I could go on and on for days why you should choose Valleybrook Country Club. Let me start my saying Tracey Mullin sold me! She made this experience so easy and she was just so kind and welcoming. She is the Events Coordinator at Valleybrook and she is the 100% BEST OF THE BEST. Great customer service goes a long way and Tracey topped that! Tracey really made me feel confident in my decision right from the beginning! All of the staff at Valleybrook I give 5 stars to! When tracey was unavailable Jocelyn was always there to step in. Valleybrook was recently renovated and it was just absolutely beautiful by the time my wedding came. I love the grand ballroom and the cocktail hour space. The food was delicious. Was told after my wedding that nobody left food on their plate.. ( Shout out to the cook!!) My wedding concierge Gwen was awesome!! If I didn't have a drink in my hands was right there asking if I wanted another. I was never really alone all night. Amanda ran our wedding and took so many beautiful photos of the decor that she later sent to me!! I am just so happy we chose Valleybrook!!

She literally handled everything & was there if I needed her. Not only was the day perfect, but the food was talked about for HOURS, then the chocolate lounge got set up and everyone of our guest raved about it. Definitely did not disappoint at all!

This venue gave us everything we wanted in a wedding. I originally wanted a barn wedding, but also wanted a venue that provided more. This place had the dĂ©cor and feels of a rustic wedding, while being on a golf course. The rooms are newly renovated and painted and the venue comes with so much! Drinks, food, cake, table linens, tables, easels, dĂ©cor, table signs, card box, and a golf cart are all available! The food here is amazing (tasting, rehearsal dinner, and cocktail/reception). Weâve had multiple people reach out to us on food compliments. The staff are the most helpful and nicest people (Tracey, Dominique, and Nicole). They all helped with any questions we had and made sure everything looked and turned out perfect! They really make sure you and your family are happy all through the day. The bridal suite is available all day and there is a place for the men to hangout while waiting as well. They have multiple options for the ceremony as well. We chose Magnolia Lane, but they also have a large, beautiful tree, and the ballroom option. They also have a lot of photo opportunities with the landscape and neon signs. I truly canât say enough good things about this place or the people.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Valleybrook thanks to Tracey Mullin and her team. Leading up to the day, they were responsive and thoughtful in our many questions to them. On the actual day of the wedding, they had decorated the venue beautifully and directed everyone and everything without a hitch. The food and dessert spread was amazing--people are still telling me about how much they loved the chocolate room. The assistants were also attentive to myself and my husband, bringing us food from the cocktail hour and dessert table that they knew we didn't get a chance to enjoy. We can't recommend Valleybrook enough as a wedding venue.

Tracey @ the Valleybrook staff exceeded all of my expectations for my wedding day. Tracey was a delight to work with from day 1. It truly is a one stop shop for everything. I didnât need to purchase any decorations, the cake was part of the package, the chocolate lounge at the end of the night was a huge hit. The food was excellent and there was so much of it! I feel like I got SO MUCH bang for our buck. There was not a single thing to worry about that day, Allison and Brooke were the concierges that day and they took care of literally everything. I donât have enough nice things to say about the whole experience. My wedding was magical and Valleybrook was a huge reason why (my handsome husband gets the rest of the credit :))

Valleybrook Country Club gave us the wedding of our dreams!! We booked Valleybrook almost two years before our wedding. We had toured about 10 other venues and none of them seemed to quite fit our style and budget. As soon as we walked into Valleybrook, we knew it was a strong contender based on looks and feel alone. Then we met Tracey and started to discuss our budget and vision for our wedding day. The price was just right for us and Tracey made us feel right at home. Tracey was always very attentive to my emails and questions throughout the entire planning process. The week leading up to our wedding, we talked quite a bit and she was very helpful with so many things. Our wedding day came and went off without a single hiccup thanks for Tracey and her team. Our Wedding Concierge, Nicole, was amazing as well. She kept us hydrated all night and truly spoiled us. I am so thankful we went with Valleybrook for our wedding and would recommend to any couple looking for a budget friendly wedding that doesn't look or feel like a budget wedding. Thank you Valleybrook for absolutely everything!!

