With stunning vistas that envelope the property, weddings held here are sure to leave a lasting impression on their attendees. Twelve Oaks Pond sits on a property that spans 125 acres. Ponds and rolling hills feature throughout the landscape, dotted by oak trees that have towered for more than a hundred years. Along the edge of the farm, the Conasauga River meanders along on its journey through the terrain. To complete this idyllic and postcard-worthy setting, the north Georgia mountains soar in the distance. Here, couples can mark their milestone moment surrounded by the tranquility and beauty of nature while enjoying the versatile event spaces. Twelve Oaks Pond has both indoor and outdoor options for weddings and suits small gatherings as well as festivities with more than 200 guests. Other events, such as engagement parties, showers, vow renewals, and more may also be held here. This former dairy farmâs hay barn has been transformed by the current owners into an elegant event space. The wood used in its refurbishment came from old houses and barns and it uses the tin ceiling from the old chicken house. With a kitchen and bar area, along with restrooms, the barn is ideal for receptions. Ceremony options are plentiful, such as the âwell houseâ for intimate vow exchanges or the deck and arbor area with seating for up to 150 people. To assist nearly-weds in bringing together all the details of their big day, the team offers event coordination services.

This venue is gorgeous. They were so helpful and made sure that everything went so smoothly even when we had forgotten items or technical difficulties. I am so happy with how my wedding turned out and they were awesome. Whether youâre planning your own wedding or have a planner, this venue is definitely a good place. I planned my own wedding and couldnât have done it without them! đ

The venue was so beautiful. They were very accommodating and helped in every way possible for our wedding. We didnât have to worry about anything and they helped queue people down aisle If there was an issue they handled it really well and didnât put any stress on us the day of. Everything was beautiful and I couldnât have asked for a better wedding day. The bridal room was huge it fit 6-10 people at a time as we were getting ready for the day. If you are looking for a barn/ outdoor venue this would be perfect. The place was beautiful and definitely worth it. The other land they have was perfect for outdoor pictures as well. I could not recommend this venue enough!

Beautiful venue, but they need pest control. Had a spider on me, and got severe ant bites. I am allergic to ant bites, and had them crawling all over me. This ruined my experience.

Our wedding was nothing short of a complete dream!! The venue was absolutely stunning. It really had all of the perks of what we wanted and needed. The inside was the rustic but elegant feel we were going for and the outside was fresh air, landscape, water. Completely serene. Our video and pictures turned out so amazing because they shared so much open space and land with us. Mrs. Jeanette, Mr. Jim, and Mrs. Amber put so much work into making our day one we will forever cherish. It was very easy to notice they have a passion for event planning/weddings and want to surpass expectations. If you are looking for a venue with all of the perks and a great team- look no further- you will be very impressed. We are forever grateful! We truly THANK YOU all!
