Valley Regency is a wedding venue located in Clifton, NJ, just a 35-minute drive away from Manhattan. For more than 30 years, the establishment has offered couples a resplendent atmosphere for some of life's most special moments. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or an extravagant affair, the venue is sure to offer a distinct, memorable setting. At Valley Regency, couples and their loved ones can create lifelong memories together while surrounded by the venue's timeless elegance. To-be-weds are invited to choose from several versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces where they can host their big days. The lush garden and private grounds offer various picturesque settings where ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions can be held. Alternatively, celebrations can take place inside any of the venue's beautifully appointed ballrooms. To meet couples' one-of-a-kind visions and needs, each ballroom can be divided into separate event areas. When celebrating at this venue, couples are welcome to share their special days with up to 350 loved ones. Valley Regency strives to create unforgettable occasions that reflect each couple's unique love story and style. Here, newlyweds and their guests will be treated to exquisite cuisine, luxurious elegance, and personable hospitality. In-house catering options, including American, Continental, and Italian fare, are available for stand-out receptions. Bar services complete with premium liquors can also be provided. I cannot say enough great things about Valley Regency! I would give it a million starts if I could here! This place is absolutely stunning! Everything from the lobby, to the bridal suites, the outdoor grounds is just magical and picture perfect! Everyone is still talking about how gorgeous this place is and how delicious all the food was! The staff is AMAZING! From the moment we visited the Valley Regency, I felt in love with this place and the hospitality of the staff. Everyone wet met, including Vinny, Franco, Fabio, Anthony, etc., was super friendly and easy to work with from booking through the entire planning process. Fabio was our Maitre D and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day everything I could have ever dreamed of and more! He was absolutely amazing with the planning, always answering my emails and calls, even helping me decide on décor. He made sure everything ran on time and smoothly the day of. I had a large bridal party (32 including us) and he made everyone feel comfortable. He even explained everything in Spanish and English to ensure everyone understood and felt included. Fabio is super pleasant and funny! He really puts in the work to make your day perfect! Our bridal attendants, Maryanne and Aurora were extremely accommodating and helpful! They made sure we ate during cocktail hour and reception. Aurora even helped me with my bustle. At the end of the day, I was impressed with how fast and well they helped us pack up and clean up. All of my table numbers and signs were glass frames and they carefully packaged each one individually back into my boxes. I have endless positive things to say about Valley Regency! Ladies, if you are still venue hunting, look no more! Valley Regency is the best!

We visited 12 different venues both on Long Island and North Jersey, and this one was BY FAR our favorite and checked every single box we were looking for and then some. People are still raving about the food and the service and how wonderful and beautiful the venue was. The cocktail hour was so amazing and had so much amazing food, people were saying they didn’t even need to eat dinner after! So many people said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! Fabio was amazing and did not miss a beat, and the bridal attendants were amazing. After the reception when I wanted to change my shoes, they were already a step ahead of me with my other shoes waiting and helped me put them on! We worked with Vinny and Anthony and they are both so lovely, easy going, friendly, and truly just wanted to make our day the best it could be. Stop what you are doing and book at the Valley Regency right this moment! You will not regret it.

The Valley Regency is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this venue. It is absolutely beautiful (inside and outside), well-priced for all that you are getting, and the food is amazing! A lot of people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and people are still talking about the cocktail hour months later! All of the staff are great too,-very friendly and welcoming. We worked with Franco, Vinny, and Fabio and they all have great personalities and executed everything in a way to complete my vision. My bridal attendant Aurora was also the sweetest person and so attentive and I cannot say good enough things about her either. BOOK HERE NOW!!

We couldn't have chosen a better venue than Valley Regency! We held the Ceremony outside in the gazebo, the Cocktail Hour in the smaller ballroom, and the Reception in the Grand Ballroom. Having the bride and groom suites was very convenient. The outdoor setting surrounded by trees really separates you from the outside world. The elevated gazebo made it easy for everyone to see the ceremony. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Choosing their recommended vendors made the wedding flow flawlessly. They are obviously a well oiled machine. Working with them took a lot of stress and research out of the planning process. The food was another level! I've never had wedding food prepared so well. We had picky eaters, but they literally had a variety of choices for everyone. Dare I say, too much for anyone to be able to sample everything.I guarantee, if you choose Valley Regency, you will have an amazing wedding and save yourself a lot of work. We can't recommend them highly enough!