Tracey, the private events director/wedding specialist, was always available to answer my questions in the months leading up to wedding day. Tracey played a great role in making sure our day ran smoothly. We had such a perfect wedding day and we still have guests raving about the food, venue, and the Photo Booth. If youâre looking for an affordable venue with the nicest coordinator (Tracey) then this is your one stop shop. The communication was easy and Tracey was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. The remodels here are BEAUTIFUL. Even though it rained and I couldnât get married outside, they transformed the inside so quickly (we were holding off as long as we could to see if the rain would pass) and it looks great! They have a ton of signs/decor you can use which made that aspect of planning a breeze. My husband now frequently golfs here, haha. Thank you VB for helping me have a great night!

I am so happy that we chose Valleybrook for our wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning and Tracey and her team did a fantastic job putting everything together to my exact specifications. We got so many compliments from guests on the food, it was all delicious. They did our rehearsal dinner too and everything was fantastic. Tracey really does wonders and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. It was everything we hoped for and more.

I had my dream wedding here. it was an amazing experience from the time I booked my wedding until the day after when I picked all of my decorations up. all of the staff were amazing, especially Tracey. She knows what she is doing and does a fantastic job at handling everything. Nicole was my day of coordinator and she was just as fabulous. she was will me all day and helped me with everything. The ballroom was decorated better than I could have every imagined. The pricing is honest and upfront. I would do it all over again if I could.

I could write pages and pages about why you should choose Valleybrook Country Club for your next event, and every reason boils down to one common theme and that is Tracey Mullin! She is the Events Coordinator at Valleybrook and she is the BEST OF THE BEST. When I got engaged two years ago, never did I think my wedding would be in the middle of a pandemic. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure my event was beautiful, despite all of our obstacles (state regulations and guest limits). So many other brides struggled with vendors that were not cooperative during this time and that was not the case with Valleybrook! I very much appreciate good customer service and I assure you it doesnât get better than Tracey. I looked at 5 other vendors before I decided on Valleybrook. Tracey really made me feel confident in my decision right from the beginning! She played a huge role in making my day spectacular. Not only Tracey, but all of the staff at Valleybrook are clearly trained to exceed customer service expectations! (Shoutout to Tom, Emily, and Mia)! On top of the customer service, Valleybrook is a stunningly beautiful atmosphere. I love the grand ballroom and the cocktail hour space. It had the perfect ambiance I was looking for with a winter wedding, and the outdoor fire pit was a hit! Lastly, (and probably most importantly) the food is DIVINE. Having good food was one of the most important things for me and they consistently exceeded expectations. All of the hors dâoeuvreâs were perfectly piping hot and delicious, the salads were great (although, I did think the ball of butter for the roll on my salad plate was a mozzarella ball, which made for a funny story đŹđ€Šđ»ââïž) and the entrees were STUPENDOUS. To summarize, if you donât pick Valleybrook, you are missing out on a beautiful and stress free night.

Valleybrook Country Club provided the most exceptional tier of services for my wedding just a few weeks ago. My husband & I did not want to lose our date due to COVID turning everything inside out and Tracey Mullin, our coordinator, was a lifesaver in planning this huge day for us. She actually became our officiant the morning of the wedding due to a complication with our original officiant! She was efficient, extremely easy-going and always informative when we expressed concerns or had questions. The sweetest woman on Earth exists and she is employed here!The venue itself should absolutely take pride in the work they do for couples who make the decision to book their wedding day with them. VCC staff & attendants were compliant with CDC standards throughout the entire day and made our guests comfortable while they were present. The ballroom was given to us to use for our first dance as well as parent dances and champagne toasts because Tracey truly believed in sharing those moments with our closest loved ones. When talking about the ceremony and their grounds, everything including the surrounding areas was beautifully landscaped and photo ready from the day we initially checked out the location. Their indoor staff were eager to help and welcoming to our guests who enjoyed drinks at the Ballroom Bar while our photos were taken outside. I cannot say enough terrific things about Tracey, her staff and the Valleybrook Country Club team for being able to still make the most of our dreams and turn them into realities!

