Tupper Manor at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center is a historic wedding venue located in the seaside town of Beverly, MA. Nestled along its own private beach, this breathtaking estate offers a fairy tale setting for your celebration of love. Originally built in 1901 for the Bryce Allan family, the Georgian mansion combines classic elegance with contemporary comfort. Tour the property and be swept off your feet by the expansive lawns, stately fountain, marble columns, and architecture reminiscent of a bygone era. When you arrive at Tupper Manor at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center you immediately will be greeted by the verdant grounds and sparkling fountain. Say your vows surrounded by this lush landscape, or explore the manor’s interior to select an indoor ceremony spot. Upon entering the foyer, you will be dazzled by the statuesque white columns, marble floors, and grand staircase that leads to the second floor. To your left and right, the Library, Billiards Room, and Oval can be customized to your preferences. Straight ahead is the ballroom, a spacious banquet hall where you can dine and dance underneath glittering chandeliers. From here, large French doors open up to the glass-enclosed Conservatory, which provides spectacular views of the ocean. Packages at Tupper Manor at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center come with five hours of event time and exclusive access to the property. Ahead of the big day, you will receive a consultation, during which a personal planner will work with you to design your dream nuptials. This professional will also be on-hand to make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Get-ready suits are available for you and your wedding party to get dressed and prepare together ahead of the festivities. Catering is provided by Executive Chefs, who will craft an innovative and mouth-watering meal complete with hors d’oeuvres, entrees, and dessert. Afterward, you and your guests can retire to the adjacent Wylie Inn, where 91 rooms are tastefully and comfortably appointed. Tupper was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. We even got snow the night of! Most of our guest stayed at the Wylie in attached which is nothing special but very convenient since it’s connected with an enclosed walkway. There are so many places inside the manor for beautiful pictures. We put framed photos in the bar rooms to make the place feel more personal. The space didn’t feel crowded at all with our 124 guest who could spread out across the rooms and our 7 person band and Photo Booth. We were able to include our dog in our first look and ceremony. I rented the upstairs to do hair and makeup the day of which was perfect. We also hosted a breakfast the next day at the conference center. The space is everything we wanted! Our guest complimented the food. Our coordinator Cailey was very helpful with all of our questions throughout and did an amazing job decorating. Everything was on time. Really the whole night was perfect. We are extremely happy with the whole experience.

This was a perfect venue. We got married 10/28/23 here and we couldn’t have asked for better experience! From the beginning they did a wonderful job of making our day special and unique. I had a wedding planner, but working with the coordinators here was a great experience. They were very transparent and wonderful communication. The food was to die for from catering. Everyone keeps talking about how good the food was. They also offer so many good food choices for reception displays. We had the espresso bar and cheesecake bar and that was so tasty. It is on beautiful grounds, perfect for all photos. They also have a hotel connected to the venue so it works great for out of town guests. We were so happy we had our wedding here ❤️

We got married at Tupper Manor on 10/21/23 and it was an incredible day!! We are so happy we picked Tupper Manor as our wedding venue! Colby helped us get the ball rolling with booking and making our selections and was very attentive with questions and communication. We had Sarah as our wedding day coordinator that helped execute everything with precision! We had many many emails back and forth to fine tune everything for the big day and she made sure to handle it all! All of our guests were so impressed with not only the beauty of the venue, but the professionalism of the staff to make it a perfect day! We had hoped for perfect weather to capture the beauty of a fall New England day...but it rained all day lol. However, that's why we chose Tupper! It is STUNNING on the inside! It was the best day ever and were so happy we chose Tupper!

Colby helped us get the ball rolling with booking and making our selections and was very attentive with questions and communication. We had Sarah as our wedding day coordinator that helped execute everything with precision! We had many many emails back and forth to fine tune everything for the big day and she made sure to handle it all! All of our guests were so impressed with not only the beauty of the venue, but the professionalism of the staff to make it a perfect day! Communication with everyone at the venue and the Wylie Inn was excellent. Cailey was our event coordinator and we have nothing but great things to say about her! She was so helpful with all the questions we had throughout the process. She answered emails super quickly, which is a relief when you’re dealing with so many other vendors and tasks in the planning process! Thank you so much Cailey!!!!While it is on the pricier side, it’s worth every penny!!! You truly get what you pay for. The details throughout the manor are exquisite. It’s impossible to get a bad photo here, because everywhere you look is stunning. Elegant, classy, and timeless! Highly recommend this venue!!! Thank you to everyone at Tupper Manor for helping us bring our dream day to life. We wish we could go back and relive this day over and over. ❤️

Tupper Manor was absolutely incredible! The venue itself is just beautiful. They were so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Our wedding day went SO smooth, thanks to Cailey. She was the best to work with! She was so responsive and so helpful I can’t rave about her enough! The prices are very fair. The package includes a lot for a great price and the food is phenomenal! Our wedding at Tupper Manor was perfect in every way. From our initial venue tour to the wedding day itself, every team member we encountered was professional, informative, and happy to work with us. The wedding package offered is comprehensive and a fair price for what is included. Our wedding party and guests were pleased to be able to stay at the Wylie Inn connected to the venue. We'd like to give a special shout out to Cailey Snowdon, our event coordinator. She was organized, responsive, kind & had exceptional attention to detail. She took all of the pressure off of myself & our wedding party to have a great day. She always had a big smile on her face and never let us see or know if there was anything going on behind the scenes. She executed our vision of the day even better than we had expected. I also often think about when we sent Cailey specific requests from our vendors that conflicted with what we wanted. She sent us back a very nice message making sure that we were keeping our vision and reminding us that it was OUR day. We also would like to shout out Colby Magliaro who was our sales coordinator. She gave us an excellent venue tour & was helpful with all the questions we had before connecting with Cailey. Colby was also flexible with us when we shared our smaller guest list that did not meet their minimum food & beverage requirement to allow us to be able to book the venue. We cannot recommend Tupper Manor enough!

