I cannot recommend this venue enough! I travel a lot for work (and one of my roles is to plan large scale meetings). I try to stay at Kimpton's as often as possible. Actually, I have stayed at the majority of them. My very favorite one is the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. The decor, the location, and most importantly the staff really make every stay an amazing experience. When it came time for my husband and I to select a wedding venue, this property was at the top of our list, but we didn't know if we could afford to have our wedding at a four diamond resort. Nikki and Courtney were great to work with and were very open to discussing our budget and offering workable solutions that enabled us to have the wedding of our dreams and for us our guests to have an absolutely fabulous time! The sales team was great as well. Rosa and Carli were flexible and also so friendly, no matter how many questions I asked. The front desk team lead by Adam went above and beyond for us and for all of our guest. Even when minor hiccups happened (as to be expected with 40 rooms reserved) they took care of things no questions asked. It is nearly two months after our wedding and our guests are still reaching out to us sharing what an amazing time they had and how much they enjoyed spending the weekend at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. I could go on an on.... In sum, we are so very happy that we kicked off our life together over looking the beach, surrounded by our loved ones, and with team of professionals that wanted nothing more to make our big day go off as we envisioned. 10 out of 10!

I cannot say enough about the staff and this venue. We only had about 4 months to plan and we weren't local. We dealt mostly with Nikki and she was amazing. She was so responsive every step of the way. She had also great recs for vendors (DJ Traxx was great too, & Flowers by Deb had beautiful arrangements) which was very helpful not being close. We had 115 people and the Cobalt room and Patio had plenty of space for the reception & ceremony. The entire hotel made my wife and I feel like we were their most important guest the whole weekend. During the event it felt like Nikki and her staff had an eye on us at all times so we never had to ask for anything and could just enjoy our day. Jennifer was also amazing the whole day of the event and our bartender, I hate that I did not get his name, but he was fantastic as well. From start to finish we had A++ service and would not have changed a thing if we could have a do over. Thank you Nikki!!!!

This is the best most AMAZING wedding site in Florida! Vero Beach Hotel and Spa is so beautiful and my wedding on the beach and reception on the patio could not have been more perfect! Hotel is beautiful!!!! Nikki is great to work with -- she is a very busy person but still manages to make sure everything is taken care of!! The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa is the absolute most amazing place to have a wedding. Courtney and Nikki were such a dream to work with and they took care of every little detail. I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day knowing they were in charge. They did everything possible to accommodate my every whim and make my magical wedding a reality!\r\rFrom the very beginning Marissa and Candace helped me and my guests to book rooms and they made sure my VIP guests were well taken care of. \r\rRachel is an amazing chef and she even created new food for our sunrise wedding that exceeded my expectations. We had a cocktail party the night before the wedding and the appetizers were terrific. The guests all commented on the food and level of service from all of the staff. (Thanks Kit for taking such good care of us!)\r\rI can't say enough amazing things about the hotel or the staff. All of the guests who stayed at the hotel commented it was the nicest hotel they ever stayed in. \r\rThank you everyone for such an amazing wedding weekend!\r

I highly recommend this venue!The staff is very helpful from the first time you visit to see the place. There are several wedding packages to choose from and they are willing to work with budget. They have certified wedding planners to help with coordinating plans and they are there the day of the wedding. They helped keep us calm and the party running smooth! You can't beat the view and the food was very good! This really is a venue to go see. We live in Miami, but took the trip to get married in that cute little beach town. You really can't beat the natural beauty that the VB Hotel has to offer. Minimal decorations are needed--why try to over-decorate something that surrounds you for free? The pergola overlooking the ocean was the ideal spot for our beach themed wedding. As for the service, Nikki, the onsite planner was fabulous to work with during the planning process and stayed throughout the wedding to minimize hiccups. She even improvised when the florist didn't bring my aisle decorations. That being said, I was forced to cut a star due to the fact that the hotel gave all my paid-for birds-of-paradise to a crazed bride from 15 hours before that neglected to remove her ferns from the large planters. Our florist, rightfully assuming that the ferns were there to stay, stuck my \"birds\" in them. The crazy girl shouted down to the hotel staff from her balcony which was apparently overlooking my soon to be nuptial site telling them we'd better not use those plants unless we paid her $60 each. Really? 15 hours later? The hotel rushing to satisfy her, gave her my flowers. By the time I realized they were missing, everyone was seated and I was walking down the aisle. Also, after cutting the cake, they took it to the back where they privately cut the rest for guests. I never saw the cake again, I would have liked for my guests to have been able to take leftovers, which I am certain there was since I bought twice as much cake as I needed and my knife and server have gone missing. When I when to recover them from the hotel, they tried to give me someone's cheap plastic handled set. They are still at large to date. All in all though, the hotel was gorgeous, the food amazing, and Nikki was quick on her toes. I am the only one who noticed the hiccups.

I live in NJ, and planned my wedding at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa, sight unseen, based on my sister's recommendation. I was not disappointed! It is absolutely gorgeous!! Everything from the staff, the rooms, and the food were out of this world, and surpassed all of my expectations! Nikki, our wedding coordinator was fantastic, and she and her team did everything to make mine, and my husband's special day seem more like a dream, than reality.

