I cannot say enough good things about Vellano Estate by Wedgewood Weddings. They were the first venue we looked at, and none other measured up. The staff were pleasant from day one and they made the process so unbelievably easy every step of the way. They put us in touch with the vendors we needed for florals, the cake, the DJ, you name it. They coordinated everything for every minute of the wedding day, and made sure everything went off without a hitch. There’s no way our wedding would’ve been as amazing as it was without them!! Special thanks to Lauren our coordinator!!

My wife and I had our wedding at Vellano Estates on 12/09/2023. There were a lot of aspects of the planning and coordination of the wedding that stressed us out and made us upset.Our day-of coordinator would constantly interrupt us throughout the day to confirm details that were somehow incorrect on her end, and was overall quite rude to us. We tried to be as organized as we could in outlining and describing all of the details we wanted for our wedding, which had been communicated with the Vellano staff multiple times throughout the planning process (spreadsheets, descriptions, pictures, etc.). Yet our day-of coordinator would interrupt our photos or moments with our family and bridal party and ask about certain details that she somehow had incorrect. For example, we had communicated with the DJ and Vellano about the music for our ceremony but she somehow had those details wrong on her clipboard and we had to run one of our bridal party over to the DJ to correct it 5 minutes before the ceremony. Right before the reception, the coordinator wanted to confirm with me the order of the speeches, which I had told her that the DJ knows since he confirmed it with me and it was written in our timeline that we had shared with Vellano months prior. But she cut me off before I could say anything more saying that she was confirming it for the DJ. It just felt like we wasted so much time trying to be organized and make things easy for the venue to execute, only for them to get them wrong and interrupt us constantly throughout the day. During the rehearsal on the day before, it also felt like the coordinator was trying to get rid of us as soon as possible even though we wanted to rehearse the processional and grand entrance. We ended up rehearsing those on our own without the coordinator.Part of the issue could have been the communication with the venue prior to the wedding day was almost always with a different person. Whenever we would e-mail Vellano or meet with them in-person, a different person would be corresponding with us. It felt like a lot of details or miscommunications happened because our wedding kept getting passed to different people. It would have been great to have just one person take care of us throughout the whole process so they could get to know us and remember all of our details. Our day-of coordinator was also only “assigned” to our wedding a week prior. It would have been great to have met her much earlier in the process so that we could discuss and confirm to minimize mishaps and stress on the wedding day.Another weird aspect of the planning process is the Vellano would sometimes offer 10% discounts on enhancements for the wedding. We understand that they are a business and need to sell their services but we were not able to apply this discount on any prior enhancements we had purchased. We also got an e-mail about a 10% discount on any enhancements we would like to add just 2 days prior to the wedding. The timing and messaging of this was just very strange.One part that made us quite upset was that our cake topper was destroyed at some point during the night. We spent a lot of money on the cake topper and it had a lot of sentimental value for us, so we were upset that it got destroyed. When we asked Vellano about it, they immediately blamed one of our guests. Even if one our guests knocked it over, we were expecting Vellano to take better care of the topper by putting it away after the cake cutting.There was also a terrible smell in the groom’s suite throughout the entire wedding day. It smelled like rotten sewage in there which made it difficult to use the bathroom or the changing room. We were not warned about the smell at all from the Vellano staff and I had to ask them to do something about it before the rest of my groomsmen and family arrived. They ended up putting a couple candles in there, which did not really help much with the smell.Some of our guests also mentioned that the placement of their seating was strange. We had made placecards for our guests and wanted to have them arranged in a certain order so that couples would sit next to each other. But some of our guests were saying that they were separated from their partners at the table and had to switch seats. We arranged the placecards in a stack with the correct order and instructed Vellano to maintain that order when placing the placecards around the table. We also provided a spreadsheet of all the names of the guests at each table in the correct order as well.A lot of the venue itself looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. We have a lot of pictures where dirt and dust on ledges and other areas is visible.We had also asked our coordinator to place our items for our guests to hold during the grand exit, but not all of our items were put out. We wanted our guests to hold these lanterns for the grand exit and placed all of the lanterns in their storage room for the coordinator to take out before the grand exit. But only some of the lanterns were put out and our bridal party had to find the rest of them to make sure all of our guests had a lantern.The venue also has very poor cell phone reception and the wifi does not work great when there are a lot of guests. A lot of guests mentioned they had a really tough time contacting people or sending messages even when connected to the venue’s wifi.We also had a bad experience with the florist for Vellano, Events by Floral Sensations. Events by FS mainly were responsible for making our centerpieces and ceremony floral as outlined in our package. They had promised us mockups of how the centerpieces were going to look like a couple months before the wedding, but they did not get us mockups until 3 weeks after they originally promised us. We asked for follow ups multiple times and each time they would tell us that the mockups were coming in a couple days, only for it to come 3 weeks later. We were disappointed with how the mockup looked and ended up purchasing upgraded centerpiece florals.When we put down our initial deposit, Vellano sent us a binder to help us plan the wedding. But the binder was sent to the wrong address since we used one of our parent’s addresses as the billing address. When we asked if they could send us another binder to our home address, they told us to have our parents mail us the initial binder. We were a bit upset at this because we had just paid Vellano almost $13,000 and they were not willing to print and send us another binder.