Tupper is an incredible venue! The location is great – right next to the ocean, close to downtown Beverly and Salem, and near many hotels. The venue is gorgeous – beautiful fountain out front, classy interior, plenty of spaces for photos, and a unique layout with an enclosed patio for dinner. The wedding package is fairly self-contained, making things easy and convenient. It included the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, beverage service, catering, and a day-of wedding coordinator. You also get a room block at the adjoining Wylie Inn, with the option to add more rooms if available. The staff was professional, kind, and extremely helpful throughout. Tupper also gives you the option to rent out the second floor of the manor for getting read day of. While this was an additional cost, it was worth it! The space was large enough for a big group, as well as hair and makeup people to relax and be comfortable. We had such an amazing wedding and it was thanks, in part, to Tupper Manor!

Colby was super helpful leading up to the big day and during the booking process, my guests loved exploring the space and the locations for pictures something out of a storybook. We had a couple of hiccups during the night that were later addressed by the coordinators. Overall would still recommend this venue if you were looking for a unique reception spot.

A truly beautiful venue with an outstanding staff. My daughter was married at Tupper in Oct. she had a Halloween/Gothic theme that the staff embraced and helped her achieve her vision. From the day we booked until the breakfast the morning afterwards everyone was so helpful and really worked hard to make everything perfect. The food was just outstanding, everyone I spoke to mentioned how delicious it was including an amazing breakfast spread the next day. The venue is gorgeous with so much charm and a bonus billiards room where some of the non dancers hung out. We used several of their recommended vendors all who were great. We booked rooms at the on-site Wylie Inn which was so convenient and worked well with the Tupper staff in planning. A truly magical day!

We have been searching for the perfect venue for very long time until we stumbled upon Tupper Manor and we were charmed right away! We had winter wedding and it was absolutely beautiful. Communication with Tupper Manor was amazing. On the day of wedding our event coordinators were Colby and Amanda and we couldnt be more happy. They did fantastic job and we are beyond grateful to them for making our day the best day of our lives :)

We got married at Tupper Manor in the summer of 2022. The venue itself is gorgeous and the grounds are even better. With the manor, garden, and beach there are endless photo opportunities. The team at Tupper Manor was amazing. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly throughout the whole planning process and on our wedding day. Our guests loved the venue and the food that was served. Tupper Manor was the most perfect, elegant, and fun place to get married. I can't imagine getting married anywhere else!

My husband and I are Endicott alumni and thought it would be special to have our wedding at the place where we met. We were happy to have gotten a few perks for being alum, like a free late night snack and reduced ceremony fee, and the venue is beautiful inside and out. Our food the night of the wedding was delicious, chef was very accommodating and allowed us to add a fresh pasta course that was not on the menu, and Espresso Dave, Tupper's espresso vendor, was a hit with both us and our guests. We were also very pleased with service from bartenders and servers, who were all helpful and kind. In general, we had a beautiful and very special night. All that being said, there were a few things we would not have expected to happen from such a highly rated venue. Because of covid, our coordinator was switched a few times over the course of two years (which is totally understandable), however notes in our files or promises/comments that had been made to us went missing and forgotten. Our names were misspelled multiple times on official documents despite being corrected repeatedly, and our final bill had mistakes resulting in a higher balance that wouldn't have been caught if I didn't notice them. The lack of communication from the final coordinator we were assigned was unimpressive and forced me to have to over-communicate and check in frequently on my end to make sure no details were missed. In general, things were unorganized; we had very long response times for emailed questions, some questions in emails were outright ignored, and information was not always delivered in a timely manner. On the wedding day, no one was giving guests direction of where to go for the ceremony and we had to request that someone go out to help guide them before they did so, the DJ and photographer were checking in with us to keep us on our timeline instead of the coordinator, and there was no designated person making sure the wedding party was getting hors d'oeuvres or drinks while we were taking photos during cocktail hour. The day after the wedding, our cake topper, leftover cake, and Italian almond confetti (that were expensive and had been brought over from Italy) were not ready for us to take home because the coordinator told us they had all been eaten. We had been in the room with the cake and desserts shortly before the party ended and there were still plenty leftover, so I don't see how everything could have been eaten in the last 20 minutes. Our top tier of the wedding cake had been packed in with our decorations and we had no idea so by the time we found it, it had melted in the hot July sun. Finally, I had worked closely with the coordinator for weeks to make sure we had High Noon drinks the night of our wedding (she had told me it would be no problem to order and add to the bar order), even checking in when I noticed they weren't listed on our final breakdown but being assured they would be there. After an evening of running around taking photos and barely having a drink I ordered a High Noon and the bartender looked confused because he didn't have them stocked. Not a big deal, but definitely disappointing.Individually, none of these things are a big deal and we overlooked lots of little issues leading up to the wedding night. However, when accumulated these little things added up to one big frustrating situation we shouldn't have had to deal with when spending tens of thousands of dollars to throw a party.

However, when accumulated these little things added up to one big frustrating situation we shouldn't have had to deal with when spending tens of thousands of dollars to throw a party.

I cannot say enough positive things about Tupper Manor to do them justice. From the moment we toured the venue, to the day of our wedding... the entire process was seamless. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but every single person that works there is wonderful. Both Colby & Nicole, who helped coordinate details behind the scenes & on the day of our wedding, were wonderful to work with. They answered every question and were easy to reach at all times. I had a different vision for my day, wanting to do our first dance in the conservatory, and they made that vision come to life. The food was to die for -- people are still raving to us how delicious everything was. The staff and bartenders on the day of greeted everyone with such kindness and enthusiasm. Overall, I cannot thank Tupper Manor enough for giving us the most perfect wedding day. Definitely book them!

