Vinewood Stables is a wonderfully tranquil farmyard wedding venue in Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA. The jewel in the crown is the original historic farmhouse offering you and your partner all of the contemporary amenities you will need for the big day. Vinewood Stables caters to weddings of all sizes, from a small, intimate gathering to a lavish affair of up to 250 people. Both indoor and outdoor ceremonies are on offer, with the new Ceremony Pavilion the perfect place for you and your lover to say "I do." The tall trees and lush green gardens provide a magical backdrop for newlywed photos and wedding party pictures. The fully customizable renovated Stables and outside pastures can also be used as a ceremony location but would probably serve better as a romantic reception area. Here, you and your nearest and dearest can enjoy a toast during cocktail hour before dancing the night away together. Magic Moments is the name of the company that owns and operates the Vinewood Stables venue and several properties across the country. Their experience in crafting in-vogue nuptial events means you and your partner are in safe hands. Magic Moments also owns a catering division and a design studio business, meaning everything you need can be found under one roof. A Divine Event will take care of cuisine, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to satisfy your guests' taste buds. The Design Studio, in operation since 1987, will handle all of the decor and layout. Vinewood stables was the absolute perfect venue for a wedding!! It’s beautiful, the outside, the inside and everything is there for you to make your wedding everything you want it to be!!Diane was a dream to work with during planning and the night if the wedding, when I had a guest show up with an uninvited daughter she managed it all beautifully!The day if the wedding there were 3 coordinators in hand, Diane overseeing everything )and working) and one inside while my daughter was getting ready and one outside making sure everything was in order for the outside ceremony. Then all 3 were on hand during the reception. Vinewood makes it so easy to plan - everything except music and officiant can be handled through Vinewood, but if you want a certain baker for your cake / no problem and you can use a different florist for the wedding party if you need. But everything they provided was amazing:). My daughter’s wedding was simple but beautiful and I would t have changed a thing. Do yourself a favor and look into Vinewood - you won’t be disappointed. The venue itself is beautiful, but the staff, starting with Diane make it wonderful:)!🥰

Incredibly professional. I didn’t feel a bit of stress leading up to the wedding or on my wedding day. The property is beautiful and I still get comments from my guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding.

Everybody was so so fantastic, all the people all the professionalism. Everybody made the day run so so so smooth I love it, my only issue would be that the venue isn’t open in the morning for the bridal party to get ready at the venue. It was very stressful trying to get ready and then show up at the venue and it added some unnecessary stress to the day. But overall it’s a gorgeous beautiful place and everyone takes such good care of the bride and groom.

Everybody was so so fantastic, all the people all the professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue! The pavilion for the wedding, the tree for first look photos & the reception site were gorgeous and they made it look just as we requested and envisioned. Diane was a fantastic coordinator from beginning to end and our day of coordinators were gracious and so very helpful. Highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue! The pavilion for the wedding, the tree for first look photos & the reception site were gorgeous and they made it look just as we requested and envisioned. Diane was a fantastic coordinator from beginning to end and our day of coordinators were gracious and so very helpful. Highly recommend!

This venue was absolutely AMAZING. For what the price was (decently inexpensive compared to most venues), it was well worth it! The venue includes a wedding director, amazing facility, food (which was amazing and there was a LOT of it), drinks, and so much more. It even included a big budget of decorations. The venue in itself was absolutely beautiful and really didn’t need that many decorations so it was easy to stay in budget too. They had a plan in case it rained and were well prepared and helpful in every way possible! There was no stress on the family or the bride (me) and that says a lot considering i’m an over thinker! For those brides that are so specific, this is perfect!! The people were amazing, the venue is amazing, and i am so happy with my decision at Vinewood Stables! I really could not recommend this enough! I’d say i’d do it again if I could but hopefully this is my only marriage (LOL)!!

The designer and team made the process super easy and all the decorations were set up better than I imagined. Changes throughout planning were an easy email. The actual day itself… perfect. The coordinator was on top of everything even though we only spoke before the event the rest of the team worked together so flawlessly there was no room for concern. If there were bumps I had no clue, and can’t explain how awesome it is to have the venue be able to coordinate the food and cake and decorations. Made the process easy but also the day flowed beautifully. They know what they are doing. ALSO all our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food. I mean I want to go to a wedding here so I can eat it again.If you’ve made it this far in the review the only thing else I have to say is—book this one. Why go through more headache for less of a coordinated beautiful wedding??

