This was the best experience we have ever had! My husband and I are beyond happy and pleased the way everything turned out, the staff is incredible they literally made our wedding a dream come true. Not only is the place beautiful but the service there is absolutely amazing. If I were to ever renew vowels I'd always come to host Tuscany falls banquets! Tuscany's staff was amazing! They helped me every step of the way and on the day off, they made sure my wedding went smoothly and it did. They even upgraded me to a larger room when my guest list grew larger at no extra cost. The food was amazing and the cake (we upgraded our package to get a cake from our local bakery) was delicious and beautifully designed. They even worked extremely well with our other vendors to make sure they set up on time and had enough space for everything. The decorations that they provided was also of great quality. I highly recommend using this space for our event! (Please ignore the flowers in my image, these were made by the florists. Also, the centerpiece was provided by me however Tuscany does have basic centerpieces you can use at no extra cost).

Tuscany's staff was amazing! They helped me every step of the way and on the day off, they made sure my wedding went smoothly and it did. Tuscany Falls was the most fantastic venue for our wedding! Every single person we worked with was professional, helpful, prompt, and friendly. They provide excellent packages that included vendors (i.e. cake, DJ, Photo Booth) that made it easier on us for planning. My guests are still talking about the food and Iâve had engaged friends wanting to hire the DJ Tuscany paired us with (the dance floor was full all night!) The private outdoor patio was beautiful and our guests enjoyed the fireplace and additional seating outside to visit and connect with friends and family when they werenât on the dance floor. We booked the venue with Chris who was very welcoming and thorough with explaining each step of the process, timelines, and packages to us. Chris and Georganne were present throughout the night and made sure everything went perfectly (and that my husband had his own pitcher of the Sound Growler beer on tap!) We worked closely with Maria up to the big day and she was always so kind and quick to respond to any emails and questions we had. We canât thank you all enough for helping make our reception so perfect!

My experience was awesome from beginning to end. Georgeanne was absolutely wonderful. She made sure our day was as perfect as we imagined it to be. My husband and I built such an amazing relationship with her we all were sad when it was all over. Ryan was awesome also. If Georgeanne wasn't around, Ryan was there to assist and was VERY helpful. Thank you both for your help with making my beautiful day so amazing I definitely recommend Tuscany Falls. Such a beautiful venue.

My experience was awesome from beginning to end. Georgeanne was absolutely wonderful. She made sure our day was as perfect as we imagined it to be. My husband and I built such an amazing relationship with her we all were sad when it was all over. Ryan was awesome also. If Georgeanne wasn't around, Ryan was there to assist and was VERY helpful. Tuscany Falls was wonderful. They helped make our wedding day so beautiful. Georganne, Maria, and Kim were all delightful throughout the entire process, answered all of my MANY questions about the bill, always got back to us very quickly to resolve issues, etc. When we were a few months away from the wedding, I saw some reviews about the food and drinks that were negative, but I have to say, the guests/wedding party at our wedding are still telling us how amazing the food was. The pastas were all delicious, I donât eat meat but was told the fried chicken was wonderful. It has a âcomfort foodâ vibe and I feel that a lot of wedding venues have more⌠ritzy and fancy and while thatâs totally great, after a super stressful day of some of our other vendors really letting us down, someone walking up to my wife and I during cocktail hour with a tray full of fried food was EVERYTHING, lol. Genuinely, being a gay couple in the Midwest, it was kind of difficult to find a venue we felt happy and safe in, and they made us feel welcome and normal, and not as if they were âdoing us a favorâ by holding our wedding for us. Most people donât have to think about things like this, and I just wanted anyone who is reading reviews to know that queer couples should feel safe and celebrated here. My spouse is non-binary and uses the honorific âMxâ rather than âMrs.â or âMr.â and when I asked if our monogram could read âMx. & Mrs.â rather than âMrs. & Mrs.â they did it with absolutely no hesitation and that really meant a lot to us.â¤ď¸ Everyone in the venue, wait staff included, treated us with genuine respect and acceptance. It really made the day so much better and easier. Also, I feel like it should be noted aside from the positive personal experience that we had, that this venue is so insanely gorgeous. Like no matter what you canât go wrong because itâs just. So. Pretty. The photos that our photographer was able to get and the way people have told us this was the most fun and beautiful wedding theyâve ever been to makes me so happy with my decision. There was a vibe of causal comfort while still being so elegant and beautiful. We really dreamed of having our wedding ceremony in the outside Gazebo, but I didnât realize until about 12pm the day of that it was under 30° and we had to move the ceremony inside. I wasnât at the venue when my mom asked them to move it inside, but was told they were very gracious about it. Our indoor ceremony in the South Room ended up being just perfect. My wife and I, along with both of our families, highly recommend Tuscany Falls for your wedding.