We must have visited about eight different venues in a span of 3 days and Valley Regency was the one that absolutely blew us away. And now that our wedding day has come and gone, we can honestly say that it STILL exceeded our expectations. First off, the people were incredible. Louis and Franco were attentive and caring and were an absolute pleasure to work with! They really did a great job helping to make our night go seamlessly without a hitch! Aurora went above and beyond in making sure the bride was cared for (keeping dress clean, bringing drinks, packing veil and over skirt, etc.) And the whole staff, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, were some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were constantly with us as we took photos out back offering us water in the summer heat, made sure we had food from our cocktail hour, and took amazing care of our guests. I cannot begin to tell you how many separate family members and friends commented on specific instances of exceptional service and kindness. And then there’s the food. Tons of people said it was by far the best cocktail hour they’d ever experienced. The live sushi chef was a HIT and so was the martini bar. The Viennese hour is another must and our guests loved it. But honestly everything was phenomenal and I’m so glad I got a chance to shake the chefs hand and say thank you to the staff. Thank you to Valley Regency for the best night of our lives! Now we’re just hoping we get invited to someone else’s wedding here so we can relive it!

We had our wedding here in May of 2023 and it was amazing! Vinny & team do an incredible job from beginning to end. The venue is sparkling clean and the ballroom is picture perfect. Our guests were raving about the huge spread for cocktail hour and how delicious the food was! Highly recommend the Valley!

From the second we walked into the Valley Regency during our venue tours I knew this was going to be the one. They recently renovated the ballroom to be more modern with gray and white tones and a beautiful ornate ceiling. The cocktail hour room has over 200 seats, so all of our guests had a place to sit which was such a huge perk for us! We were nervous that since we had only 180 guests, the ballroom would look almost empty but the room was spacious and didn’t feel empty at all! The food was also a huge reason we chose the Valley. We knew the food was amazing from attending prior events there but we were blown away by their wedding spread. The cocktail hour was extensive, there were over 75 different items, a pasta station, a carving station, a seafood station, a martini bar, passed hors d'oeuvres, and even a chef making fresh mozzarella! The dinner was equally as amazing with so many options for everyone! We also did a mini viennese display which had so many different elements: ice cream sundae bar, fondue station, italian pastries, milkshakes, zeppoles and more! We were so happy this was an option since they were able to bring the display right into the ballroom so that we didn’t have to stop the party with dessert in a different room! The people are also such an amazing part of being a Valley bride! We dealt with Anthony the most but Franco and Vinny were incredible as well. They were always there during the process to answer any questions we had and reassure us that everything was going to be perfect and that they would handle everything! And they were completely correct, they are such professionals and made sure that from the time we walked in at 7 am to the minute we left at 11:30 pm that we were taken care of. This is also due to two fabulous people Fabio, our maitre d, and Maryann our bridal attendant. They ensured that we were always happy, had everything we needed, and fed the whole day and even made sure to badger our family to eat throughout the whole reception! We knew we would be in great hands with the Valley but we are still blown away by how incredible the entire experience was there!

We had a great experience with Valley Regency! When touring, we loved the grounds of the venue and all the windows/light in the cocktail room and reception hall. Louis, Vincent, Fabio and team were all helpful and answered any questions that we had throughout the process. Our wedding day went just as planned, and the bridal attendants ensured we ate and had everything we needed. Our guests gave many rave reviews about the food, particularly the cocktail hour. Following the event, we were also assisted in finding some items that were left behind. We can’t thank Valley Regency enough for a wonderful experience.

The staff took care of EVERYTHING - setting up all our decorations the exact way we wanted it, nevertheless, the ballroom is absolutely stunning. To this day, our guests are still talking about cocktail hour, dinner, and how beautiful the entire venue was. The FOOD IS INCREDIBLE!!! I’ve been to a wedding before at Valley Regency, so when it was time to pick a venue for my own wedding Valley Regency remained number one on my list ! We worked with Vinny from the very beginning and he was easy, caring, and accommodating when it came to my wedding vision. The grounds are well maintained and absolutely breathtaking in my professional photos! The food for both cocktail hour and dinner exceeded my expectations, my guests still rave to this day at how tasty and fresh the entrees were. Absolutely amazing in every aspect possible. The outdoor area is beautiful which is where we had our ceremony. The cocktail hour has sooo much food and everything you can think of. The reception room is stunning and when I walked in for the first time I knew I wanted to get married and dance on that ballroom floor. The people there treat you like family. Vinny is helpful along every step of the way! The bridal attendants helped me all night. The Maitre de’s Fabio and Chris were amazing. Our daughter's wedding in October 2021 was perfect. Louis at the Valley regency handled everything and from start to finish we could not have been happier. The ceremony, the cocktail hour and the reception was great. The food was excellent as was the dessert. Whatever Louis said he would do he did. Very professional, respectful easy to deal with and I would recommend Valley Regency to everyone.One thing please never ever use DANO Films. This was a disaster. Unprofessional, the video did not have two of the three speeches and the album took almost 9 months and the parents' albums were wrong. To top it off he blamed the bride and groom for his errors. do not waste your money. He was paid in full and charged postage for the delivery of the albums.