Tupper Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. Since we were planning the wedding ourselves, it was important to have a venue that could provide a packaged deal (ceremony, reception, catering, coordinator, etc) with a nearby hotel (it's literally attached!). Tupper worked with us to customize our package to best fit our budget, and have surprisingly affordable minimums for Friday's in the off season. We worked with Colby from our initial meeting through buttoning up all the details. Communication was all over email, and always very detailed with no questions left unanswered.A few months before the wedding we started working with our day of coordinator, but unfortunately she left for a new opportunity the week before our wedding. Tupper was very transparent with us during this transition, and brought Colby back in for our wedding day. We were a little nervous with the late change, but Colby and her team did an AMAZING job stepping in. We felt very taken care of all day, thought the set up came together beautifully with our various details, and the outside vendors were all happy.Tupper also did an amazing job with the event food, it was consistent and well seasoned, which can be hard for a 100+ person event. The guests were beaming that they each got a personal burrata, the steak was perfectly cooked, and they even set up our mini pie to-go boxes (which the guests loved).We were so lucky to have had a 70 degree November afternoon, that allowed us to have an outdoor ceremony space with a perfect foliage backdrop. Tupper will always hold a special place in our hearts, we highly recommend it.

We had our wedding at Tupper Manor on July 23, 2022. We could not be more grateful to Nicole and the entire staff for giving us the best night of our lives.Our ceremony was held indoors, it was such a perfect and intimate setting. We are still hearing that it was the best ceremony some of our guests had ever seen and the thoughtfully designed space made it so perfect. Dinner service was great and the dining room really is a beautiful space in the early evening with the large windows. It was an elegant setting for dinner and speeches. The dance floor, flanked by the two bars, was extremely spacious allowing all of our guests ample room to dance. It was the dance party, and night, of our dreams! The staff were seamless at re-configuring the spaces and transitioning to bar service, cocktail hour, dinner, and then dancing, without any disruption or us even knowing what was happening.Thank you so much to Nicole, for dealing with every hiccup like the amazing coordinator she is. We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding at Tupper Manor and highly recommend this venue to any future brides and grooms !

The venue is BEAUTIFUL, affordable, and will work with you on your needs. I am skeptical by nature about hidden fees and trickery, but their package/contract is straight forward. We rented out the Fountain Cafe for after hour pizza and the bartender curated the music—he was good-humored and had us all in stitches the way he rolled with our antics. We had a blast.

This is tough to write because I am a bit at a loss for words for just how much we loved our entire experience of getting married at Tupper Manor. You can tell from looking at pictures how absolutely stunning Tupper is, but I really want to talk about the people who work there. Colby was the first one to give us a tour and was so sweet in answering all of our questions and was so knowledgeable about the entire property. She was very responsive throughout the planning process before our coordinator, Cailey, began working with us closer to our wedding date. Cailey was incredible in how she helped us set up our full schedule for the day and details for the ceremony and reception. We knew instantly that we were going to be in good hands with how organized and accommodating she was. There were a several details that we never even thought of that she helped us figure out in a completely stress-free way. This continued on during our wedding weekend as well, Cailey had every single thing covered. We never had to stress about things working out because we knew she was on top of it and very kindly kept us moving to stay on schedule. We had several guests comment to us about how impressed they were with Cailey as well. Also, the entire staff that worked during our wedding made us feel like they were there celebrating with us and could not have been nicer (extra shout out to Diane!). I can honestly say that our wedding turned out more perfect then I could have ever have imagined and it was all because we booked it at Tupper!

Wow, this venue was the absolute perfect place for our winter wonderland wedding. We filled it with candles and greenery, and it couldn't have been more stunning. The thing that initially made us choose Tupper (besides it being gorgeous) was the set-up of having multiple rooms for the reception. It was important to us that our wedding be fun for all our guests, not just people who like to dance. At Tupper, people could be quietly sitting and talking in the conservatory, mingling with drinks in the oval room, library, and foyer, dancing in the ballroom, or playing pool in the billiard room. The music was only in the ballroom, so people could really talk to each other in the other rooms. I got so many comments on how much fun everyone had because of this, and we couldn't have been happier with how it worked out.And the Tupper staff was so amazing. Cailey was our coordinator and was so helpful in the weeks prior to the wedding. We had a million questions and requests, and she happily answered every one of them. On the day-of, Cailey made it so we didn't have to coordinate or think about anything but getting married. The whole day flowed so smoothly, I just can't say enough positive things about her and how the whole event went. The food was great. The whole staff was wonderful. The place was beautiful. And most importantly, everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!!

Colby and Sara are a rockstar duo, and the venue is spectacular! I’d rate them just shy of 5 stars because we had highs and lows in planning, mostly due to the pandemic. During the worst of the pandemic, they were hit hard with staff cuts/furloughs, which understandably resulted in issues reaching them; however, we were disappointed when we had no warning when the inn booked up before our guests had a chance to reserve a room (or even know that the wedding was on). Day of, they made up for it: TM staff blew everyone away with their professionalism and swift turnover from ceremony to reception.

Tupper Manor could not have been a more beautiful venue for my wedding day. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. I was able to get married outside in front of the fountain with the reception then indoors. I did not worry about a single thing or vendor the day of the wedding. Sara (my coordinator) was on top of everything. Sara was incredible and communicative throughout the whole planning process to make sure we covered every little detail, probably why I felt so calm and comfortable on the day of! The food was fantastic and we loved the special added touches of wine service with dinner and chocolate covered strawberries with dessert. The thing our guests raved most about though was just how beautiful the entire venue was. It was also incredibly convenient to have our guests next door at Wylie Inn and to not have to worry about transportation. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the communication with Wylie Inn was a bit of a headache but since we were planning in the middle of COVID, I would not worry about that detail for future brides. I HIGHLY recommend Tupper as your wedding venue. It is pricey but you 100% get what you pay for in terms of service. Thanks for the best day Tupper staff!

Sara was incredible and communicative throughout the whole planning process to make sure we covered every little detail, probably why I felt so calm and comfortable on the day of! The food was fantastic and we loved the special added touches of wine service with dinner and chocolate covered strawberries with dessert. The thing our guests raved most about though was just how beautiful the entire venue was. It was also incredibly convenient to have our guests next door at Wylie Inn and to not have to worry about transportation. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the communication with Wylie Inn was a bit of a headache but since we were planning in the middle of COVID, I would not worry about that detail for future brides. I HIGHLY recommend Tupper as your wedding venue. It is pricey but you 100% get what you pay for in terms of service. Thanks for the best day Tupper staff!

