Trinity Tree Farm is a wedding venue in Issaquah just 30 minutes from Seattle. We are accepting bookings for special events and weddings at both of our special event venues. Our family farm houses a rustic Barn enclosed by French doors, log cabin and loft.
Up the hill, with views of Mount Rainier, Tiger and Squak Mountain, is our gorgeous contemporary Lodge venue at Trinity Tree Farm.
Both locations are perfect for receptions up to 150 guests, have beautiful outdoor settings for ceremonies amongst the trees, stunning gas fire pit areas for cocktails and relaxation, bonfire pits for roasting s'mores, twinkle lights and chandeliers, and of course, space for a dance floor for the most memorable night of your life!
Alexandra Accornero(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-06-2021 My husband and I got married at the Barn at TTF and couldn't be more thankful for that most perfect, desirable day. TTF is the most beautiful, relaxed, spirited setting for a devout and loving ceremony. There is also a lot of outside space for outdoor lawn games, socializing (and distancing for this day and age), and food buffet service. Road to the Farm is single-lane and can get backed up, but was not an issue for our guests with notice ahead of time. We would recommend The Barn over and over and over again, and like to think that our guests would as well! Thank you Brittny, Danielle, and everyone else who makes TTF as magical as it is! The rental company they partner with (Pederson's Rentals) is super easy to work with, the Tall Chef was INCREDIBLE (our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had), and the service the day of was incredible. It's an absolutely gorgeous space with lots of unique features, and the team there runs like a well-oiled machine. They know so much about running successful events, and everything went so smoothly on our wedding day. We also used their day-of coordination services, and would 100% recommend adding that to your venue rental package! Danielle was our day-of coordinator and absolutely crushed it--she had so many great suggestions, was 100% on top of the schedule, and handled so many small details that we didn't even think about. For instance, at the rehearsal, she asked which beverages we wanted for after the ceremony, and had those exact drinks waiting in the bridal cabin (along with every kind of appetizer we were serving) for us so we could enjoy them after the ceremony. We knew we were rolling the dice on weather getting married in April and we choose the Lodge because we loved the beautiful trees outside and all of the natural light that the venue provides. We were able to be inside but feel like we were outside amongst the trees. The venue lighting is stunning and the getting ready accommodations are comfortable and beautiful. The pool table was greatly enjoyed as was the outside gas fireplace. Gianna Passarelli(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-09-2021 The Barn and Trinity Tree Farm is the perfect PNW wedding venue! The pictures donât do it Justice (even though they are beautiful) - there is just something about this place. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous - not only are there baby Christmas trees all over the property (depending on when you get married), but the landscape in general has all kinds of trees and greenery. It created the most beautiful backdrop for our photos on the day of. The lawn/ceremony space is also beautiful and very spacious with plenty of room for lawn games or furniture vignettes. There are also fire pits (both wood and gas) on the property bringing a cozy vibe to everything. Inside The Barn has a barn/lodge feel as there is wood everywhere and twinkle lights and chandeliers give it a romantic spin - you barely need decorations. There are big doors and windows all around that keep everything open, light, and airy. You really get the best of both worlds with an indoor/outdoor vibe. We unfortunately got completely rained out and couldnât have our ceremony on the beautiful lawn, but the inside was so amazing and intimate - it was better could have ever imagined. I also recommend using their preferred vendor list (how we found our amazing planner Holcomb Weddings) and The Tall Chef for catering (their âin-houseâ caterer) as the food was BOMB. In addition, the staff and venue manager was easy to work with. My one call out is that if you are looking to really party and go all out, this may not be the place for you as the venue shuts down pretty early and we had a few issues with the bar. Briana Zanotelli(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-05-2020 We first booked and signed the contract for the venue January 2019. The date for our wedding was set for May 2020. In the contract there is a clause that states \"In the event TTF is unable to host the event due unexpected circumstances (an Act of God, natural disaster/state of emergency, change of ownership, or close of business), a full refund of any funds received toward the Venue Rental Fee will be provided back to the clients.\" After COVID hit in March 2020, things were not looking good for our May wedding so we decided to postpone to August 2020, thinking this would be enough time. During this first postponement, we had to sign an addendum with TTF stating that we could only change the date of our wedding and if a cancellation was desired, that we would forfeit our deposit. We signed it in the mix of working with all our other vendors to change the date and letting all our guests know. This was a very hectic and emotional time for us. Come end of July 2020, there were unexpected mandates/restrictions placed on weddings making it difficult to host a wedding with 100+ guests. After going through the first postponement and the roller-coaster of emotions, we decided it was best for us and our well-being to cancel the wedding in August 2020. Not realizing until after the fact that the revised addendum made it so we could not get a full refund. We kindly asked if they could honor their original contract we signed because