Exquisite cuisine, seamless service and gracious hospitality are the hallmarks of Trillium's tailor-made events. Trillium Events has been locally owned and operated for over a decade, and we welcome you to be our guest as you entertain yours. An expansive space with soaring ceilings, the Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 600 guests. Photographers love the wide open spaces unencumbered by pillars, allowing infinite access to every shot. It can be divided into more intimate rooms. Tastefully decorated with stately, elegant details, the room easily transforms to work with your personal choice of color and design. A magical star-gazer ceiling crowns the large ballroom dance floor. With large windows overlooking the landscaped grounds and attached patios.

Trillium Caterers, Abigale and Michael, are excellent communicators, produce the highest quality product, and do it all with a smile!! As wedding farmer-florists here in Maine, we work with dozens of catering companies every season. In the last five years, Trillium stands out as the best communicators, and very easy to work with! They were thrilled to receive a bucket of food-safe and edible blooms from our fields for a joint wedding we were both vendors on, and Abigale and I emailed back and forth about colors, shapes, etc. until she got just the right mix to use at the wedding. It's that kind of attention to detail that ALL couples want! Don't think twice; hire Trillium for your wedding catering!!

We are so happy we chose Trillium for our ceremony and reception venue for our June 2023 wedding! Randall was great to work with and we loved everything about our wedding day! Not only was the venue beautiful for an outdoor gazebo ceremony and a ballroom reception but the catering was fantastic too!! We got so many complements on the food and more importantly they were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable as myself and a few family members have gluten and dairy allergies and they provided us an allergy friendly meal that was delicious! It was wonderful to have everything included with the venue as well, with rental items and catering options all with the venue it made the wedding planning process so great! 10/10 recommend!

We highly recommend the Trillium! Randall was so helpful and attentive throughout the process, especially as we had to postpone due to covid. The food was great and the tent area was beautiful for our reception! We did have a small problem where the cake was not cut even though we had paid for it to be cut, but soon after that was rectified and it was cut. Overall great service and great experience.

Randy is amazing! He was very attentive and quick to reply to my never ending questions. Picking the venue was one of the biggest stresses we had with our wedding planned and we made the right choice. We absolutely loved the West Gardens and its private outdoor setting. The food was spot on and the atmosphere was fantastic. We highly recommend the Trillium!

Everybody at the Trillium was amazing. Our wedding was the best ever! They were so helpful and with us every step of the way leading up to the event. During our reception, we didn't have to worry about a thing. They had an incredible staff who stayed on top of everything. Randy checked in on us several times to make sure we were doing okay. Andrea the bartender was so friendly and helpful. It truly felt like we were family there.

Randy and his team did a fantastic job. I cannot say enough how accommodating Randy was. He was there with us every step of the planning, and had a huge impact on the wedding! Even during the wedding he made sure everything was going well. I would recommend them 100 times over. The garden in the back is BEAUTIFUL. The food was absolutely delicious, and I got SO many compliments!! All our guests were just floored ❤️❤️ Thank you so much for making our day so special!!

I had my wedding and Reception on September 24th 2016 at The Trillium and I was blown away. Randy was amazing- He responded to my emails quickly, handled my many changes, and made sure I felt confident with everything before I ever left his office. The gazebo was beyond beautiful. The landscape was flawless... I loved the pond, the beautiful trees and that beauty continued inside to the ballroom. The seat covers and sashes that we rented from the trillium were so nice, and the bows were perfectly tied. When the Buffet was ready, everything was full, fresh, and tasty. My guests loved the burgers and chicken from the backyard BBQ, and all the condiments were cut up perfectly, and the staff kept everything full throughout the night. One last thing that I want to point out is that Randy and his staff made my wedding very special. I was so surprised to see Randy there working right along with his staff...and he always made sure to check in with me, make sure I had everything I needed, and I knew that if I needed anything, he would make it happen. I am so thankful for Randy and his staff, and HIGHLY recommend the Trillium for any event.

Randy and the entire staff went above and beyond and met every expectation that we had! Randy was very quick at responding to every question that we had. The food was over the top! Best dinner I've ever had! We would recommend Trillium to anyone who wants to have a worry free and stress free wedding!

Randy and his entire staff were great all the way through the engagement and on the day. He helped out in any way he could. All of our guests loved the food and the place. It is big and spacious and the food is to die for! All in all worth every penny!!!!

The staff at Trillium is super wonderful to work with and we were impressed with how many things were included in their rental fee--things that were often *extras* at other places. Their food is superb (got TONS of compliments) and even when we were running 1/2 hr. ahead of schedule they were ready for us and didn't skip a beat. An extra perk is being about 5 min. away from Lake Michigan if you're hoping to get some beach pictures. IN a nutshell,Trillium is a reasonable drive from GR, has a beautiful facility with gorgeous ballrooms, superb food and excellent service. What else can I say? I highly recommend them!

The staff at Trillium were very helpful and flexible. Not only was the reception hall beautiful, but the outdoor gazebo was perfect. The staff at trillium returned my questions and e-mails in a timely manner. I was very happy with how the evening and planning process went.

The Trillium was a fantastic place for our wedding. As soon as our wedding party was announced and we sat down our drink of choice was on the table waiting for us, the food was fantastic, and everyone really enjoyed it. I had so many compliments, If I had to choose again I would go with Trillium for sure. I would recommend it to anyone.

Had both my wedding and reception at this site. Ceremony was outside in the private garden at the gazebo & it was gorgeous, no need to decorate since it's already beautiful. Reception hall was gorgeous as well. Everything was done to my standards & they helped my wedding dream come to life. I definitely would recommend this site for any wedding and reception.