Valley Regency is a top-notch, high class venue. The entire venue is so beautiful that you barely need to decorate beyond florals, the staff are super detail-oriented, and the food is phenomenal. All our guests can’t stop raving about the mind-blowing, enormous cocktail hour. Some people said they almost missed an extra room with food because there was so much! And, everything was cooked to perfection and delicious. They were extremely generous in allowing us as the bride and groom to sample one plate from every station at the cocktail hour in our bridal suite, brought us our signature cocktails to try, and allowed us to eat in peace and quiet before the party really kicked off. They handled pretty much everything that day at the venue, the only decision we needed to make was what color the up lighting needed to be!They were also incredibly accommodating to our families and our guests. My husband’s grandparents arrived very early and they took care of them – offered them some appetizers, coffee, etc. My FIL missed an appetizer during the cocktail hour he wanted to try and they made him his own plate. They also brought our parents, and then our bridal party into the cocktail hour early so they could get first dibs, which was so thoughtful! Our bridal attendant and maitre’d (Fabio) were great: we always had a full drink or plate of food if we wanted one. While there was an initial mix-up in getting some of our decor and our cake top back afterwards, Fabio went above and beyond to remedy it. Vinny was great to work with throughout the entire process, as were Anthony and Franco. Valley Regency is really all you could dream for in a venue!

We had our wedding at The Valley Regency on 7/11/21. It was spectacular. From the minute we arrived at 10 am until the minute we left at 11:30 pm, the service was impeccable. The food is insane. The guests were stunned at all the cocktail hour food. The venue is stunning. We were married outside and it was gorgeous. The ballroom, the attendants, Fabio the maitre'd, all outstanding. And of course Vincent makes you feel like family. Do not hesitate to book. We had the time of our lives!!

Food was absolutely the most important thing to my husband and I, and let me say, Valley DELIVERED. Our guests were raving about everything from cocktail hour, drinks, to Entrees. They let you totally customize the menu and choose whatever you want for entree, and the almond crusted red snapper was insanely delicious (along with everything else). The venue itself is gorgeous and the bridal suite is to die for! We ended up with ceremony inside due to thunderstorms and the room was absolutely breathtaking. Also my emails were always answered within 1 hour and they let me stop in whenever I wanted (which was kind of often since I live close). They also set up EVERYTHING I brought for decor flawlessly and packed it up perfectly for pickup the next day. The attention to detail was so impressive! The only slightly negative thing I have to say is I just wish my bridal attendents were more present. My videographer and photographer assistant were really the ones filling the role I thought the attendants would do- like bringing me water, holding my dress, helping my husband with a shoe crisis, and even sewing a button on my groomsman jacket. The attendants were nowhere to be seen during all those moments, but they did keep us a constant supply of food and bustled my dress which was nice! Overall I am so grateful we choose Valley Regency, and guests have said over and over again that it is the best wedding and food they have ever had!