October 16th 2021 was the beginning of my happily ever after. I got to marry my best friend. My new husband and I had looked at 4 venues and let me tell you Tupper Manor took our breath away. We knew by the end of the tour of the grounds that we were getting married here. \tWorking with Victoria in the beginning was super easy! She was great with communicating between my mom, myself, and my now husband. We received our Coordinator Cailey a few months before the wedding and she went above and beyond on making sure things were all in order before our big day approached. I can’t say thank you enough to cailey for everything she did in such a short time.\tThe day of our wedding everything went off with no problems again thanks to Cailey and our vendors. It was a beautiful ceremony and it was an amazing and fun reception. All of our guests loved the food and raved about how beautiful the venue was all around. The staff at Tupper during our reception were amazing. They got food out as fast as possible, super helpful in any questions our guests had. One staff member in particular we want to send a big Thank you to is Lauren, she went above and beyond for my Husband and I, as we were not able to eat our cake following dinner. Lauren ended up wrapping it and putting it to the side for us to take with us after the wedding so we were able to eat and enjoy our cake later on. My advice to anyone getting married or having an event coming up is looking at Tupper Manor. You will be glad you did trust me! Also ask for Cailey if possible as your coordinator. We won’t ever forget our wedding and how magical and wonderful it was having it at Tupper Manor.

We worked with so many competent professionals, Colby, Sara, Dave, Victoria to name a few. The group of wedding specialists at Tupper are truly committed to making your wedding magical. They were fabulous to work with. And the manor itself. It will fulfill all you wedding dreams and then some. We had our wedding during the Hurricane Henri and the staff didn't blink an eye. They had it all under control. The ceremony site was changed from outside to inside (both places are drop dead gorgeous) and the celebration continued. They worked with us to incorporate many special items into the event.And the food! I am a food lover and cook. I was much more than impressed by the gourmet food our guests were served. Almost all guests commented on how positively delicious everything was (appetizers, entrees, salads). For myself, it was the best fillet mignon I've had in my life. How any chef could do that for over 100 guests is beyond me. Magic, absolute magic.The wait staff was top notch. They served us effortlessly. They were kind and competent. Again, we received multiple compliments on how talented and pleasant they were.We had Beantown Band play at our wedding which really was the icing on the cake. They play like no other band. Tupper Manor is the most beautiful wedding venue we have ever seen. The outside is beautiful, the inside is gorgeous, and it has ocean views and spots to take ocean photos. The water fountain outside is massive and such a beautiful piece of art. Plus, the second floor inside is huge and is meant as the bridal suite for getting ready. And, the venue has a hotel attached to it! This venue and location checked everything off our list. Not to mention the two pretty bar rooms, billiards room, huge ballroom with giant sparkling chandelier, open and glassed in dinner room, grand entrance with beautiful stair case inside...the list goes on and on. When we toured Tupper with Colby, we were blown away! My fiancé and I were supposed to be getting married at Tupper Manor this summer, but it was postponed to next summer due to COVID. Up to this point, the staff at Tupper have been superb. We have been working closely with Colby and she has been nothing but very kind, responsive, and accommodating. We appreciate Colby and Tupper Manor and cannot wait to get married there next summer. I will leave another review next year, but definitely highly recommended up to this point!

Tupper Manor is as beautiful as it looks in pictures and is an absolutely wonderful place to get married. From the manor and grounds to the wonderful staff, we could not have asked for a better experience. The beach, and path leading to it, is a lovely hidden gem that we didn’t even know about when we decided to go for a visit. From the moment we walked in to tour the venue, Colby was so warm and helpful, and patiently answered all of our questions. She provided us with very detailed and useful information, and even offered to hold a date for us on the spot. As we worked out the details Colby was open and communicative, and made the biggest decision of the wedding planning process much easier to make. Once it came down to the details of the day, we worked with Sara Hiser. Colby set high expectations, but Sara still went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. In our meetings she was kind and attentive, and seemed genuinely invested in making sure that our day turned out exactly how we wanted. All of the staff were helpful and accommodating when we took out of town family members to see the venue and during the entire wedding weekend. The tastings at Tupper are an event in themselves. It was a great opportunity to get a sense of what an event at Tupper is like, not to mention to sample a lot of delicious food. They even brought in dessert from bakeries they recommend. I have food allergies that can make eating out a challenge, but they provided me with plenty of items to sample at the tasting, and took careful note of my allergies (and those of our guests) to ensure that everyone would be taken care of on the wedding day. Though planning the wedding was by no means a breeze, we really appreciated finding a venue that offers so much (indoor and outdoor spaces, ceremony and reception options, food, drink, linens, etc.) and that we quickly trusted would handle all of it so well. We did take advantage of the attached Wylie Inn for some of our guest rooms and for getting ready space. It is incredibly convenient to have the on-site option. There was some confusion on our part regarding which aspects of the inn are coordinated by the Tupper staff versus the Wylie front desk staff, but ultimately it all worked out. A few times I contacted the inn directly, but would recommend going through the event staff (Colby and Sara, in our case). If they can’t immediately address what you need, they will either find the information for you or direct you to the appropriate person. Our wedding was really a dream come true and we can’t thank Sara, Colby, and the rest of the Tupper/Wylie staff enough for helping make it possible!

We knew we wanted to get married at Tupper Manor the moment we pulled into the driveway. The beautiful front lawn, majestic fountain and mansion in the back gives the venue a very romantic and fairy tale feel. The inside of Tupper Manor is even more beautiful, with its high ceilings, golden arches and floor to ceiling windows letting in the beautiful ocean views. We fell in love with the space and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Leading up to the wedding Sara and Colby were incredible to work with. They were responsive, accommodating and extremely organized. We were budget conscious and Colby provided us with so many different options which really helped us decide the size wedding we wanted. The day of the wedding was more amazing than I could have imagined. Sara was on top of everything making sure the entire event ran smoothly. She was super communicative with my husband and I letting us know what was happening and what was coming up next. Our guests were having so much fun bouncing between all of the rooms which created for beautiful pictures and such a fun vibe! The food deserves its own review all together!!!! All our guests have been raving the steak was one of the best they have ever had! The fish and the burrata salad were just as amazing!! Sara was very flexible with the sides we wanted for our entries and was helpful in providing different options for us to pick from. The alcohol service was also exceptional!! If you are looking for a dream venue with the most amazing food look no further!!!!!! Tupper Manor team we can't thank you enough for making our wedding amazing!

