It’s hard to put into words just how amazing Venue at the Grove truly is! Everything from the planning process to our wedding day was fantastic. The team truly loves what they do and have fun making your day everything you want it to be. Hands down choosing a venue that with an exclusive list of vendors made the entire planning process that much easier and more enjoyable. Being able to check those things off our to-do list so early on gave us so much more time to focus on the more personal details of our day. The team is super accommodating with meeting options during the planning process with virtual and in-person options. We personally chose to go in-person as much as possible because we couldn’t get enough of the beauty of this venue. We’re both from the Midwest and this venue looks nothing like an outdoor Arizona venue. People are shocked when we told them we only looked at this Venue, but it caught my eye immediately and I fell in love.The team here are true professionals at everything wedding, not only that, they’re passionate. They really made all of our wedding dreams come true!! Seeing everything you’ve gathered during the planning process - boxes of decorations taking over your house for months - perfectly placed and arranged is a feeling we will never forget. You have these visions in your mind for months and months, lay things out in your home, but when you finally see everything together…..it’s really magical. I can honestly say the day of was a breeze. No stressful moments, just enjoying our day with our people. The team handles everything you need and goes the extra mile to make sure the bride and groom are the guests of honor.

My daughter got Married at the Venue at the Grove. It was Magical! The venue was so pretty (Not your typical desert looking venue for AZ) The ceremony under the pecan trees was park like and beautiful. The reception area was another spot we got to utilize with a fun vibe and easy to mingle. The patio for the reception was open but yet cozy and with all the beautiful table settings and the lights on the trees behind us as the sun set- it was stunning. We also used the indoor area for food catering and dancing later. It was terrific! The staff was so helpful and friendly all thru planning and the day/night of the wedding. We had so many compliments of how amazing the night was, and alot of credit is for the staff and the venue itself. My daughter and son in law were so happy the choose The Venue at the Grove.

Whenever anyone asked me how wedding planning was going, I always them that the only reason why I wasn't so stressed was because Venue at the Grove made the planning process so easy and simple. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the planning is strategic based on your wedding date so everything is planned in well-thought-out pieces. So much of the process is included with the venue itself, and the vendors are just as organized and thoughtful. Everyone on the VATG team treats you with respect (even after many, many silly questions) and goes out of the way for you. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Immediately after visiting Venue at the Grove we were ready to book with them! They were thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire planning process. We booked a little late, about 8 months before our date but we were able to have our dream wedding with everything we could have hoped and wished for. They were very considerate of all our requests and had answers to all our questions. They had a very well-organized planning tracker and assisted with many vendor recommendations. Choosing one of their all-inclusive packages (catering, photographer, DJ, florist) made planning easy as we live out of state! When it came to the big day, our coordinator Stephanie had everything and everyone taken care of! We can't thank you enough for making our wedding feel like a fairytale.

Cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove and Olaya Events & Company! From the moment we decided on this venue we had a wonderful experience. The event management team was always friendly and made sure to get back to me on every question I asked. The preferred vendor recommendations really helped us pick vendors we knew we could trust. We had a couple meetings with the venue at six months and 30 days out where we really went over every detail. The tracking system was organized and easy to use. Most important to us was how well everything was executed on wedding day! Everything went smooth and just how we discussed. I did not have to worry about anything because Stephanie and her crew had everything down perfectly. It truly was one of the most wonderful experiences and best days ever!

Not only is the physical space stunning (hello pecan grove in the middle of the desert), but the people behind the scenes are some of the most passionate, solution-oriented individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working alongside. Venue at the Grove was amazing to work with! Their team answered all of our (many) questions so quickly and made us feel incredibly supported throughout the process. We received so many compliments from guests on how smooth the whole the night was. Coming from out of state it was really important to us to find a one stop venue and using their preferred vendors, Venue at the Grove went above and beyond. From the flowers, to the dessert, to the photography and catering service, everything was perfect. Bekah and her team truly made our dream wedding happen and we are so happy!

My husband and I just got married in early May 2023 and from the day we set foot on the Venue at the Grove property we knew this was a place we wanted to get married. Living in Phoenix we are used to the very brown desert scenery and the venue at the grove offers a truly dreamy escape. Just go stand under those trees and it will take your breath away! But if you want the green make sure to go between about **May to December.** One thing we did not know was that the Pecan tree leaves fall off from about mid December to mid April and the venue appearance changes between the winter months.All the vendors recommended by the venue were easy to talk to and very reasonable. The food was delicious. Multiple guests commented on it during the wedding. The event coordination was seamless and kept the wedding running on time. They were also very receptive to questions during the entire process and never made me feel like I was asking too many. They let me come down to the venue on random occasions and measure things to plan for decor. We had a wonderful time and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Venue at the Grove team for making our day so special!

We got married at Venue at the Grove on February 25, 2023 and we had an extraordinary experience from start to finish! I knew this was our venue when I first stepped foot in the open house and teared up, but it truly couldn't have been more perfect. We had the best day ever and so did our guests!The planning process was as close to stress-free as possible when you're getting married. With the all inclusive package, we knew that the vendors we were picking from were vetted and reliable. When it was time to select a vendor, the team reached out with our options. For the DJ and Photographer, we had several choices and just had to select the one that best fit our vision for our special day. There was only one vendor option for floral and for cake but we were incredibly satisfied with both options. After we selected each vendor, the team would reach out to them and start the process for us. The vendor would reach out directly for us to move forward with them. We had 2 official planning meetings with the Venue, along with a tasting and many, many emails back and forth. They were there for every question we had, big or small, and never made us feel annoying for asking. They were organized and thought of every little detail to make sure the day ran smoothly. We worked with the whole team until our final planning meeting, where we met with our Day of Coordinator, Rachel. Rachel was absolutely fantastic. My whole family could not stop raving about her (and honestly they still haven't!) We dropped off our decor at the rehearsal and she took care of everything else. When I walked through the venue on the day of our wedding, everything was laid out exactly how I imagined it (or better). I can't explain how great it was to just enjoy our wedding day without having to worry about any of that getting done. Our family and our wedding party got to enjoy the day right by our side and didn't have to help set anything up. The day ran smoothly and Rachel was there for anything we needed. At one point Rachel and my sister (Maid of Honor) were completely under my dress, making the bustle perfect, and I think that tells you everything you need to know about her willingness to go above and beyond for your special day!At the end of the wedding, the team had everything packed up and ready to go home with our designated person. Again, our family and friends did not have to leave the ceremony to help with any of this and got to enjoy it until the very end. We are so thankful for Rachel and the whole team at Venue at the Grove for making our wedding experience the best it possibly could be, from start to finish!