We had our wedding on 2022 and everything from the start was great until things started to not make sense. We closed our deal with one of the ladies with a great price for 100 guest, however, later on I decided to add some things to the venue such as the white dancing floor and draping ( wasn’t included, which I thought was dumb because they show you the venue with those pretty features without telling you there is an extra fee for that) Anyways, I added it over the phone and they gave me the final price (ok great) however, two months before the wedding I came to find out that they changed my guest count to 92 guest. So the whole time what I thought was the “final price” Wasn’t the actual final price because I was 8 guest short without knowing. Then I tried to tell them to fix their error and they wouldn’t. I was soooo stressed out because they tried to charge us so much more money just to make it to 100 guest. I was mad because I never asked them to remove guest. It was such a pain trying to get a hold of them at this point. Furthermore, I didn’t want to pay more money so I told them to cancel all my add ons and to leave my contract how I originally signed it, but they said they couldn’t. They never gave me a valid answer but I was so sad and stressed that I had to pay the extra money because all my 100 guest had rsvp. I cried like 5 times because I couldn’t afford doing other things I wanted. I wish I would’ve done more research about weddings and done everything myself instead. Even though they said “stress free” wedding venue, don’t believe it lol. I felt scammed and so disappointed but the wedding day was nice at least..

We got married on May 13. We had the amazing opportunity to work with Amanda, Roe and day of coordinator Nya. Let me tell you that they were awesome! They brought our vision to life. We were looking for a venue and service that includes everything and this was it.Our banquet captain Taylor was awesome! Everytime we had an empty glass she was there to fill it. Our bartender Bel was ready for our family of heavy party people. We had a completely open bar with 4 signature drinks and had no guest waiting in line for more than 5 minutes (if that). I cannot thank the team and the Vellano enough for making our wedding dreams come true. Our guests cannot stop raving about how the food was some of the best they have had at a wedding Chef George and Angel were talking to our guests and made sure our buffet line was never empty and full of food the whole time. If you are looking for a venue and team that A. knows what they are doing B. is all inclusive C. cater to you the day of your wedding i truly cannot refer this place enough. Thank you and we are celebrating 1 month married today!

Vellano Estate by Wedgewood Weddings helped us coordinate our wedding from the time we booked them up until our reception ended! They gave us a wedding planner that really guided us throughout the 10 months of actual wedding planning. All the event planner and wedding/banquet coordinators really took care of our needs/requests/concerns to the best of their abilities in order to make our special day all the more memorable! It was stunning just getting to the venue and all the more at the actual venue! We definitely recommend Vellano Estate to anyone looking for their dream wedding destination!

The venue itself is beautiful, but the experience we had with the staff at the venue was not ideal. We came by for a tour earlier this week and I was messaged the day before the tour asking if I could come an hour later than the originally agreed upon time. Luckily, we were able to accommodate the change, but I thought it was unprofessional to change the timing on such short notice. Once we were at the venue, we walked in and no one was there. There was a sign saying to call the extension and that someone would be with us shortly. That's not too big of a deal, but the main issue is that the tour itself was very short (maybe 10 minutes total), and the staff didn't even take us to see the actual ceremony sites. She just pointed them to us from afar and said that's what it looks like. Once the tour was completed, they brought us to a room to discuss pricing and quotes. I asked if they allow outside catering and one of the staffmembers said no and the other said yes. Clearly one of them was in training and did not know the answers to these basic questions. Then, when I asked what the outside catering fee was, they did not have a clear answer and said they would have to double check. Again, I would expect them to have the answer to this pretty basic question. After we waited 10 minutes for them to put together the quote, they went over it briefly and then rushed us out the door. I don't know if they could tell that we were unenthused about our experience or something else, but it felt extremely unprofessional and rushed. We left with a bad taste in our mouths and won't be considering Vellano Estate or other Wedgewood properties for our wedding.

