This brand new building, opening in April 2017 overlooks the historic Alister MacKenzie designed University of Michigan Golf Course. The 2nd Floor Ballroom is a beautiful venue for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers and much more.

We had our wedding reception here on October 7, 2023. From the first time we saw the space, we knew we wanted to book this as our reception venue. We could not have asked for a better team to make the night go smoothly. They were able to accomade everything we asked for and more. We highly reccomend this location. The food and service was outstanding and the views from the clubhouse did not disappoint.

The clubhouse was an excellent place for our wedding reception! The entire team was wonderful to work with, and the day of wedding they were extremely helpful and helped everything run smoothly. The food was delicious, and the view over the course was a great backdrop for our festivities. We also appreciated the option of having a cocktail hour outside on the patio, and a little balcony for our guests to step outside during the reception. I would recommend this venue to any couple, especially wolverine fans!

We LOVED this venue. Katy from the clubhouse and Katie from UofM catering were super accommodating and delightful to work with. The windows in the reception room provided lots of natural light and the sky was beautiful with the sunset. Pictures on the golf course worked out great. The food was delicious. Michigan was playing in the Elite 8 (and won!) so we were even able to turn on the game which was fun.

Our June 2017 was the very first wedding at the Clubhouse and they were AMAZING! We long distance planned our wedding from Denver, CO and I could not have been happier.The venue was everything my husband and I had envisioned, lots of natural light, gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, a small out door space, and beautiful views. It is a brand new location so everything inside is brand new and they went above and beyond in the design of the building. Katy from the Clubhouse and Chelsea from the catering team were fantastic to work with! They were responsive to all emails, patient with me as I missed emails from them in the final few months leading up to the wedding, and all around amazing. I'm beyond grateful that we were able to work with them.The space on the actual big day was beautiful and exactly like we had imagined. The catering team and our wedding coordinator were both fantastic at executing our vision (We dropped off the decoration materials on Friday and they set up everything on Saturday, so we saw nothing until Saturday). The catering food was delicious and we have gotten so many compliments. My husband and I were unable to attend the catering event in March 2017 so our wedding day was the first time we tried any of our food. We were ecstatic - especially since my husband is a MAJOR foodie (used to work at Zingermans). We added in the charcuterie board and they were stunning. Seriously, the food was 15/10 amazing! I can't recommend this venue enough. The staff and catering team were stellar, the space was open and beautiful, and it was our dream wedding. Go Blue!