I worked with Nikki Estes for my recent wedding at Vero Beach Hotel and Spa. She was absolutely amazing and was so helpful on the actual day and leading up to the day. She responds quickly to emails and tries to work with you to accommodate all your needs. I really cannot say enough great things about her. The view from the restaurant/reception area is already gorgeous and all my guests thought the wedding was stunning. The only downfall is they have enough room for 140 people, but the table setup ends up a little awkward. I still loved everything about the venue for my wedding even with the odd seating arrangements. I would highly recommend.\r\rThe only negative I had was I wanted to use the spa for hair and makeup and they booked to an outside wedding which was really frustrating and I had to go elsewhere, but overall I had a great experience.

When my husband and I got engaged, we searched many different types of venues - but we kept coming back to the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa (VBHS). We initially passed it over because of the cost but the venue was so beautiful and had so many aspects that were important to us.\r\r1. Food: The food at VBHS is outstanding but you don't get to do the tasting until after you've signed the contract. If you've never eaten there, go to Cobalt (the restaurant in VBHS) for lunch or dinner and you'll be pleased with the unique food choices - everything is very fresh tasting and not heavy at all. We wondered if it would still be as good when mass-produced for the crowd and it was - every person raved about how good the food was. Every app was delicious, the entree was great and the sides were great too.\r\r2. Bar: The bar is a little offset from the main reception area but not too far away to keep the crowds off the dance floor. The staff was very friendly and everyone got whatever they wanted (we did the open bar, don't think they even do a cash bar).\r\r3. Ceremony: You have a couple of different options for the ceremony. You can have it right on the beach if that's what you dreamed of or they have a lovely pergola like structure on the back patio. We wanted a beach view but were concerned about our elderly guests and small children (and girls in heels) being able to walk through the sand so the patio was perfect for us. It's not a huge space but we fit 115 people on the patio and everyone could still see and we could still see everyone.\r\r4. Reception: Depending on the size of your party, you can either book just one room or you can reserve the entire restaurant. We booked all of cobalt since we had too many people for the one room. They layout is a bit unconventional with tables in a few nooks and crannies. It worked out pretty well but a few people had a hard time hearing - so take the floor plan with you to meet with your DJ and make sure they put speakers in any area where there are tables. We opted for the sweetheart table and it was a great choice. We got a little time to ourselves and the staff did a great time making sure we got drinks, time to eat, etc. We did not have any special lighting for either our cake or grooms cake and they were both displayed prominently yet out of the way. The presents were in a secure location but where everyone could still see where to put them (and out of the way of any passersby). The guest book could have been in a little better place - some people didn't see it. So ask to have a separate spot or bring a pedestal or small stand for your guest book (we did a thumbprint tree).\r\r5. Coordinators: We worked with both Lorna and Nikki and they were both fantastic. They answered all my questions and eased any concerns before the wedding. On the day of the wedding they had everything under control - the whole day was so stress free and wonderful, I couldn't have done it without them!\r\r6. Rooms: I know the rooms are pricey but you will get an excellent room block rate - almost all our guests ended up staying at VBHS and we maxed out our room block and added more. Be sure to book a 2 bdrm suite for the bridesmaids the night before and bride/groom for night after (expensive but worth it). The bridesmaids got to get ready all day listening to the waves.\r\rBest wedding venue ever! Thanks to VBHS for making our wedding even more than we ever dreamed of!

The Vero Beach Hotel exceeded my expectations in every area. Every bride raves about their own wedding, but I had friends and family both local and from NYC/Long Island tell me repeatedly that Vero Beach Hotel was one of the most beautiful places they have ever been to. This place is off the beaten path, but truly is a diamond in the rough. If I could marry my husband all over again I would still chose the Vero Beach Hotel. I looked at venues in Palm Beach, Boca, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami, and this place is such a steal compared to the value you get. \r

This place is off the beaten path, but truly is a diamond in the rough. If I could marry my husband all over again I would still chose the Vero Beach Hotel. I looked at venues in Palm Beach, Boca, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami, and this place is such a steal compared to the value you get. \r

Everyone was so helpful and friendly... They made sure everything was taken care of and that my wedding was everything I dreamed of. Nikki and Lorna were amazing! The food was fabulous! I can not say enouth about The Vero Beach Hotel and Spa!

First of all the hotel is GORGEOUS! Then, the staff was AMAZING from start to finished! They treated me and all my guests like we were family. All the doormen, front desk people, and bell hops remembered the names of all my guests! \rThe wedding coordinater, Lauren Melillo, was there every step of the way... I NEVER had to ask her for anything! It was just done and taken care of. She relieved so much stress with her staff working behind the scenes. The day of I was able to just relax and enjoy it all. They thought of everything. \rIt was the most beautiful and perfect day! Thanks to their hard work and caring attitudes!

We then traveled outside to take bridal party shots before the ceremony - the view is amazing! \rThe sales staff was so wonderful to work with us to secure rooms for our guests at a great discount. The staff was warm and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel for a beautiful place to prepare for your big day!
