Tuscan Rose Vineyards is an elegant, Italian-inspired wedding venue located in Callahan, FL. This 30-acre estate in the Florida countryside holds weddings that are treated to an elegant atmosphere that honors its ties to history and tradition. Italian cypress trees salute guests as they enjoy the sophisticated courtyard while a three-tiered fountain provides tranquil accompaniment. Owner of Tuscan Rose Vineyards, Bobbie Walker, is inspired by the importance of family. This reflects in her work within the property. When she was a little girl, Bobbie would enjoy muscadine grapes in her grandfatherâs vineyard, a memory that stayed with her. She wants to share the sense of warmth she felt at that moment, understanding that couples are becoming each otherâs family. Bobbie utilizes her previous experience as an interior designer, treating each occasion as she would a multi-million-dollar project. With classic rose gardens and fields shaded by ancient trees, this vineyard radiates a sense of stateliness and history. Loved ones flying in to be there for your special day will appreciate the vineyardâs proximity to Jacksonville International Airport, which is less than half an hour away. Tuscan Rose Vineyards has many spaces to bring romantic, fairytale weddings to life. An Italian-style villa houses get-ready rooms, decorated in an elegant style with neutral colors. Here, couples can start their day surrounded by luxury. Outdoor ceremonies can be held in the Tuscan Courtyard, where up to 250 guests can be seated in comfort. The pergola, also suitable for outdoor ceremonies, was inspired by traditional Tuscan architecture and constructed with beams made of Florida cypress. Elegant chandeliers light the way so that 250 guests can easily see your big moment. Suitable for similarly sized ceremonies, couples can exchange their vows under ancient oaks with gently swinging Spanish moss. A custom-designed wooden arbor provides the perfect rustic touch. The Vineyard is also available for ceremonies. Cocktail receptions are given the perfect blend of history and sophistication on the Veranda, which combines traditional limestone walls with an elegant bar. Couples who are planning a seated banquet meal are welcomed to the Vineyard Hall. A romantic space, it features charming wooden beams across the ceiling as well as antique-style chandeliers. Natural light is beckoned through the tall windows and French doors, letting the space maintain its connection to the outside environment. As a safety net in case the elements conspire against couples, the lawns are suitable for pitching tents.

Mrs. Bobbie & her team are wonderful. From the very start, you can tell that every detail of your wedding day matters to them. I work in the floral industry and out of all of the wedding venues I have worked with, TRV is by far the best. I've never met people who so genuinely care for you and treat you like family. Bailey went above and beyond for me on my wedding day to make sure that every detail was absolutely perfect. If there were any hiccups on my wedding day, I wasn't able to tell. Because Bailey, Bobbie, & Brandi made everything move so seamlessly. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how the people were so nice. They raved about the vineyard & were so excited to hear about the plans for the winery from Bailey. The smile on Bailey & Brandi's face all the time says everything you need to know, they genuinely love what they do, and they will always go the extra mile for you. I will recommend them again & again.

Everyone on the team was so wonderful to work with! The grounds are gorgeous and they give you so much time to use them. The best part was working with Brandi as our day of coordinator as she went above and beyond answering our questions, fulfilling our silly requests, and making my husband, myself and our guests comfortable and excited throughout the whole day so we could focus on spending time with each other and having a blast! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a stunning location with an amazing and supportive staff!!!

I'm mother of the bride. My daughter, her fiancé and I decided on a location in Northeast Florida. From there we toured venues. The moment we finished our tour of TRV and meet the lead wedding coordinator, we unanimously knew we found \"the place.\" The grounds and buildings are absolutely gorgeous and we knew that rain or shine, it would be the best place to hold the wedding and reception. My daughter provided the TRV design team her vision, I shared my budget, and they made it happen. The wedding day was absolutely what we dreamed of and more. TRV team's professionalism and talent was worth every cent! Another aspect that I really liked is that TRV has their own design team and you can rent linens, ceremonial arches, etc...directly from them. There's no need to add more vendor contracts. TRV took care of our florals and all rentals. They even provided the bartenders. Our outside vendors were the photographer/videographer, DJ/music, caterer, hair/make-up stylists. As mother of the bride, I was not stressed or worried about a thing. It was the PERFECT day!

