Special: Weekend dates thru June 2024 are $1,500 off Villa at the Vineyard is a 12-acre exclusive estate located in the hill country of Driftwood, TX just 20 minutes from south Austin and 15 minutes from Dripping Springs. The banquet hall offers 5,000 square feet of open space and can easily host a minimum of 100 guests up to 300 guests for indoor ceremonies and/or receptions. Exchange your vows beneath high arched wooden ceilings, illuminated by romantic iron chandeliers and featuring windows overlooking the vineyard. The space is bright and airy and can be transformed to match your chosen theme with ease. Outdoors, the natural landscape provides an ideal backdrop for wedding photos. For the ultimate luxury experience, utilize the get-ready lounges (2 rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs). Continue your celebration on the courtyard and open lawn surrounded by majestic oak trees which is ideal for pre-ceremony and cocktail hour mingling. The venue staff is knowledgeable and passionate about their work and will help you plan and execute the perfect wedding from consultation to clean-up. Furniture, tables and chairs are at your disposal. You have the freedom to bring in your own vendors, alcohol and a TABC-certified bartending company. There is plentiful parking and WiFi throughout. Brand new venue, we booked in early March when the venue wasn’t even complete yet. A little nerve racking as a bride living in Houston who was on a tight budget and time frame. We wanted an August wedding mostly due to our budget and price of venues for the seasons. I reached out very last minute about a tour since we’d be in the area for a day looking at venues and wanted to add one more to our hunt. Amanda at Villa at the Vineyard responded immediately and was so helpful. She allowed us to come the next morning for a tour and was so friendly and accommodating. From the moment we met, throughout the wedding planning, leading up to the big day, she was responsive, assuring, flexible, and genuine. She went above and beyond for us and didn’t go unnoticed. This venue was perfect for us and our big day. 10/10 recommend.

The venue was beautiful! It was spacious and had great lighting! Everyone was super professional and made sure the venue looked immaculate for my wedding. Couldn’t have chosen a better location for my wedding!!

It was a comfortable place to get ready in for my daughter’s wedding. The venue was beautiful and looking out over the vineyard made it even more special. I felt like I was in the Italian countryside.

Villa at the Vineyard was an amazing place for my daughter's wedding in October. The accommodations were impeccable and the venue was able to handle all the different areas of service for the wedding including great setups for catering to multiple bar setups on the patio. The landscape was gorgeous around the Villa. The road in and out was very easy to access for all parties as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Villa at the Vineyard. The space and grounds are gorgeous and Amanda, the venue director, was fantastic to work with. I can't say enough good things about her or the venue!The space itself is beautiful. Even though florals weren't a large part of our budget, I loved the minimal look of the choices we made in the big, beautiful reception hall! The vineyard outside was stunning and made a fantastic photo backdrop. The getting ready areas were comfortable, well-equipped, and well-lit, so we had a great time getting ready with our friends beforehand (and all the getting ready photos in that area were beautiful too). Even the drive out from Austin was beautiful and easy, which was nice for our out of town guests.I especially appreciated the flow encouraged by the event space's layout, with the ceremony area next to the patio where we had our cocktail hour and the dramatic staircase leading to the reception hall. None of the spaces had to be turned over to serve double-duty, which made setup easy and kept our guests flowing between spaces that felt natural. Also, just to rave a little bit -- Amanda was an absolute lifesaver when we had trouble with our original venue, mere months before our wedding date. Amanda and our planner worked magic to make it possible for us to make a smooth last-minute switch to Villa at the Vineyard. Making that change brought our joy back and transformed our event! I'm thankful that the stars aligned so that the space happened to be free on our date (a Thursday) and that Amanda was so on top of things and easy to work with. Between Amanda and our wedding planner, working with Villa at the Vineyard was absolutely effortless. After our experience with the original venue, believe me when I say -- that's not something I take for granted at ALL. While the space itself is new, it comes with Amanda's deep expertise in managing wedding venues and familiarity with local wedding resources, and I consider that a tremendous perk. I loved having our wedding at Villa at the Vineyard and I would choose it again in a heartbeat!

Amanda Ă…kerblom (Director of Sales) I have been guiding couples with the heart of a teacher in the central Texas special events industry since 2012. I use my venue management, coordination and event staffing experience to help you make the best choices for your wedding. To me, enjoying the planning process is just as important as the wedding day itself.