This was the first venue I wanted to look at for our wedding after my fiancĂ© & I got engaged. And it ended up being our first & only venue look as we both fell in love with the place instantly. We went back with my parents a week later to save the date! Tracey Mullin, the wedding & event director is literally by far the most amazing, professional, & awesome woman to work with. I am honestly going to miss her because we became so close. From every worry or question I had, Tracey made sure everything was perfect & taken care of. Everything we had at Valleybrook from my surprise bridal shower, last minute rehearsal dinner & outdoor wedding, it was beyond perfection. This year has been so tough on each & every one of us. And when youâre planning the wedding of your dreams during a time like this, you want it to be amazing in every way but to also keep everyone safe & comfortable. Valleybrook did just that. They made all of that happen & more! The service, the staff, the food, the whole entire place is phenomenal for every & any event. I highly suggest & recommend Valleybrook Country Club for any occasion especially for your wedding day. Tracey has been with Valleybrook for 20 years & she puts her whole heart & soul into everything that she does. After speaking to several other venues who did not want to bother with us because we wanted to keep our venue small and intimate I called Valleybrook. I spoke to Tracey who agreed to meet with us right away! She was friendly, helpful, and did not make us feel like we were wasting her time! She agreed to our small venue request and it was truly that easy! There are many choices for food and drink packages so you can remain in the budget you are setting. The ceremony gazebo was a gorgeous backdrop for our ceremony and family pictures. Our reception was out on the partially enclosed balcony and it was GORGEOUS, the decorations far exceeded our expectations! I had only one difficulty- getting the cake with their bakery was going to be a bit of a process due to COVID. I called Tracey and told her I can't be bothered with it just go with regular dessert. She told me not to worry about it she was going to handle it, and she did! There was an adorable 2 tier cake there! So thanks to her we now have the memory and pictures of cutting our cake! We had tons of feed back from our guests of our wedding being one of the best weddings ever attended! Everyone loved the adorable atmosphere, everyone said the staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious! I would most definitely have another event at Valleybrook and I would be willing to beg to have Tracey Mullin as my planner!

This venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding. Tracey was the bomb.com helping us plan all of the large and small details of the wedding, from the great food to the smallest decorations. There is a gorgeous view from the patio area out to the golf course, and the ballroom was updated in the year and a half between when we booked the venue and had our wedding. We're so happy we chose Valleybrook for our wedding. They helped us plan every step. Tracey is great and always quick with a call back. The food was delicious and they set up my decorations exactly as I wanted them. The attendants on the day of were so sweet and on the ball with whatever we needed. We definitely recommend Valleybrook!

We're so happy we chose Valleybrook for our wedding. They helped us plan every step. Tracey is great and always quick with a call back. The food was delicious and they set up my decorations exactly as I wanted them. The attendants on the day of were so sweet and on the ball with whatever we needed. Our wedding was 10/5/18 with about 150 guests. We had both the ceremony and reception at Valleybrook, and I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING everyone at Valleybrook Country Club was in making my day the best it could be! This goes especially for events coordinator - Tracey, and her assistant -Sara. They were quick to respond to any questions I had during planning, and when it came to the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Our ceremony started at 5:30pm, but my bridesmaids and I took advantage of their huge bridal dressing room starting at 11:30am. When we arrived there were mimosas and snacks waiting! Sara and Tracey would pop in every now and then to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. It meant the world to us to have a place to all hang out and get ready beforehand. When it came to the ceremony, Tracey was vital in making sure everyone knew their places. Our friend was performing the ceremony (his first one), and Tracey was there to guide him and make sure the legal documents were covered as well. During the reception Tracey and Sara would check in with us to make sure we had drinks and everything was going well, and the ENTIRE STAFF was SUPER friendly and accommodating! I had more than several of my guests come up and say how impressed with the staff they were. I would also highly recommend getting the \"After Party\" at Rileys Pub. Everyone loved that, after the reception was finished, no one had to scramble to find a bar to keep going. We could all just wander into Riley's and keep the party going! I can't rave enough about how wonderful our experience was with Valleybrook Country Club!!!! Thank you all for making our day one that my husband and I, as well as our guests, will never forget!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Valleybrook was for our big day!!! Unfortunately we had some rainy weather but the staff made sure that this didnât put a damper on anything!From the moment we booked we felt right at home with Tracey. She truly is an expert at what she does and makes sure that you feel like family at Valleybrook! She always responded to my emails and questions quickly no matter how big or small and made sure that every detail was perfect and exactly how we pictured it!The day of we arrived a few hours prior to the ceremony to do our first look and like many brides would be I was a little bummed by the weather that we were having, but Tracey put my mind at ease, told me I didnât have to make a decision just yet and we would see what the weather did. We started our pictures and our concierge, Sarah helped make sure everything ran smoothly! Her and the staff brought us our umbrellas Incase the rain picked up and she attended to our needs all night long!! She was amazing and any bride and groom are lucky to have her!We ultimately moved the ceremony inside but I canât even put into words how beautiful the staff made the room look!!! It was perfect in every way, they transformed it quickly back to the reception space when the ceremony was over and we partied all night long! I will forever recommend Tracey, her staff and Valleybrook to anyone who asks!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Valleybrook was for our big day!!! My husband and I got married at Valleybrook on 2/10/18. We met Tracey, toured the venue, and immediately knew that Valleybrook would be the perfect venue for our wedding. Another reason why I loved Valleybrook is because the venue came with so many nice additions - center piece options, lighting at the windows, table numbers, a bridal suite, and more! Our wedding day was perfect. The staff was so accommodating, Tracey and her team are AMAZING, and anything that we needed or wanted, it was taken care of right away. Our guests to this day still tell us how much they loved the food and the venue! In planning our wedding, my husband and I wanted to have a nice wedding but didn't want to break the bank at the same time. Valleybrook gave us exactly what we wanted - a beautiful wedding that fit our budget.