I'm not sure where to start, from the first tour to our final meeting we had an awesome experience. Everyone was very accommodating and super nice, it made us feel like we made the right choice before the big day. I didn't really feel like we had to worry about anything. Our big day was September 17, and everything went amazing. We used all recommended vendors from the Vellano and they were amazing from the officiant, to the DJ, the photography team, and the desserts, they exceeded our expectation. The food was amazing! We'd like to give a huge shout out to our coordinator Sarah, and banquet captain Curtis. Sarah seriously made us feel like a king and queen that day anything we needed she was already a few steps ahead, she really made our day. Curtis made sure we always had what ever we wanted and made us feel super special. I would definitely recommend Wedgewood Vellano for anyone looking for a non stressful beautiful wedding. The team is awesome and the location is beautiful.

If you are looking for a stress free wedding, book with this company. We booked our wedding at Vellano Estate and from day one their team made our wedding planning experience easy. On top of being stress free, the venue is beautiful! This venue comes with everything; food, florist, DJ, bakery, officiant and wedding coordinator. We met with their team three times and they went over every detail from start to finish to make our dream wedding come true. We were able to contact their vendors and go over details with them as well. The venue sets up everything. On our big day we did not have to worry about ANYTHING, everything was taken care of for us. If you are looking for a stress free wedding, book with this company. We booked our wedding at Vellano Estate and from day one their team made our wedding planning experience easy. On top of being stress free, the venue is beautiful! This venue comes with everything; food, florist, DJ, bakery, officiant and wedding coordinator. We met with their team three times and they went over every detail from start to finish to make our dream wedding come true. We were able to contact their vendors and go over details with them as well. The venue sets up everything. On our big day we did not have to worry about ANYTHING, everything was taken care of for us. We just showed up and had the time of our life. We are so happy we decided to get married here. Everything came out perfect, there is nothing we would change about our big day.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the team at Vellano Estates is! My husband and I had originally booked our wedding venue at Wedgewood University Club (which also has a fabulous team!). Due to COVID, we were ultimately unable to have our wedding there, so we were given the option of transferring to another Wedgewood venue. We were completely blown away by the gorgeous Vellano Estate venue! From the spacious and elegant bridal suite to the intimate garden-like setting for the ceremony, everything was picturesque. Marissa and Angelica made the transition from our previous venue to Vellano seamless. The meetings leading up to the event helped us plan out every detail.Arlene was our day of coordinator. Despite me showing up a little later than planned due to my wedding makeup taking longer than expected, Arlene got us right back on track and made sure we accomplished everything on the timeline. Our ceremony was flawless, the guests knew exactly where to go to find the reception, the food was delicious, the DJ played great music, and the guests all had fun. Arlene and Alejandro made sure my husband and I had a chance to eat and kept our drinks full for the entire event. Overall, our event was elegant, fun, and perfect! The whole Vellano team is amazing and I cannot thank them enough for making my husband and my wedding day so special. We went on a venue tour last fall. The venue is very quaint, elegant, and beautiful. It was also very, very expensive. You actually have to go through a security gate and state your business before continuing to drive to get to the venue. I don't think I've ever fallen in love with a building before but I definitely did here. They have everything here and you don't have to deal with outside vendors if you don't need to. I didn't even have to hire a wedding planner. Olivia made the process so so simple and she made us feel so comfortable, we love her! They have dates for everything we need to get done. They follow up and they respond whenever I have questions. It was awesome!You know how they say \"something always goes wrong?\" Well that never happened. The actual wedding day was so freaking smooth. I couldn't believe it myself. Brooklyn and Elizabeth are life savers. They talked me through the whole day, they were always there whenever I needed something. Finding your perfect venue can be stressful.. You’ve always envisioned your big day but now it’s time to make it come to life! I knew that on my wedding day I wanted my venue to feel like a little piece of home. I wanted it to speak to me and make me feel like it was meant to be. Living out of state I was worried that looking at venues online would be misleading/not what was shown in photos. The day that I came across Wedgewood Vellano I knew that it was “my spot”. I immediately booked an appointment, flew to California, and took a tour with my fiancé and close friends. I cannot express enough how the much venue speaks for itself.. From beautiful architecture to the peacefulness of the whole environment, it feels like it’s built for a king and queen. My fiancé and I are getting married at Vellano October 2020 and waking up every day dreaming about how special that day will be has so much to do with this venue alone. I cannot suggest Wedgewood Vellano enough for the bride and groom who want to feel like they have it all. As much as a i adore this venue and call it “my spot”, I hope that this is “your spot” one day too.