We had our wedding at Tuscany Falls on 10/21/22. It was PERFECT! Everyone here was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. The package we chose had everything we needed , and our room looked absolutely beautiful. The linens and chiavari chairs were stunning! The DJ was one of theirs, and he was awesome and kept everyone dancing! We received many compliments on the food and cake, and it was just a great day overall. 10/10 would recommend this venue!!!!!

I am so very happy that we chose Tuscany Falls as our venue! We got married on 9.23.22 and it was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the venue was so professional and very helpful with everything. The food was amazing, we had the family buffet and everyone loved it! Our servers were awesome, our bartender was fantastic, & all of the other staff were amazing! We are very happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend this place to other couples. The price point was so good too! We had our wedding at Tuscany Falls and from the first time visiting the venue it didnât take long for us to realize that Tuscany Falls was going to be the place for our wedding and reception. We wanted our wedding and reception to be in separate banquet rooms and the two rooms were available for our wedding date. Throughout the planning phase, we worked mostly with Bart to make our dream a reality, however, the entire staff was always amazing. Bart and the Tuscany staff worked well with our other vendors to ensure our event was extraordinary. The beauty of the venue, the competitive pricing, and the level of service was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about the ceremony and all the cocktail hour and reception aspects such as the appetizers, dinner, sweets table, late-night pizza, the bar, and the intimacy of the private outside courtyard. We also rented the photo booth through Tuscany and everyone loved it. We are grateful to Bart and the Tuscany Falls staff for making our wedding and reception exceptional and truly memorable.

I cannot give Tuscany Falls a higher rating than 5 stars. The personnel were outstanding and SO helpful. The food was delicious. 95% of our wedding guests ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection and tender. The wait staff was so friendly. We ordered every package there was and it saved us so much time. We had the hot appetizers, sweet table, pizza at 10:30pm. DJ, Photo booth. Everything went so well. A perfect night!! Thank you to all!!

I cannot give Tuscany Falls a higher rating than 5 stars. The personnel were outstanding and SO helpful. The food was delicious. 95% of our wedding guests ordered the filet and it was cooked to perfection and tender. The wait staff was so friendly. We ordered every package there was and it saved us so much time. We had the hot appetizers, sweet table, pizza at 10:30pm. DJ, Photo booth. Everything went so well. A perfect night!! Drinks are watered down for open bar. You cannot order anything on the rocks or a shot. The manager of the east room where my wedding took place was extremely confrontational. He got into argument with me (the bride) at the bar when I tried to order tequilas with a splash of soda for myself and my bridal party. During the argument, the bartenders didnât serve anything to the guests who were waiting. He also was extremely confrontational with my maid of honor right before the bridal partyâs entrance to the reception. A woman employee interrupted an intimate moment with my husband to tell me that I need to make sure my bridal party doesnât use any confetti poppers or else Iâd be charged âa hefty feeâ for clean up. She never disclosed what the fee was only that it was âin the contractâ. This was never discussed prior so Iâm not sure what part of the contract she referred to because I didnât see that clause in the contract I have. Just overall a very negative and awkward experience. Itâs my wedding day, I shouldnât have to argue with anyone, especially any employees of the facility that I paid a lot of money to host my wedding. Shame on the male employee who is charge of the east room on Friday, April 8th. This man had the audacity to raise his voice with the bride in front of my guests. Do not book here. Thereâs so many other venues that have an affordable price point, a beautiful layout, and polite employees.

