Villa Parker was the perfect place for our wedding!! The scenery and architecture of the venue are so amazingly unique and beautiful. There is nowhere else in Colorado that can compare. Our guests said they felt as though they'd been transported to Tuscany. I cannot tell you how much I loved working with everyone at Villa Parker and how incredible they made our wedding. Bailey, our day-of coordinator, truly gave us the wedding of our dreams and made it so I did not have to think about anything. Kelsey was also extremely helpful in the months leading up to the wedding as she answered all of our questions with such detail and professionalism. We had many guests tell us this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and I think Villa Parker has everything to do with it. We are beyond grateful for everything and everyone! We love you Villa Parker!

We loooved our wedding at Villa Parker! Kelsey and Bailey (our day of coordinator) were great to work with, responsive to our questions, and overall kind and friendly throughout the entire process! The venue itself is stunning with so many options for where to have the ceremony and reception. We received so many compliments from our guests saying how much they liked the venue! Highly recommend Villa Parker and their staff as a wedding venue. The Tuscan/Mediterranean vibes are just dreamy and we’re so glad we found this venue in CO!

Gorgeous venue with great staff. We had the pleasure of working with Kelsey, who ensured that we had all our questions answered (and believe me, we had a lot) and kept us on track with our timelines. The venue is well maintained and provides a comfortable atmosphere for any special occasion, with multiple seating options to accommodate the Colorado weather - they even went above and beyond on our wedding day to ensure that the cobblestone walk and all chairs were completely dry for our ceremony. Highly recommend!

The wedding of our dreams! The venue is stunning and incredibly unique. We hardly had to provide any decorations because the architecture and scenery provided so much. The staff was great to work with, they answered all of our questions , communicated clearly, and did everything they could to ensure the day went smoothly. Very realistic pricing and plenty of inclusions provided with the cost. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Thank you, Villa Parker!

This venue is perfect for a smaller wedding. We had the most picturesque fall wedding. The point person was very communicative and kind. We had the venue for 12 hours which was amazing. It truly was everything we could've wished for and more.

Villa Parker is a stunning venue! They have wonderful connections with vendors and planners so that your event will run SO smooth. The space feels like you are having a party at your own home (really stinking beautiful own home). Guests are able to escape to the beautiful courtyard and garden for fresh air and then move back into the home to get down on the dance floor. I highly recommend touring and booking at Villa Parker!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at the Villa Parker. We wanted somewhere close to Denver for out of town guests with an intimate feel and the Villa Parker delivered. It was far more affordable than other venues to begin with, AND the venue came with a decor closet and day-of-coordinator ($$$$). Kelsey was our contact person at the Villa Parker and she was amazing! She knocked down our venue fee and threw in a complimentary champagne toast. Amanda was our day of coordinator and she was AMAZING as well. She went above and beyond - setting up all of our decor, DIY florals, and made everything look absolutely beautiful. We received numerous compliments on how unique and cool the venue was - it was previously someone's house! We loved that we could do an indoor-outdoor wedding at this venue. The outside of this house is already so pretty that you really don't need any outside decor. There are beautiful green vines that wrap on the walls, and there are trees and flowers everywhere. We got married 08/27/22 on a very particularly toasty day, and everything was still perfect. Dinner was on the patio, shaded by trees. Our biggest concern was that the venue doesn't have AC, which we were nervous about for the summer, but we didn't have any guests complain about the temperature and I personally didn't even notice. If you're thinking about getting married outside of the mountains, DO IT AT THE VILLA!

WOW is all I can say. We had the best day of our lives this past weekend. We could not have asked for a better venue and it was so gorgeous. All of our guests were speechless. It is pet friendly so our baby dog was able to join us on this important day. One of the biggest perks was that we got a complimentary day of coordinator through Grace and Co. Tahnee Penta, you were everything and more. You made the weeks leading up so easy and so fun. You are definitely part of the family now. If I could rate you a million stars, I would. At one point, our pup got a little overwhelmed and she arranged for a staff member to drop her off at our hotel to let us not worry the rest of the night. All of Villa Parkers preferred vendors were also incredible. Would relive this day over and over again if we could. Thank you so much for everything. LOVE LOVE LOVE, The Schillers

We chose to have our wedding at Villa Parker because the venue is absolutely stunning! The Mediterranean villa and it’s outdoor gardens are what sold us - it’s a very unique place, full of character. It has a gorgeous background for pictures. We wanted an outdoor wedding for both ceremony/reception and Villa Parker was able to provide us with both. The grounds are large enough for guests to roam around rather than feel stuck in their seats the whole time. Kelsey answered all of my questions leading up to the wedding and Sophie, our coordinator, was on top of everything, making the wedding run smoothly and stress free. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have picked Villa Parker for our wedding venue!

Villa Parker is a beautiful venue! This was the 5th wedding we'd done with our kids and the first official venue, WITH a coordinator! The venue was great but the details we expected with the extra cost were lacking. The outdoor speakers didn't work, we had to find the coordinator to close the garage door just minutes before our daughter was set to walk down the aisle, and the expensive \"attended\" drink service we paid for was just sodas in an ice bucket, unattended. I emailed my concern and was told the owner would reach out. After numerous emails, it's been 6 weeks now, no phone call or offer to compensate us for the disappointments. I wish I could give a glowing review, but we're disappointed. For the last wedding in our family, we'll save the money and do it right ourselves.

Villa was the best place ever! they handled all little details day of so me and my husband didn't have to. Very friendly staff and always got back to me in very short amount of time with answers to all my questions and i had a lot. They make planning easy and because they have preferred vendors all you have to do is choose between them. They are on the pricey side in my opinion so if you have the money its a great place. And it really is a beautiful place to have your wedding! kelsey was amazing handling all the pre weeding stuff and Bailey was a great day of coordinater. Couldn't have asked for a better team!!

