I had my wedding at Twelve Oak Estate on October 7. This is a day I will forever remember and I can’t thank the Twelve Oak Estate team enough for that! From the time we booked our wedding up until the day of, they were in constant communication with us. Kevin Snow did a great job keeping everyone on the dance floor all night! I absolutely loved when he came out on the dance floor with the microphone and got everyone singing “Mr. Brightside.” It was such a beautiful day and we made so many great memories! I cannot say enough good thing about this venue. It was absolutely gorgeous and a true hidden gem. Management was always extremely responsive and easy to work with. We threw them a few curve balls and they were always accommodating. We bought the wedding package that was all inclusive and it made our day so easy! 10000/10 recommend! Reviewed on 07-12-2023

Kevin is amazing! I got married here about 2 1/2 years ago and still dream about our day. Kevin was very clear on every aspect of the day. He made it clear that we had to have all of our belongings out of the venue before the reception. That was no issue. We accidentally left a speaker, and he made sure to get this back to me. Kevin truly is wonderful to work with and cares so much about each person that comes along his way. I highly recommend this venue and him as a DJ! Reviewed on 08-09-2023
Hannah Davis(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-11-2022 We got married in November 2022 at Twelve Oak Estate. At first, it seemed like a dream venue. Came with a lot of what we would need to contract out for and was a beautiful venue. We fell in love with it and signed the contract (after carefully reviewing it). We decided not to go with the photographer that was included with the venue after trying to reach out to the photographer many times over a period of 3 months. Only for him to finally get back to us 3 months later and not know that we had taken photography off our package with TOE. We were told 5 months from the wedding date, that we would have to remove all items from the house prior to the ceremony and that we wouldn’t have access to it after getting ready. Even after talking with Kevin personally and him saying we could load up our stuff after the reception (since we had a short getting ready timeline), we were told to get everything out of the house 30 minutes before the ceremony on the day of the wedding, sending my wedding party into a frenzy to get it all packed up and loaded into random cars. 2 weeks before the wedding, we paid all final balances and security deposits. Then we were hit with a hefty bill for extra chairs. I was unaware that we could invite 150 guests but had to choose if we wanted them to be able to sit during the ceremony or reception, not both, because 150 chairs only meant 150 chairs at one location. Of course, we had to pay it because we couldn’t have our guests forced to stand the entire time. On the night of the rehearsal, I find out the day of coordinator booked another wedding that night and would not be at our rehearsal, sending her assistant to work with us. This was not communicated and we didn’t find out until we arrived to rehearse. Rehearsal did not run smoothly and they did not have our line up plan. Day of the wedding, day of coordinator demands my security deposit, which was already paid in advance. During the ceremony, there were gunshots in the background. Not a problem, we actually got a good laugh out of it while up at the alter and they did tell us that since it’s in a more rural area, there’s a chance they could hear gunshots. What we did have a problem with, was having bullets zip past us while taking our couples pictures before the reception. It was a literal zip, meaning the bullets were very close to us as we were walking the driveway with our photographer and videographer. This has been brought to the attention of law enforcement as well. When we finished our special dances, we told Kevin and Rachel that there were rounds being shot in our direction, another employee of the venue agreed that the gunshots were close enough and had to have been coming from on their property. Later in the night, while my family was trying to clean up the venue, Rachel tried to take my family’s easel from my dad’s hands, claiming we were taking theirs. We brought a second easel to hold a second portrait we wanted displayed. It looked similar to the one we borrowed from the venue but was the one we brought. Overall, we were very unhappy with how the venue was managed, how we were treated, and the hidden fees and rules that were brought up after the contract was signed. Reviewed on 05-02-2023