I cannot rate Vinewood Stables higher! From the decision process, through the planning, through our special day: Vinewood was an absolute pleasure to work with! We booked Vinewood for our wedding. I worked with Diane and Kia and could not have asked for better people to work with. Diane did a fantastic job capturing what I wanted for my wedding and advising me all along the process. Kia was the BEST day of coordinator - making sure everything was taken care of with grace. For those looking for a venue: Vinewood handles almost everything! We had to get the photographer and music (with their help honestly for music) and they handled everything else. I cannot recommend them enough for women like me: who work crazy hours and needed partners / a professional company to plan and coordinate a wedding that captures my and my husband's love. They have it down to a science and created the most amazing wedding. We are still getting compliments from our friends and family who joined us on our special day. They exceeded our expectations and made our special day even more special. <3

Vinewood Stables was an absolute dream for our wedding! Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure we had an amazing day. The venue itself is beautiful and they made some improvements over the summer (new ceremony pavilion and firepit) that turned out great. The fact that they are all-inclusive was the biggest stress reliever for us; we didn't have to worry about coordinating a bunch of different vendors or setting up decor! The food was DELICIOUS and we heard rave reviews from our guests. Our Wedding Director, Kaila, was the absolute best and really made sure we enjoyed our day. I love that they pull the couple aside after the ceremony; we were able to eat some of the cocktail hour snacks, have a drink, and just breathe before joining the reception. I can't recommend Vinewood and Divine Event enough!

My wedding was in June of 2022. I'd like to start out by saying our wedding day turned out amazing and everything ran much more smoothly than I expected. Jontae, our wedding day coordinator, was amazing. We had some issues with traffic and being extremely late to our rehearsal, and she was graceful and calmed me down. She was one of the few people at Vinewood that alleviated my stress. From the beginning of booking the venue, we were made to believe that our payment would be a certain price. We were aware from the beginning that since it was an \"all-inclusive\" venue, there would be rules. We booked the venue thinking it was a certain total sum. Then there was a venue rental fee that we weren't told would be outside of that sum. We paid that. Then, after specifically choosing our food, our total went up even more above their estimated range. We were fine with that. We wanted good food for our wedding. Then, we had our design meeting. At booking, they told us that most couples could fit design items in the small amount that was included in our original estimate, and we believed that. After our design meeting, that total increased another $10k. Not to mention that it took over a month for me to call and email multiple times to even get an invoice for the design part of my wedding. After seeing the estimate for that I was shocked. We were over budget by a shocking amount. So I emailed the design team, asking what we could do about it. I got no response again. So, believing I could do this based on what we discussed at booking, I booked my own florist a couple months before wedding day and paid deposit. I bought my own candles as well. Then comes the 30 days before wedding phone meeting. We went over the design portion, where I was struggling to take things out to stay in budget, and they said I couldn't get my own candles or get out of house florals not including wedding party flowers. This started a series of phone calls with multiple people in the venue because I already paid deposit for flowers. I told them no one was communicating with me. So, they eventually worked with me. I believe her name was Jennifer - she helped me out a ton and didn't make me feel like she was out to make as much money off me as possible. Things got figured out and I would be able to bring some of my out of house florals and my candles. Wedding week and rehearsal went well. Wedding day went surprisingly well, after stressing that things would not be the same after all these issues. I was surprised and I loved everything the design team did. It was beautiful and I wouldn't change it. What I would change is my venue if I did it again. Because from the beginning, it felt impersonal and it felt like everything was about paying up to them. At some points, we felt like we had to scramble to make a way to fit it into the budget. Communication was a big issue. Especially for the design team. I realize that prices are higher now for everything, especially weddings but my whole experience leading up to wedding day was stressful. And I was made to feel like I needed to spend tons of cash just because I had already booked with them and had no way out. Ultimately, our wedding day turned out beautiful and that is all I need.

It was an absolute joy being able to have my wedding here! Everyone was incredible. From the moment I walked into the house and stable, I knew this was the place! The team was magnificent to work with! Virginia, Jennifer, Nancia, and Candice are the ladies I worked with most; they all did a great job! Nancia and Candice were the day of coordinators and absolutely did a stunning job!! We were on time with everything on schedule and not only that they made sure I was always comfortable and having a good time! Jennifer, I had met with and she helped make sure everything the day of the wedding from behind the scenes went smoothly and it did!! Virginia was there from the start and could answer any questions we had leading up to the event!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding here. I will admit it was a great experience when we started and well I will honestly say we hit a few bumps in the road along the way. Jennifer Newberry assured me it would all come together and be ok. To be fair to them I am a control freak and don’t let things go easily. Well the day came it was7-16-22. Jennifer executed the show along with Heather and Victoria and way to many others to name. It was Seamless everything went right as scheduled they made it so easy for us to not worry and enjoy our day. A huge thank you and well I would give them 10 stars if I could. This day will live in our memories forever!