Wow, obsessed with this venue! We searched many wedding venues around the Denver area and when we toured Villa Parker we knew this was the place! We booked the venue in May 2019 for our Oct 2020 wedding, but due to COVID, we rescheduled to May 2021. We picked Villa Parker for many reasons, but my favorites were: - the accessibility to nearby hotels (we had a ton of out-of-state guests)- the view- that we could have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on the same property without feeling like it was all in the same location.- They offer bar packages- Getting ready with all my girls in one place (the bridal suite is huge!)If any of those things are on your list, look at Villa Parker, you won't be disappointed! Plus their recommendations for catering, planning, decor, etc. are spot on and affordable!Kelsey was a joy to work with through the process. She answered every question quickly and completely. She made our hectic wedding planning experience as close to stress-free as she could. We are so happy that we chose Villa Parker!

I had both positive and negative interactions with Villa Parker. The biggest take away is how inflexible and inconsiderate they have been throughout the pandemic. While every other vendor allowed us to postpone our wedding with no consequences, it was a battle at every step with Villa Parker. Originally, in March of 2020 they were not allowing couples who had wedding dates beyond June to postpone. When it came time to evaluate if we needed to postpone, they said that since we were allowed 50 people (according to the county – we had originally invited 200) we did not qualify to postpone – and if we opted to – we would need to pay the ENTIRE $6500 fee again. It took multiple emails and conversations to get them to accommodate moving our wedding date from a peak season date to an off-peak season date (mind you – there is a $1500 difference that they did NOT reimburse or apply to other expenses). – My biggest caution is to NOT book them if you foresee ANYTHING at all happening that may require you to change/cancel your wedding date. – We did not foresee anything… then a worldwide pandemic hit. On a positive note – the reason we fell in love in the first place is that the venue is gorgeous. I was initially ecstatic for the blooming trees and florals in the garden that (should have) been present during our end of summer wedding. Unfortunately, these were not in bloom during our wedding as we moved from peak season to off peak season. – The getting ready suites were perfect and we very much appreciated being able to drop our stuff off the night before and get it partially set up. The day of coordinator through Grace and Co was amazing and was able to accommodate all of our needs and was a great support to have leading up to and day of the wedding.

We had our wedding here in September 2020 and we highly reccomend it to anyone getting married! Villa Parker was very afforadable and accomadating - they ensure that you will not have to lift a finger or think too hard the day of your wedding and I can attest to that. Our day-of-coordinator Bailey was so thorough in asking for our needs before and during our wedding. She truly helped me execute my dream wedding, and I really could not have done it without her. If you're still thinking about Villa Parker for your venue, know that they really make sure the Bride and Groom can sit back and enjoy their day - while they maintain vendors and scheduling behind the scenes. Truly worth it for the price and provided service! Not to mention beautiful scenery, lighting and provided decor to help fill out any blank spaces throughout the venue. Villa Parker gave us our dream wedding and it went off without a hitch!

We found Villa Parker at the suggestion of our photographer, Tony Clapp. Villa Parker is absolutely breathtaking, especially during the summer. There are so many beautiful photography opportunities--the grounds are well-maintained, with plenty of flowers and options for indoor/outdoor lighting packages to add extra flair. We are thankful we spent the extra money on the lighting package we chose! Our main interactions with Villa staff were with Kelsey, until we were assigned our day-of coordinator, Jen, who works in partnership with the venue. The price of the day-of coordinator is built into the venue fee, which was a huge plus of choosing Villa Parker. Kelsey was wonderful to work with. She is professional, kind, accommodating, and always answered our questions with exceptional detail. Jen was fun, collaborative, had fresh ideas and great advice, and made the venue look just as we dreamt it would be. During the event, she watched over every detail and made sure everything was taken care of. It even rained during dinner, and she & her assistant, along with our caterers, were able to pivot immediately to their Plan B floorplan. It was so nice that we did not have to worry about the details of the decor and events of the day!On the business side of things, Villa Parker worked well with each of our vendors, even though some of them had never worked at the venue before. The bartender that Villa Parker provided was also fantastic and kept our guests happy! Villa also has available several decor closets full of easels, signs, candles, candle holders, and other items which we were able to utilize and save a bit of money on decorations. They even let us borrow an easel to take to our ceremony site for our welcome sign. For the decor that we provided, we were able to deliver our items the day before the wedding, which added flexibility for us the day of the wedding. Once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Kelsey did a very good job with keeping us updated. When we contacted her with questions and concerns about whether we would be able to move forward, she was always compassionate and as flexible as she could be under the circumstances. There came a point where we weren't sure whether we would be able to have our ceremony at a church, and she kept the option of hosting the ceremony at Villa Parker open throughout the planning process. While we were able to keep our ceremony offsite, it was nice to know that we could still have the wedding we dreamed of. The only roadblock we encountered was when we were informed several days before the wedding of an unexpected policy change because of COVID. This certainly created a great deal of stress, but in the end, Jen was accommodating and helped the event run as smoothly as possible during the pandemic.Overall, we had a great experience with having our wedding reception at Villa Parker, and we would highly recommend this venue!

Wow! Thank you for hosting a fun and family friendly wedding. Emalee was our day of coordinator, and if you are privileged enough to work with her, you will have the perfect wedding. Villa Parker was friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire booking process to the day of coordination. I was helping coordinate for the bride, but I tell you what, I wish Emalee had been my wedding planner for my wedding. Not only was she kind, funny, and a calming presence. She saved the day when we forgot the rings! She is a hard worker, and always professional. She is an amazing asset to Villa Parker! We had a great day, and such a fun time thanks to the amazing staff, and the outstanding work from Emalee. Ask for her by name, and you won’t be let down. She is the best wedding day of coordinator I have ever worked with.