The beautiful front lawn, majestic fountain and mansion in the back gives the venue a very romantic and fairy tale feel. The inside of Tupper Manor is even more beautiful, with its high ceilings, golden arches and floor to ceiling windows letting in the beautiful ocean views. We fell in love with the space and we couldn’t have made a better choice! Leading up to the wedding Sara and Colby were incredible to work with. They were responsive, accommodating and extremely organized. We were budget conscious and Colby provided us with so many different options which really helped us decide the size wedding we wanted. The day of the wedding was more amazing than I could have imagined. Sara was on top of everything making sure the entire event ran smoothly. She was super communicative with my husband and I letting us know what was happening and what was coming up next. Our guests were having so much fun bouncing between all of the rooms which created for beautiful pictures and such a fun vibe! The food deserves its own review all together!!!! All our guests have been raving the steak was one of the best they have ever had! The fish and the burrata salad were just as amazing!! Sara was very flexible with the sides we wanted for our entries and was helpful in providing different options for us to pick from. The alcohol service was also exceptional!! If you are looking for a dream venue with the most amazing food look no further!!!!!! Tupper Manor team we can't thank you enough for making our wedding amazing!

Beautiful place for a Wedding! We loved the unique location and how we could have a variety of amenities all in one place. We had our ceremony outdoors in front of the fountain, and reception in the mansion, and photographs throughout the facility and the beach. The Wylie in next door was so convenient for us and our guests. It’s very relaxing to have everything on one “campus” and being able to relax on our wedding day. The staff was also wonderful, especially Sarah and Colby and Nasser!

We had our wedding at Tupper on August 18, 2018 and it was fabulous! We had a total of 116 (including me and my husband) and it was the perfect amount. You could probably fit one more table. Unfortunately it rained that day and I was a little bummed about how the pictures would come out but Tupper Manor has such a beautiful entryway that we were able to take several absolutely incredible photos! They were posted on their facebook if you want to see them! Colby and Sara were so easy to work with and made sure the day went off perfectly ! We actually ate our entire meal! They time things so well! My entire family was blown away by it. Side note - We didn’t use the Wylie Inn. I was not impressed with them so we went with a hotel closer to the Church in Burlington MA.

My husband and I held our Wedding Reception at Tupper Manor in April of 2018. As a commercial photo producer and stylist I wanted to find a beautiful venue backed by a professional partnership that I could trust and enjoy working with. Tupper Manor and its staff exceeded our expectations every step of the way.Beautiful Location and Layout: Tupper Manor has an elegant and timeless aesthetic that lends itself to hosting a grand event with very little enhancement. The grounds and interiors have been meticulously cared for over the years and provide a perfect backdrop for photography. I fell in love with the high ceilings, marble work, ivory walls with scrolling and gold leaf, mirrors, mantles, grand chandeliers, rich wood library bars and billiard! Our guests felt transported and special at Tupper Manor. Super star planners and staff: We worked with Colby and Sara throughout the planning process. I was extremely impressed by their experience in event planning and execution. They were professional, knowledgable, responsive, patient, organized, understanding, trust worthy, flexible and genuinely excited and interested in our event! Their attention to detail was unparalleled. They met with us multiple times, established a killer and realistic timeline, followed up with my hired vendors to confirm day-of details, set up all my personalized decor, and even danced us into our reception! They are both a joy and experts at their craft. The wedding day staff was also SO kind, attentive and wonderful! One-Stop-Shop: I wanted to find a venue that would provide everything needed for the wedding. I did not want the challenge of finding a location, then separately coordinating catering, tables, chairs, linens, glass ware, bars etc. Tupper Manor provided all of this and more, including a reasonably priced hotel that is attached to Tupper Manor. The hotel was wonderful for hosting our out of town guests and for getting ready. There is even an indoor walk way connecting the hotel to Tupper Manor so inclement weather isn't even an issue. By keeping these key components under Tupper Manor's umbrella, it saved me a lot of stress and allowed for a smooth event. The Food: This gets its own section, because not only was this the best food at a wedding that I've ever had...it was some of the best food I've had EVER. Our guests raved about it. At our wedding the menu that we chose was classic, fresh and inventive. Our favorite appetizers was the grilled cheese/tomato soup shooters, and I highly recommend the braised short rib for beef entree! The food and wine tasting was a jaw dropping experience! They allowed us to try about 7 full sized entrees per person with appetizers, wines and two types of wedding cakes! Cost: Weddings can get costly, but I most appreciated that Tupper Manor was NEVER pushy and always remained reasonable and flexible. They worked with us to put together a wedding package that was high quality and fit our budgetary needs. ETC: Every single vendor that we talked to or hired, gave us unsolicited praise for Tupper Manor for being their favorite location to work with. I give Tupper Manor my highest possible recommendation for a wedding venue!

On-site lodging was a huge plus and really made for a great wedding weekend since we had a Friday wedding! Breakfast in the morning was a lovely addition too! The planning staff were great to work with - we worked with Sarah for the latter half of our planning process and she was able to accommodate various requests to keep everyone happy. First off the venue is gorgeous. The Manor has several well preserved and beautiful rooms. The atrium, where the food is served, looks out over the ocean. The huge fountain in the front is a perfect place for a ceremony and for pictures (as is the beach and the Manor itself). Planning a wedding can be stressful but when you have an administrative team who is organized and responsive, it makes the process easy. Lauren and Felicia were that team. Any questions, issues etc were dealt with promptly and professionally. The made the experience so wonderful for us. And the food-many guests told us it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. First off the venue is gorgeous. The Manor has several well preserved and beautiful rooms. The atrium, where the food is served, looks out over the ocean. The huge fountain in the front is a perfect place for a ceremony and for pictures (as is the beach and the Manor itself). Planning a wedding can be stressful but when you have an administrative team who is organized and responsive, it makes the process easy. Lauren and Felicia were that team. Any questions, issues etc were dealt with promptly and professionally. The made the experience so wonderful for us. And the food-many guests told us it was the best meal they ever had at a wedding. We couldn't be happier. Tupper was the first venue we looked at after we got engaged, and we always thought it was \"too good to be true\" and so we looked at a few others to make sure we weren't just looking at it through excited eyes. We compared every other venue to Tupper and nothing came close. We are so happy we chose Tupper Manor. Colby and Felicia were so helpful and professional from start to finish, and Felicia was the best person to have on site the day of - you can't be stressed if she's in charge! There's no such thing as too good to be true with Tupper, because it is as beautiful and convenient as it appears! Our guests couldn't be happier and that's all we wanted! It's an added bonus to have the inn right next door, which we took full advantage of. Amazing from start to finish!! Thank you Tupper Manor!