After visiting with her, Valleybrook became the measuring stick for all the other venues, and in the end none of them stacked up. Once we booked our day, Tracey was constantly in contact, answering questions, offering advice, and reminding us of small details that often go forgotten. The day of the wedding was perfect. My husband and I were married at Valleybrook this past Sunday! We met with Tracey 2 1/2 years ago. From the moment we met her, Tracey's warmth and love were front and center. We had a very modest budget that 2 other vendors told us was \"too low\". Tracey worked with us to give us the wedding of our dreams. She put up with my neurotic emails the entire time. She made us feel completely at ease. Any issues that came up, she was on top of. Any questions I had, she answered quickly. The day our wedding was hot and humid. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside but the Thursday before we told Tracey we'd like it moved indoors because the weather report was calling for rain. She didn't bat an eye. The day of the wedding the ballroom was set up for our ceremony and it looked beautiful. The staff had to then switch everything over to the reception quickly. They did and it was everything we wanted and more. They completely set everything up from decor to flowers. We didn't have to lift a finger. We told them what we wanted and gave them a picture of the flower arrangements and they did them. It saved our wedding party and us from having to stress out about it. The food was AMAZING, the drinks were great and her team did a great job with having so many people in that room. I would also like to say, as a gay couple, you never know what kind of reaction you are going to get from people. Shawn and I never felt awkward or like we were being judged by anyone at Valleybrook. I mean, why should we feel different. We are two people pledging our love and lives to each other. That's exactly how it was handled and I hope more people are as welcoming as those at Valleybrook. Tracey even adjusted to calling us a Wedding Party instead of a Bridal Party, which may not seem like a big deal but to us it was. We are so thankful to Tracey and everyone at Valleybrook for making our day so special. We will definitely be back their for our 1st Anniversary. We highly recommend them for their attention to detail, accessibility, food, ambience and service. My fairytale wedding came true thanks to Valleybrook Country Club, Tracey Mullin and Staff. We originally planned for the ceremony to be outside, but due to bad weather we had to switch it to be inside the ballroom. I was so upset about the change and Tracey made sure that it was perfectly decorated. It was breath taking. It was so romantic, I don't think I would have gotten the fairytale feel outside like I did inside. The food was amazing and the staff was the best! I have had numerous guests tell me how great they were. It was really cold outside and Jenna was out there making sure we had anything we needed during photos. Anytime we needed something throughout the night she was on top of it and always made sure my husband and I had a drink in hand :) They set everything up and took it all down. We didn't have to do anything except enjoy our special day. I could literally go on and on about Valleybrook. The beauty, the food, the staff, the hard work. They make all of your dreams come true. If you vision it, they will do whatever it takes to make it reality. Thank you so much Tracey Mullin for helping my loooooong awaited fairytale become a reality for me. You are amazing at what you do and I hope you and your staff go home at night knowing you didn't just throw a party, set up decorations and take them down. You didn't just work a wedding. PERFECTION!! I recently had my wedding reception at Valleybrook and my husband and I loved it! From the very beginning Tracey was there helping us figure out any details to help make our planning process smooth. She made us both feel at ease the entire year we were planning and as soon as the day came it was like a dream come true. Every decoration I brought or told them I wanted was in our dining room or on the porch for cocktail hour. I never once worried about a thing and as soon as I saw my vision come to life I was blown away. The food was so delicious at cocktail hour and our dinner buffet but I learned the following day that the biggest hit was our waffle bar for dessert...AMAZING. Definitely worth the extra money! The staff was so quick to help my husband and I with anything we needed. I never had to ask for food or a drink because somehow it was always in my hand. The staff did everything with a smile on their face like they could not wait to help you. I am so happy I chose Valleybrook to host my wedding. Everything was absolutely beautiful. From the pictures on the golf course, to cocktail hour, to dinner, and dancing. I had the best time ever and wish I could relive that day over and over again. Definitely go to all of their bridal shows as well! My husband and I won a few prizes while we were there and that helped us save money along the way! All in all, everything was perfect. Tracey was so helpful the entire time, the staff was incredible, and the decor was stunning. Valleybrook 10 out of 10!!