We had the most incredible wedding here on 5.29. We got so many compliments on how much food there was at cocktail hour and how delicious the food was. They redid the venue and every room is stunning. We got married outside under the gazebo which looks amazing in pictures. Some guests said it was the best wedding they have been to. The first time we walked into Valley Regency we knew there was something special about this venue, but decided not to book right away as we had other appointments. After looking at 10 venues it became very clear that Valley Regency was the perfect fit for us. Our only regret was not realizing this sooner. We chose to plan our wedding within 6 months and never felt pressured with making a decision. We mainly worked with Franco who was amazing from start to finish. Franco was extremely patient, flexible, and honest when answering all of our questions. On some occasions we dealt with Vincent who was just as great! Valley Regency had all of the elements we were looking for in a wedding venue including its beautiful grounds, breathtaking ballroom, and of course the sprawling cocktail hour. We loved the fact that they only host one wedding at a time, making the staff devoted to you. The spacious and well-manicured grounds allowed us to take a variety of photos with great backdrops. The elevated ceremony space provided all of our guests with a clear view of the ceremony and made us feel like we were on top of the world. The cocktail hour room was very spacious which allowed our guests to eat and mingle comfortably, and also offered a wide variety of dishes that ensured there was something for everyone.Our Maître d' (Danny) and both Bridal Attendants were AMAZING! Danny did not miss a beat, kept us on schedule, and went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was perfect! Unfortunately the weather on our wedding day was spotty with periods of heavy rain which made us debate moving the ceremony indoors. Danny kept monitoring the weather throughout the afternoon and thankfully led us in the direction to remain outside. Our Bridal Attendants looked out for us every second of the day to make sure our glasses were not left empty and that we were able to take a step back and enjoy the food.Overall, every aspect of the venue was absolutely beautiful and made for a perfect day. Since our wedding, Valley Regency has done additional renovations to make their already magnificent venue even more spectacular. It has been over a year and a half since our wedding and our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue and its grounds were, as well as how delicious the food was. We cannot thank all of the venue staff enough for making our day so memorable and the best day of our lives. Valley Regency did not disappoint and we highly recommend!

Before we or any of my guests could ask for something the staff was doing it. Danny our MaitreD was phenomenal and so personable. He made us feel so welcome and at ease throughout the whole day! Our bridal attendants Neva and Aurora were nothing short of amazing, tended to our every need and always had a smile. They made sure we had a chance to eat at cocktail hour by literally having dishes with every single on it. The food was fantastic all around from cocktail hour down to the mini pastries and fruit at the end of the night. The cocktail hour is one of the best we have seen so many options and one thing is better than the next. Hot, fresh, seasoned perfectly and the presentation was beautiful! Having a big fat Italian wedding the room was full of critics however everyone had nothing but great things to say!! “Best wedding ever, this venue is amazing” is what we kept hearing from our guests over and over. From the minute we walked in we knew this was the venue for us! After seeing 8 other venues we kept comparing the cocktail room view to a beautiful outside, and the bridal suite. The new renovation thru out the venue is beautiful. So we decided to go with the Valley Regency. We most say it was the best decision ever. Our wedding was on September 7, 2019 I think we met everyone at the venue lol... Vincent we did the contract with him nice guy. Danny (maitre d) absolutely awesome... He made the groom a big long island iced tea on a huge Martini glass making him very happy. Danny helped me to make super special the reserved chairs for grandma and my husband aunt celebrating with us from heaven ... it was truly a beautiful detail. Irene Thank You so much for everything... you took care of me, my husband and my kids. From the moment we got there u did everything for us. All of our guests still talk about the unbelievable cocktail hour. The food AMAZING!!! I really had my dream wedding... a lot of friends and family called it a fairy tale wedding... We renewed our vows for our 25th wedding anniversary because we never had a wedding and from the moment we met Vince, he was amazing! We have no regrets and we would definitely love to use them in the future as well as recommend them to anyone that needs a venue. Danny was amazing! Vince was spectacular and Irene was THE BEST! The sweetheart table was awesome, and the gazebo looked fabulous! Vince is very responsive. I never had to wait more than a few hours for a reply from him. We searched for a year for a venue and seen many venues but we hit the jackpot when we came across Vince and the Valley Regency. We live in Pennsylvania and was more than happy to travel the 90 minutes to have our wedding there.Vince gave helpful suggestions since we were new to this. We love Vince! The food was so delicious. All of our guests still talk about the unbelievable cocktail hour. Never seen one like that before. The service was top notch. The venue was the impeccable. From the gardens to the cocktail room to the ballroom. We have friends and family saying The Regency is where they want to get married. Let me tell you, all of this information was TRUE! They really do take care of you here. They make sure it is about the bride and groom, which I loved. The ballroom is magnificent. It is the perfect size for a large dance party, which is what we had! Valley explains everything to you right before your wedding so you are prepared for anything. They do not let you worry about a thing and the set up/break downs are honestly super impressive as well. I hope to come to another wedding here (not ours, of course...unless we do a renewal) so we can eat their food again and take our time because, trust me, the night flies by but you are well taken care of!