We had our ceremony and reception here last week (January), and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning, particularly inside, with beautiful architecture and decor. The dining area has large windows and we were lucky enough to have a snowy environs as a backdrop.The staff is amazing, and they were very prompt with e-mail and flexible. They made sure everything with preparation and on the day itself went smoothly with no major hickups.The food was delicious. The rates were reasonable. There is a nice discount for offseason rentals.

I got married at Tupper Manor on September 2, 2016 and it was the absolute best day! The staff at Tupper could not have been more wonderful, more professional, more efficient, or more kind! Every single part of the venue is stunning and the day of experience was simply wonderful. There wasn't a single part of the venue I was embarrassed for our guests to see - each and every part of the venue is that gorgeous! Colby, Felicia and Nasser were all great to work with before the day and they were so helpful on the day of as well. Nasser even tracked me, my fiancé, and our wedding party down several times during the cocktail hour to make sure we were being served appetizers in between the photos we were taking! Felicia kept checking in with us personally throughout the wedding day to make sure we were doing well and she kept telling us how happy she was for us. Felicia and Tupper were very accommodating of our needs. They allowed us to bring in our own decor and even our own floral centerpieces. The groomsmen had a great time playing billiards while waiting for the wedding to start - the guys waiting in the billiards room produced amazing groomsmen photos! The billiards room can also be used to entertain guests during the cocktail hour, which I thought was a really unique idea! The walk down to the beach is amazing and the views on the beach are incredible! There are so many great photography locations - beach, the walk to the beach through the woods, fountain in front of the mansion, foyer, ballroom, conservatory, etc. Tupper has its own catering kitchen and the food is excellent! The steak was especially incredible. There were so many amazing things about Tupper - I can't recommend a better venue! We looked thoroughly and this one hit every point - reasonably priced, willing to accommodate our budget and guest list size, a historic property, every inch stunning, extremely professionally staffed, multiple spaces for guests to explore, and set right on the ocean.

My husband and I got married at Tupper Manor in April 2016, and it was the wedding of our dreams! Dinner in the conservatory was very intimate, the food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch. The staff was a pleasure to work with throughout the wedding planning process and was very patient with all of our many questions. From Day One, Colby worked with us to find a wedding package that was in our budget and included the items that were important to us. Felicia was on top of every detail from start to finish, and Naser oversaw the entire event and ensured that everything ran according to plan. The venue is beautiful all year round and can nicely accommodate small and large weddings, as well as indoor and outdoor ceremonies. We have the most beautiful pictures of our wedding day at Tupper - no matter the background, every photo is breathtaking. We took photos in front of Tupper, in the back, inside the foyer area and down by the beach at sunset. Most importantly, we have the most beautiful memories of the most important day of our lives. I live out of state, so communicating with Felicia—who was my main contact during the planning process—over the phone and via email was a necessity. Felicia was amazing. She also checked in with me all day and during my reception to see if I needed anything. Colby handled our hotel stay to make sure we had enough rooms in our blocks for all of our guests and Naser was more than helpful with setting up and making sure we were comfortable and happy. I got married at Tupper Manor in August and it was absolutely magnificent. When I first drove up to the venue about a year before our wedding for a tour, it took my breath away and it was a clear stand out among the other venues I had visited. After a tour with Colby, I knew without hesitation that Tupper was where I wanted to get married. My mom and I worked with Colby on getting the venue contract signed. She answered many questions by phone and email and sent me various different proposals to work with my budget. After the contract was signed, Colby continued to help with the hotel wedding block and was also always available to answer questions that came up. Felicia was our on site planner and she was equally fantastic. She was very accommodating, flexible, and patient with my MANY questions. She offered great suggestions and made my vision come to life. I provided all of my candles and also provided photo frames and other special touches for decoration. I sent her detailed instructions about how I wanted things set up and it was perfectly executed. Felicia ran our rehearsal and made sure everything went smoothly. It felt like a fairy tale getting married at Tupper - it was truly magical. The venue is absolutely stunning and has ocean views. There are incredible backdrops for photos and we were even able to walk down to the beach and have our toes in the sand on our wedding day! I've had friends who get bused around a city for pictures, but Tupper has so many amazing backdrops that I can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else for pictures. There is only one event at a time so the building is completely yours. The space is so beautiful - from the bridal suite upstairs, to the Billiard's room where the groomsmen hung out before pictures, to the gorgeous library and oval rooms where the bars were set it, Tupper has is all. There are no distractions from other events and the staff caters completely to your party. Felicia and Nasser, the banquet manager, were both present on my wedding and went above and beyond. They took care of everything, from set up to packing up and literally bringing back gifts to my parents hotel suite at midnight. It is incredibly convenient to have the Wylie Inn directly next door to Tupper for guest accommodations. There was a bit of a fiasco with my make-up artist and Felicia even came up to my hotel room to offer assistance. The food was delicious and the whole night went perfectly. After our wedding, we got so many compliments and many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I can't say enough amazing things about Tupper Manor and the staff - they hold themselves to a high standard and delivered the wedding of my dreams! This venue is amazing! After looking at so many generic venues I found Tupper Manor and fell in love. This place is GORGEOUS! All you need is very minimal decorations to make it shine even more. We got married on September 9 and everything went exactly how I wanted it too. We got married in front of the fountain which was gorgeous, and took the bulk of our formal pictures in front of the manor- but my husband and I were able to sneak down to the private beach where the sky was pink as the sun set. We got incredible pictures just walking down the path to the beach. There are literally ENDLESS photo opportunities at this venue. As far as the actual planning of the wedding went, Felicia was amazing. After realizing how many events Tupper puts on my family and I came to the conclusion that she must live there- because she is on top of EVERY detail of every event. She was so helpful with keeping us on budget as far as the food and beverage minimum went and had great suggestions for more food options and what the average bar tab goes for. All of our guests LOVED the food and were stuffed full! Felicia suggested 5 passed hors'devores and a stationary display; then we had seafood gratin and beef sirloin for our dinner options. Both were amazing and huge portions! Then we followed with mini pastrys and canollis (delicious) and had our cake served with chocolate covered strawberries. Our guests couldn't believe how much food there was! For our bar we did open until we hit our cap, Felicia helped us decide on this number which worked out perfect because our bar ended up staying open all night! Even the bartenders at this venue are awesome- one of them had this special drink called \"Jim's special\" and I think most of our guests drank that all night! I don't have enough positive things to say about this venue. Felicia with the help of Naser kept our schedule on time all night, made sure the bridal party had drinks and food in hand at all times and we're overall amazing. The even better part about this venue is having the Wylie Inn next door- so guests that wanted to party and stay over didn't have to worry about traveling to a hotel. The inn isn't anything fancy but it is extremely clean and nicely updated. We worked with Lauren a lot adding rooms to our block, etc, -and she is awesome too! So accommodating and made sure that everything was organized how we wanted. The morning of the wedding I even contacted Felicia about the bridal suite upstairs and she let us get in early to start hair and makeup there rather then in the hotel. She came up to check on us multiple times and brought lots of champagne! I don't have anything negative to say about this venue. I would definitely recommend Tupper Manor.

