Venue de LaChute Reviews
Anna Robinson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-06-2021 Cannot say enough good things about LaChute. Julie and Mallory were a dream to work with and made wedding planning and coordinating a complete breeze. The grounds and house are well kept, the venue is absolutely dreamy, and the pictures turned out great against the huge oak trees. 5 out of 5. Reviewed on 06-09-2021
Hannah McAllister(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-08-2020 LaChute Plantation was the absolute best decision we could have made when it came to our wedding day! It's hard to know where to start but the venue and the ladies who run it are perfect in every way. The grounds are beautiful and so well-kept. There are so many different areas for guests to enjoy, namely the beautiful pond and fountain that was just installed this year. The bridal suite inside the plantation house had everything our bridal party needed for the big day and the lighting was just perfect. The venue comes stocked with tables, chairs, linens, and decorations that we were able to use without any additional fees. Mallory and Julie worked so so hard to make our wedding day the best day ever. They set up and took down all decorations and they looked so pretty! Mallory was my right-hand girl and literally waited on me hand and foot, taking care of every little thing I needed! I never felt stressed that day because she had it under control. Mallory had everything I needed taken care of before I knew I needed it. Cannot recommend LaChute Plantation enough if you want your wedding day to be the most special day ever! Audrey Westby(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-03-2020 This venue was PERFECT. I would recommend a smaller wedding here, around 150 or under. But we had over 200 guests and utilized outdoor seating to make it work. The coordinator was beyond knowledgable and helped make my vision come to life. They have tables, chairs, and decorations there to use, making planning so easy. Our pictures were gorgeous, and it was so nice getting ready in the bridal suite. It was great having the ceremony outside and reception inside. Reviewed on 26-04-2020
Ellen Pedeaux(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-04-2019 LaChute is such a beautiful venue, and these are the best people—they truly care SO much about making your wedding so special. First off, Julie and Mallory were super helpful during the months leading up to the wedding, helping us create SEVERAL drafts of our layout, choose decor, and coordinate with our other vendors. They are great about helping you figure out your style and finding budget-friendly ways to make it happen. We had originally planned to have our wedding on the front steps of the house, with the reception indoor-outdoor at the carriage house. However, the weather ended up being horrendous that weekend, so we had a couple of tents set up, but the storms were so strong that there was water everywhere (I think it was the worst wedding day weather they had experienced since they opened up)! Julie and Mallory were running around all day setting everything up, drying chairs, coordinating vendors, and who knows what else—they made sure that the bridal party spent the day getting ready and relaxing in the bridal suite while they took care of everything. They also worked with our florist to make the necessary changes so that our tented ceremony was just as beautiful as our original plan. Mallory was so sweet and dedicated that she literally sat on the floor and blow-dried the train of my dress while my husband and I ate a quick dinner before entering the reception (my dress had gotten soaked from the ground being wet). Our photos turned out so gorgeous, and all of our guests said they had an amazing time. We are SO happy that we had our wedding at LaChute, and we know that they will only get better as the years go by! Reviewed on 29-04-2019