I've never heard of an all inclusive venue until I heard about Vinewood. Everyone was so flexible and so patient with me. They made sure to accommodate with my crazy work schedule and made sure to update me with everything I needed to know. My wedding day was so organized and ran SOO smoothly. Jontae our wedding coordinator REALLY impressed my fiancé and I. She was SOO SWEET and SOO CALMING! We were really impressed with how she ran the whole wedding! She was organized and on time with everything. She really made our experience so much SWEETER! Thank you Vinewood for EVERYTHING you guys did for me to make sure my day was PERFECT! The Vinewood Stables was a FANTASTIC venue! Every aspect was perfect. Kelsey is just lovely to work with as well as the rest of the staff. The venue is gorgeous, the food is so good, and I could not find anything to complain about at all. I highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it!

The Vinewood Stables was a FANTASTIC venue! Every aspect was perfect. Kelsey is just lovely to work with as well as the rest of the staff. The venue is gorgeous, the food is so good, and I could not find anything to complain about at all. I highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it!

I can't say enough good things about this venue! AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING SPACE, all-around amazing! The onsite staff was accomodating throughout the whole process, made communication very easy, made decisions simple and took so much stress away, especially on the day of the wedding. It was very nice to be able to bring in outside vendors (photographers, video, DJ, etc.) but also have a list of preferred vendors that typically work the venue too. Catering was done through the venue and let me just say that was the number one thing that I have heard about after our wedding was how delicious the food was! The menu selections offer lots of variety, depending on budget and taste. The floral company that the venue works with matched my floral inspiration to perfection, couldn't have been happier! I was a COVID bride that had to reschedule and the staff could not have been more accommodating during a very stressful time. This venue was fantastic and I highly recommend it!

This venue was everything we wanted for our late September wedding! While we had a few hiccups and some added stress during planning due to the venue being sold to A Divine Event (ADE) five months after we booked it (which is why I gave it 4 stars), our wedding was exactly what we wanted when things were all said and done. Amy and her team at ADE were accommodating and ensured everything ran smoothly. We had a rather large wedding (200+), and I was nervous about lines at the bar. She worked with us to come up with options for a second bar during the cocktail hour to alleviate any possible congestion. It was the best day ever and all our guests loved the venue. They did an amazing job making my vision come to life for the reception and the dance floor was lively the ENTIRE night.

My wife and I looked at over 15 venues before we chose Vinewood Stables. As it turned out, it was the best decision we made. We booked the venue during the fall of 2017 for a September 22, 2018 wedding. The venue is absolutely beautiful ! The Plantation House and Stable were built in the mid 1800's and were redone by the former owners. Everyone who came to wedding could not stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was. In January 2018, we were informed by the previous owner that the venue was sold to Divine Events/Magic Moments Venue. As you would expect we were surprised and very nervous that everything would turn out as we planned. I have to say the entire team from Divine Events went out of their way to reassure us that all contracts signed with the prior owners would be honored and sure enough they lived up to their commitment. Amy Britt, the event manager, was great to work with and the wedding turned out exactly as we planned. There was not one problem. My dream venue was a place that would suit an outdoor ceremony but still have a covered area in case of rain or to shield from the Georgia sun during the reception. After looking at a handful of venues, I stumbled upon Vinewood at the recommendation of a family friend who had also celebrated her wedding there. My fiancé and I traveled to take a tour and immediately fell in love with the natural beauty of the property and its southern charm. I had been hoping to come across an outdoor venue that was rustic yet elegant, and which did not need much in terms of added décor. Vinewood checked all the boxes. The original owners, Jamie and Tre, were so welcoming, filling us in on all the history of the property and showing us all the venue had to offer. We chose our wedding date and booked right on the spot! Having booked almost a year and half out from the date, I was surprised a few months out from the wedding that the property changed ownership. Like any Bride this soon out, I began to worry! Amy was amazing and helpful during this transition – answering all my questions and quickly putting my mind at ease – she really helped me remain Bridechilla, and not Bridezilla! The transition went by so smoothly!The day of the wedding also went by without a single issue. Amy and Staff were on the property all day working magic! If anything went wrong, I had no idea! The Staff at Vinewood were all incredibly friendly and engaging as well. Shout out to our Bartender who memorized my Hubby and I’s drink orders and had them brought out to us when we were running on empty but out mingling in the crowd! Our wedding day was a perfect recreation of all that I had dreamed of for this special day! Wouldn’t change a thing! We highly recommend Vinewood for any couples looking for their perfect venue!