We had the best experience ever. I could not ask for a better day. Everything looked amazing, the staff was excellent. We have had no complaints at all from any of our guests. They all raved how good the food was and how quick they were to come around with the appetizers at cocktail hour. My day was absolutely perfect. The dessert bar and ice cream bar was amazing. I cannot say enough about Tracy her and her staff really shine. We had been to a few venues but when we went to view valleybrook, Tracey was so awesome. You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to work with the bride and groom. She was absolutely the best to work with, I'm actually going to miss her.

I would recommend this venue to any & everyone. Their prices were better than other country clubs and yet I still felt like we were treated like royalty. Tracy and Jenna took care of every detail I would have never even considered. The food was delicious and they even changed a few things per our request. The venue was perfect and they set up our tables beautifully. 5 stars for everything.

I would recommend this venue to any & everyone. Their prices were better than other country clubs and yet I still felt like we were treated like royalty. Tracy and Jenna took care of every detail I would have never even considered. The food was delicious and they even changed a few things per our request. The venue was perfect and they set up our tables beautifully. 5 stars for everything.

I got married at Valleybrook on March 10, 2018. My wedding went so smooth because of Tracey and her team. The bridal suite was perfect, the food was great, drinks were great, the fire pit was awesome especially with our cigar bar set up out there, and the room set up was gorgeous. I could not have asked for a better location for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better team to help set up for it. I will forever recommend engaged couples to Valleybrook.

Tracey and her assistant Emily were there to help with our rehearsal and day of ceremony and go over any questions we had. Then our captain for the evening of the wedding / reception, Mariah and her crew were absolutely amazing! There was never a moment me or my husband had to go get a drink from the bar. She took us through the buffet line before everyone else and made sure we were enjoying everything. We had a waffle bar which was a hit and something I highly recommend. Where to begin?! We got married at Valleybrook on 09/15/17 and it was wonderful! Their staff is incredible, very helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Special shout out to Haleigh, Emily, and Nav who made our day run extra smoothly. Tracey, the event coordinator, was so great. We loved her! The ballroom, cocktail hour space, golf course, fire pit, and ceremony set up were all decorated beautifully and the food was delicious. Out of all the venues we looked at, this one definitely gives you the most bang for your buck. The only issues I had, though slight, were that there was supposed to be a dress steamer provided in the bridal suite and it wasnât there and I wasnât told until the day of my wedding so one of my bridesmaids had to go buy a steamer last minute. The AC in the bridal suite was not very strong and with 10-12 girls in there it got pretty hot pretty fast. Lastly, we were told when we booked the venue a year ago that the arch over the aisle would either be taken out entirely or raised by the time my wedding rolled around and it wasnât so out Best man and maid of honor both had to duck under it order to walk down the aisle. We also had each groomsman escort 2 girls and 3 people canât fit through that arch at once. In the grand scheme of everything those were minor inconveniences, but I do feel they were worth mentioning. Overall, we were very happy with Valleybrook and its staff and would absolutely recommend them.