A perfect venue! The TRV team went above and beyond for us on our wedding day! I canât say enough about Brandi; she was my coordinator and from day 1 she was upfront about everything, super easy to communicate with and one of the hardest workers Iâve seen! I planned my wedding in 4 months and she was able to help me pull everything off including talking with my vendors and organizing everything. The venue itself is giant and has a lot of great spots for photo opportunities. I loved that there is separate entrances (guest parking, middle entry, & a separate entrance for the caterers and bride. Day of the wedding, we had to switch the ceremony site last minute due to rain but everything worked out and it turned out beautifully. Being the bride, I was very late to the venue (typical) I think most of my vendors and bridal party had already gotten there before I did, but the team made everything work. They helped me take care of so many last minute things and reminded me of things I had never thought of during planning. They decorated everything at the wedding perfectly! Itâs a separate cost but well worth it. All of our guests loved the venue and everything was perfectly timed. Shoutout Bailey for keeping the champagne flowing for me đWe highly recommend Tuscan Rose Vineyards!

The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the TRV team genuinely goes above and beyond to make your wedding day perfect! My wedding went from a simple 2-hour event with a cocktail hour and Hors Dâoeuvres, to a full wedding with a dinner, a dj, dancing, and beautiful upgraded florals. Five stars is not enough to show my utter gratitude for how perfect and magical this venue is.From the very beginning Iâve had the absolute best experience working with Bobbie, Bailey, Brandi, and the rest of the TRV team. They made the entire process from the very beginning so easy. I knew I wanted them to not only coordinate my entire wedding but also do all of my florals. They put all of my stress and anxiety to rest as a naturally anxious person âșïžHurricane Ian unfortunately came to Florida and impacted my wedding date. The Tuscan Rose Vineyards team went to work immediately coordinating to move my wedding from 09/30/2022 to 10/02/2022. By some miracle, Tuscan Rose Vineyards and every single one of my vendors were available!!On my wedding day (10/02/2022) I was totally at ease and felt like a queen the entire day. Bobbie, Bailey, and Brandi were constantly checking in on me, my family, my (now) husband, and everyone else involved in the ceremony to make sure we had everything we needed. They were so calm, cool, and collected and my wedding day was the absolute best day of my life.If you want to have a flawless wedding day with the most capable team in the Jacksonville area please have your perfect day at Tuscan Rose Vineyards with the TRV team as your coordination and floral dream team. We got married on September 24, 2022. The venue is absolutely beautiful! The staff is so professional and helpful. We did the Day of Coordination through Tuscan Rose Vineyards as well. Brandi was absolutely amazing and always helped answer all of my questions. Their team helped make our day run so smoothly. We got married in The Tuscan Courtyard, had our Cocktail Hour on the Veranda, and our Reception in the Vineyard Hall. The Bridal Suite is so beautiful. All of our guests told us how beautiful the venue was. I am so thankful that we booked with Tuscan Rose Vineyards! They helped make all of our dreams a reality. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an event venue!

Tuscan Rose has to the most beautiful venue in North-East Florida. The staff and design team really go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their brides and bridal parties. I recently had my wedding there on 5/14/22 and I cannot express the amount of love that I have for the owner, Bobbie as well as her daughter, Brandi. They made my wedding MORE than perfect. I could not have been blessed with such an amazing day anywhere else. I am so glad I did not go with an outside planner because their team had everything down to a timeline and made sure the day was progressing at a perfect time.Brandi and Bobbie knew that I had lost my Dad and Brother in July and recognized them in a way that was more than exceptional. They created a huge wreath with beautiful flowers and used canvases of my brother and my dad to incorporate them into such a special way. I know that they were there, looking down, so proud of the hard work and dedication this team took into making this wedding so stunning. It was more than emotional for my mom and I as we did not expect them to go so above and beyond. Everyone loved the piece of my dad and brother that they created and were just in shock how absolutely emotional and gorgeous it was, along with so much more!Brandi, Bobbie and their design team were given full range of deciding a theme for my wedding day and I could not have been in more shock at the beautiful arrangements that they made. I really wanted a moon gate instead of an arbor and it was FILLED with all kinds of beautiful flowers and greenery. The only thing I had asked for was âDRAMAâ and they gave me all that and more. They called it âThe Secret Gardenâ and it was remarkable. I had the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen at ANY wedding!This team and this location is beyond perfection. The greatest thing about the vineyard is it can fit any kind of wedding celebration - whether itâs formal, laid back, modern, or even dramatic, like mine. There are no limitations to venue as well as the design into creating your perfect day. The team at Tuscan Rose welcomed not only me, but my family, too, as their own. Any Bride/Groom would be lucky to have that anywhere else!I recommend this venue to anyone and EVERYONE. It does not matter the age or gender; These people actually care about your thoughts and about you. As a bride whoâs visited multiple venues, this one exceeds all expectations. My husband, family and I are so very fortunate to have chosen this venue. The flowers, the service, everything - itâs just like out of a movie or a magazine. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