Venue at the Grove was the perfect venue to have our wedding!! Everything went so smooth from the start to the finish. The staff was incredible! Since the moment I started planning, Rachel Poole, Bekah, and the rest of VATG staff was attentive, communicative, and helped answer all my questions and fulfill all of my requests. They made it easy on me! Ben and the rest of the food and beverage staff at the venue was top notch! He helped us with our tastings, provided recommendations, and our wedding guests raved about the food. And the venue itself...incredible!! As the sun went down, and the lights on the trees turned on, our guests were in awe. We have received so many compliments about just how beautiful the trees, lights, and whole reception were. Made for truly beautiful pictures as well! Seriously if you are looking for the perfect wedding experience, with no hassle, amazing vendors, the most helpful and friendly staff, and an absolutely beautiful unique venue pick here!! I can't recommend Venue at the Grove enough!

The best word to describe our wedding day at Venue at the Grove is MAGICAL!Weddings are stressful but working with the Olaya team made the whole planning process not only easy and stress free but fun!This venue’s beauty speaks for itself and the variation of spaces for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception help set the mood and gave a great flow for the entire event. Venue at the Grove transports you and your guests to a lush, romantic, outdoor wedding space in the middle of the Phoenix desert. There is nothing like it in the Valley!We also can’t say enough amazing things about our day of coordinator Rachel. She had such an infectious calm presence and did such a brilliant job staying on top of the little details and making sure things moved seamlessly. Ben, the catering manager was beyond helpful and friendly and we were happy to have him be a part of our day.Venue at the Grove truly is a one of a kind event space that helped make our day unforgettable!

Throughout our planning process, they quickly responded to emails, answered questions, provided additional resources, scheduled meetings, and were there for us whenever needed. Afterward, guests from our big day even mentioned how kind and thoughtful the staff was and that they felt cared for. Our day-of-coordinator, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and helped us create a timeline that fit our needs and ensured that everything was perfect on our wedding day.

Venue at the Grove was truly a dream. It was the perfect fall tree look for our early December wedding and we had so many compliments on the beauty, the food, and all the details in between. We were very hesitant at first because of the price point even for a weekday wedding, but ultimately so glad we chose Venue at the Grove. Being all inclusive took a lot of stress off while my husband and I had limited time to do so much planning. They listened to what we were envisioning, understood when we changed our minds on details, always answered all the questions about how to even plan a wedding, and even on the day of were able help when we forgot things. Overall, we are so happy with this venue and all their awesome staff!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. From beginning to end, the staff were amazing. Made the entire planning process seamless. Bekah, Rachel and Madison were there to answer all questions and were amazing. My guests raved about the food from ensemble catering and about the cake from Sugarlips Cakery. The venue itself is ABSOLUTELY stunning. The pictures that I have seen so far are beautiful. The trees are stunning. Tiffany from Tiffany and Ryland Photography was my photographer and she was great with keeping the timeline and in gathering all our requested shots. Our DJ was DJ Chad from All American DJ and my guests loved him. He had us dancing all night. I would recommend doing the Love Story option he offers. Definitely tour this venue as the staff and facilities were extraordinary. Olaya made my wedding day magical.

We fell in love with this location as soon as we saw it! The beautiful outdoor space and all the trees covered in tiny lights set the stage for a magical night. Though it was chilly for our January wedding, there were plenty of outdoor heaters (and we rented their fire pits, too) and all our guests were comfortable. Their packages were a good value, and they have a list of fantastic preferred vendors. The service from their caterers and bartenders was excellent, and everyone had a great time. Best of all, I loved that we had a built-in back-up plan in case of rain (though it stopped just in time— lucky us!) I definitely recommend Venue at the Grove for an unforgettable wedding and reception!

Thank you so much for assisting us during our special wedding day! From the initial open house & venue tour to the personal consultations and food tastings, we felt included and really enjoyed the whole experience. We would say that the food tasting event was our favorite part outside of the wedding day itself! We had so many delicious foods to try and it was fun building our perfect wedding menu with drinks, appetizers, entrees and late-night snacks for our guests. The all-inclusive package we chose was wonderful and gave us access to so many great vendors working along the Venue that helped us create our dream wedding! They also did a fabulous job coordinating with other vendors to make sure we stayed within our timeline as the wedding day tends to move quickly! We worked with Bekah as our coordinator of the day, but also had great interactions with the rest of the team including the wedding coordinators and the catering staff as well. You all did a wonderful job of including us in the process and listening to our concerns and suggestions during the whole endeavor. We did not stress the day of the wedding, and everything turned out perfect! We appreciate all you did for us during the setup and teardown process as well with all the decor during the wedding day. We speak very highly of your team and the Venue at the Grove property. Our guests truly enjoyed their day as well at the Grove. We would highly recommend them to any couple who is planning their big wedding day as this is the place to host it! Thank you again for making it a day to remember!

I absolutely loved having our wedding at Venue at the Grove. All of the girls were so helpful and sweet throughout the entire process and they really make the process as easy as possible for you (even for someone with no event planning experience). I had a January wedding so it was pretty chilly but I wish there were more heaters. There was one per table and it was on one end of the table so the other end of the table was pretty cold so having one on each side would have been amazing but we made it work! Overall the experience was great and I would definitely recommend the venue to anyone considering :)

I got married on 12/30/22 at Venue at the Grove and because of weather, it was a very stressful day. This venue is fully outdoors, the only thing partially covered is the cocktail area. I was very specific about wanting an outdoor winter wedding because me and my husband have family from very cold climates (Alaska, Indiana, Missouri, New York). Rachel was my day of coordinator and she did an amazing job keeping me in the loop with the plan and doing what she could to accommodate all of my requests. The staff was very responsive, so respectful and truly so great that guests raved about them. My photographer... I mean he is the best. Tony George truly will be my forever recommended photographer. He knows how to focus on the bride and groom in all the craziness and keep a strong but fun and joyful timeline moving for the day! Britney, his second shooter was personable and kept telling me great stories that kept me calm during all the weather stress! The food was the BEST part of the entire night! Listen to Ensemble Catering when they give you recommendations. We just asked staff what they recommended, put that on our menu and guests LOVED the food!! Lastly, Ben!! He was I am guessing part of the Olaya Planning team. Me and my husband were talking about him days later. He was nice, attentive, funny, understanding, everything you want in a coordinator. As you can tell, I was on cloud nine the day of the wedding and with my venue choice. If you do choose Venue at the Grove, my ONLY suggestion is as the bride, do a quick 5 minute walk through of your venue. I had my mom do it but I was the one at every single appointment, talking with their team almost weekly. No one knew what I wanted except for me and I wish I was the one to do it because there were three small things I would have asked to be adjusted. Overall, I would book with Venue at the Grove 15 times over if I had to! Truly an amazing venue and an amazing team!