Absolutely beautiful, well maintained venue with historic and Mediterranean charm. Seriously there are no bad picture opportunities in the venue - it’s all gorgeous. All of the employees were helpful and assisting with all of my requests throughout the wedding planning process. There were a couple unforeseen bumps along the way, but they navigated us through them smoothly. The vendor selection they have to choose from are great, and they all work closely with Villa Parker so you’re already in great hands for the day of logistics. We absolutely adored our coordinator Emalee - she was flawless in her execution and brought my day of vision to life 100%. I wouldn’t change a thing, the entire day was so perfect - i have zero complaints!

We worked specifically with Jensen H. and Christy P. They both answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were very accommodating. I was grateful to have planned with such a helpful and punctual staff!

My daughter Julia was married at Villa Parker this past Saturday. The venue is beautiful and spacious.I give the venue and staff 5 stars.However, a warning to anyone who plans an event there, DO NOT use OCCASIONS CATERING which is on the preferred vendor list.My daughter, her new husband, and 6 more people at the same table had severe food poisoning, going to ER, ruining a wedding night at The Ritz, and the owners take ZERO responsibility. Shame on them!!!! So beware of OCCASIONS CATERING!

I had written a wonderful review for this venue about a week ago but my experience has now been tainted. I was sent an invoice for multiple items that were “damaged” after my wedding. After confronting the staff about the how these mysterious damages came about they would suddenly remember or find out where the damage actually came from & would remove the charge. Mind you, they did not have pictures to send as proof. I was expected to take their word that there were dinner glasses broken at the end of my wedding that somehow no one noticed, a broken soap dispenser and paint that stained a table (we didn’t have paint for anything.) If you select this venue I recommend doing a walk through and taking your own pictures before and after the wedding. Otherwise they may try to scam you out of extra money. I’m very disappointed because I had such a beautiful wedding here, but they handled this extremely poorly.

Villa Parker was amazing! I received so many compliments from my guests about how beautiful the venue was. Our coordinator Stephanie made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding. The other staff members that I had communicated with throughout the wedding planning process were also helpful. Another perk that I appreciated was the discount given to military couples now that I am an army wife! Overall a great experience. Villa Parker made my fairytale wedding come true!

Villa Parker helped me host the wedding of my dreams! I was on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue that could host both an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. When my now husband and I first set foot on the property, we were blown away with how beautiful and private Villa is, even with downtown Parker just down the hill and a neighborhood just above it! The aspen trees, fountain, and garden had us instantly falling in love. Amanda and all of the Villa staff were wonderful to work with and quick to respond, which makes every anxious bride a happy planner! I highly recommend Villa Parker as an ideal and romantic venue to celebrate your best day ever.

I had a horrible experience with the owner, Joe Oltmann! The wedding planner (through the venue) messed up and double booked our rehearsal (which is included in the package that we paid for). She told us 3 days before the wedding and it was impossible to reschedule with all our wedding party and we were not able to have a rehearsal. This greatly impacted the day of and the ceremony and caused a lot of stress. I asked to speak with Joe, the owner, about it after the wedding. It took him over 2 months to final talk with me. He was unapologetic about not having a rehearsal. I asked for a small refund, he did give a small refund which did help and I was happy with. However, I also brought up that there were no lemons and limes at the reception (which again we had paid for). He basically implied I and my guests were all liars and there were lemons and limes and he was check the video (what?). What really made me upset was what was told our guests, when they asked for a lime in their drink, the bartenders said “Oh the bride and groom didn’t pay for those.” Who says that to guests? And it wasn’t true!! Joe refused to give me an additional $55 discount that I asked for as a result of not getting the lemons and limes. I was very disappointed in my experience with him and his rudeness.Other than that, I did enjoy the Villa. It’s a beautiful space and we had a good time. It rained up until the ceremony and the staff did a great job at adjusting. One thing to note-there is NO air conditioning (except in the bride suite). Our wedding was in August and it rained and cooled it down and it was still really hot in the reception and dancing.

The Villa Parker was the first and ONLY venue we looked at for our wedding. The property and venue itself is truly amazing and beautiful. We got married in December and held our ceremony and reception in the main ball room. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and went off without any complications! At first we were nervous that \"flipping the room\" would add complications but it did not and we honestly had no idea they were flipping the room while we were enjoying cocktail hour. The property has a HUGE bridal suite that worked perfectly for my nine bridesmaids, myself, and my mom. We had two make-up artists and three hairstylists. Everything moved smoothly and we had a great time getting ready! There is a smaller groomsmen suite. Our groomsmen got ready primarily at the hotel but did \"finishing touches\" at the Villa. That room was perfect for our needs also. On top of a wonderful venue, The Villa has an amazing staff! Throughout the planning process, it was easy to get in touch with them for payments, planning etc. They also offer a wedding day-of coordination service through Marilee and Grace in the venue fee. This is a GAME CHANGER. I worked with Jen Cobb as my day of coordinator and she killed it! She saw my wedding vision and made my dream wedding come true! The Villa also has a ton of decorations from candles and lanterns to wood rounds and signs. This really helped us save money. I was able to show Jen photos of centerpieces and other wedding decor inspirations and she had 99% of the decor already at The Villa. I can't thank The Villa and Jen enough for making our wedding day the BEST DAY EVER! You cannot go wrong with The Villa. They are a top notch venue!