AMAZING!! The team there has wonderful communication and although we mostly worked with Maria, every member of the team was always fully caught up with our wedding. The food and cake were amazing, staff was great to work with, decor and ambiance was beautiful, and we loved the champagne fountain. There were only a few inconveniences. AMAZING!! The team there has wonderful communication and although we mostly worked with Maria, every member of the team was always fully caught up with our wedding. The food and cake were amazing, staff was great to work with, decor and ambiance was beautiful, and we loved the champagne fountain. There were only a few inconveniences. I cannot tell you how patient, available, understanding, and generous Chris, Bart, and the Tuscany Falls team were. They opened up extra rooms for us, spread out the tables, worked with us on the number of guests, and were always available to take my frantic calls. After looking at more than 10 venues, I can honestly say that Tuscany Falls is the best around! The beauty (both inside and outside), competitive pricing, great menu and upgrade options, and the level of service are outstanding. The management and staff always makes every effort to make sure our banquets are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and well fed. The food is amazing. We received several compliments on the room decor and the food was delicious. Their customer service was top notch as they did not mix any messages to me in the weeks and months before the wedding and on the day of several staff members periodically checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly. I was asked if the temperature was okay, offered drinks, and hor d'oeuvres which we really appreciated. We could not have been happier with Tuscany Falls for our wedding reception. The linens, chair options, and lighting that we chose worked out perfectly. We received several compliments on the room decor and the food was delicious. Their customer service was top notch as they did not mix any messages to me in the weeks and months before the wedding and on the day of several staff members periodically checked in with us to make sure things were running smoothly. I was asked if the temperature was okay, offered drinks, and hor d'oeuvres which we really appreciated. They were available for all questions - no matter how dumb I thought they were. The food is AMAZING! It was truly the most amazing experience and I couldn't of asked them to change one thing, honestly not one complaint! Every step of the way every person that we dealt with was so nice, friendly and helpful! When we booked with them we were a little skeptical of the no tasting rule, as I'm sure most people are but we trusted the reviews and I'm so glad we did. Our friends and family are still raving about the food from our wedding. Not only was the quality amazing but they quantity of food was amazing as well. So many times you go to weddings and you leave hungry, I can assure you that will not be the case with Tuscany! We also went with the upgraded signature package, which i would HIGHLY recommend! It included so many awesome upgrades that really impressed the guests at our wedding. Anyway, I could go on and on about Tuscany and how great they were! Everyone were so nice, and pleasant, and made sure my wedding guests and wedding party were well taken care of, customer service was top notch! The food presentation was very elegant, and tasted very good! Although I would recommend Tuscany Falls for any event, they made my wedding day extra special and remembered for days to come. We added the platinum package and it was worth EVERY penny, Iâve sculpture was beautiful and they set all of my things up beautifully. They had the place decorated to the nines, a planner to help guide us on a timeline for pictures, dances, etc... I would get married there a hundred times!