Venue at the Grove was a hidden gem in the Arizona desert. The grass, trees, brick and romantic lighting made me feel like I was at home back East. Several of our guests complimented the venue saying it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. The staff at Venue at the Grove was an absolute dream to work with. The staff was extremely organized, responsive, hospitable and the entire team knew all our details from beginning to end. Their all-inclusive package was an extremely great value with top notch vendors to help plan our special day. We attended several open houses to meet all the vendors and see how the venue was organized so we felt prepared. Throughout the night of our wedding, the team was always nearby to ask if my husband and I needed anything to eat, drink, or otherwise. Traditionally an anxious Annie, it was the most stress free night I could have ever imagined thanks to Venue at the Grove. We can't thank their team enough!

From start to finish, Venue at the Grove made our wedding dreams come through. My husband and I were married on October 2022 and we were beyond happy with the services we received throughout our entire planning experience. Their all-inclusive wedding package made the wedding planning process so easy and stress free. The vendors that Venue at the Grove work with were were amazing - I am so thankful that they helped us find them!We worked closely with Maddy and Rachel. They prompt, knowledgeable and so kind and approachable. Rachel was our Day-Of Coordinator and she took care of everything we needed from getting our décor set up perfectly, to making sure our timeline of events was on track. The night was flawless thanks her!Beyond that, the Venue is absolutely stunning. The gorgeous pecan trees, sparkling lights, greenery and wooden accents was unforgettable for us and our guests! If we had to do it all again, we would choose Venue at the Grove!

We can't say enough great things about Venue at the Grove! Truly a hidden gem of a venue and my husband and I couldn't be happier with our decision to get married there. First of all, the venue is gorgeous. We kept our decor minimal because it just didn't need it. Second, the team is amazing. Maddy, Bekah, and everyone we worked with was so kind, helpful, and on top of it. Bekah was our day of manager and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. No \"Did the decor make it on x table?\" \"Is X starting on time?\" because she was ON IT. Thirdly, if you're like me and want to have the freedom to make decisions without the fatigue that can happen when you plan a wedding, Venue at the Grove is a great option because it's partially inclusive. You get to pick specific vendors from their list of preferred vendors which is so nice. But if there are vendors you know you want to work with, they're flexible about it. Our big day was truly a dream thanks to the beauty, professionalism, and ease it was to work with Venue at the Grove. We'd choose them again in a heartbeat!

If you are able to spend a little extra for all inclusive…DO IT HERE!! They offer a payment plan and that was a huge selling point. The venue and staff itself were amazing. They made sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the whole process and during the wedding. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because the florist they work with, WildChild Floral, was so difficult to get a hold of. She had said she would give me a vision board of the flowers she chose, and I never got one despite two reminders. I didn’t see my flowers until day of the wedding. They were pretty, but it wasn’t what I really had in mind. The next issue was the DJ, Chad with All American. I want to start off and say I LOVED working with him and he’s such a fun and cool guy, but there were issues with our grand entrance. It took quite a while to get the song started, and by the time my husband and I walked out, the music has ended. Our dining music was totally wrong to where we had to tell him to just go back and play the songs he played as guests were arriving. The theme was fantasy/medieval, and techno music was playing instead while we ate. It was a little strange and not the vibe lol and then he would randomly cut off songs right before the best part and go on to the next song. I definitely would still recommend him ashe did his damndest to make sure things went smoothly, but it was just a few things that stuck in my mind. Also, I had no idea all the cut slices of our cake would be tossed, so my husband never got to try all the flavors of our cake, so that was a little disappointing. I would keep that in mind to save some extra for yourselves. Overall, it was a great experience and they’re such a wonderful team! I wish I could plan an event there MONTHLY because of how much I loved it!

As soon as my fiance and I toured Venue at the Grove, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. We signed the contract a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had an INCREDIBLE experience working with the team throughout that time. The entire team was proactive and extremely communicative - special shout out to Bekah, who was our Day of Director and did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day!! There were no hiccups on the wedding day that I was aware of, although I learned later that our polaroid cameras that we used for the guest book ran out of batteries. We didn't bring any backup batteries, but Bekah and the team had some in the back that they offered to us so we could continue to use the cameras! We received SO many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was, and I can't have imagined getting married anywhere else. Thank you for making our dream wedding come true!!!

We could not have imagined a better wedding venue experience! The team at Venue at the Grove are warm, welcoming, responsive, and truly made us feel like we were family. On our wedding day, they seemed just as excited to be there as we did, and the team onsite managed our event absolutely perfectly! They supported us every step of the way! Prior to the wedding, if we ever had questions, their response time was amazing, and they were always willing to help. The vendors that Venue at the Grove work with are also top-notch (shout out to the best photographer on the planet - Tony George!). We could not have hoped for a better wedding day, and it was all thanks to Venue at the Grove. And - did I mention how absolutely STUNNING the venue is?! You really feel like you are in a whole different place with the lush lawn, beautiful grove, and stunningly lit trees! It’s the perfect little slice of heaven only a short drive from downtown Phoenix.We would recommend Venue at the Grove to anyone and everyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

My wedding was on 11/3/2022 and it was such a beautiful experience all around. Everyone at Venue at the Grove was extremely easy to work with, and people are not kidding when they say your wedding day is absolutely stress-free with them! Our coordinator for the wedding day was Rachel, and she was great at keeping everything running flawlessly. Maddie was also there for part of the day, which I was very grateful for because she was someone that Sam and I wanted to work with since we first discovered the venue at our first open house visit. I also want to give a shout-out to Ben, the catering manager. He was so pleasant to be around, and there was just something about his presence that made me feel welcome and special. All of the staff in general were phenomenal at the wedding. From the moment we arrived at the venue, we felt like pure royalty. Just about everything we needed (and more) was taken care of before we even thought to ask.Also, I need to mention that our wedding day took place on a day where the weather drastically changed. It was roughly 80 degrees and sunny on all of the days leading up to 11/3, but then on our wedding day, a winter storm system had reached Phoenix and the temperature dropped to barely 60 degrees for a daytime high… with intermittent rain. I am so grateful that we were able to have the ceremony in the barn, and that the venue had a contingency plan in general. Of course we always imagined ourselves getting married in the grove, but the barn was still a beautiful location and it made the ceremony feel much more intimate. We had the dinner indoors because it was extra chilly outside by the time the sun went down, and while that also wasn’t something we thought would happen, it still turned out beautifully. Even though dinner took place indoors, they still had fire pits and plenty of heat lamps available on the patio outside, which ended up being perfect. Once we started dancing, it turned out that the indoor reception area was far too hot after all. I asked to see if we could move the music outside, and after a bit of initial hesitation, eventually they were able to make it happen. I think this was my favorite part of my whole experience: the level of adaptability that the coordinators/DJ had to be able to move things outside. I am eternally grateful for that accommodation, because being outside under the lights ultimately made the night unforgettable.Thank you so much to everyone at Olaya Events/Venue at the Grove for making the entire experience as easy and unforgettable as it was. I am so grateful to have worked with you!

