As a wedding planner for over 20 years in this industry, I do not impress easily. With that being said, I cannot rave enough about the Trump National Doral Miami. The resort is impeccable - from the rooms, to the catering experience to the staff at the front desk. They aim to please. My clients always rave about the service and the food at every event thats been hosted at this property. Susie & Lissette in Catering have always gone above and beyond for my clients. They are the epitome of professionalism and are a true representative of the resort. The banquet captain, Marvel, always ensures that the events run extremely smoothly and his staff is amazing. He is extremely friendly, personable and professional. Alejandra is also very helpful and always willing to assist in any matter.I will continue to refer this resort to my clients as it represents the impeccable service that I require from any high end vendor.Cannot recommend enough!

Trump National Doral is a true experience, from the moment you arrive and are greeted by the Valet staff. As a wedding planner, I’ve had the pleasure of working at this hotel countless times. CONSISTENT.. the staff, the food, the quality of service is always consistent. Susie Solana is such a pleasure to work with, she’s professional and goes above and beyond. Marvel, Banquet Captain is a 10/10- kind and service oriented. I highly recommend this beautiful venue!

Personal experience. Do not waste your time in the venue, very unprofessional. The service begins upon arrival to the property where you have been resquested to make an appt to see a catering manager. An appt was scheduled in advance for a Saturday appointment to meet and go over the venue and packages. I sat outside the hotel lobby for 21 minutes where no one came out to let me know my coordinator would be running late. I received an email from the employee I was meeting to tell me she would be running late and wouldn’t be able to meet with me but someone one will fill in for her. Not to mention, I didn’t see this email until I arrived home. I was very calm when the other employee came out and she explain the person I was meeting was running late with another couple. Which I understand happens, however if you see that you are running behind schedule you should inform front desk or have someone come out from team to explain what is happening. Front desk personal was not friendly nor did they liked when I asked them if they can please ping my coordinator to ensure my appt was still on schedule. The young lady responded with an annoyed tune that Susan knew I was there and when she was ready she would come out. Fast forward, 21 mins later to be assign a person that has not social skills nor provides a adequate tour of the facility. Basically hands me a wedding brochure; shows me the ball room and that’s it. I had to ask her every little detail to get information from her. I then asked questions that she was not able to answer, and she stated she would pass those questions to Susan Solana. Until today I have not received and email courtesy to follow up or to even answer my questions. With so many venue opportunities available in South Florida you would think why would you even go to the Trump national Doral with this kind of service? They should be embarrassed on the type of service they provided to me. I’m very disappointing overall. Would not recommend this venue to anyone with this experience. This is one of the happiest times for a bride and for sure this location service was very disappointing.

Absolutely the best time ever! Sabrina S. was our event planner for our wedding and I have nothing but nice things to say about her and everything she did for my wedding. When my wedding dress was accidentally run over by the bellmen, she called someone in to get it cleaned up. If there was anything we need, Sabrina got it in record time. We were treated like royalty during our wedding and it was more than I expected. The rooms for the wedding weekend were perfect and were beyond expectation. Sabrina helped us plan a wonderful wedding and we cannot wait to return for our anniversary next year. Thank you so much to Sabrina for helping us pull off an amazing wedding and thank you to Wendy for helping me to always look 100% that evening. Much love to the entire staff at Doral for their flexibility and accommodating us throughout the entire process.

We were \"Royalty\".... as we're families and our guests that stayed with us at the hotel for the weekend....Ashley and the entire Staff made the event spectacular from Thursday \"welcome out of towners\" festivities, Friday's Ladies Spa Day , several men's Golf outings , Friday Night by the Pool Party, and of course Saturday Nights Big Bash. Every detail was thought of and orchestrated with minimal efforts from me, the Bride. I didn't have to worry about a thing.... not the gift baskets delivery, not the photograghers needs, not the band and Mariachi needs, not the photo booth set up, not the flower delivery... cold medicine was even delivered to my room.... unforgettable FIRST CLASS CARE. !

I couldn’t ask for a better venue! The service was outstanding more than what we expected. The employees went above and beyond every second of our special day. Words can’t describe what a fantastic place The Trump National Doral is for a wedding. It is truly an amazing place with an amazing staff.

I highly recommend the Trump Doral if you are planning a wedding or special event. Everything was perfect down to the very last detail. I can not say enough about the amazing staff, including Ashly! They made my special day a dream come true!

This venue was everything we wanted in our wedding venue. We had an outside ceremony and an indoor reception. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The staff and our wedding Director (Ashly Olivier) were so friendly and helpful. They made our wedding go flawlessly and easy.