I had my wedding here on 7/12/19 and I really cannot talk enough about how amazing this venue was! They’re constantly renovating, so the place is always one of the most beautiful in NJ. My husband and I were drawn to it because of its amazing ballroom and the fact that they only do one wedding at a time. We worked with both Franco and Vinny during the planning process and they were outstanding. They were able to accommodate any request without question (we were able to get into the bridal suite when the venue opened, they procured every type of food we could think of, and most important, they were extremely pleasant and professional). The cocktail hour was INSANE. Wall to wall food and it was all delicious! I can’t tell you how many people came up to us to tell us how it was the best cocktail hour they’ve ever been to. Danny, our Maitre D, had the party running like a well-oiled machine, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Last but not least, the bridal attendant, Irene, was an angel. She anticipated every need before I even think of it. She brought us a little bit of everything during cocktail hour, all 3 entrees for dinner, and even replenished our sorbet intermezzo when it melted due to us being outside for pictures. Not only did she make my day incredible, but my parents & husband said that she was catering to them all night at the same level that she was catering to me! If you’re considering the Valley Regency, DO IT. You’ll be in amazing hands.

Danny, our Maitre D, had the party running like a well-oiled machine, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Last but not least, the bridal attendant, Irene, was an angel. She anticipated every need before I even think of it. She brought us a little bit of everything during cocktail hour, all 3 entrees for dinner, and even replenished our sorbet intermezzo when it melted due to us being outside for pictures. Not only did she make my day incredible, but my parents & husband said that she was catering to them all night at the same level that she was catering to me! If you’re considering the Valley Regency, DO IT. You’ll be in amazing hands.

We absolutely loved getting married at the Valley Regency! We saw about 10 venues in North Jersey and fell in love with the venue from our first visit. The venue has been recently renovated/updated and everything is absolutely incredible! There are great options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, the cocktail hour room is beautiful with lots of seating and space, and the ballroom is breathtaking!Throughout the whole wedding process Vincent and his team were incredibly helpful and promptly answered all of our questions by phone or email. All of Vincent's advice in the weeks leading up to the wedding was 100% accurate. They are truly professionals and do everything they can to make you happy!Everything went perfect the day of the wedding and Vincent and Danny ensured it was a success! There was an amazing amount of food and a month later our guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and the outdoor ceremony space. We are so happy that the weather cooperated and we were able to get married outside! The only hiccup was that they forgot to put out our \"thank you\" gifts out at the end of the night, but Vincent went above and beyond and mailed the gift to each guest, which worked out even better than planned! The reception hall itself is stunning, We had a minimal lighting package with our DJ, because the room truly needs little help looking lovely all night. I looked at a few venues for my wedding before seeing the Valley Regency. I had set up an appointment with Vinny and came with my parents to check it out. I had just came from another venue and thought I had found my wedding venue, but I didn't want to cancel any appointments for the day, I am so glad I didn't. The Valley Regency BLEW ME AWAY. First off, their garden areas are phenomenal. There is a gazebo area for the ceremony and a water fall and fireplace for pictures. It is just so beautiful. We then got to see the bridal suite which was the size of some ballrooms of weddings I have been to. We then got to see the cocktail hour room. WOW, just wow! We had actually come on a Saturday and they were setting up for a wedding later in the day. The cocktail hour room was AMAZING! Every food you could think of, was there. I think right there may have sealed the deal for me. We then got to see the ballroom, it was just perfect. When seeing the ballroom, I knew this is where I want to have my wedding. After seeing everything you get, I was a little worried about the price, but it was so affordable and you really get your money's worth at this venue. We ended up booking the Valley Regency the next day. One thing that really blew me away about this entire wedding experience was how accomodating and helpful Vinny, Danny, Franco, Luis and Frank were. They helped me find my band as well as give me tips on all of my other main vendors. They were so real and made me feel like family. Vinny was always so fast to answer any emailed questions I would have and they all always went above and beyond for me. Danny, my maitre d, was THE BEST. I cannot thank him enough for making my wedding run so smoothly. My dad told me the next day that before the wedding, someone had dropped and broke all of the signs I had made for each table with our wedding hashtags on them. Danny found a hot glue gun and fixed every single one of them before the reception and I didn't even know. He literally made my day perfect. I cannot thank the Valley Regency enough for giving me the most perfect wedding ever. I am not sure why you would look anywhere else for your wedding because this place is the best. I love the venue and people who work there and will forever be grateful for all of the lasting memories they gave me.