This review is LONG overdue and I apologize for the delay. We got married in June 2018 at the Villa and I can't say enough good things about it! It was the ONLY venue I looked at and I knew I soon as I walked through the iron gates that this is where we were going to get married. This venue provided the most romantic setting for our small 100 guest ceremony and reception. The staff was so amazing to work with, answered all of our questions throughout the entire process and made my day run so smoothly. To top it off, my husband and I lost our baby girl 4 months prior and the staff was so respectful in making sure she was honored in the most beautiful way with pictures, candles and her teddy bear. It was so important for her to be apart of our big day anyway we could and they made sure to make it happen. The emotions were running high that day and it was the happiest my husband and I had ever been. We still have people talking about how beautiful our wedding was and I can't stop looking at pictures. I would get married here over and over again. You won't be disappointed.

The space is so unique compared to other Colorado venues - if you are looking for a Mediterranean Villa vibe, this is your venue! I loved that we had the whole place to ourselves, it made the day so enjoyable. I really enjoyed my experience with all of the Villa staff including our awesome wedding planner, Jen Cobb. I think it's super neat that your contract with the Venue comes with the services of a professional planner, this is a great feature! Jen was always super helpful and supportive and had no issues switching things up as I inevitably changed my mind a hundred times :) She ran our day with confidence and felt like family by the time everything was done. What I liked the most about the Villa is that the venue is stunning on its own. It needs very minimal \"dressing up,\" which was great for keeping decor costs down. The venue definitely brought my Italian wedding dreams to life and I really didn't think that was going to be an option in Colorado! The only reason I did not give 5 /5 stars is that there were more costs associated with the venue than I had originally anticipated and we had issues with the in-house sound system during the dancing portion of the evening. These issues were minor and did not take much away from our big day. The staff also did everything they could to resolve the sound issue and were very apologetic. So long as you do your homework on pricing (look into the catering options before committing to the venue since you have to go with one of their preferred partners) you can't go wrong having your event here! The wedding experience at Villa Parker was fantastic. All of the staff here were courteous, prompt communicators and conscientious of the importance of our big day. My wife Emelia and I both thought that our wedding went without a hitch. Villa had an amazing space for both our ceremony and reception. We had an incredible Fall wedding with all of the nearby trees turning colors and a breathtaking sunset behind the mountains to top it off. Villa also provides a day of coordinator who was a lifesaver and helped our day go perfectly. I would highly recommend Villa Parker as a wedding venue to anyone who is searching!

Villa Parker was the absolute correct choice for us. The venue itself is stunning and unique, and extremely well maintained. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, and the pricing was in the affordable to moderate range. Our wedding had around 165 people and it was a tight fit as the weather was cold and rainy. We were able to get some 20 x 20 tents in the main courtyard and decorated them, plus the tree coverage on the west patio helped give us some outside area to work with. This venue would shine best with a smaller guest count, or warm weather.Jensen was our sales representative and was extremely helpful with all of our questions and requests. The venue works with a collection of catering vendors and requires that you select one of their partners. That being said, we had no trouble at all with this as we went with Rocky Mountain Catering, who was absolutely incredible!Overall, I think this venue deserves the 5 / 5 stars. We had a perfect wedding day, thanks largely in part to the venue, staff, and vendors offered through Villa Parker.

We had our wedding here in September. It was only the second venue we looked at but knew immediately this was the one for us. Villa Parker is gorgeous just the way it is and needs little if any decoration. Erica and her team were amazing. They set up 2 ceremony locations due to the weather. Unfortunately it rained but they were able to move it inside and it was beautiful. Highly recommend this venue!

Magical is the word to describe the Villa Parker! We had a Disney themed wedding with purple accents that complimented the ambience of the Villa Parker. When we first toured the Villa Parker, Amanda was amazing and we were in awe of the spectacular surroundings. It's hard to find the words to describe the majestic surroundings of this incredible venue. It is a mediterranean estate that morphs into this magical place when it's your wedding day. So many of our family and friends have told us that they could not have imagined any other place for us to have a fairy tale wedding. The Villa Parker is a one in a million place and we cannot thank everyone enough for making our dreams come true.

I cannot adequately explain how lovely everything was. The ambiance provided by Villa Parker was intimate, warm, and set the mood perfectly for the small reception we had. By working with the vendors they recommended, we had a seamless day. We had beautiful pictures taken before our ceremony while getting ready, and afterwards, the indoor and outdoor locations provided a spectacular variety of photo ops. The space was tastefully decorated, the sound system kept the music at a reasonable level, and our guests loved the ability to move inside and outside and at will throughout the evening. I couldn't have asked for anything more on Tom and I'd special day!

Five stars is not enough to convey my love for Villa Parker! When looking for wedding venues, Villa Parker was one of the more expensive venues I researched but I am so glad that I chose this site for my wedding. This venue is the most gorgeous place ever and was the perfect background for our dream wedding and the absolutely beautiful photos that we will cherish for a lifetime. From the moment I stepped onto the Villa Parker property, I was overtaken by the beauty and the friendly, helpful staff. Villa made it easy to communicate despite the distance as I planned the wedding from Virginia. They provided great suggestions for preferred vendors and were so helpful in the entire planning process. Part of Villa’s fee is providing a day-of coordinator. Our coordinator, Jen Cobb, was absolutely amazing! She helped me through every step of the planning process and when the wedding day came, she made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She made being a bride stress-free and put my ideas for the ceremony/reception into action. She took care of my husband and I throughout the entire day, and she seriously felt like part of the family. Her help throughout the planning and wedding day was absolutely priceless, and I can’t imagine having done it without her. I loved that Villa allows for multiple indoor/outdoor options, as weather in Colorado can be so completely unpredictable. I also loved that we were able to have the entire compound to ourselves for the whole day without having to worry about outside people and other wedding parties – it made it much more special for us and our guests. I can’t say enough good things about Villa Parker – the property, the staff, the preferred providers, and more! Villa Parker was the best choice I made when planning my wedding (besides the groom, of course), and I give Villa so much credit for allowing my husband and I to have our dream wedding. I would highly recommend this venue to all other brides and am so thankful to have been able to work with Villa Parker for my wedding!