They are pretty responsive via text as well. We love that it was pretty much an all inclusive venue which made the planning a lot easier. Now that we made our choice Wedgewood's amazing team helped us come up with a budget friendly package that ticked off all of our boxes, not only that! but they made our experience so enjoyable, not once did they make us feel like they were trying to up-sell us; they also made sure we felt comfortable with all of our choices and helped guide us throughout the process with many tips and tricks to help maximize our value. Where do I start?!?! Picking Wedgwood Vellano was the best decision we ever made! Our wedding is two months away and I cannot wait! Wedgewood Vellano has been absolutely amazing every step of the way. Thanks to their all inclusive package many of my original worries/concerns were handled early on in the planning process. It has been a STRESS FREE planning process. :-)I have mainly worked with Marissa during the planning process but all of the Vellano ladies/staff have been been wonderful. Any time I send a frantic email (mainly due to guests‘ needs or change in guest count) someone immediately replies to my email or calls to reassure me that the day is going to be perfect! I couldn’t imagine us going with any other venue. The attention to detail and personal attention is what makes Vellano standout. I feel like our special day matters to everyone at Vellano.I can’t stress it enough.... I can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams at Vellano.

I can't stress enough what a wonderful company Wedgewood is...the professionalism and quality of service you get is well worth the money you spend! Plus, one thing I will forever tell people is how helpful the all inclusive packages are when it comes to planning a wedding. The Vellano is GORGEOUS. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's just amazing! You'll never go more than a few hours without hearing back from them if you have a question...you can't beat that! Our wedding planning was seamless, mostly stress free, fun, etc in large part because of the staff. We can't express our gratitude enough! Darsey was the best coordinator, my fiance and I are sad we won't see her anymore! And Marissa was such a huge help leading up to the day! You will be incredibly happy and supported if you book this venue! We wish we could give it more than 5 stars!

We got married March 22, 2019. Wedgewood vellano country club was an amazing venue! Their whole team was super helpful and very nice during our entire planning process. My husband(!) and I planned our wedding from afar (graduate students in Iowa) so it was important to us that we had sort of an “all inclusive” venue. From start to finish Wedgewood Vellano made our planning super easy! We were able to pick and choose what we wanted in our package with ease and without additional costs or fees. Kevin (the general manager) was simply amazing! Everyone said the food was amazing and the appetizers...omg! I actually got to enjoy 10min of our cocktail hour, and let me tell you, I scarfed down everything I could and it was all so yummy! (Get the crab cakes..trust me!).The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars (I’d give 4.5 if I could) is because of the process of knowing your day of coordinator. My package came with a DOC but I didn’t get to know who she was until the day before the wedding (rehearsal), which may be standard but I just didn’t like that. I wish I would’ve been able to talk to her at least a week before the wedding just to actually verbalize how I wanted my big day to go instead of having to type it out on a spreadsheet. Because of that, I never actually got to explain things to her (we had a cultural wedding that needed explaining lol). Everything ended up running smoothly, with a few bumps here and there, but nothin major. I guess the whole not knowing thing just robbed my peace of mind but I’m type A lol. Also, just an FYI, the venue can be pretty hard to find via gps. Several of my guests got lost and missed the ceremony. I think through apple maps it takes you to the back lot of the venue and it pretty confusing. BUT I found it just fine, so who knows, maybe they typed it in wrong?All in all, I would choose this venue again. The location is beautiful and they are very accommodating. Thank you Vellano!!

We got married October 21, 2018 at this lovely venue. From beginning to end the process was so smooth and stress free. All of the girls who helped us plan and put together the day of our dreams were polite, professional, and helpful. Darcy and her team were there for us the day of and did a fantastic job taking care of us. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. They all get 5 stars. The staff was always willing to work with us especially because my husband was deployed for the majority of the planning I was so lost trying to do it on my own but they jumped right in to help. 10/25/2018- I love wedgewood. I picked a package where I don’t have to do anything and I’m a bridezilla free bride. They are very reasonable when it comes to prices. Just celebrated our Wedding at Vellano Country Club and had the most amazing day ever!!! The food was delicious, the staff were amazing, and it was an overall incredible experience. The wedding coordonators made my experience as a Bride very easy, fun, and streee free!!! We also used all of the Vellano Vendors and they were fabulous. Our florist Robert and DJ Steven exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments. Highly Highly recommend Vellano!