Our wedding at Valleybrook on 7/21/17 was absolutely perfect! I had no doubt it would be great, as Tracey was a wonderful and reliable coordinator, but the level of service throughout the night of our wedding was beyond fantastic. People always tell you not to worry - that something will go wrong the night of your wedding - but literally everything was perfect, and if it wasn't, they did a fantastic job of smoothing it over! We had two attendants throughout the evening who were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and always had a smile on their face. Neither I nor my husband wanted for anything the entire night, from drinks to food to information regarding the flow of events, and even after the wedding was over, they were still incredibly helpful - and patient! - getting my guests over to the after party at Riley's pub (which I also highly recommend doing if your guests want to keep partying!). I truly cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people who work here. All I wanted for my wedding was not to go into huge amounts of debt and for all of our guests (myself and husband included!) to have an amazing time. Valleybrook fulfilled that wish for me and SO much more. We came back from our honeymoon two weeks later and our friends and family were still talking about how much fun they had! We were lucky to book during a special they were having, and I cannot believe the amount and quality of food, drinks, and service we got for the price. After getting married here, it blows my mind that anyone would go elsewhere and spend more than double the money! You will certainly pay more at other venues (pretty much every other place in the area), but you will not get better, kinder, more attentive service anywhere else, especially not at such a value. Even if money was no option, if I could do it all over again, I'd still do it at Valleybrook!I cannot thank everyone at Valleybrook enough for giving me, my husband, my family, and my friends the most perfect, fun, amazing night to celebrate our marriage! Tracey and her staff really are the selling points, each and every one of them will go above and beyond what you ever could've thought you'd want in your wedding, and make it come true. Tracey allowed us to come to the room for multiple visits to decide on centerpieces, decorations, lighting, table arrangements and so on. She was always reachable by email and had more than a few amazing ideas to share with us. She helped us make our dream wedding possible... for a very reasonable price. My guests could not stop raving about the cocktail hour apps and the stations dinner. All of the food was phenomenal! All of Tracey's preferred vendors that she suggests were really wonderful as well. Tracey and staff were always so helpful, especially the day of our wedding. Our captain for the night Emily, was incredibly kind and really dedicated to making sure that we enjoyed our experience. At one point she got new pens for our guestbook, when the ones I brought did not work out. Emily was there for me whenever I needed her on my big day. The whole staff was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend Valleybrook!

Tracey and the staff at valleybrook are the absolute best. Any question I had they were there to answer eagerly. They made our day absolutely amazing and a dream come true. They truly love every aspect of their job, and that's an amazing quality. Everything went smoothly, it was beautiful and all guests have done nothing but rave about the food, the venue and the staff. I am still \"in Awe\" of how my Wedding day turned out at Valley Brook Country Club. I booked my wedding over a year and a half ago and from day one Tracey was amazing. Quickly answers any questions or concerns that you have leading up to the wedding. She was and is literally the best! The day of went perfectly our \"Personal Concierge\" Emily was by our side the entire day! As much as I wanted to worry about something there was nothing to worry about, Decorations, Cake, Cocktail hour, and ceremony site were on point. Tracey came down to check on me told me not to worry about anything. No worrying was what I was told and they were right!! They had everything under control! The ceremony Great!! The reception even Better!!! Emily was by our side the entire night! If we wanted or needed something she was there!! Drinks, food, cake! She was there! At one point my husband said he was right by the bar talking to someone and Emily came up to him \"Can I get something for you? A drink?\" he says \"Its ok Emily, I got it I'm right here\" she says \"No, No, No, that's what I'm here for, you keep talking and I'll get your drink!\" My husband says to me Emily was so nice wasn't she? I said \"She was Amazing we never needed or wanted for anything the entire day!\" I have not had one complaint about the food!! Appetizers, Chicken Marsala, Bistro Steak and Spinach stuffed Sole all Great meals that's all I hear. \"The food was great!\" \"We had a Great night at your Wedding!\" And I say \"Wasn't it!\" Best Day Ever is all I can say! After the wedding the staff put everything back in the boxes and everything was ready for us to pick it up when we got back. We didn't even need to load anything the staff helped with that as well! Tracey is/was the Best Events Director! She makes Valley Brook a Great place to go! (She deserved that new office) I will never choose another Venue for anything Valley Brook Country Club will always be my #1 Choice! Valley Brook Country Club will always be my recommendation!!!!