this was an act of god, state of emergency, something we could not have foreseen. After some emails with Brittny (the special events & weddings manager) and a phone call with the owner, TTF offered us a refund of everything except our initial deposit and proposed that we could use the deposit to host a smaller wedding in the future for a few hours. So since we didn't want to lose out on our deposit money, we were forced to picked a new date. We purposefully picked a date way in advance, out of wedding season, on a week day so that we didn't have to go through all the roller-coaster emotions again. We picked Friday October 8th, 2021. We confirmed the new date with Brittny, signed a new contract for the date change and we were set. Fast forward almost an entire year later, I reach out to Brittny on June 21st, 2021 to follow up and confirm our October date at TTF because I wanted to start planning our wedding for the 3rd time. She said yes, so I went ahead and started to plan our wedding, again. I confirmed with all our other vendors as well, everyone was on board and ready to go. Deposits were made and I had just ordered new invitations when I get a call from Brittny on July 27th, 2021. She lets me know that we can no longer host our wedding on our confirmed date due to that day being overbooked and said we could pick a new date. This is just not okay. We wanted to cancel in the first place, now the date we chose ended up being \"overbooked\". We chose to not pick a new date and asked for a full refund and it was finally honored. I had to go back to all of our other vendors to cancel and try to get our deposits back from them as well. I wish that we could have gotten our money back in the first place because how was anyone to know how 2020 would go? I will say that I appreciate having a chance to speak with the owner and I appreciate that we ended up getting our full refund. It seems to be a beautiful venue. We just did not have a good experience with TTF and want other couples to be careful during this time of uncertainty. Reviewed on 05-10-2021

We also got our first Christmas tree from the farm last year and a little ornament with their name on it to commemorate - I love it! Reviewed on 06-06-2018
Leah Diaz(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-04-2018 Trinity Tree Farm was my number one choice from the get go. While my (now) husband wanted to look around a little more, I made it my mission to convince him that this was the right place. We decided to go ahead and book it for a late April wedding which is risky in Washington but they had great rates. I could not have been happier with the outcome. The weather was gracious and their coordinator Brittny went above and beyond on our day. I highly suggest this venue and team. Reviewed on 09-05-2018
Anna DeChant(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-04-2018 I fell in love with Trinity Tree Farm about a year and half before my husband proposed to me when we were celebrating our first Christmas together and finding a tree. It's a gorgeous, isolated-feeling place with rolling hills and trees as far as the eye can see. It's beautiful in rain, sun or snow (thankfully wasnt snowing for our wedding!) and is staffed by professionals who have great recommendations. I loved the flexibility they offered us as we didn't do everything quite as \"traditionally\" as some couples do and when I made a need known Brittany, our day-of coordinator, was on it. Highly recommend to couples wanting a romantic, woodsy-feeling wedding with a place sheltered well from the elements and who want to give a very Washington experience :) Reviewed on 06-05-2018

The Lodge was able to check off all of the most important features on our venue checklist including the less fun things like parking and general location but also having the exact fun and whimsical features we were envisioning like the string lights and chandeliers in the event space and the bridal suite and groom area which were definitely put to good use. The huge cascading staircase was perfect for pictures and you just feel like a princess walking down them. There's even a view of Mt Rainier!! Brittny and Glen were fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the process from answer basic questions about vendors to sending me specific dimensions about certain parts of the venue to help me make decorations in advance. The inside of the reception hall already has Christmas lights strung across the ceiling that light up the room beautifully. Very little decoration was required to make it look perfect! We only decorated the tables and made centerpieces. The room itself is so beautiful on its own. The ceremony lawn was gorgeous and the simple benches have an elegant look to them which matches the arbor. We were lucky with our weather to have our ceremony outside, but there's ample indoor opportunities for the ceremony and reception. For food, It was easy to have a buffet style catering service in the lodge that was elegant and out of the way. For parking, there's tons of space that funnels guests into the entrance perfectly. The bridal suite was the entire upstairs and there's a patio which is amazing for photos! There are big mirrors to accommodate plenty of girls while they get ready and plenty of sitting space for friends and family to relax. The grooms suite was downstairs and there was a pool table and plenty of space for the guys to get ready. Overall, we had such an amazing time at The Lodge at TTF. We were researching venues that would allow dogs so we could bring our pup as well as enjoy the outdoors during Washington's best time of year. We stumbled upon the Trinity Tree Farm while they were building the Lodge. They didn't have any dates for their main venue but had Saturdays for the following summer after they finished building their new facility, know as \"the Lodge\". We took a risk and booked it without seeing the venue or seeing it built. We finally visited and we were absolutely blown away. It's the perfect rustic.. outdoor meets modern lodge. It's such a stunning