The location is beautiful and provides so much space. We are so grateful for the communication, the reminders and the planning binder you all have provided. Wedgewood Vellano makes getting married easy and takes the stress out of it. I had so much fun! Marissa and Darcy worked with me most through the process and I just LOVE them!!! They both made me feel really special and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. So day of, it was so smooth and I felt like everything was taken care of! I didn’t have to worry about anything. I also love the fact that Vellano is all inclusive. I used every single vendor of there’s, from the catering and photographer to the DJ and even their Pastor (who we loved so much also) I was beyond pleased with the way everything turned out. Vellano really exceeded my expectations. Any girlfriend of mind who gets engaged I’m referring to Vellano! Thank you so much for making Dillon and I’s special day PERFECT!

From our very first meeting at Wedgewood Vellano we couldn’t have been more impressed. Every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. This was the first venue we looked at and we never even looked anywhere else! From the day we booked Vellano and our actual wedding day, communication with the staff was effortless. Any time we had a question about our wedding we always received a prompt response, and our questions were always answered. Marissa was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING and so much fun! She kept everything running smoothly, & kept us on our timeline. We were able to really enjoy the day with minimal stress because we knew she had everything under control. The manager, Kevin, was also there to help coordinate during the ceremony, & he was so sweet! Our banquet captains, Eric and Alex were great too. They were very attentive, always making sure to ask if we needed anything during the reception. We added an extra hour at the last minute, which is probably frustrating for the staff, but you would never know it. They all continued to provide us with great service up until we left the venue. Vellano offers so many different food options for cocktail hour and for dinner. We had a chance to taste most of the options when we attended their \"Wedding Extravaganza\" a few months before our wedding, and every dish was great! The chef was also so nice. You can tell he is really passionate about the dishes he creates, & it shows! We decided on the buffet & all our guest were impressed with the food. Vellano is simply amazing. Choosing a venue that includes the vendors in one package made planning our wedding so much easier. The vendors they work with were awesome to work with as well (JC entertainment for our DJ, Cucamonga Cakery for our cake, and The Studio by LMP as our photographers). Since they’re all used to working together at Vellano, it made our wedding day run so smoothly. The packages they offer are all customizable, so you can really maximize your money, and have everything the way you want it. I’ve already recommended Wedgewood to all my friends, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this venue and their amazing staff!

Thank you so much Vellano, you guys are the best. They went all out to ensure the planning process was hustle free, keeping us updated on every step and our day was beyond beautiful, and accommodated the fun craziness that goes with our Kenyan Culture. This venue was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to any bride. The staff was excellent with the recommendations and coordinating everything. Going into this, I wasn't sure where to begin. I work a crazy busy schedule in bridal fashion, and this place made everything happen! Our planning process took about one year, and I used most everything on the venue's package. The bakery we used was Some Crust, aside from the fact that I go there almost every week for breakfast and coffee, the CAKE did not disappoint. It was not dry, even after two weeks (yes, we were still munching on leftovers). Their florist, DJ, food... Everything and everyone was superb! I took a risk, because of my busy schedule and lack of wedding planning skills, I trusted in this venue and the vendors they used and I pretty much stayed out of it, and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. A few meetings and short phone calls later, I showed up the day of, and everything was perfect. I cannot say enough great things about our wedding. It really was the best day ever, and aside from our loved ones who pulled together to finalize the small details, the people at Vellano did a wonderful job. Thank you, Candice, Marissa, and the rest of the crew who worked passionately to bring the best day ever together for two crazy fools in love. Thank you!