Our wedding was fantastic, and we are very glad we chose to have it at Tuscany Falls. The food was delicious, and the portions were huge. Planning was made easy by the staff at Tuscany who were very helpful and always responsive and available. As the bride, I appreciated their input and assistance. There were 2 aspects of the venue that I did not like. First, when we made the final deposit and dropped off our decorations 2 days before our wedding, we gave specific instructions about the placement of our decorations. We were assured the staff would handle everything and would make sure the room looked perfect. Unfortunately, after the ceremony when my husband peeked in the room to make sure everything was set up properly, he found that none of the table numbers were put out and the favors were not arranged as we had requested. It was very hectic for him trying to run around and arrange everything before our guests made it into the room. Had we known, we would have put everything out when we dropped it off. We simply did not want to leave all of our personal items and favors out before the wedding when the public has access to the rooms. Luckily my husband checked and was able to pull the groomsmen to quickly help him finish setting up in time.Second, we had our ceremony outside in the gazebo. During the ceremony, a bus pulled up to the front and started backing up which triggered the beeping noise. This noise was a definite distraction for the guests and for us and made our otherwise beautiful ceremony sound tacky. While I realize traffic noises could be a concern since we were outside, I would think the venue could direct cars going to and from the venue to another location not right next to the gazebo. The worst part is that no one entered or exited the bus, meaning the beeping noise occurred for no reason. While this isn't completely the venue's fault, it might not be a bad idea for them to maybe designate a different location further away from the gazebo for drop off and pick up of wedding parties - at least for vehicles that make these noises.Aside from these hiccups, the evening was perfect. Chris checked on us several times during the night, which my fiance liked. Maria was great throughout the entire process from booking to the wedding night. We really enjoyed our day.

The manager/owner came to every table to make sure everything was good with each table and took care of anything that needed to be taken care of. As the bride I had no stress the day of the wedding. Tuscany was beautiful, and made my wedding dream come true! I could not have asked for a better place to get married and have the reception! All of my guest loved it, which made it even better! Having a private area for the bridal party was amazing, for before the wedding and during if we needed to get away. Wow is truly the only word to describe Tuscany Falls! From day one, the entire staff went out of their way to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams! We reserved our wedding date and room 16 months in advance to guarantee the date and room we wanted. For the next year, I would pop in or call with any questions I had and would always be greeted and helped with a friendly face. It was such a reassurance to have our venue be the least of our worries since they had everything so under control for us. From our linens to our menu and cake every aspect Tuscany was involved in was absolutely flawless. On the day of our wedding our bartenders, Orlando and Paul, provided the best service I have ever experienced at a wedding! I still have people texting me about how personable and fun they were! The drinks provided were just as amazing as the food. Our family style dinner was absolutely delicious and I am so happy we chose that option so everyone could have as much as they would like! I can honestly say that every aspect of my wedding was even better than I had hoped. My husband and I are already wishing we will be invited to a wedding there in the near future so we can see all of the amazing people who made our day possible and enjoy the wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere again! Thank you so much to everyone who made our day possible- you are forever in our hearts!

First, I'd like to give Mark & Maria a 5 out of 5 for their amazing service. They made planning a wedding soooo stress free! However, during the night there were some hiccups from the serving staff. I'm sure this happens at all weddings, but although some minor things didn't go so well, Mark made sure to fix the situations! Two guests didn't receive their vegetarian meals, but they were quickly brought out when I informed the staff & our head table cards weren't put out, but Mark reassured me that he'd help ease my nerves. He did & even opened the bar during dinner for us early! I honestly can't thank Mark enough for everything! Overall an amazing venue & event planners!

Tuscany falls went above and beyond their job during our whole engagement and wedding. Shout out to Maria, who is absolutely wonderful. Tuscany falls is absolutely beautiful, the outdoor area is so nice. Also, the food is fantastic. It is a super convenient location (close to i-80). I couldn't of imagined my wedding anywhere else, it was perfect.

Everyone we worked with (Bart, Chris, Georganna, Kim) was just awesome, so nice, and helped keep us calm throughout the whole process. They made the planning easy and walked us through every decision we had to make. Our wedding night was everything we dreamed it would be. I had made my own centerpieces and the staff set them up for me perfectly and was so tentative to me and my guests that it felt like our wedding was VIP! They also supplied the DJ and photo booth which our guests are still raving about. Don't forget the incredible food which we got prime ribs that were cut in over two inches thick!!