This venue is amazing! After looking at so many generic venues I found Tupper Manor and fell in love. This place is GORGEOUS! All you need is very minimal decorations to make it shine even more. We got married on September 9 and everything went exactly how I wanted it too. We got married in front of the fountain which was gorgeous, and took the bulk of our formal pictures in front of the manor- but my husband and I were able to sneak down to the private beach where the sky was pink as the sun set. We got incredible pictures just walking down the path to the beach. There are literally ENDLESS photo opportunities at this venue. As far as the actual planning of the wedding went, Felicia was amazing. After realizing how many events Tupper puts on my family and I came to the conclusion that she must live there- because she is on top of EVERY detail of every event. She was so helpful with keeping us on budget as far as the food and beverage minimum went and had great suggestions for more food options and what the average bar tab goes for. All of our guests LOVED the food and were stuffed full! Felicia suggested 5 passed hors'devores and a stationary display; then we had seafood gratin and beef sirloin for our dinner options. Both were amazing and huge portions! Then we followed with mini pastrys and canollis (delicious) and had our cake served with chocolate covered strawberries. Our guests couldn't believe how much food there was! For our bar we did open until we hit our cap, Felicia helped us decide on this number which worked out perfect because our bar ended up staying open all night! Even the bartenders at this venue are awesome- one of them had this special drink called \"Jim's special\" and I think most of our guests drank that all night! I don't have enough positive things to say about this venue. Felicia with the help of Naser kept our schedule on time all night, made sure the bridal party had drinks and food in hand at all times and we're overall amazing. The even better part about this venue is having the Wylie Inn next door- so guests that wanted to party and stay over didn't have to worry about traveling to a hotel. The inn isn't anything fancy but it is extremely clean and nicely updated. We worked with Lauren a lot adding rooms to our block, etc, -and she is awesome too! So accommodating and made sure that everything was organized how we wanted. The morning of the wedding I even contacted Felicia about the bridal suite upstairs and she let us get in early to start hair and makeup there rather then in the hotel. She came up to check on us multiple times and brought lots of champagne! I don't have anything negative to say about this venue. I would definitely recommend Tupper Manor.

We were very happy working with music you and the Tupper manor staff. Colby provided a great tour and excellent information in the beginning. The contract seemed not ideal for weddings, more catered to organization run conference events, so that was a bit of a disappointment to us during that part of the process. Once we were put in touch with you, it was great to get very detailed responses to our many questions. We really appreciated your patience during our tasting and helpfulness is getting all the details sorted and help us to understand the flow of things. As someone who works in an office environment it was a little disappointing to not have email responses within a few business days as I am used to, but I appreciate all the information you provided us. Your assistance during the rehearsal and wedding itself was huge! We appreciate all you all done, thank you for helping make our big day as we dreamed it would be :)

Our wedding at Tupper Manor was everything we dreamed it would be and more! The staff was unbelieveable. The Event Manager and the Catering Manager were always available to take my many calls. They were professional yet fun and caring at the same time. The day of the wedding there were 2 Managers taking care of every detail, so we were able to enjoyed our wedding to the fullest. The food was wonderful. The chef even made a sauce for the fish that I gave him. He tailored the food to fit our needs. The waitstaff was also exceptional. Tupper Manor itself is a beautiful old manor and we had access to every room. The dance floor is the biggest floor we found of the many venues we visited.

Kevin and I only had a four month engagement, and yet Tupper gladly customized EVERYTHING so that our wedding reflected us as a couple and all that we hoped for!! From the very beginning, Lauren instilled a ton of confidence-- super accommodating with our every request. We wanted a customized Sunday brunch wedding and literally created our own menu- virtually from scratch! Lauren, Felicia and Naser made an amazing team, and we always felt as though anything was possible-- from a customized drink menu (including fruit smoothies, bloody marys, and peach bellinis!) to a customized brunch menu-- the food was AMAZING!!-- to our plans for live a cappella group rather than a traditional wedding band. The staff at Tupper made it all happen!! The venue is gorgeous, the food is amazing, and the staff found a way to never deny any of our MANY requests. We put them to work, and everyone rose to the occasion and catered to our every need!! Highly, highly recommend!! You're in excellent hands at Tupper and will honestly find that your event is limited only by your own imagination. We were thrilled and had an incredible wedding day!!!