Their all-inclusive packages took a lot of stress off our hands from the beginning (and their day-of-coordinator was a lifesaver). After our special day, we had countless guests say our wedding was the most beautiful they've ever been to. While I would like to think it's because of our DIY decor, it was obviously because of the production that Venue at the Grove puts on. Deciding to use an all inclusive venue was honestly the best decision we could have made. I always here about how stressful wedding planning is, but this route made it extremely easy. We were an out of state couple so finding the best vendors would have been difficult so it took all that pressure off of us. Our day of Coordinator Bekah worked with us our entire process, so I consider her more of our wedding planner. She answered al questions and made sure our day was perfect. We got married in May, which can be hot, but the shade and the grass made it perfect to be outside. The venue is well kept and absolutely stunning. Everything I have envisioned. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day.

Venue at the Grove is an absolutely beautiful venue that you can truly make your own. You can work with their vendors and have them take care of everything, or you can really plan as much as you want to. There are great upgrade options too. They really just present and bring everything to you, so if you’re not sure where to start or how to plan, they’ve got you covered. Even if you are doing something yourself, the staff has great ideas and they are always willing to share. Seriously, just give them a call and they’ll brainstorm with you. Day of, they take care of everything. You get to show up and enjoy your beautiful day. That’s honestly the best part. It’s a breeze. They make sure your wedding is perfect. I’m pretty sure I left sort of vague descriptions of how to set up the decor and they really took care of it. They made sure it looked good - not just doing the bare minimum to check a box. You feel like a priority. My only small gripe is that we had an advice box in the cocktail area and no one saw it. We got 3 cards signed and got feedback from our guests that they never even saw it. No big, could’ve just been the flow of people, but we wish it had been put somewhere more obvious. We also lost a special and expensive bottle of tequila that was supposed to be held by the bartender. Not sure where that ever went. Overall, highly recommend this absolutely stunning, well organized and friendly venue. Special shout out to Bekah who took an awkward, scatter brained bride and groom and made a beautiful day to remember.

After getting engaged, my partner and I had planned to visit as many venues as we could so we could ensure we would find the perfect venue to fulfill everything we desired for our wedding day. We visited Venue at the Grove first and instantly fell in love with the ambiance. The venue had everything we were looking for: beautiful green trees, sparkling lights, green grass, fun cocktail hour area, gorgeous brick-paved reception and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We told ourselves that we should still look at other venues but instead found ourselves going back to Venue at the Grove for their next open house and choosing this venue without seeing any other venues. And we are SO GLAD we did. Our big day was everything we could have asked for and more. The entire Venue at the Grove team, including Ensemble catering, was extremely organized and attentive to our needs. Our wedding coordinator was Maddy and it's truly impossible to convey with words how amazing she was throughout the entire wedding planning process and on our wedding day. We didn't have to stress about anything. She helped bring our vision of what we wanted our venue to look like come to life, facilitated the entire flow of the wedding from arrival to departure with ease (including keeping my rowdy Italian family structured), constantly made sure my partner and I had everything we needed at all times (including making sure we ate and had a drink in our hands without ever having to go to the bar), and accommodated every single need/want/desire we wanted to make sure our day was perfect. We received SO many compliments about how well-organized our wedding was (which says a lot because my \"rowdy Italian family\" can be very judgmental). I also think it's important to note that the entire Venue at the Grove team/venue is extremely accommodating to LGBTQ+ partners getting married at their establishment. We never once had to worry or sacrifice anything for the sake of us being two brides. The only thing my partner and I would change about the day is to somehow duplicate ourselves as both the people getting married and also as guests attending our wedding so that we could enjoy every single aspect of the venue. If anyone chooses to get married at the Venue at the Grove (which you should), please consider inviting us. We are very fun people. <3 J & S

We were so unbelievably impressed with the Venue at the Grove team! Not only was the venue itself absolutely gorgeous, but working with Shelby and the team was such a dream. Shelby was so on top of everything and helped the rehearsal and wedding day run so smoothly. She stepped in to help when issues arose and helped resolve them almost immediately. My wife and I felt completely at ease throughout our entire wedding because we felt so comfortable with Shelby and the team. Our guests kept telling us all night how beautiful the venue looked, especially after sunset with all of the beautiful lights in the trees. Our wedding was more than we could have ever imagined, and we have Shelby and the Venue at the Grove team to thank for that!!

There aren’t enough good things to say about this venue and their staff!! From day one, they helped us throughout the planning process, would reach out to us when we needed to pick certain vendors or make certain decisions. They were also super responsive whenever we reached out and asked any questions (and believe me, there were a lot!). The day of was also just amazing as the planning process! They definitely have everything down to a science. Everything was on time and exactly to the schedule. They made sure we ate first, had drinks, and always asked if there was anything else we needed. I HIGHLY recommend Venue at the Grove to any couple getting married, not just because of the pure beauty of the venue, but also for the overall service and experience. Wish our day wasn’t already over!

Venue at the Grove made our dream wedding come true! We booked with them in March of 2021 for our wedding in April of 2022 and they were there to answer questions, guide us to other specialty vendors, and keep us on a schedule that made for low stress planning through the entire year. They were very accommodating with our payment plan, making it easy for us to budget up until 30 days before the wedding. Our day-of event coordinator was Shelby and she did an outstanding job. We dropped our decorations off at our rehearsal on Friday and everything was exactly where we wanted it on Sunday when we got there. The time and attention to detail in making our vision a reality was impressive. When our ceremony was over we were offered drinks before our photos started. Shelby really made the day feel like it was all about us. We also worked with one of the venues preferred DJ’s, Chad from All American DJ. We loved his energy from the first meeting we had with him and he delivered on his promise to read the crowd and make our wedding a party. Our guests danced the entire time and there were no awkward moments or periods of uncomfortable quietness. Overall, we could not be happier with how our wedding turned out.

The day was beautiful, the staff was beyond wonderful and accommodating. Becca was my wedding coordinator and she did everything to make our day perfect. The venue is beautiful, the food is fantastic. The ONLY complaint I have is the venue stops everyone at 10:00 since it’s a residential area.. that extra hour really would’ve made a difference at our wedding, we didn’t have much time to dance at all. I think the dj played about.. 7 songs or so before everyone was ushered out. Also, last call was called at 9:30 and friends and family went to get more drinks, when they came back to the table, staff had started clearing off full beers and Alcohol we had paid for. I wasn’t informed of this until days later and I really wasn’t happy. But, it’s that’s my only complaint then they’re doing great. That’s the only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5.

Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Everything went smoothly. The venue was beautiful during the day time, sunset was absolutely beautiful too. When the trees were lit, it was just a moment of serenity and everything was gorgeous during night time. The food was amazing and their servers were quick to serve and clean. The decorations were perfect and I couldn’t ask for a better coordinator. Bekkah our day of coordinator played a big role in why everything turned out so perfect. We enjoyed every moment of it, along with our family and friends too. The only comment I have is when it was time to depart, all the decor and alcohol got stuffed in the vehicle so quickly, and there wasn’t much organization to it, we had some items fall out as we started unloading. Other than that we are happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Venue of the Grove team for everything you did for us on our special day.

After just graduating nursing school and moving into a new role at work I really needed a venue and Planners that would make this process as easy as possible to plan in less than a year and they did. It could not of gone better from start to finish. The whole day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and family and friends still talk about how great of a evening it was. The food was AMAZING, which was really important to us and having multiple bar tenders helped keep the bar line non existent. Bekah and Mary Kate were the best to work with. Keep in mind there are extra costs that we didn’t realize at first but even with that going through with the venue was still worth it 110%. We even had a very large bridal party they had to deal with and everything still went so smooth. Could not of asked for a better venue, planners, and experience overall truly making wedding planning not stressful for me.

The venue itself is absolutely STUNNING! The staff are super quick to help with any questions and problems you may have. They are also very helpful when it comes to trying to get ahold of other vendors. If you are from out of town or state they are VERY accommodating and will help plan all your vendor meetings around the same time. They are an “all inclusive” kind of venue. So this could be your one stop shop kind of thing. The only downside of that is that you HAVE to use their caterer. (The food is amazing so don’t let that get you down) Those who already have a caterer in mind, this one isn’t for you. We had a Monday wedding so our Day of coordinator was super flexible and more than happy to come in on her off time to do the rehearsal. The only issue I had was the wedding day. Unfortunately it rained and we had to move everything inside. (You don’t have to worry about tent rentals for smaller weddings) They moved our sign in table inside as well and didn’t tell a soul where our card box or guest book was. Unfortunately other than the people who were sitting by the table and the people who stayed back to help pack up no one even knew we had a guest book. So no one even signed it. However, all in all everything was super beautiful and I would highly recommend this venue to EVERYONE!!!

Venue at the Grove is beautiful and they made sure that everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. The staff was super attentive to our guests and made sure that the bridal party had everything that we needed. As soon as I arrived at the venue, the coordinator (Maddy) was there to greet me and help with my dress and personal items. I felt completely taken care of and catered to that day. We loved their vendors, Tony George from Tony George Photography and Chad from All American DJ. They were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.Ensemble Catering was also great. We received so many compliments on the food and service. They were extremely curteous and attentive during our tasting and on our wedding day. The only issue that we had was that the \"all inclusive\" items are a bit vague, specifically the florals. Their preferred vendor, Wild Child Floral charged us an additional $340 upgrade fee for the 4 bouquets which were supposed to be included per our VATG contract. We were told that this was due to the types of flowers (Roses, spray roses, garden roses and ranunculus) and colors (white, blush and orange) that we wanted. Our contract didn't specify any exclusions for flower types/colors so this came as a surprise to us. We ended up paying the upcharge fee because we wanted to make sure that we'd be happy with the flowers. When I saw the bouquets the day of the wedding, I was very dissaponted. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, I shared several examples of the size and shape that I wanted with Patricia at Wildchild and made it clear that I did not want a large bouquet. The bouquet that I received was a lot larger than I requested, the stems were very long and it was very heavy. I ended up using one of my bridesmaid's bouquets to walk down the aisle and for most of the photos, and even the bridesmaid bouquet was larger than what I had requested for the bridal bouquet. If I would have had more time I would have re-done the bouquets and shortened the stems before the ceremony. Unfortuately time did not allow for that and I didn't bring floral sheers with me because I thought that I was going to receive what I requested.

Our experience with venue at the grove was amazing. Shelby (our day of coordinator) along with all of the rest of the team were so on top of it and provided the best service. I was pregnant on our wedding day and I felt like every vendor was constantly checking on me and making sure I had what I needed! The catering team was awesome - I got to eat SO many appetizers which I was grateful for because I was so worried I would miss them! And our guests raved about how great the food was at dinner. Matt also always had a new drink in his hand thanks to Shelby, because the night was so busy and fun that we weren’t thinking about these things for ourselves. I was always told that the wedding day would be stressful, but thanks to this venue I had such a stress free day and got to take everything in. The day could not have gone smoother and I am so glad we chose this beautiful venue.

Tom and I cannot thank Venue at the Grove enough for making our wedding day so special!! Initially, when searching for wedding venues, this place checked all of our boxes and we could not stop comparing it to every other place we looked at. This venue is GORGEOUS!! They also have inclusive packages, making the planning process significantly less stressful. We also could not get over how friendly and inviting the entire staff are! Mary Kate and Bekah answered all my questions throughout the entire planning process making it as stress free as possible! Bekah was also our day of coordinator and I cannot thank her enough! she made the day run so smoothly, all Tom and I had to do was show up and enjoy it! She also checked in on us frequently throughout the night, making sure we didn't need a thing! She definitely went above and beyond! All of the vendors were truly phenomenal and made our wedding day exceed expectations. Our guests could not stop talking about how pretty the venue is (many said they couldn’t believe we were still in Phoenix 😂) and how gorgeous everything came together. Thank you Venue at the Grove for creating the most magical and memorable day for us!

Marty and I could not have chosen a better venue to host our big day than Venue at the Grove. Not only is the property stunning, but the team at Venue at the Grove made planning our big day enjoyable. The only vendor we had to find ourselves was the videographer. On the day of our wedding, the only thing Marty and I had to do was show up. All our decorations and everything were in their place and ready to go. We would like to give a special shout-out to Shelby, as she made sure everything ran smoothly the entire day and everyone was where they needed to be.One of the highlights of the day for us was our Last Dance. We were able to enjoy one last moment alone together at the venue. We looked around at all the gorgeous lights with pure joy. We both said there was not a single thing we would have changed. It was truly the best day of our lives

Let me tell you, I fell in love with this venue before I even stepped foot on the property. The pictures are gorgeous but it’s even more beautiful in person! But the main reason I chose to have my wedding here is HONESTLY because of their team. They were not only able to confidently answer every single question I had, but also had plans for any and everything that could go wrong. Mary Kate and Shelby are absolutely amazing. Mary Kate helped me bring my vision to life and Shelby was my day of coordinator and I couldn’t have been more thankful for her. There was actually a moment she walked up on my husband and I struggling to take a Polaroid photo and when we couldn’t get the camera to work, she showed up like, 30 minutes later while we were eating and took our photo after fixing the camera! I know it doesn’t seem like much but it really meant a lot to us. It really shows how much she cares about her couples. I also want to give a shout out to their catering team. They made sure we had food and drinks ready from the moment we showed up to the venue to the moment we left. I kept turning around to someone holding a plate of food for me which I’m SO thankful for because I would have hated missing out on the bacon wrapped potatoes. Speaking of the food…get the bbq brisket, you won’t regret it lol. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. Seriously, it was absolutely perfect and it’s all because of the venue and the vendors. Thank you Shelby, Mary Kate and the rest of the Venue at the Grove team!!