Where to start? The venue is beautiful and so different than any venue I have seen, the staff is incredible and so eager to help you have a perfect wedding day, and the addition of a coordinator made it all go perfectly! We loved the venue from the minute we got there. Our ceremony was beautiful and so easy to transition into cocktail hour and reception. We had so many compliments about how beautiful everything was and unique the villa was. The staff at the villa was hands down the best people I worked with throughout the wedding planning process. Erika was our coordinator and she was fantastic. She was always one step ahead of us and executed the wedding day flawlessly. It helped my husband and I just enjoy ourselves. Amanda also helped us tour the venue and answer a lot of my annoying bridal questions and was always so sweet and fun to talk to. An additional benefit is the tastings the Villa puts on each month so you can see different vendors, different set ups at the venue, and you get a delicious catered meal for free! It helps you to visualize the day so easily! It is how we picked our caterer & florist and I got some fun free bridal stuff! If you want a picture perfect wedding with the help of some ladies that know exactly what they are doing, pick Villa Parker!

Where do I begin!?Villa Parker was the first site visit for a wedding venue my now husband and I had. After visiting, we cancelled all other appointments and booked Villa Parker for our March 17th wedding! It is an absolutely beautiful venue all around. Every backdrop is insanely gorgeous and you really feel as though you've been transported to another country. More importantly than the gorgeousness of the venue, is how amazing the staff is. During the months leading up to the wedding, I always felt welcome to contact the staff with any questions or concerns I had. Erika was always so helpful and quick to respond and Amanda was so amazing in giving guidance concerning bar packages & floor plans. I ALWAYS felt taken care of and never as though I was just another bride. Our final walk through and rehearsal was executed flawlessly with Erika in charge. She makes you feel so at ease and you don't have to worry about anything. The day of the wedding was even greater than the months of help leading up to it. When you book Villa Parker, you are also granted day of coordination from Marilee & Grace. These ladies are absolutely AMAZING!! They do everything, and I mean everything. My vision that I had in my head for the past 12 months were becoming reality right before my eyes! They were more than happy to hang banners & wreaths, set out chargers & menus, and making sure all the special touches I had wanted were present. They also took such good care of me and my girls while we were getting ready, providing us with anything we needed at all. Our day was flawless and Villa Parker is mostly to thank! I would choose this venue over and over again! Thanks for everything!

We held our wedding at Villa Parker & our overall experience was very positive. We booked very far in advance of our actual wedding day & throughout the process of planning & payment they were very responsive to our communication inquires. We never ended up looking at other facilities because we fell in love with Villa so we cannot offer comparisons on pricing to other facilities. We can say that we felt the costs were overall reasonable. We had good communication with Villa & always felt they were responsive to us. They offer monthly ‘tastings’ which allowed us to meet & try out some of the vendors they recommended. The background is very beautiful being set in the little town of Parker; bar service, tables, chairs, day-of logistics are all included in the facility charges. Most of the staff we worked with was very pleasant & supportive. We initially worked with Karen & she was very easy-going & respectful of our needs. Our day-of coordinator was Erika & she was awesome to work with. She thought of things we never would have, & actually put the entire facility together the day of the ceremony. We always felt very comfortable with her suggestions & direction. Concerns included: during the initial evaluation of the facility we were told that we would have full access to the venue for the entire day. While this was true, there was a rehearsal that morning of our wedding. While it didn’t necessarily impact us, it was awkward to have other people we don’t know wandering the facility while we were preparing. They were also giving tours and we understand it’s a business and you have to support new clients, as we paid for the facility for an entire day it just felt some of our privacy was infringed on. Again, not something that impacted the experience of our ceremony or happiness with Villa but just a general comment. Additionally, we mentioned in multiple meetings & emails how important the ceremony music was to us. That, if all else failed, we wanted the music to be right (processional, ceremony). We even put together our own playlists & instructions so the staff at Villa would get it correct. We were assured the music would be handled correctly but, it was not. Our processional for both the wedding party & the bride was wrong as was the start of our unity sand song. We know that every little aspect of the wedding will not go to plan; and we accepted that. Of course our guests didn’t know the difference; but for us we had emphasized countless times the importance of the music. The fact it was done incorrectly was disappointing. Ultimately though, we let it be & tried not to harp on it. Suggestions for Villa would be to improve the outdoor speaker capacity in the courtyard & to review ways to keep the dining hall room cooler, it got very hot. The pros & positive overall experience of course outweighed the concerns we had. It’s a beautiful facility, secluded from everything, & we had numerous guests comment on how wonderful the facility & set up were. The general timeline & organization of the day was also great & was able to help keep our stress level down. Villa did a great job working with our individual vendors & coordinating everything in a manner that assured everything was on time & in place as it needed to be. We would highly recommend Villa to those looking for a quaint, cozy, & beautiful facility that handles all aspects of your wedding in one site. We had a beautiful wedding & we thank Villa & Erika for the hard work and support!

My husband and I had a fusion Mexican/ Indian/Catholic/Hindu wedding at Villa Parker. We couldn't have been happier with the entire event. Villa Parker was the ideal location to have our wedding. As soon and we talked with Karen about the availability she was so quick to help us and really listened to who we are as a couple and what our big day would ideally be like. My fiance and I both lived out of state, but Karen and her team were always in contact with us. The venue itself is so unique and has a very comfortable and relaxed home feel. It is also very private which makes it so much more special. There are countless places for amazing pictures and the bride's suite is so spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect place to get ready with my bridesmaids. We had a traditional Hindu ceremony out on the lawn which included a fire and a horse. Villa Parker was open to all of the curve balls we sent and accommodated them so that we could have the perfect wedding. We could not be any happier and Villa Parker will always be a cherished place for us and our guests.