We chose Vinewood because of the beautiful barn and outdoor setting for our September wedding and couldn't have been happier! Amy and the Vinewood/Divine Events staff couldn't have been more understanding, supportive, and patient. The flower picking process at the design studio was extremely easy and staff was very knowledgeable - we ended up with the most beautiful décor and arrangements. They took care to look at pictures of what you had in mind and were very detail oriented. Our guests gave us nothing but the best feedback on how amazing the food was, how attentive the staff was, how smoothly everything went, and how it was the best wedding they'd been to in a long time. The barn is simply breathtaking and it will be even nicer when they renovate to add heating/air next spring (it was a little warm in September). I highly recommend the Southern Comforts menu option and the mason jar desserts - they were a hit for us! The only thing I'd change would be that we could rent the venue for the whole day to provide ample time to take pictures, hair/make up, and soak in the day since it went by so quickly. Overall, I'd pick Vinewood again to have my wedding again in a heartbeat!

Brides: I wanted to let you know that my experience is different than most. I picked Vinewood Stables as our venue almost a year before our date and in the process, the owners changed hands. Vinewood is one of the most beautiful places you could choose. I had so many compliments on our wedding. We even did our engagement pictures there and boy were they beautiful! The planning was fun and they were always available to answer questions. The weeks leading up to the ceremony are stressful and with the exception of not being able to decide on a signature drink, they made it all very smooth. Our rehearsal was well run and everyone knew what they were supposed to do the day of. Our ceremony was at the tree and it did rain all morning so if there was panic, my wedding planner (the previous owner) never let me know. They kept to their timeline and were there when I needed anything. We did all our pictures before the ceremony and were able to hang out a little bit before the ceremony in that beautiful house! Our reception was beautiful! It was hot as anything (I did pick a June date in Georgia, I should have known ;) ) but I heard that in the coming months they were going to close the barn up and put in an air conditioning. I have to say it ran smoothly and everything was on time. We even left our sparklers at the hotel and they had spare ones to give us that night and saved the evening! I hope this venue keeps the same charm and ease that the previous owners had established for so many years!

Vinewood Plantation is absolutely beautiful! Hiring Jamie and Maria as the wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made- they made the day of a piece of cake for everyone! My only complaint- as I have been talking to my guests about the wedding, I have been told that the owners were rude to my guests during some parts of the evening. As a bride and groom, we hoped that our guests would have been treated with respect by the owners, but that was not the case unfortunately. Overall, great experience but we just wish our guests were treated with kindness.

I cannot say enough about this venue! Our wedding was over six months ago, and I still look at the photos all the time and remember how magnificent and beautiful and peaceful and perfect it was.Jamie was a GEM. My now husband and I used to live in Las Vegas, and we planned every piece of this wedding remotely, except for one random weekend I happen to be in the area. Everything came together perfectly, and Jamie was helpful, positive, organized, and accommodating the entire time. The most important and magical day of our life couldn't have been in a better place. Love Vinewood!

We spent 2 years looking for the perfect venue, and were starting to think it did not exist until we found Vinewood Plantation! It was everything I dreamed of, and I knew right away that this is where I'd be walking down the aisle. From bride to bride, here is the scoop about Vinewood-The owners, Jamie and Tra, are amazing. Not only are they the epitome of southern hospitality, they are extremely accommodating and professional. We had a few meetings with Jamie prior to our wedding and appreciated his kindness and transparency. We instantly felt comfortable with Jamie and Tra, and had the easiest time corresponding with them. Open house- My wife and I attended the Fall open house (do it!!) and loved having all the preferred vendors in one place to chat with! I think this really sets Vinewood apart from other venues. So much work goes into the open house, and it makes planning so much easier! We are from out of state, so this was especially beneficial to us. The venue-Although it may seem impossible, the venue is more beautiful in person. The grounds are meticulously kept (we saw the venue during various seasons) and absolutely it's stunning throughout the year.There are so many great places for photos, and our photographers took advantage of using the gorgeous landscape for unique shots. The stables (barn)-This is the perfect backdrop for just about any style wedding! We had a small, boho themed wedding and could not believe how beautifully our vision came to life. There was tons of space for dancing, mingling, and for the children to play. Vendors-The handpicked vendors are truly the best of the best. We had the pleasure of meeting them at the open house, which was wonderful. Each vendor went above and beyond- from answering emails promptly, to making last minute changes- they made this type A bride feel at ease! On the day of, the flowers, food, drinks, and music were simply perfect. My wife and I had the best day of our lives at Vinewood Plantation, and would not have changed a thing.