I had my wedding here one week ago and I am one happy bride! The Valley Regency was the 12th and last venue that we looked at! After seeing their brand new, sophisticated ballroom, I decided to look no further. The place is huge and beautiful, and it was one of the few places that was able to have a seat for all guests during cocktail hour. The cocktail room overlooks a beautiful garden and outdoor fireplace area, allowing guests to have a view while enjoying the food. The grand ballroom was elegant and sat all of my 200 guests without feeling cramped, even having ample space for all the DJ equipment and photo booth. The food was nothing short of amazing! All of my guests kept raving about the wonderful selection during cocktail hour and the main courses also did not disappoint. There was also a wide assortment of desserts during the Viennese hour and there was a waiter/waitress for every table to ensure that every guest was taken care of appropriately. What separates this place from many other venues was the personal attention given to me and my husband during the wedding planning. Most places felt like a wedding factory, eager for people to book quickly but refusing to invest time in the couple’s concerns. Vinny, our main point of contact through it all, was always available via email to answer any questions or address requests. I don’t think I ever heard the word no from him! He made everything work to make me and my husband happy. During the actual day of the wedding, I felt reassured by the amazing staff. I was anxious at first about not hiring a wedding planner or coordinator, but I quickly realized that I did not need one. The maître’d Danny ran the reception smoothly and timed everything appropriately—from our first dance to the dances to cake cutting. The bridal attendant Irene was always at my side asking if I needed anything and made sure that there was always food/dessert at our table. She even took care of our family’s tables and made sure they were happy and comfortable. My family raved about their drinks always being filled and Irene tending to their needs. The grounds are beautiful for an outdoor ceremony and photos, and in the event of in climate weather, they have a Large, Gorgeous, Fully-Equipped Bridal Suite with a fireplace, which is where our post-church photos were taken. They provide a server for each banquet table (we had 300 guests), an unbelievably attentive bridal attendant who, not only provided the bridal party of 24 anything and everything we needed, she also bustled my daughter's enormous gown for us. Our Maitre d, Danny, was equally attentive. We even had 2 guest arrive(belonging at a close-family table) who had previously stated they were unable to attend,and within seconds they were provided for (at the table they belonged) I still don't know how they accomplished it!!Throughout the evening, they reminded us we could call upon them for anything we could possibly need. This was never necessary, because they had anticipated any and everything. It is a gorgeous facility and the service is unrivaled. If you are having a New Jersey wedding, you MUST visit the Valley Regency!

When I started wedding planning it was about just having a wedding so my family & friends can see me get married. Never had I expected to feel like a Queen for the day. Danny and his team really was on top of everything for a smooth wedding. I had some special needs guests at my wedding and Valley Regency was extremely accommodating. I also told my bridal attendant that I was diabetic and she made sure I had food or something to drink all the time. They had just recently renovated their ballroom and bridal suite. It is STUNNING. The whole staff was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. As an example, we were able to substitute some of the food so that it was more aligned to our cultural background. I fell in love with the Valley Regency the moment we stepped inside for our tour. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with constant improvements and renovations, to make the place spectacular. We loved that they are a \"one event at a time\" venue and gave us confidence in putting our wedding day in their hands. We had visited the Rockleigh Country Club right after and as beautiful as that venue is, I couldn't stop thinking about the Valley during our tour. The food is OUTSTANDING, our guests were blown away with our cocktail hour and the courses. The open bar was essential and there was enough space for our light tours, photobooth, and all 200 guests on the dance floor. We held our ceremony outside and were blessed with a 70 degree November evening and lost count of how many compliments we received on our ceremony.We worked with Vinny who answered all of my questions without a hint of aggravation and had Danny as our Maitre d' who was a godsend the day-of the wedding. From the day we signed the contract to the day after the wedding when we picked up our decorations, we truly felt like family.I could go on and on about how much we love this venue!!!

The food is OUTSTANDING, our guests were blown away with our cocktail hour and the courses. The open bar was essential and there was enough space for our light tours, photobooth, and all 200 guests on the dance floor. We held our ceremony outside and were blessed with a 70 degree November evening and lost count of how many compliments we received on our ceremony.We worked with Vinny who answered all of my questions without a hint of aggravation and had Danny as our Maitre d' who was a godsend the day-of the wedding. From the day we signed the contract to the day after the wedding when we picked up our decorations, we truly felt like family.I could go on and on about how much we love this venue!!!