When I got engaged, one of the very first things I did was book this venue. There was absolutely no doubt in my mind that this is where I had to be married. This venue is an absolute dream and has something for everyone. They have several stunning ceremony site locations, itâs so hard to choose just one! Luckily, you are able to take photos around the property at the other locations so you truly do get a wide variety. Venue aside, Tuscan Rose Vineyards has a team that cares so deeply and has so much passion for what they do. They put everything into you and your day to ensure it is the most beautiful and most amazing time of your life. The TRV team worked with us in a way that made planning so easy. They were my go to for all things decor and florals. They took my ideas and turned them into something so much more than I could have ever envisioned. I am by no means creative nor do I have an âeyeâ for design so their expertise was heaven-sent. We also hired the Tuscan Rose Vineyards team as our Day of Coordinators. Everything was on time with our schedule, flowed so effortlessly, and was stress free for all. They handled every detail and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. It was truly the most beautiful day.

They were my go to for all things decor and florals. They took my ideas and turned them into something so much more than I could have ever envisioned. I am by no means creative nor do I have an âeyeâ for design so their expertise was heaven-sent. We also hired the Tuscan Rose Vineyards team as our Day of Coordinators. Everything was on time with our schedule, flowed so effortlessly, and was stress free for all. They handled every detail and made our wedding day absolutely perfect. It was truly the most beautiful day.

Approximately one year ago, we found ourselves touring this venue as a possible wedding site, and from the moment we drove up, we were totally impressed! It was as if weâd found a âdiamond in the roughâ, and Kelby and Austin knew this was where they wanted to say âI Do!â Tuscan Rose Vineyards is absolutely gorgeous, and unique in the fact that there is NO other venue quite like this anywhere around! The grounds are neatly manicured, and the scenery is breathtaking! No matter what type of ceremony/event you are wantingâindoor or outdoorâthe venue can accommodate, as it offers several different property sites to choose from when planning. Mrs. Bobbi Walker, owner of the venue, was amazing to work with, and we absolutely fell in love with her! From day one, she was always there for Kelby, heavily involved in the planning stages. From her exquisite taste in flower selections for the entire wedding to the decorating of the reception hall inside and out, she was on it! No doubt, Mrs. Bobbi makes it a point to ensure that those who choose Tuscan Rose Vineyards will be sweetly âspoiledâ in every way possible, and that is exactly what Kelby and Austin received, and more! She even threw in a couple of special surprises of her own, which only made their day that much more memorable! Her experience with interior decorating and event coordinating was very evident as she took on the responsibility of ensuring their wedding day was exactly what they had envisioned, and BEYOND what they had expected! From the time we arrived in the morning until the send-off that evening, she never stopped hustling! To watch the day unfold right before our eyes, and to see all the preparation that takes place behind the scenes was incredible! From ceremony and arbor set-up, assembling entire floral arrangements, cocktail hour, and reception/dinner placings, her attention to the smallest details was very evident and meant everything was done to absolute perfection! Mrs. Bobbi is known for ensuring every penny spent is never wasted, and even repurposed floral arrangements by transferring them from the ceremony itself to the reception hall to be used as beautiful centerpieces on the dining tables! Such brilliant ideas she put in place at just the perfect moments made everything about this day absolutely unforgettable! Her team of assistants worked non-stop for hours, and were right there for us if we needed anything! The vendors were very helpful and informative which made everything go more smoothly. Also, the venue itself is beautiful, with itâs charming aesthetic and beautiful surroundings, you can decorate it to fit your perfect wedding vision. Tuscan Rose Vineyards is also very functional because of the multiple locations on property that can be used for different parts of the event. For the wedding I was apart of, the ceremony was by the fountain, then there was a cocktail hour on the covered patio, and then the reception was in the building itself. All of those locations were very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this venue and had such a nice time while there!

The bride and bridesmaids cottage is breathtaking, decorated with crystal chandeliers, leather chairs and couches, dressing rooms, hair salon station and make up vanity stations. Tuscan Rose Vineyards is a must for any wedding or event. They have truly thought of every detail to make your day, the best day:)

The venue is perfect! Mrs. Bobbie is amazing - my daughter had a Great Gatsby Themed Wedding and she would send pictures of ideas and was very helpful with planning and brain storming ideas. I would highly recommend the Tuscan Rose Vineyards!