I had so many compliments and comments by my guests about how beautiful this venue was! I of course agree with them. I will say that I was disappointed in how expensive (especially with all of the extra hidden/unnecessary fees) it turned out to be. I also did not think they were very professional and polite about the way they handled the fees and payments. They also threw away almost all of my flowers and my leftover wedding cake and never told us there was only 1 hour time slot the day after to pick those things up. Needless to say I was upset about that. As I said before though, it really is a beautiful and unique venue and it accommodated 150 guests nicely. I also used some of their preferred vendors (Elite DJ and Three Tomatoes) and thought they were awesome.

Karen and her team at Villa Parker helped make our day absolutely amazing. We knew from the first visit that this would be our venue and from then on, everyone was great about helping us make arrangements, making suggestions on vendors and making sure that we had everything and everyone that we needed. Their list of preferred vendors is fantastic and I think we used almost all of their recommendations. Even when we threw them a curve ball by bringing in arcade games, Karen didn't miss a beat! The fact that they are full service and took over EVERYTHING on our day-of was the kicker. The day of our wedding, all we had to do was show up and get ready - they managed the vendors, deliveries, set up, decorating with all the things we had brought over the day before and all of the tear-down after. \r\rThank you, Karen and everyone else at Villa Parker for making our wedding a true dream come true!!

Breathtaking in every way. From the moment we walked up to this venue we just knew. I know you always hear that you will just know, just like a bride with her dress and it being the \"one.\" This was that place...truly. The venue was not only stunningly gorgeous, but for us it was the people who brought the venue to life that made this venue everything. Karen, Erika, our dear friend Talaya, and all our amazing vendors went above and beyond to help us make our wedding perfect in every literal way you can imagine. From the first moment I walked into Villa Parker I knew it was the perfect location for my wedding. The venue is absolutely stunning, but what makes this place so amazing are the people who work there. Karen is the most wonderful person and absolutely everyone else there is so professional and welcoming. They were always understand and willing to help as well (even after the 1,000th e-mail). I was so nervous going into the tour because I didn’t know what to expect and all I could think about was how much everything was going to cost, but Karen made me feel so at ease and was willing to work with us on anything and everything. She was so patient and not the typical pushy sales person (although you wouldn’t need to be with the venue, it speaks for itself). The Villa Parker is stunning, inside and out and I couldn’t have imagined our special day anywhere else! The pictures turned out gorgeous, but I wouldn’t have expected anything else being at this beautiful place. Villa Parker will forever have my heart… THANK YOU VILLA!!!

Villa Parker did a great job with our wedding in September 2014. From the minute we had our first meeting with Karen, the coordinator, to after the wedding with coordinating getting our remaining items, we were treated with respect and given prompt attention. The staff at Villa did a great job of accomodating any requests we had in trying to make our day special. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and there is nothing like it anywhere in Denver... it has a Tuscan charm that makes the venue seem warm and inviting. I would highly recommend Villa Parker for a wedding choice!

Amazing is all I can say. They are amazing people and made the day so smooth. The addition of a wedding planner from Marilee and Grace was a LIFE SAVER and Taylor kept me partially sane while planning. They truly care about every wedding and make it so magical. The Villa was so good to us throughout the entire process. We booked over a year in advance and throughout that time the Villa, especially Erika and Karen, kept in touch with us and involved us in all the events at the venue. They have tastings during the off-season that really showcase the venue decorated beautifully with great food and vendors. They really make you feel special, and work very hard to make your wedding your own. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them, I'm just sorry that it's over! I would recommend them to anyone. They have vendors that they recommend, but you're not required to use them. We used an outside caterer and there was a fee for that but it still ended up being cheaper than using a traditional caterer and everything worked out very well. The various ceremony sites are great and the Villa truly is a place where you can customize what you want because there are so many options. Erika was wonderful to work with, she offered suggestions and ideas for the decor and she made sure that everything flowed flawlessly. It was such an amazing experience.

My husband and I got married on May 17th, 2014, and let me just say it was perfect. Villa Parker gave us an incredible day, and we are so happy to have had our wedding there. The Tuscany atmosphere of the venue was perfectly balanced with some rustic flare, really creating great opportunities for personal touches, beautiful photos, and an overall beautiful event. Also, it was so nice to have a day of coordinator through Villa Parker. We were in contact with our coordinator throughout the entire process, therefore our vision for our wedding was met, and not to mention, we had a stress-free day, because the staff and coordinators were handling it all! Another plus to mention is that there are many different options to choose from for the ceremony and reception locations. All the spaces really allow you to do what you want, and regardless of the budget and what can be done, it will always be beautiful! \r\rMy only advice is to carefully read the contract and to ask specific questions as to what is included. There were a couple of things that we thought were included, that were actually not, so just ask questions, and figure out what is specifically in the package and what will cost extra, so you can have a stress-free, perfect day! \r\rOverall, Villa Parker really is uniquely stunning, and to anyone who asks, I will definitely recommend this venue and staff! Thank you Villa Parker for making our day so beautiful and memorable- we appreciate all that you helped us accomplish! :))\r

Villa Parker was the perfect venue for our wedding. The staff is so professional and they were able to accommodate all of our choices and changes. It unexpectedly snowed on my wedding day (5-11-14), but the backup plan for converting our intended outdoor wedding into an indoor wedding was so seamless that many guests didn't realize it wasn't the plan all along. I would highly recommend Villa Parker to anyone.