From the moment we stepped foot inside the Valley Regency, our breaths were taken away. This venue is absolutely stunning. It has that \"wow\" factor! He worked with us to make everything perfect. He walked us through every step of the way and answered every crazy question we had. We called at all hours of the day throughout the process when something popped in our heads, and someone always got back to us. My parents even began calling and developed a good rapport with him! The day of the wedding was magical. Danny went above and beyond and made everything fall into place. He was kind of like a ninja. We didn't seem him all of the time, but he was there at all of the right times. The bridal attendants were like having two guardian angels on my shoulders at all times. They made sure we ate food, they kept our glasses filled, they even served a platter of food to my parents, who were too busy greeting everyone at the cocktail hour! These ladies bustled my dress and make sure I was happy all night long. I have never in my life felt more like a princess without any worries. Our wedding day was the best day of our life...it was perfect...it was magical...just like the Valley Regency! The renovations made to the Valley Regency were completed just in time for our wedding! The fireplace behind the sweetheart table made for the most amazing pictures. The bridal suite was beautiful and huge...it accommodated our large bridal party and immediate families with comfort! We cannot say enough about how wonderful the Valley Regency was before, during and after our wedding!!! When we went to visit and talked with Louis we felt like family and were always taken care of. Everything went so smoothly. The venue was set up just as I wanted with all my extra touches that I wanted. People were RAVING about the cocktail hour. There was so much food!!! And it is such a big room everyone will be able to sit and eat. It was amazing. The bridal attendants were there every time I needed them and they made sure we actually ate during the cocktail hour. The maitre d, Danny, was there for us every step of the way and he did a really fun fire show. He made sure the night ran so smoothly! I wish I could do it all over again. The next day they had all of our decorations neatly packed away for us to take home. Valley Regency is a hidden gem that will leave your guests blown away!

The Valley Regency is amazing. Franco kept telling me not to worry about anything but I had my reservations after being to so many weddings at other venues and seeing things go wrong. Franco was completely right! I had nothing to worry about. They were so professional and accommodating. Danny was wonderful, he had everything under control and completely eased all of our nerves about what to do. The bridal attendants were also amazing. They gave us a table at the head of the cocktail hour and brought food to us! Throughout the wedding anything that needed to be taken care of was without question. We had food restrictions, children, a large wedding and other unique things that were no problem for them. I would pick the Valley Regency over and over again. They were wonderful!

This place is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff did everything we could have wanted of them. It looks much better in person that it does in the ads so if you're unsure go take a look for yourself. They seem to be constantly renovating but are super quick with it. We saw them several times during the year before the wedding and there was always something that had just been redone but nothing looked unfinished at any point or like they were in the middle of a renovation. It was somehow always in a state that was presentable to guests even though they were redoing several rooms.The food was awesome especially for a catering hall. I have never before had a steak done to the exact doneness I had requested if I was in a group nevermind one of hundreds. I've been to many catering halls over the years and several in the last year as my friends have gotten married and this place had the best food. It was also great that we had our own table during the cocktail hour already stocked with all the food available. It gave us the option to eat everything while we had the chance or wander around and mingle for the little time we had.If you're set on having a rehearsal at the venue, you might need to do some finagling because this place is always booked. It didn't matter much to us since we were doing a first look anyway. We just did a quick 10 minute rehearsal before our actual ceremony and it went without a hitch.Everything about this place was great. I never had to worry about anything with them. It was all beautiful. It was a lovely stressfree experience with them.

Booked the Valley Regency for our upcoming wedding and so far everything has been a breeze. Franco and Anthony have been very helpful in getting us the date, pricing, and options that we wanted as well as making sure to include everything in the contract that I requested. Before we booked we were eager to see what a cocktail hour looked like so they allowed us to come in and see one all set up and walked us through the venue on a few different visits so that we could really envision our wedding day there. I can't wait to have my wedding there and will be sure to review after it's all over!! :)Update: Amazing experience! Danny and Irene were wonderful to work with! Irene made sure we took time to sit and eat, even helping to keep people away from us so we could have a few moments to ourselves. She filled our table with every food from cocktail hour, as many entrees as we wanted, and every dessert from the Viennese hour. We always had fresh drinks as well. She helped when my veil came un-bustled immediately before our big entrance, a stressful moment for sure, but she was calm and helpful. She helped lift and fluff my dress with any move I made. Danny and Irene both made sure the night flowed smoothly and that we got exactly what we wanted out of our experience. They were so important to the success of the night. The food was delicious and there was so much of it! Our guests were extremely impressed.

