabeth!!!

We just had the most wonderful wedding for my son and his new bride this past weekend! TPC Sugarloaf made the entire experience with nearly 200 guests simply amazing. Everyone had an incredible evening. Amelia took care of everything so that I was able to enjoy all of the festivities without having to worry about a thing! The communication between the bride, the vendors and the staff was exactly what you would expect from a high quality country club. We could not be happier with their consistent professionalism and efficiency before during and after the event.

Our experience hosting our wedding at TPC Sugarloaf was excellent! We searched what we feel was every single venue in the state of Georgia and none held a candle to the beauty (and affordability) of TPCS! Amelia, our coordinator, was an absolute g-d send! Every single small detail was tended to and Amelia handled the rest of our vendors amazingly! Our day was so beautiful and special and i couldn't have asked for it any differently. If you are looking for a beautiful indoor/outdoor venue with views for days and not too far from metro-Atlanta, TPC Sugarloaf is what you need!

We got married at TPC Sugarloaf on April 21st and the day was perfect. I don't have a negative thing to say about Elizabeth and her staff. They went above and beyond to make every detail simply perfect. My mom and I put on the wedding by ourselves- florals, decor, invites, you name it... The one thing we were worried about was having an on site coordinator to take the stress away from \"conducting\" the actual event. Elizabeth was more than just a coordinator. She handled everything with such grace and poise. If there were mistakes or mishaps that happened during my day, I was not aware of them because they were all handled before even getting to me. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me the happiest bride. I strongly recommend TPC Sugarloaf for any event in the future. Y'all made my dreams come to life! This is an amazing venue!!! The staff there is so kind and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Sarah Schrumm was the best coordinator! TPC Sugarloaf is such a beautiful place and was the perfect venue for my 175 guests. I highly recommend it! Also, it was a very good value!

I used TPC Sugarloaf as my wedding venue, and the staff was absolutely amazing when it came to planning all the details and the day of. They were there to make sure everything went off without a hitch from first dance to cake cutting to the send off. You don't even need to have a wedding planner because they take care of the timeline. I was able to enjoy my reception knowing it was all taken care of! Plus they only schedule one wedding per day, so they are completely focused on you and not worried about setting up for something later!

The venue had many great things about it. One of the main things was the pictures that I had outside of the venue in front of the house and around the grounds. Also the atmosphere was very elegant and the staff was AMAZING. They made my day perfect.