I cannot say enough great things about Villa Parker and its staff. After booking with them, we ended up having to change the wedding date up by nearly 4 months. Karen worked with us and not only moved the date up but contacted some of our vendors for us to make it easier on us. Taylor was our day of planner, she decorated the space just as we had imagined and made the whole day go smoothly. In a time of great stress and chaos, we were able to rely on the competence of the Villa Parker team. Everything from the planning to the rehearsal to the wedding day was seamless. They were able to make all this happen with less than 2 weeks notice!! Karen and Taylor, we can't thank you enough for all your hard work and the genuine kindness you showed us and our family!!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with Villa Parker. I visited multiple times prior to my final decision, and during each visit I fell even more in love with it. It wasn't until after signing the contract that promises were never met. We were given a specific \"wedding planner\" to help us with coordinating everything for the day of, and didn't hear from her until 2 weeks before the wedding, and only because I went there in person looking for her after calls and emails were never returned. The day of my wedding, details that were extremely important to me were no where to be found. The set up I had asked for was not in place, even after being assured that it would be. My wedding was great regardless, I just wish the lack of communication wouldn't have stressed me out in the months leading up to my wedding. My issue isn't with Villa Parker as a whole, just the help, or lack thereof, by one individual. Karen is absolutely wonderful!!! If anything she made up for my frustration with everything else. The Villa is absolutely beautiful! Great romantic setting, but a little crowded for a guest list of 200.

The venue is gorgeous. There is a beautiful fireplace in the middle of the venue, a large bridal suit with an elegant living room (you'll need it for your big day!), and beautiful lighting-indoor and out. \rThe people are amazing because they know you and care about you. They are helpful through out the whole thing.\rThey offer a lot of supplies and have certain types of rentals as well.\rCheck this place out before going anywhere else!

Ever since I was a little girl, I dreamed of an elegant, romantic wedding. Villa Parker made this dream come true!! I had a laundry list of requests, and boxes and boxes of decorations to be set up with nothing but a few pictures and scribbled directions. Erica and her team were very easy to work with and took care of every single detail with a smile on their face. They took care of the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception seamlessly!! Every one of my guests commented on what a beautiful venue Villa Parker is and how professional and friendly the staff was all throughout my 8 hour + event. \r\rMy mother and I searched all over Colorado to find a venue that could meet our needs to have a ceremony and reception at a venue that was private. After a few long weekends of searching Villa Parker was the last and final place that we found. It was well worth the wait!! A few weeks before my wedding Erica even took time out of her day to help me make my escort cards. This was not something that we paid her for either, she did it out of the kindness of her heart. She really went out of her way to make my wedding day special and exactly the way I had always dreamed. Thank you Erica, Joe, Lori, and to the rest of the staff behind the scenes.....it is a day we will never forget :)

Working with Erika and the Villa was a dream!! Everything was very easy. The tastings were very fun to attend and big help to invision what the space would look like dressed up, and to get a look at other vendors. The day of the wedding I gave Erika our boxes and boxes and boxes of decorations and small details, and never sat there telling here what to do. They are so good they knew!! Everything was exactly how I had imagined or better! With the beautiful venue and our personal touches it was perfect. We couldn't have asked for more perfect day, venue and team to work with!

The Villa Parker is the place to get married!!! When my husband and I walked in, we immediately both agreed that this was the place! Erika is an incredible wedding consultant and helped me maneuver many different situations! She set us up with a hotel, a shuttle, a bar tending company, etc. Karen is uplifting and calm! They are a dynamite team! :) These ladies kept me calm, helped me decorate, helped me plan!! I literally did not need to stress about anything. The venue is beautiful by itself and needs very little decor. I cannot say enough great things about this place! GET MARRIED HERE! :) And if you do, enjoy your day!!

Driving to my appointment at the Villa Parker, I wasn't sure this was the place for our wedding - after all, Parker seems to be an odd place for a wedding. What I found was a quiet, intimate venue that has the warm, welcome feeling like you have stepped in to someone's elaborate home. With a well tended garden, scenic fountains and stucco archways, it is a picture perfect setting for your special day. Erika and Karen are a seamless team! We were also were provided a \"day of\" coordinator, the wonderful Taylor, who helped us far beyond the day of making every detail personalized and perfect. Their preferred vendors (we used Spice of Life, DJ Elite and Kokoro) armed us with just the team we needed to create memories and not worry about the details. They even have connections with local hotels that will shuttle guests a short 20 mins to and from your event for free and provide an exceptionally reasonable room rate (ours was $89). Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we have the Villa ladies to thank for that! This is a venue worth checking out.

First of all, the venue is beautiful! Its Tuscan/Mediterranean feel created such an amazing ambiance and provided a stunning backdrop for all of our photos! Also, most of our guests had to fly into the Denver airport and this location was perfect because it wasn't too far for our guests to travel. Secondly, the staff here is phenomenal. They provide day-of-coordination services which seriously saved me so much stress! They truly treat you like the most special person in the world and go out of their way to help you plan your wedding. Whether it is offering vendor recommendations or helping you decorate to bring your vision to life, they truly know how to spoil a bride. I love, love, love this venue and am looking for an excuse to go back already!

The Villa is the perfect venue for a wedding. Not only is the Tuscan style of the Villa breathtaking the staff is fantastic. We worked with Taylor for our event planning and she was the BEST! She promised me a day free of worry and that is exactly what I got, not only that but I never thought I did a good job of describing the wedding vision I had but somehow she got everything I was envisioning and so much more. I was so worried about timing but I will tell you that they know what they are doing and we never once had to answer a vendor question or really think about anything except having the best night of our lives. \r\rOur guests loved the Villa just as much as we did. Everyone was complimenting how beautiful everything was and it was wonderful to be so close to the city but feel so removed from everything. I never felt that there was anything around us it was just us and our guests dancing the night away. And the view of the mountain range from the patio delighted our out of town guests, especially at sunset.\r\rI can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was from start to finish with the Villa. We truly felt like we were a part of their family from the minute we toured the venue until we left on our wedding night as husband and wife.