I feel so lucky to have found Venue at the grove. From my very first encounter the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. Wedding planning can get intense and they truly have the process down, i was amazed at how organized they kept it. Not only was the property gorgeous, everything went so smooth day of. I received numerous compliments in regards to the property, the food and the amazing day of staff. I would pick the same venue and staff if i had to do it again.

I would give this venue more than 5 stars if I could! We started the wedding planning process about a year and a half ago and from beginning to end VATG was PHENOMENAL and so easy to work with. This venue is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, you feel like you aren't even in Arizona, and is a main reason why we picked this venue. The vendors they work with and recommend are also amazing and you can pick and choose if you want to include their vendors or opt out (except for catering but don't worry the food is fantastic!). They keep in contact with you throughout all your planning and respond to emails in a timely manner! Lastly, you get a day of coordinator who is a GODSEND. We were fortunate enough to have Shelby as ours and our day went off without a hitch because of her and the rest of the VATG team. If you are contemplating having your wedding here, do it, you won't regret it!

Yelp review I’ve been waiting two years to give this venue a one star review. The one star review even came before covid happened, so bare with me on this review. If you’re reading this review you’re contemplating a special place for your big day. Meaning, you’re about to spend an overpriced amount on this venue. Please take my advice when I say take your money and business else where. Take your business to a venue that cares about the BRIDE and the GROOM. This is your guys BIG DAY! The stress comes naturally, the venue and the ppl your working with should not add to that, and this venue did. The people at this venue were SO nice to work with when searching for venues. They had me SOLD. So don’t be fooled. The day they received our third payment these girls became RUDE. As brides we have many things going on - trying to plan our special day-I call the venue to ask a question the lady- one, seems like she hates that she even has this job secondly she says “okay this phone call could have been in an email, next times don’t call me, email me”. The careless & heartless conversations continued after that. Covid happens we get a call from someone in charge there, we pick up & the first thing they say is “pick a new date” not knowing our wedding for sure was going to be postponed because that conversation never happened, well that’s what this was. “Pick your new date” was them letting us know the wedding we planned for over a year was getting a new date & this happened three times. Was the postponing the venues fault, not all. Was the heartless experience and conversations to a bride and groom their fault, absolutely. We paid EXTRA for a Saturday and we were told to pay even MORE to settle for a Thursday wedding. I asked if they had weekends available like we paid for they said yes but we’re a business and need to give those days to someone else that’s has not already paid your 30 grand. “You can have a Monday our Tuesday for FREE, (FREE because we didn’t just pay these people thousands of dollars) our you can PAY for a Wednesday or Thursday” again Friday through Sunday, the day we paid a lot more money for, we weren’t enough to be offered those. Their photographer (who we did not use, thank the good lord above) let us know our engagement photos needed to happened on a week day because she did not want to make time in her weekend schedule for us. We were told to show up at two for a ceremony that starts at four. I get a call a week before the wedding saying if you want to show up at the time we were told to show up for it’ll be 330 dollars to do so. If not you need to show up THIRTY MINS before your wedding starts. THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY DOLLARS to show up at two (the time we were told to show up) after we paid EXTRA for a Saturday and got married on a Thursday. These people literally sleep at night charging their bride & grooms 330 dollars to show up to their wedding they just paid no less than 30 grand for. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE people. I have so much more to write about our experience with venue but I have no more energy or time to continue to put in to this review. Your day should be special, stress free, & overall a beautiful unforgettable experience. This venue experience has been unforgettable alright. It’s also important to say our new day of coordinator Shelby was very pleasant to work with, super sweet, on top it and overall an absolute rockstar!

The venue at the grove is the PERFECT setting for a wedding! They could accommodate our large family and the bistro lights string throughout all of the pecan trees is the most magical thing ever! Our wedding was my favorite day ever and I can’t thank Shelby our day of coordinator enough. She catered to our every need and went beyond our expectations for our special day! I highly recommend the venue at the grove - the overall experience is something you’ll never forget!

We chose Venue at the Grove as we were planning our wedding from a different state. Due to the COVID pandemic, we had to reschedule our wedding twice and every time VATG handled everything completely. They rebooked all of the vendors and kept us up to date about all of the changes. Mary Kate was our event manager and she was a true professional. The day of our rehearsal, we had to talk rain contingency which is never ideal, but she knew exactly what to do to make the wedding special. I cannot say enough nice things about the entire team. We got so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding it was and we owe it all to Mary Kate and Shelby at Venue at the Grove.

Maddy and The Venue at the Grove team made our wedding even better than we dreamed of! We started planning 14 months prior to our wedding date and I probably reached out to the team 100x with every question under the sun. They were more than happy to answer our questions in great detail, offer suggestions, and responded in less than 24 hours each time. When we arrived at the venue the day of they were phenomenal at making sure no one in the bridal party of within our families had to lift a finger. Food & drinks were always prepared, and Maddy continued to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Her excitement helped everyone get pumped for the ceremony and reception to follow. There wasn’t a moment throughout the day where I felt stressed! We still receive comments from guests on how amazing the food was and how absolutely spectacular the venue looked. I will forever recommend Venue at the Grove!

The most amazing place to get married. Maddy and team were amazing and made the day go so perfectly. I could not ask for anything more. This venue is amazing during the daylight but turns into a fairytale at night when the twinkle lights come on. Everything was well well organized, the food was amazing and this venue requires minimal decorations to be just wonderful.I would highly recommend this place.

Overall we had a really great experience here!! We were able to have most of our vendors through them as well as add a couple additional that worked well with the teams there. The planning staff there were incredible the day-of and really made us feel like no one else mattered that day. It’s a beautiful venue- all outdoors and the grounds - keeping was also ‘two thumbs up’. COVID did put some kinks in our plans and while we wouldn’t say there was the MOST flexibility from what was originally planned, the team did a good job of trying to make things work both aesthetically & financially. I would say that in normal times that would likely be something (hopefully) no one ever has to deal with again. All in all, highly recommend! Huge shoutout to Maddy & Mary Kate who walked us through just about the entire process (over the course of 2.5 years really) and were so incredibly thoughtful on our day.