I just got married at Valleybrook County Club Saturday 10-01-2016 and I am still on cloud 9 with how amazing everything went! Tracey really is like your own personal wedding planner! Valleybrook really did make my dream wedding a reality! They took my wine theme wedding and really blew my and my guests minds with the decorating! From the food, staff, and just overall attention to detail Valleybrook exceeded all of our expectations! I even forgot my purse at the end of the night and the next morning they sent a picture of it to my Mom and had that and all my other decorations waiting for me so neatly put away the next morning! The staff quickly dropped what they were doing and helped me and my family load the car up without any hesitations, even though they were so busy setting up for the next wedding. They really make you feel special. I have tons of stories of how Valleybrook really went above and beyond for me and my husband! If your looking for a beautiful venue which accommodates all your needs and is really about the bride and the groom, yet very affordable, I highly recommend Valleybrook!!!! :)

We got married at ValleyBrook in August 2016. With only 6mos to plan our big day after cancelling our destination wedding Tracy M. was amazing. Always had an absolute positive and very professional attitude everytime we called to ask questions, her opinion on things and make changes on linens colors etc... The day of the wedding my husband and I were treated like King and Queen by Tracy, Emily and our maitre d. We never had an empty glass and every request and wishes were granted. Our experience with ValleyBrook was truly superb and our day was beyond memorable and wonderful.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Valleybrook on July 2, 2016 and it was perfect! It was hard enough planning a wedding in New Jersey while living in Florida, but Tracey put all my worries at ease. Anytime I had a question she quickly responded and helped me figure things out all along the 18 months we planned. When we couldnât schedule our rehearsal for the Thursday before our wedding because my husband and some of his groomsmen are in the Navy and wouldnât make it into town in time, Tracey did everything she could to accommodate us, so that we could have our rehearsal Friday night (even though she had another wedding reception going on at the same time). The day of our wedding we got to see the reception space all set up before the ceremony began and we were absolutely blown away! Everything was set up exactly how I had asked and the room looked more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Tracey is truly an expert at what she does. We got nothing but compliments from all of our guests on everything from the ceremony and reception space to the food and the wait staff. I am so thankful for Tracey, Tara, and the entire staff at Valleybrook for helping make our day amazing!

Valleybrook was so accommodating, I remained a stress-free bride during our entire two year engagement. Absolutely a great place to have a wedding. The location,event coordinator,Tracey Mullen and her staff will not disappoint . The food and beverage service are an excellent value. My daughter chose to have the ceremony and reception at Valleybrook. We were there all day with flower vendors, hair and makeup vendors , and we were welcomed in every part of the club like it was our own home. If you are a future bride, I urge you to go this venue and talk to Tracey. We had 200 guests ,and all were pleased and impressed with the Valleybrook venue. Thank you Tracy and staff!!

Absolutely everything about this venue was fabulous! Tracey is the heart of the place, and she will work with you in every was possible. We had our ceremony on the pavilion, which was so nice. They have a wonderful cocktail hour area, a firepit outside, and a beautiful ballroom. The cake is included, and was awesome. They were perfect both in setting everything up, and in taking it down and loading our cars afterwards. The food was great, especially the appetizers. Highly recommend!!!

Top notch venue at an affordable price. After looking at a bunch of venues in the area my wife and I knew that Valleybrook was the place for us. From the moment we contacted Tracey she was friendly and willing to work within our budget. The venue has so much potential and is truly what you make of it. Not to mention the packages offered are affordable and awesome. Tracey has such a great vision and any idea you bring her way she is able to work with. She is always willing to take your ideas and bring them to life. So in reality not only do you get a beautiful wedding venue for either your ceremony, reception or both but you also get your own wedding coordinator in a sense. All of the guests at our wedding absolutely loved all the food(we went buffet with a served salad) which never ran out and the top shelf open bar was a huge hit. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. So save yourself some stress and make your wedding day truly one to remember at Valleybrook.

Tracey A Mullin (Director of Sales) Right out of Highschool, Tracey worked for Shearson Lehman Hutton then took a higher position at Merrill Lynch. She worked in sales in the Financial World for 20 years!In 2006, Tracey started at VCC as a Bartender, She has been working at Valleybrook ever since and been their Private Event Director for Weddings for over 18 years! Her favorite part of each wedding is getting to know the couples on a personal level and helping them plan the wedding of their dreams!