Between the amazing setting, arched doorways, twinkling lights, and absolutely amazing staff our wedding went off without a hitch. They were amazing at accommodating any request we had to personalize our wedding and were full of ideas for areas that were lacking detail. A DREAM COME TRUE! My husband and I came upon the Villa via The Knot and through everyone's amazing reviews decided to take a look! Not only did we leave deciding we wanted our wedding here, but we left wanting to LIVE there! It is simply spectacular! \r\rIn a nutshell: \r\rErika ( the coordinator and owner) and her team are without the doubt the most caring, responsible, organized, generous and helpful people we worked with! They were there to answer all of our questions and their responses were thorough and quick! We live in Las Vegas so planning an out-of-state wedding posed some challenges and they held my hand the entire way! \r\rWe are very DIY kind of people and so our entire wedding was done by us! From the invitations to the menus to the centerpieces and corn hole boards we did it all! I took pictures of the candy bar and the centerpieces and on the day of the wedding Erika and the Villa team got to work. They set up everything just the way we had talked about it. She didn't leave out one detail! She was completely calm and composed and had everything under control. I trusted her ten fold with my wedding and I'd do it all again in a heart beat! It was a well oiled machine and from the moment I walked down the aisle to when we shared our last dance she had our best interest in mind! \r\rWhat I loved most about the Villa, aside from the amazing views and the spectacular architecture, was the ability we had to completely customize the space to our liking. We hand picked everything! From the food to the rentals to the music to the linens. That's what our guests were raving about too! How unique it was and how personal it was! \r\rIt was great to also know and feel that the entire venue was OURS (in theory) we arrived at 12pm on the day of our wedding and had a BLAST getting ready in the separate bride and groom suites. There wasn't any unwelcomed traffic like that of being in a hotel or golf course. It was secluded and personal. The kids could run around and not get into any trouble. The trees and gardens were beautiful for our guests to enjoy outside during cocktail hour! \r\rDo yourself a favor and check out the Villa! You won't be disappointed! It has everything to cater to your wants and needs! The team is fabulous and we created memories and friends there that will be with us for a lifetime!

My husband and I loved Villa Parker! We immediately fell in love with it the first time we went there to visit. It's quite expensive, but we felt that the atmosphere was worth the extra budgeting we would have to do. The bridal room is gorgeous and huge compared to other venues we checked out. The bathroom is definitely big enough to have your bridal party's hair and makeup done there. And the grounds are spectacular! I also loved that they only do 1 wedding a day, so you never feel like you're being shuffled around another bride and her big day. The planning process could have been better though. Our consultant quit half way through and we felt like the owners didn't do that great a job of checking in with us and seeing if everything was going well or if we needed help with anything. I would completely recommend having the \"planning\" meeting earlier than 3 months out. Because of our schedules, we actually didn't have ours until about 1.5 - 2 months out. We were completely stressed before the planning meeting, but felt better afterwards. There were a lot of things that I learned about during that meeting that would have been nicer to know earlier, such as the venue had sparklers to use at the end of the ceremony if I wanted, that you had to pay an additional amount to rent their china, and that they would handle all of the set up and tear down. Some of these items had been implied, but nothing was confirmed until the meeting. (Be careful of the additional costs that tend to come up after you've already paid the venue fee. Make sure you completely understand the contract and don't be afraid to ask seemingly simple questions). Overall, our wedding was a huge success and we feel like Villa Parker had a big part in that! PS - they do once a month tastings where some of their preferred vendors come, give out samples, and info. It's a great time to meet other vendors if you're still looking! I went several times just to enjoy the food and see Villa Parker in the different seasons with varying decorations.

Villa Parker was the perfect choice for my son's wedding. Erika was so great to work with and made sure every tiny detail was taken care of (even things I would have never thought of). She made sure the wedding day ran seamlessly. \rAll of our guests were so impressed by the beauty of the venue, many remarked that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The sunset pictures taken after the wedding were absolutely breathtaking.\rI would very HIGHLY recommend Villa Parker for the perfect wedding venue.

I had my wedding at Villa Parker and it was wonderful! Everybody raved about how beautiful the venue was and Erika did a great job of coordinating everything! She made sure the day went smooth and was stress free. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Parker and it was great to have everything in one location since about 95% of our guests were from out of town. One of the main reasons we went with Villa Parker was that we had the entire place for 12 hours and there weren't multiple weddings going on at once. A lot of other places we looked at had another wedding that would be coming in right before or after ours or there were 2 weddings going on at once. We liked that we could arrive early and get ready there and didn't have to worry about anyone else's wedding going on at the same time. Everything was just perfect and I would definitely recommend Villa Parker to anyone!

Villa Parker provided me with an awesome and wonderful experience from beginning to end. Erika did her best to make my day beautiful and stress-free day. The Villa offers tasting events once a month and we were able to see how the Villa looked all dressed up and meet other vendors and taste a full catering menu. My family was able to attend and see everything before we signed a contract. It was amazing to be able to have the ceremony and reception in one location. I have been to Italy and this was just as gorgeous - an Italian Villa 30 minutes from Denver. Would recommend them to anyone!

Villa Parker was selected as the venue for the wedding because it is beautiful, has lovely views, a romantic ambience & is conveniently located. However, we got so much more than that! Erika & Molly, the staff at Villa Parker are the heart of the place & they are there to ensure you get more than your money's worth! The amount of help they provide, the easy nature of working with them & their desire to see that everything goes just as you desire, makes Villa Parker one of the best wedding venues around.