venue with a great space to work with you. We had our ceremony outside, cocktail hour in the front of the house with games, and reception in the large indoor space. It gave our guests lots of different things to do whether it was dancing, playing games, or roasting smores. Also... the venue coordinator, Brittny was an absolute pleasure to work with. Aubrey Simon(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-07-2016 Trinity Tree Farm is a naturally beautiful wedding venue. Our wedding was picturesque and our guests loved it. Unfortunately, all of this was hindered by our TERRIBLE experience with the venue's wedding coordinator, Courtny & Brittny. Brittny is the main coordinator, however sometime's her sister, Courtny, helps (she is NOT a certified planner as you are lead to believe / asked to pay for). From the second the setup began, it was a complete disaster. My mother and 6 of her friends had been working on the decorations for the wedding for many months and had visited several times to figure out where everything was to go. After placing these decorations, Courtny began to walk around moving items and doing the OPPOSITE of what our setup team asked her to do. Not only did she not listen, but she gave them attitude and many of them complained about her attitude. We should have known things would only go downhill from there, if it weren't for our amazing DJ Daron (HIGHLY suggest him!) timing out speeches, dances, etc. our wedding would have been a mess. She pretty much disappeared during the entire wedding except to put the desserts in the sun (after explicitly being asked not to) and reprimanding the bridal party/other guests. Weddings are a large party, and with that you sometimes have guests that are overserved. Unfortunately we did have this experience and ONE guest was too intoxicated. This is when Courtny (without speaking to my husband, my family or anyone else) decided to close the bar. Unfortunately this led to a large disruption in the evening and a heated discussion with Courtny (she crumbles under pressure, and called her sister Brittny to come in and help her) and after yelling back and forth, the bar was eventually reopened. Guests complained about Courtny, decorators complained about Courtny, the bridal party (2 of which were certified wedding planners) DESPISED Courtny and we were extremely disappointed. Courtny doesn't even seem to like weddings and has another outside full time job, maybe she should just stick with her main job?Get married here , have a great time, but hire OUTSIDE coordination!!! When we saw Trinity Tree Farm at their open house, we were sold. Well, really when my groom saw that his area had a pool table, shuffleboard table and more, we were DEFINITELY sold :) The Christmas tree farm transforms into the most gorgeous venue, with the twinkle lights, chandeliers, fire pits, bar and more.Brittny was incredibly responsive with questions, appointment requests, and follow ups. She worked great with our coordinator from Blue Ribbon Cooking (also highly recommended!) to make sure we had everything we needed and were taken care of. Trinity had a few things that were included with our rental that helped out - wood rounds for centerpieces and dessert displays, twinkle light and chandelier decorations, a bar set up with a keg fridge, and great places for both the groom and bride to get ready. We had 150 people at our wedding, and even though we had surprise rain and had to resort to Plan B (inside ceremony), the venue held everyone very comfortably and people haven't stopped telling us how much fun they had at our wedding and how gorgeous the venue is. I think my only regret is not working a Christmas tree into our contract, because I have a feeling we'll be heading down there in December to reminisce about our wedding and get our tree this year... and for years to come! :) Reviewed on 12-06-2016
Jessica Herkel(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-09-2015 I was so lucky to have found the Trinity Tree Farm in Issaquah back in August 2014. They were brand new and had recently had a soft opening. The venue for a Sunday wedding ended up being around $4000 but we were able to bring in our own caterer, alcohol, DJ, etc. so we saved money that way. The space is about 30 minutes from Seattle (with no traffic...) and feels secluded once you get there. I'm so glad they moved the fire truck, too!\r\rWe hired Brittny as our coordinator. She works at the venue and is also a planner/day-of coordinator. She is AMAZING. She was stress-free, calm and so organized. There was only one detail that I thought was missed throughout the whole process and it was tiny (the glue stick I bought for our guests to paste in their Polaroids into our guest book wasn't put out) and didn't impact the day overall. She brought us drinks, food and helped coordinate all the vendors. It ended up POURING rain so she made the decision to move the ceremony inside. There was no stress or panic, she just made the call and we were so appreciative. \r\rI know the venue has become much busier and, in fact, they're building another venue on site that's supposedly going to be an all-inclusive venue (so you have to use their vendors). Will make planning easier but probably more expensive.\r\rBrittny's husband, Jack with The Tall Chef, was our caterer. So amazing. We got a LOT of compliments on the food and dessert. He made us cinnamon rolls for dessert that looked like cupcakes! And did an entire \"breakfast for dinner\" themed menu.\r\rOverall, I'd recommend TTF in a heartbeat. Everyone loved the space and we had a ton of fun. You don't need to do much with it, it's beautiful as-is. \r\rThe biggest bummer about the place is that they don't let you into the bridal cabin until 11:00 AM. I don't know who is able to get in at 11:00 AM for hair and make-up and still be ready in time (you have to end everything by 10:00 PM so a late wedding isn't really an option). We ended up using the Hilton Garden Inn for getting hair/make-up done and then got dressed on site. Reviewed on 27-10-2015
