Nestled in the heart of NC's idyllic Piedmont province, Uwharrie Vineyards is a 70-acre working winery and wedding venue in Albemarle, NC. Every detail of this property showcases North Carolina in all its beauty and uniqueness, from the breathtaking scenery to the authentic wine produced on-site. You and your beloved can exchange vows on our 15 acres of lush vineyards, and then celebrate with up to 150 guests in our stunning reception space, The Heritage Room. Every venue rental package includes exclusive access to your ceremony setting, a space to host your cocktail hour, and The Heritage Room, allowing you to celebrate in peace and privacy at Uwharrie Vineyards. We even have get-ready suites for you and your crew to use on your wedding morning. There is no need to worry about sourcing furnishings for your special day, as everything you'll need is available on-site, including a wedding arbor, ceremony seating, reception tables (with linens), and beautiful wooden Italian cross-back chairs. We are committed to ensuring your wedding day reflects you, your beloved, and your unique tastes. Our exclusive event décor partner, Sassifras Design Studio, will work with you to design a bespoke décor plan for your celebration, allowing you to make our event spaces your own with custom florals, greenery, signage, dessert stands, and so much more. You will even get your very own wedding coordinator for your big day. Our highly experienced team will offer ongoing consultations, support, vendor recommendations, planning guides, and more. When your "I do" moment arrives, your coordinator and our venue staff will handle all the logistics and organizational tasks so you don't have to, from setting up and tearing down your décor to managing your vendors, greeting guests, overseeing your timeline, and more.