Our wedding day was PERFECT!!!!! And it's because of the team at Wedgewood at the Vellano! Every single person we worked with made us feel super important and the day went off so well because of their attentiveness and organization. Jennifer, Whitney, Marissa and all of the other girls were just phenomenal!!!!\r\rFrom the moment we walked into the venue and had our first meeting, I felt the professionalism and experience that is needed to ensure a perfect day. I absolutely LOVED the vendors we worked with and their quality of service was another reflection of Wedgewood at Vellano. From the super personable and down to earth girls with Shy Heart Photography (Lauren and Brianna) to one of the most experienced and loving florists with Events by Floral Sensations (Robert...thank you for all you did!), we really couldn't have asked for better people to work with. The cake from Some Crust Bakery was delicious too.\r\rThe wedding coordination is a must! I am so happy we added that to our package. I didn't need to worry about a thing on the day of and the girls just did such an amazing job, I am beyond appreciative on how they treated us and our friends/family.\r\rI also must mention Samm, the banquet captain who catered to me and my husband during the reception. I recently got married on Oct 16, 2015 \rand let me just say it was AMAZING!!! Whitney helped me through the whole process and literally made my dream wedding come true. We used Floral Sensation and all my guests were ranting about how beautiful the venue was and the ceremony was decorated with the gorgeous flowers!!! Honestly it was a perfect day and I was so stress free. I have had guest say it was the best wedding they have ever been to and I believe it was because of all the hard work of Wedgewood/ Whitney did throughout the whole day. I would highly recommend and say you would be a less stress bride because they do everything

Vellano is so beautiful I knew we chose the most amazing venue when we booked it! Rose and Whitney was so professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They have an amazing view and beautiful hidden bridge we took our engagement photos on. The workers made our day so special from the start. We chose the buffet for our day and everything was delicious. Our guests even said so themselves. Our pastor Stan Doll was truly amazing. I love how he personal he made our ceremony. The florist Robert made a customized chanel centerpiece for us which were so stunning. If you are looking to have a summer wedding here don't worry there is a breeze that picks up so you and your guests will be nice and cool. Thank you Vellano for making our day so beautiful .

This Venue really is the full package! Not only is the site absolutely beautiful but the staff goes above and beyond to make your wedding day special. The Vellano Country Club has a gorgeous ceremony site and ballroom with so many great photo opportunities! The food is beyond excellent, from horderves to main courses with many different options to choose from. They offer different packages based on your preferences or you can custom choose what you like and don't like to be included. They really are a one stop shop from invitations, florist, cake, photo booth, photographer, and officiant. All vendors were hand picked specifically for this venue and it really shows why. They were reliable and easy to work with. The florist is absolutely amazing! He really takes every detail in consideration and everyone at our wedding commented on how beautiful our flowers were. The staff from wedding cordinators to bartenders to servers to catering staff was amazing. Everything was of excellent quality. Down to the linens and napkins. You can customize your whole wedding day according to theme and colors and they offer upgrades to showcase the details that are most important to you. We also used their bakery for the cake which was delicious, the officient who was absolutely wonderful, and the DJ who did an excellent job. This venue has it all without being over the top expensive. We were really surprised by how much we got for our money. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone getting married.

I couldn't have asked for the day to go any better! My husband and I loved the venue and would recommend it to everyone! Nichole was quick to get back to emails and worked around my hectic schedule to plan appointments. The food was delicious! I have worked in the food and beverage industry for over 7 years and was so impressed with the quality of services provided by Vellano. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have changed a thing about where we got married.

My husband and I moved out to the Corona area and when we were looking for a venue we came across Vellano. Chino Hills was a perfect location as far as distance for us and our guest. We fell in love with Vellano as soon as we saw it in person. There was no pressure from any of the staff, the girls were amazing. I had plenty of questions and my answers received were always sufficient and timely. We were a little nervous about the cost of everything in our wedding, but it was more than worth it! The day of was perfect, everything went smoothly and I had so much trust in the staff!! They know what they are doing! It has been a little over a month now and my guests are still calling and messaging what a great time they had! They food was well above your expected wedding dinner, again my guests are still talking about how great the food was. We have some amazing photos from our guests to remember our perfect day. We continue to hear from our guest \"The location was so beautiful, the hills and scenary was breath taking!\" We wouldn't change anything for the world. I would recommend the Vellano to everyone!

My husband and I went to see the venue and fell in love with it before we even arrived there. The drive alone to the location is beautiful and the country club is perfect. There is nothing about this location that needs improvement. Nichole, the on-site coordinator, and Meghan, the assistant coordinator, are extremely friendly and on top of everything. I never had to worry about anything on the day of my wedding day. I just arrived and was given a bridal room to relax and change. Very affordable location.

Also right when the pastor started speaking at our ceremony some awful music blasted in the background from the country club and I was mortified. It was finally shut off about a minute later but how tacky! When I mentioned it to the coordinator right after it, I got an oh well response and she said if someone inside of the country club leans against some button then itll do that. well if they know this already why wouldt they make sure it didnt happen during someones special moment! At least make it right!