We had our daughters wedding reception at Tuscany falls on September 18th. Wow! What can I say. Tuscany Falls did not disappoint. We had looked everywhere in the suburbs andChicagoland area at many venues. Tuscany Falls was the second place we looked at but I still wanted to look and check everywhere out. I am absolutely so happy we decide to go with Tuscany falls. From the beginning to end Chris and his staff were always kind helpful and professional. I was there so much, felt like we became family. No matter how many questions I had,how many calls or how many visits they were always the same willing to help with a kind attitude. The day of the wedding was just simply fabulous,when I walked into that room I was sooo extremely happy! Everything was just phenomenal. Tuscany Falls went above and beyond. My daughter's wedding was absolutely beautiful. We went with the Chiavari Chair package and I am so glad we did. The gold Chiavari chairs were beautiful in the room! All of our guest complimented on how great the food was. The service was second to none and everything was fantastic. I can truly say I miss my friends at Tuscany Falls! Thank you Chris, Maria, Kim and Bart for everything it was truly a pleasure to work with you all. I will definitely recommend Tuscany Falls 100% they will not disappoint!!

My (now) husband and I grew up in the area, but have been living in Florida the past couple of years. When researching vendors, many were not flexible about planning from a distance. The Tuscany Falls staff was accommodating and patient when answering all of our emails and phone calls, and they made the process of planning our reception very easy. The food was fantastic, the hall looked beautiful, and our guests could hardly believe us when we told them what little work we had to do. I tell everyone how fantastic they were and highly recommend to anyone who asks!

Fabulous place to have not only your wedding but any affair. The staff Maria And Kim were extremely helpful. Any snag we ran into they immediately help me straighten it out. The management team was so kind. We had a 40 year renewal of vows on July 23, 2016. We had a celebrity , band, singers, Dj, videographer, sound systems technician and a photographer. All of these attendees were grateful for the Tuscany staff. The meal was excellent and served in a very professional manner. Don't worry they had all rooms in use that evening and everything flowed smoothly. They gave us some suggestions that evening that even made things run smoother. You can't go wrong pay the cost and let them go to work and help you

Everyone was so polite and accommodating, anything we needed they took care of. The owner Chris even came around during the reception to see that everything was to our liking and if there was anything we needed he would take care of. I would highly recommend this venue.

I just had my wedding this past weekend here and it was lovely! I loved everything they did, we wanted courtyard lighting and they surprised us with it! Such a special touch, the servers were so nice and very polite. My head server Maria was phenomenal! The food was so good! All my guest loved it! We ordered the baked chicken. Everything was great drinks and the bartenders where also very friendly! Only side note I would say is the cake was not good... if you can get your own I would we did the essential package and it came with it. Other than that I highly highly recommend this place! They did an amazing Job all around! we book with them during their renovation period and was a bit hesitant due to not knowing 100% if the outcome would look like what their plan were. They management team and especially their awesome secretary help out so much with me calling and emailing questions, they were able to get back to us fast and just over all our day went perfect! The day of the wedding we were running behind and the owner say us and ask how everything was going and offered to get us a drink and he was even able to order us last minute pizzas for our late night snack the day of the wedding (we forgot to preorder) but it was not a problem! Love Tuscany Falls!

They did an amazing Job all around! we book with them during their renovation period and was a bit hesitant due to not knowing 100% if the outcome would look like what their plan were. They management team and especially their awesome secretary help out so much with me calling and emailing questions, they were able to get back to us fast and just over all our day went perfect! The day of the wedding we were running behind and the owner say us and ask how everything was going and offered to get us a drink and he was even able to order us last minute pizzas for our late night snack the day of the wedding (we forgot to preorder) but it was not a problem! Love Tuscany Falls!