I had my wedding at Valley Regency on August 12, 2016. I’m not going to lie… I’m probably one of the most organized people you’ll ever meet, and yet I had the challenging task of putting together my wedding from scratch; my fiancé Mary, unfortunately, was limited in helping me out with the logistics because of her busy work schedule. However, I was up for the task, but next to buying a house, I’ve since learned that producing a wedding is not only a complicated mission, it’s one of the most expensive endeavors I’ve been faced with. Trust me when I say this: I’ve learned that if you want all the trimmings (venue, DJ, video, photo, florist, etc.) and have 200 guests, you will not be able to do a New Jersey wedding for less than 50K. This price includes everything from hair and make-up to wedding favors to hotel welcome bags to the tips for the limo driver, shuttle driver, various vendors, church offering, etc. But that was okay with me… I was expecting it. And trust me, my fiancé and I were very smart in searching for the best while negotiating for the right price. Our best decision was to go with the Valley Regency. Franco was our main point of contact. We agreed that a Friday night wedding worked better for our budget. That being said, Franco was very generous in helping us meet our needs and even throwing in a few extras that would have been quite pricey otherwise. I asked a lot of questions, had a lot of concerns, and did a lot of preparation at the venue. Danny was our Maitre'D and saw to it that we were on task, fed, and happy. There were many elements we incorporated into the reception and they made sure they happened. We loved the fact that during the cocktail hour everyone had a chair if they wanted. We also enjoyed how the staff stuck to our script. We had a lot going on in a short amount of time. The quality of professionalism, ambiance, price, food, and assistance are is good as you’ll ever get in the wedding business. My utmost appreciation and thanks to the entire staff who helped us that night.

Franco was always available to answer questions or show us around through the planning process. He was a huge help. And Danny was truly amazing!!! He was our maitre d' and really went above and beyond to make our rehearsal and wedding night perfect. His calming personality and humor had us smiling and laughing all night long. Danny was amazing on my wedding day from fluffing my dress to keeping calm to making sure I was having fun the whole night. Franco was awesome during the planning process and Irene my bridal attendant was wonderful !! My guests have not stopped talking about the food and how amazing it all was!!! Thank you again to Danny, Franco, Irene and Valley Regency for making our day magical!!!!!!

My wedding was 2/14/16 and it was truly amazing. Valley Regency exceeded my expectations by far. Danny was amazing on my wedding day from fluffing my dress to keeping calm to making sure I was having fun the whole night. Franco was awesome during the planning process and Irene my bridal attendant was wonderful !! My guests have not stopped talking about the food and how amazing it all was!!! My wedding was on October 18, 2015 and we selected the Valley Regency. The whole process was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I really can't say one negative thing about it. The customer service was the best I have come across. With being a bride I wanted to make sure I got every detail. I must have called the regency probably 20 times at least and every time they accommodated me and always answered all of my questions. Frankco took excellent care of us. He even gave us extra dessert and a discount on the lighting package which was very helpful for us since we payed for the wedding ourselves. The wait staff was incredible has well. Our guests didn't even have to go to the bar all night because there was a waiter per table and got them everything they needed. Truely unbelievable because mostly places aren't like that. The bridal attendant Irene and the Maidtre Danny were excellent and always there for anything we needed. Every guest came up to me and couldn't believe how incredible it was. From the cocktail hour to the service to the grounds, everything was beautiful and excellent. Thank you to all the valley regency staff for making our day truely unforgettable.

Wow! That is one of the many words to describe the Valley Regency. We were married at the Valley Regency on October 10th, 2014 and can not find enough words to describe how amazing our special night was. We were blown away by how attentive the staff was and how smoothly everything went. Franco, Danny and Irene truly made our wedding fantastic and we can't thank you enough. We had a beautiful ceremony outside in the gazebo which was decorated with fall mums and koi ponds. Rain was threatening and the staff helped us remain calm and were ready accommodate an indoor ceremony if needed (thankfully it wasn't). We proceeded into the enormous room for cocktail hour, large enough for all of our 170 guest to have their own seat and more food then you could ever imagine. The food was outstanding for cocktail hour as well as dinner. The ceremony room was beautifully decorated with up-lighting features from the venue and a grand entrance. We enjoyed being the only wedding at the venue. The service from the staff was unbelievable. Every where you turned, someone was there to assist you from the bridal attendant to the maitre d'. We found out later in the night at our hotel that our maitre d' Danny personally drove my husband's grandmother back to the hotel because she was tired and needed to leave. That is the type of service you can expect to have at the Valley Regency, which is rarely found these days. Overall, our experience was truly amazing and we could not have asked for anything more. They helped make our dream wedding come true! Thank you Franco and Danny!