Venue at the Grove is such a wonderfully beautiful and magical place to get married! Leading up to my wedding they were so helpful with all the pesky questions and last minute changes I had. I had so many compliments on how our wedding was the most beautiful they had attended and that everything was so well put together. The only complaint I had and a lot of other people was that it didn’t last longer! Maddy was my day of coordinator and she was the absolute BEST! She made the day run so smoothly and was just there for me while I was freaking out inside with complete anxiety lol. I had the most magical day and felt so special and that was mostly due to the staff at the venue. We just had an incredible experience and would get married at Venue at the Grove 100 times over! We were so happy choosing this venue. The vendors are also amazing. We had received so many compliments about the food as well. The short rib that Ensemble made was INCREDIBLE and perfectly cooked. We had to postpone due to Covid and the venue was so easily able to accommodate another date for us and made the transition so smooth. Thank you Venue at the Grove for all you did for Devin and I on our special day and the days leading up! You all are wonderful!

Communication was a huge bonus regarding our experience with Venue at the Grove! We were so thankful for not only how punctual they were with getting back to us personally, but how well they coordinated everything with the vendors as well! We got married at Venue at the Grove and loved every minute of planning! Being an out of state couple, we looked for a venue that could help us plan and pick vendors to make it easier on us. Venue at the Grove did just that. Being that it was an all inclusive venue, they helped us find the best vendors and the planning crew was AMAZING. Maddy was our wedding planner and she was truly phenomenal. There are not enough words to describe what a great planner she was and always quickly answered our questions. Mindy was our day of coordinator and she was always there to offer us a drink and make sure everything was okay for us and our family. We also had an additional assistant help Mindy and our families absolutely loved her, she was always there to make sure they had anything they wanted and she always had a smile on her face. Finally, I wanted to mention that we had several guests say this was the nicest venue they'd ever been to for a wedding. If you're thinking about having your wedding at venue at the grove, DO IT!

I cannot say enough great things about Venue at the Grove, the staff, the vendors, and the effortless time spent with them planning our wedding through COVID and over the last year. I knew ten years ago when my parents moved into the neighborhood across the street from Venue at the Grove, that I would get married there. Not only did they make my dreams come true, they exceeded my expectations. Planning a wedding is expensive and their easy payment system and all inclusive options made it possible for us to make it happen. Their vetted list of vendors allowed for us to feel confident and stress free. Although the vendors work with various venues, it felt as if they knew and loved Venue at the Grove as much as we do! Their reputation is impeccable! Not having to coordinate between vendors and the venue made the process even more amazing! The support, wedding tracking planner, and assistance in personalizing our dream wedding was highly appreciated! The staff and vendors reached out to us step by step all the way leading up to the day, which was amazing for those like myself who have no idea how to put a wedding together, timing, and little details that are easily overlooked. The staff were highly professional and responded to any questions I had promptly. They gave us adequate time to make decisions, possible options that fit us and our dream as a couple, and timelines that fit our busy lives. Due to COVID, many meeting were held via ZOOM. Although this was the case, each staff/vendor took a lot of time (especially our wedding planner Maddy!) to get to know us and they exceeded on the final outcome. High quality food, decor, venue, and most importantly staff! Our family and friends could not say enough amazing things about the Venue. We feel overwhelmingly blessed and happy to have shared our dream and their hard work with the ones we love most. We believe Venue at the Grove would exceed your expectations too!

When I attended my friend’s wedding at the Venue at the Grove in 2015, I immediately knew it was where I wanted to get married someday. It is absolutely gorgeous. Fast forward to December 2020 at my own wedding at the Venue at the Grove, and it was the best wedding decision we could have ever made. Not only is the venue itself breathtaking, but they also take a massive amount of the wedding planning and day-of stress away from you which is priceless. Maddy, our Day-of Coordinator, and Mary Kate promptly answered all my million questions leading up to our wedding and didn’t make me feel that I was annoying, even though I probably was :) If you forget anything, they most likely will take care of it. If there were any wedding-day hiccups, we didn’t even know about it! Maddy and the team made us feel like a Royal couple our entire wedding day. We were waited on hand-and-foot to make sure we had no worries in the world and could enjoy our special day. In the days after our wedding, we joked about how we swore we would be thinking about something, for example “I need to refill my drink”, and they could read our minds and be there in less than a second fulfilling our wants/needs. Two months later, our guests are still raving about our wedding and how beautiful and perfect it was. The Venue at the Grove team is without-a-doubt the reason for that. Every little detail was on-point. My only “heads up” to future Venue at the Grove couples is that all payments, including guest-count payments, are non-refundable (this is outlined in their contract). Even if you are certain you will have 150 guests, for example, and you start making payments toward that 150 and only 125 show up, you paid for 25 people who didn’t show. At around $100 per head (this amount varies based on a variety of factors with what you choose), having 25 people no-show or back out from coming at the last minute is around $2500. I was certain we would have 100 people, so we made payments for the 100 and ended up having around 89. I recommend paying the minimum amount of guests, and waiting until you need to submit the final headcount to make the additional guest payments. You can always pay for more guests, but you can’t necessarily remove them. Again, this is noted in the contract so it is no surprise, but good to remember.

I cannot rave enough about our amazing wedding experience with Venue at the Grove. My husband and I booked this venue after only a virtual tour with a crazy short timeline before our wedding day. I can't imagine ever pulling off an event this beautiful the way we did without this all inclusive venue and the various associated vendors that work together as the most seamless team you could ask for.We met with our coordinators Maddy and Mary Kate or a few planning meetings for decision making on every little detail I probably wouldn't have even thought of. We were also given some really great upgrade options like fire pits and a sparkler exit.When we finally made it to the venue after the most insane series of travel delays and mishaps in which only half of us could even make it to our rehearsal, the venue was even more beautiful in person and Maddy kept everything on track and organized so the members of our party who missed rehearsal knew exactly what to do when we returned on wedding day. The lighted grove surrounding us and our guests as the beautiful Arizona sun set was truly magical. I was able to enjoy every bit of it as Maddy and the team kept everything moving and jumped in to assist any need. The on-site bride and groom suites were amazing for us and our families and our guests loved cocktail hour with lawn games.The preferred partners that we worked with for photography (Tony George), DJ (All American DJ), signage (AZ Build 3D), cake (Sugarlips)and transportation (Jet Limo) were excellent, and Ensemble Catering is absolutely delicious. The best part is how easy it was to get set up with most of them directly through the venue.I would recommend this venue and its awesome staff to anyone!