Wow describes everything we experienced at Tuscany Falls. We booked a February wedding during their renovation process. We trusted that it would look amazing once it was finished and the first time we came to check it out after it was complete we were astonished! They have done an incredible job. There are so many great things about this venue. The owners and staff are so friendly and willing to help out with anything you need. We had two people who did not show up for the reception and had two people that came that RSVP'ed no. They grabbed another chair and quickly made a table of 11. They were so welcoming and helpful throughout the whole reception and were continually asking if we needed anything and how things were going. It was great to see owners and staff taking pride in making a wedding a dream come true. The food was phenomenal. We had family style and the guests were raving about how amazing the food was and were stuffed by the end of the meal. We had no issues the entire wedding. From the very beginning process they were willing to work with us to meet our needs and it was so seamless and stress-free. I would definitely recommend the Entertainment Package. It comes with more lighting, decorations, photo booth, and DJ. The room looked amazing with how they used their lights. The photo booth was packed all night long and each guest was able to get their own copy of the picture. They also give you each persons' pictures in a photo album that the guests can then write on. It was entertaining to be able to look back through and read the comments from our friends and family. Not having to pick a DJ was great and knowing they only use DJ's they have been working with for at least 2 years made the decision easy. The DJ we had was amazing and made the night fun. The dance floor was packed all night long! We will never forget the memories we made at our reception and are incredibly grateful we chose Tuscany Falls. They truly helped us make it an unforgettable night!

Such an amazing place! The staff really make you feel welcomed when you walk through the door. They show you the entire building, and explain everything in detail. Outline your payments, make it convenient, and answer all questions very thoroughly. Tuscany Falls was in process of being renovated when we booked them, so we didn't fully know EXACTLY what it would look like because normally, pictures don't turn out, BUT this place was FABULOUS! Exceeded all of our expectations, and is gorgeous! Great atmosphere, and wonderful photo opportunities! The manager was so accommodating during my wedding, that I didn't worry about a single thing! He stopped by the head table to ask me (the bride) personally how everything was going, if I was comfortable, if there was anything he could do, and when I asked him to make it cooler in the room he had zero hesitations and did exactly as requested. They even sent me a thank you card 2 weeks after the wedding, I wasn't expecting that! The food was phenomenal, the servers were amazing, and the bartenders were SUPER busy (we have a lot of drinkers!) but the wait was never long, because they were fast and made drinks perfectly! I would have my wedding all over again just to book this place. From start to finish, they were exceptional. It didn't matter what time of day I called, emailed, stopped by, they were always there to answer questions and take last minute requests. March 12, 2016 my dreams became my reality. Tuscany Falls banquet hall was absolutely amazing. My room was decorated so beautiful and I felt like a queen as I entered for my grand entrance. Maria was very helpful with helping me put all of my creative details together. My 50th Blessed birthday celebration was absolutely outstanding and now all of my friends and family want to have a celebration at this venue. The food was delicious and the drinks were outstanding. I was too excited to sit down to eat. I praise God every day for such an awesomely blessed amazing time, I had at Tuscany Falls.

The bar staff did a wonderful job. They even brought in another bartender when we had too long of a line. I just got married on August 22, 2015. We had our wedding in Chicago and our reception at Tuscany Falls Banquets in Mokena. I would have to say that I was very pleased with the customer service and overall enthusiasm that the employees gave us. From start to finish, everything was great. We had a pretty big wedding at about 270 people. I definitely had wine taste but a beer budget. Tuscany offered affordable pricing for us so that I could get all I want and then some. The look of the hall was very opulent. They recently did some updating and I must say, I loved the venue beforehand but afterwards it was just spectacular. The reason I liked this venue so much is because of all the options that were available. I really did not have to go to any other vendors for things. They did it all. This I see in the long run was very helpful.\rEmployees: Ally was our initial contact. She was bubbly and enthusiastic. She gave us a tour of the hall and went over different pricing options. We, primarily, worked with Maria. She was a huge help to us during the whole process. She answered all questions and concerns. Lastly, Chris (the owner I believe) helped in putting the last details together. He even threw in some fabric that he had draped around the wall for free. Chris came and spoke to us during the reception to make sure we were all taken care of. \rFood: Originally, I was skeptical about the food because they do not offer a taste testing. I read as many reviews as I could to find out what people really thought. My opinion is that it was good. We had the chicken, dressing, green beans, and red potatoes entrĂŠe. And, also, of course soup and salad. We had a desert table. This was a very colorful selection. We also had a late night snack. This was Beggars pizza. That was definitely great. Everyone loved that. The cake was pretty. We got a red velvet cake from one of their bakeries. \r\rI would definitely recommend Tuscany Falls.
