A Country Barn With All The Charm
Waynesburg, PA is home to a captivating wedding venue in Valley View Farm. Set upon the hillsides of Greene County, this quaint establishment offers a slice of heaven to excited nearly-weds. Steeped in history, the venue’s dedicated administration strives to uphold its longstanding traditions. Those who choose to host their special day here can assure themselves of a personalized experience rarely found anywhere else. Valley View Farm’s history begins in 1905. After being built it operated as a carriage trading center. Over the years the property changed hands several times and was used for many different purposes. It received an extensive renovation in recent years, bringing it out of the 20th century while still maintaining its vintage charm. Included in every rental is the venue’s historical barn. Decorated with a range of antique ornaments, this location offers a unique backdrop to your wedding day event. Additionally, a quaint, fully-furnished 1900s farmhouse with a wrap-around porch is available for use. An outdoor stage area boasting a custom barn wood archway and white lattice backdrop offer a wildflower-surrounded space ideal for intimate ceremonies. At Valley View Farm, they want it to be about you and your big day. In this light, they offer a range of service offerings and exclusive packages to ensure all your needs are met. Each collection is tailored to fulfill any requirements depending on the amount of input you might necessitate. Here, an experienced event planner is provided to you, ensuring that your vision for the big occasion is understood and implemented to perfection. Similarly, an in-house DJ service is included with every rental along with a sound system and speakers. A horse-drawn carriage can be arranged at your request, allowing you and your loved one to arrive at the event in a fairytale fashion. Importantly, ten percent of the hiring cost of this venue go to Butterfly Angels, a non-profit organization that offers support to local bereaved parents.

I truly do not have enough words to say how amazing our experience was with Valley View Farms. You get so much more than just a wedding venue with them. Every member of their staff truly cares about making your day so special and one you will never forget. I personally had a family emergency during my wedding weekend and they were sure to take that extra step and help in every way they could to make the weekend so smooth. There is truly no better place to have a wedding! Wish I could relive that day over and over again!

Christy and Caitlyn were fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always available when I needed them, even when I felt like I was being a pain. The venue was everything I ever imagined my wedding venue to be. They had lists of preferred vendors which was super helpful and even helped us find a pastor and ultimately a new church. Highly recommend them, you will get a venue and wedding planner in one.

Christy and Caitlyn were fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Always available when I needed them, even when I felt like I was being a pain. The venue was everything I ever imagined my wedding venue to be. They had lists of preferred vendors which was super helpful and even helped us find a pastor and ultimately a new church. Christy and Caitlin at valley view farm were an absolute pleasure to work with. They took care of so much on our wedding day to help ease our stress and worry. Their farm and barn was absolutely beautiful. My now husband and myself went to look at the venue before booking.As soon as we walked in we were in love with it, but then we met Christy and she told us about their charity and their family. When I first started looking for a venue, Valley View stuck out as my number 1. They were very responsive and answered every single question we had. And there were a whole lot!! My stepdad grew up in Waynesburg - basically farm neighbors with the Orndorff’s, so it was really cool to see him light up as soon as we walked in for a tour. We got married on Sept 16th and everything was beyond expectation. The weather was PERFECT as well which made our day even better. Caitlin and her mom do everything they can to make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing. They use their own DJ (Jason) who is wonderful, and they recommended our caterer who has his own smoker on the property, and it was hands down the best food I’ve had in my life! Valley View team really has it all figured out. They all work together and work behind the scenes to take care of everything. I would 100% recommend them again and again. Thank you all for making our night the best night of our lives ❤️

Valley View is a beautiful place to host your wedding and the Orndorff family who run the venue are amazing. The moment we toured with Christy we felt like we knew her for years and the barn has so much history and meaning behind it. The pictures that you get in the barn and around the property are stunning. Not to mention guests love to see the beautiful horses they have. Christy and Cailitin helped me thru the entire planning process, all the vendors they suggest are amazing and they made sure my day went perfect they handled anything that came their way, like cutting and serving my cake. If you are looking for a barn venue that's breath taking and treat you like family then look no further then Valley View.

Valley View Farm Venue was the perfect place to get married with my husband. We are very informal people, but yet all of the added touches from the barn made it feel like a fairytale. Caitlin and Christy make the best team. They both were there every step of the way, responding back to texts and calls all hours of the day or night. Also solving some of our uncertainties in an instant! They made our wedding day a breeze. Helping set up wedding day (including unloading our cars without hesitation!), checking in at the bridal suite, maintaining all the vendors that come in and out, keeping up to schedule for timing, breakdown after the wedding. You really feel like family there and not just another wedding that was booked. We also were so touched of the Butterfly Angels: The McKinley Anne Foundation and symbolic glass window pane, as is held close to heart for some family members. We couldn’t have been happier of how our wedding day had gone. Please visit the barn and you’ll fall in love just like us, and don’t hesitate to book! From the first moment my now wife and I got into view of Valley View Farm, we were in love with the venue. The farm and renovated barn (with HVAC) are absolutely gorgeous. Little did we know until we met Christy and stepped inside of the barn what beauty awaited us. The barn venue inside and out is ornamented with beautiful wood and farm memorabilia, beautiful lights, an awesome bar, stage and dance floor. Christy and her family were incredible to work with to achieve the dream wedding my wife and I had imagined. We booked with excitement and the planning went very smoothly. Christy and her family were extremely responsive during the time leading up to the wedding and were absolutely incredible in working/handling the event. The exclusive DJ Jason was awesome, the staff that christy recommended were awesome, her family is the best! We brought in our own caterer and some other staff, and the event went perfectly! I can’t stress enough how beautiful the barn is (inside and out), and how truly wonderful it was working with Christy and her family. We felt like family the moment we booked! We had around 200 guests and everyone had an incredible time! Being two levels, there are lots of ways things can be handled but we made decisions together with Christy and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect event! We love Valley View Farm and the Orndorffs! I highly recommend VVF, Thank you so much for a wonderful and beautiful wedding!

They double, triple checked to follow CDC guidelines and were able to accommodate effortlessly even on the day of to make our day go smooth. I highly recommend using their preferred vendor list. My husband and I were paying for our own wedding and the vendors worked within our budget without questions and helped us save. The entire family at this farm are very genuine and thoughtful!