I cannot share enough positive feedback about our experience with Venue at the Grove. We absolutely LOVED working with Maddy and Mary Kate. We booked the venue about 18 months before our scheduled wedding date so that gave us plenty of planning time. This meant that I would email them with new questions periodically - their responses were always prompt and very helpful. They provided excellent direction in sharing all of our options with us regarding catering, flowers, music and add-on options, etc but I always felt supported in making our decisions. They never made us feel pressured about making any decision and were always very patient. On the day of the wedding, Maddy was our coordinator. She was constantly present and really did make me feel like the most important bride ever. Her individualized attention was invaluable on that day. Our wedding was truly an absolutely perfect day and we have Venue at the Grove to thank for being such a big part of that.

First I have to say, thank you to every single one of you at Venue at the Grove! Ryan and I's day was everything and more than I could've ever dreamed of. Every single detail was perfect. We are still speechless, it was that good. I am sitting here, crying, as I write this review. I wish we could get remarried every single weekend to have this team surrounding us. Every person on their team has been amazing during this entire process since we stepped on your grounds in August 2018, you have been so willing to work and update things along the way. We feel like we have gained so many friendships during this adventure, the day of I felt like I was working with my family, you all made our dream wedding come to life, it was our fairytale and we couldn't have done it without every single one of you. Thank you to you all, I saw how much work goes into it on the day, it's a lot, a long day. Thank you to all of the bartenders, you were the life of the party ;) Thank you to the caterering team, the food was a 5 star resturant, it was so good, all of our guests raved about everything, but of course mostly the almond crusted chicken. And thank you to Maddy, the biggest thank you of all, you are one special lady, you have a heart of gold, you are an angel human, I gained a friend in you, a good friend, an honest friend, you were so amazing to me, you made sure everything was exactly how I dreamed it would be, you were great to Ryan, you were great to our parents and wedding party, you were great to our guests, I have heard nothing, but amazing things about you from our people. Thank you, you truly left me speechless. To anyone that is about to get married and looking for the most magical venue, pick Venue at the Grove, trust them, they will shock you and leave you with forever memories. They handled me perfect, I was a bit controlling *HAHA*, but they did it, they are so on top of everything. The extra 8 months that Ryan and I had to wait for this day was worth it, I dreamed of the perfect spring wedding and when COVID hit and our day got postponed until Decemeber I was crushed, I did not want to be a \"December Bride,\" but it happened for a reason because it was everything and more, the venue was perfect in December, the grove was like something you would see in the movies. Everything was amazing, perfect, magically, Ryan and I have nothing, but good things to say, we are so grateful, our hearts are full. Thank you Venue at the Grove, we love you!!!!

Venue at the Grove gave my now husband and I our dream wedding! First, you start with the pure gorgeousness of the venue itself and second, their all-inclusive yet customizable packages (including a day-of management team) cross so many things off the planning checklist right from the get-go. Their planning tools, timelines, check-ins with you and coordination of tastings and meetings with vendors keeps everything on-track and so easy, so you can focus on all the other details of your day that make it special. And it keeps everyone on the same page, because they make sure every partner knows the plan and has what they need - a huge relief! Even as a super-detailed, stress-case bride, I can say they think of everything! This made the wedding planning process so smooth, even amidst a pandemic and extra-stressful year. Maddy, our event manager from day 1 to wedding day was THE best. So organized, professional, patient, helpful, responsive, thoughtful and all-around cheerful and awesome to work with - she even poured us drinks, fixed my veil falling out before I walked down the aisle and made sure everything got packed up and safely home for us! Plus, our outside vendors loved working with Maddy and the team. If you want a beautiful, seamless wedding where you can just focus on enjoying the day and happily getting married, look no further! Venue at the Grove staff are extremely friendly and very responsive. They answered all of my questions and got back to me very quickly. The staff was great the day of the wedding. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. They made everything run so smoothly and stress free. The venue was absolutely stunning and gorgeous. With all of the covid precautions all my guests felt safe and were able to enjoy the day. I highly recommend Venue at the Grove if you are looking for an all inclusive outdoor wedding venue.

Venue at the Grove was absolutely amazing. Our wedding could not have gone more smoothly and that truly is because of the amazing staff. Maddy was so calm which helped me to stay relaxed, she took care of everything like a ninja. The best word i can describe our wedding out of many words I can come up with is fairytale. The lights, the gorgeous wood tables, brick dance floor. It was all amazing. Our guests have reached out already to tell us how wonderful everything was. I have never been to a wedding that flowed so perfectly. The food was delicious, I wish I had left overs to continue eating it. Thank you staff at the Grove. You made our special day so easy and wonderful. I have never felt more like a queen and you definitely gave me that feel.

My experience with Venue at the Grove was beyond amazing. Throughout the difficulties of planning during COVID, having to change my wedding date and so many other obstacles, Maddy and the Venue at the Grove team made planning easy and made my wedding day magical. They were always available to answer questions quickly, listened to me well, and paid attention to every detail. As for the actual wedding day, they were phenomenal in making sure that everyone in the wedding party was taken care of. Food, drinks, anything we needed they had for us or would go out of their way to get for us. It made the whole day so relaxing for me and helped me truly take in every bit of the wedding day without feeling stressed... something I didn't think was possible for a bride! Additionally, they went above and beyond with the precautions they took to make sure the wedding and reception was COVID safe. Everything was more than sanitary and masks and face shields were worn by every staff member and vendor. It made every guest and myself feel comfortable and safe. All of this to say, I can not recommend Venue at the Grove enough. It's clear through the pictures that it is a beautiful venue, and I am happy to say that the staff and service make Venue at the Grove the full package in its entirety.

Venue at the Grove has been absolutely amazing through this whole process! Not only before the pandemic did they help us tremendously by helping put us in contact with their available vendors for each aspect of the wedding (photographer, floral, cake etc), they had great recommendations for any extra vendors we wanted (live painter), a personal event coordinator to help you with your tasting and planning meetings and day of. There was no reason to book a wedding planner because they basically had one built in to your package and set you up for success so it was so easy and stress-free! After the pandemic hit and we had to postpone they were still amazing by not canceling us (which a lot of venues were doing without refunds) and really helped us be aware of what precautions they were taking to keep us, guests and their staff safe! They also were very helpful with us rebooking our date and getting in contact with all of our vendors for us! Mary Kate and Maddy were our day of coordinators and they were amazing and so was everyone else on staff! Along with the great staff and help, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and makes you feel like you're not in Arizona! So green and lush and honestly for a June wedding it could've been a lot hotter! The rooms for me and my girls to get ready were great and so was the room the guys had which was really important for us! The food was also a topic of discussion all night. Everyone was raving about the food and how delicious it was and I totally agree I would go to a restaurant to eat their food! Everything was amazing and I would definitely recommend having your dream wedding here!