I had my wedding reception at Tupper Manor, and it went flawlessly. The venue was very accommodating and ensured my ideas were executed perfectly. I wanted a candy bar, and they set it up beautifully. Also, I was having a smaller wedding with no alcohol so they worked on a specific budget for my wedding with the appropriate adjustments. Furthermore, they allowed me to use their sound system, which saved me the cost of a DJ.\r\rEven though there was a change of event manager during my planning process, I found the event still went very well. The event manager ensured everything went smoothly, paid attention to detail, and took good care of us and our families. The food was delicious, and I am continuing to receive rave reviews about the wedding. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

I recently got married at Tupper Manor over Columbus Day weekend. I absolutely LOVED the venue for our wedding! It is a gorgeous mansion located right on the water in Beverly. The foliage on the property also highlighted how truly beautiful New England is during the fall season. My husband and I were very grateful that we lucked out with such nice weather and were able to hold an outdoor ceremony in front of the fountain!\r\rThe staff at Tupper Manor was unbelievable from the moment we started working with them. Colby did an AMAZING job making sure we were happy with our contract and that all of the details were taken care of for our big day. She was extremely patient and responsive, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Colby! On the wedding day, Denise coordinated the event so perfectly and did everything she could to make our day special and provide a wonderful experience. She always made a point to check in with the bride and groom to see if we had everything that we needed. Denise was the best! She made us feel so comfortable.\r\rWe received so many compliments from family and friends on how wonderful the event turned out to be and how everything went so smoothly throughout the day and night. Honestly, everyone raved about the food! My filet mignon was fantastic and I was able to try my husband's chicken wrapped in prosciutto, which was equally excellent. I enjoyed all of the hor d'oeuvres as well!\r\rOverall, we had a great experience with Tupper Manor and I am so glad that we chose to have our wedding here. Thanks again to everyone who was involved to make our day so memorable!

Tupper Manor is a wonderful placer to have a wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, whether the ceremony is outside or inside. The employees worked hard to make our wedding all that we dreamed and it was beautiful-the food was the best wedding food I have ever tasted, and the service was impeccable. I have been told by a number of our guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to, and I credit that to Tupper Manor for working with us to make it an extra special day.

Our wedding at Tupper Manor was perfect! We fell in love with the venue when we first visited in the Spring. It was a bit pricey but the Groom and I were determined to make it work - and we did! The sales rep was incredibly accommodating and worked with our budget to get us where we wanted. In a few short months after our initial visit, we had our reception at Tupper Manor! The manor itself is gorgeous, the grounds are just as beautiful, and we could even see the ocean from the conservatory (which we thought wouldn't happen due to all the foliage)! I was personally afraid that the manor will feel too 'rigid' due to its splendor but the final result was quite the opposite - everything felt incredibly intimate, warm, and beautiful. Marie did an amazing job coordinating everything and staying in touch with me until the night before the wedding for last minute detail changes. The food was great, the service was excellent, and we still keep getting compliments. Thank you Tupper Manor for a magical evening!!!

After researching and visiting countless venues I was beginning to get discouraged. I could not find a venue with beautiful outdoor space for a ceremony and an equally gorgeous indoor space, in case of rain. When I found Tupper Manor and walked in for my first viewing I knew this was where I would get married. It has everything I was looking for! The grounds and fountain are truly beautiful. The foyer and ballroom are gorgeous, and the conservatory is breathtaking with the large glass windows and brick flooring. There is even a beach for photos and the ocean can be seen from the conservatory! Marie Aja was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and was always quick to respond. Our wedding was incredible and we had the perfect venue for it, we are still receiving compliments over a month later!!

I truly could not be happier with how my wedding turned out at Tupper Manor! From the moment I saw Tupper Manor I knew this would be a beautiful setting for my wedding (they even have a beach which was a great spot for pictures). My husband and I first met with with Colby Magliaro who showed us around the Manor and spoke to us about pricing and available dates. She was so considerate of our budget and and always responded quickly to our questions. \r\r Once we chose a date we started working with Marie Aja who was absolutely amazing! I live in Texas and planning a wedding from a far was stressful to say the least. Marie was so attentive and respectful of the fact that I was not close by and patient as I constantly asked her for referrals for other vendors (which really helped me with my planning). We also made some last minute changes and requests and Marie happily made them happen! \r\rHaving the Wylie Inn right there on site was one of the big reasons I chose Tupper Manor. I was able to book a room for the whole weekend and spend several days with close friends and family that I don't see much. It was also convenient to have for out of town guests. I didn't just have a wedding night, I had a wedding weekend which is exactly what I wanted. \r\rAs for the night of my wedding, everything went exceptionally smooth! As the bride, I was a bit of a scatter brain the day of my wedding but Marie and all the workers at Tupper Manor made sure I was in the right place at the right time and continually checked in on me to make sure I didn't need anything. The best part was having some wine and hors d'oeuvres waiting for me and my wedding party in a private room right after the ceremony.\r\rFinally, I have to rave about the food! It was seriously some of the BEST food I have ever had (prosciutto wrapped chicken and filet duet plate- YUM!). Many of my guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

We highly recommend booking your wedding at Tupper Manor! We got married at Tupper in June 2015, and the entire day was perfect. Other than being an absolutely beautiful venue (imagine: mansion, beach, water fountain), the food is delicious and the staff is very professional and responsive!\r\rWe booked Tupper for the entire day as we were celebrating three different wedding traditions: Chinese, Cambodian and American. We held all three ceremonies on-site followed by a dinner reception, and even booked an extra hour to have the reception end at midnight. Marie was our wedding coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. She was with us from 7AM until 1AM! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Marie was very responsive and professional. On the day of, she was there early to coordinate with all the vendors and to make sure that the decor was exactly what we imagined. After our wedding ended at midnight, she stayed after to put away our personal belongings that we used for decorations (eg, photo frames) and saved our centerpieces for brunch the next day (which was held at Tupper). Our guests were blown away by how beautiful and organized our wedding was. We couldn't ask for a more perfect venue for our wedding!
