We had my daughter's wedding reception there on 10-16-23, and what a joy it was! The barn, outbuildings and grounds are lovely, and have been authentically restored to their former grandeur. Everything was beautiful, down to the twinkle lights on the rafters, the waterfall and grounds, the authentic china (a different pattern on every table) and the deck on the back of the barn overlooking the surrounding countryside. Working with Mandi and Tony was the best of all. This was a truly family event for them with all hands on deck from their families to help. They are wonderful to work with and provided prompt answers to our seemingly endless list of questions. Tony went above and beyond, even driving a guest and her son back to their hotel after they had missed the last shuttle of the night. We were able to set up numerous yard games on the grounds, and had plans for making s'mores in their lovely fire pit, if only Mother Nature had cooperated. This was such a memorable and lovely event, one we won't forget for a very long time!

Wedding Date 11-09-2021
We had our wedding there on 9-11-21 and the owners Tony and Mandi were great. The only complaints I would have are they are near impossible to get a hold of up until the week of the wedding. This is understandable because I know they have other weddings and stuff going on in their life, one of which is running a hotel they recently purchased. We had also asked if they could replace the couple chunks of lights in the barn that were burnt out but they did not get to it. We had asked them when we booked the venue, when we came back in july to pick out our decorations we were renting from them and once via email or text. I do prefer that they would have said they would try to get to it instead of, \"yes that will be replaced by the time your wedding arrives\". Tony also mentioned when we were there in July that there would be a bathroom in the bridal suite by the time of the wedding but unfortunately when we got there it was not. They have beautiful out houses to use outside the venue so we just had to make sure the groom wasn't around when I had to use it. Those are very minor details that aren't a huge deal.They both stepped up on the wedding weekend and did a phenomenal job with helping us set up, making sure there was staff for the bar, cleaning everything up and placing all our items in one spot to be picked up the next day. They even ran out to get some more UV Blue for us during the wedding because we were running low. Like I said, they really did a phenomenal job with everything and made it as stress free as possible which is great. They even did the ceremony music so we didn't have to pay a dj to come earlier than needed.Overall I would highly recommend this venue as it is beautiful and the staff do an amazing job with helping out and making sure everything is great. If you can't get a hold of them I would honestly just keep calling. I think they just try to prioritize their attention to whose wedding it is on that week so don't loose hope, just keep trying to contact them.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to Tony and Mandi, and their beautiful venue! We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. They helped with every single detail, and the staff was so helpful, professional, and friendly. I cannot day enough good things about this amazing place or the wonderful owners! I would recommend it to anyone!

Villa B. is a hidden gem! A beautiful barn off the beaten path you won't want your wedding anywhere else. The barn's rentable wedding inventory along with Tony & Mandi's help along the way made the wedding planning process a breeze. They are seriously the coolest people to work with and you will love your wedding. :)