We had the most amazing experience working with Vinewood for our wedding! The team is incredible and does EVERYTHING to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible for everyone involved. They did a fantastic job planning by taking ideas and making them come to life in a way even better than I could have ever imagined. They worked closely with the vendors and made our lives so easy. Not only is the staff is incredible, but the venue is gorgeous! Our wedding was even more perfect and beautiful than I could have ever dreamed, and it was due to the wonderful team at Vinewood! As the mother of the bride, I'm still in cloud nine and am eternally grateful to Vinewood Plantation and the wedding planner Jaime along with Tra and Maria for creating my daughter's dream wedding. Everything was perfect. Every detail was taken care off. We are from Miami and when my daughter said she wanted a rustic elegant wedding I was in shock. She did her research and we planned a weekend trip to Georgia to visit five venues. Vinewood was our second venue. After seeing the property and meeting Jaime we knew we didn't need to look any further. The place was beautiful and their attention to detail and how they understood all our requests and found all the perfect vendors was remarkable. They treated us like family and we trusted them and they delivered the dream wedding we had envision. From the planning to the rehearsal, to the wedding, they were there reassuring us everything was going to be perfect and holding my hand. The wedding was October 23 and I am still getting calls from ours guests saying how amazing the wedding was. I will be eternally grateful for all their hard work. Vinewood you are the best. Marlene

My wife and I got engaged in the California wine country, and we wanted a similar vineyard/ranch look and feel for our wedding (but with a Southern touch). We live in an intown Atlanta neighborhood, and we searched all over the city for our venue. When we couldn't find the perfect spot, we started looking outside of Atlanta proper and discovered Vinewood. The minute we turned into the driveway we knew that Vinewood was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful even without any additional embellishments, and it has a wonderful, well loved, historic feel. We also used Jamie and the Vinewood team for wedding planning services. Jamie helped us to assemble a wonderfully creative and talented team of vendors. They did a masterful job of wading through all of our ideas and wishes to create our perfect day. I am still in awe of how stunningly beautiful the barn looked for our reception. Amazingly, it also looked *exactly* how we imagined it, which demonstrates their talent and attention to design detail. On our wedding day we were able to relax, enjoy one another, and our guests knowing Jamie and Maria had everything handled. Our guests had a great time and could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. We will always cherish our memories of Vinewood, and I strongly recommend both the beautiful venue and the team.

Like many girls, I was guilty of having my \"picture perfect\" wedding perfectly crafted out on a secret Pinterest board long before I was actually engaged. I like to pretend I accumulated 6,000 pins in the 24 hours after I got engaged, but let's be real, no one was buying that story. Needless to say, by the time I got engaged, I had a very clear picture of what I wanted my wedding day to look like. When it came time to selecting our wedding venue, I knew I wanted a unique, rustic venue with tons of character and elegance... it wasn't long before my search brought me to Vinewood Plantation. Before I even toured Vinewood in person, I knew it was the place I wanted to get married. When we finally toured Vinewood, I was shocked to find that it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures online suggested. Everything from the impeccably maintained, historic home to the fields and stables, was absolutely divine. Despite my 6,000 secret 'pins', I couldn't have dreamed up a more beautiful venue. While Vinewood could have sold itself on beauty alone, it was truly Jamie, Tra, and Maria who solidified our decision to get married at Vinewood Plantation. One of the things that attracted me most to Vinewood was that it was owned and operated by the couple who lives there, Jamie and Tra. With most wedding venues, you're working with people who have no personal attachment to the location-- I loved that Vinewood was not only Jamie and Tra's home but that they truly made it feel like an extension of home for each bride-- it didn't just feel like another event venue. Jamie and the Vinewood team's passion is evident in all the weddings they plan-- they truly eat, breath, sleep event planning and as a Bride-to-be, that level of enthusiasm was refreshing and greatly appreciated. Jamie and team truly work closely with you to understand your vision and, through the orchestration of a dream team of vendors, help bring it all to life for you. On the day of, when it came time for the stable reveal, I was literally speechless. To see more than a year's worth of work pulled together was overwhelming to say the least- Jamie and the Vinewood team truly understood my appreciation to detail and perfectly captured everything I wanted. One of my guest summarized it best when they said, \"It looked like a Pinterest wedding, only better\". Choosing Vinewood as our wedding venue and then subsequently, Jamie as our wedding planner, was hands down one of the best decision we made for our wedding. I cannot say more positive things about our experience at Vinewood with Jamie, Tra, and Maria--- they helped us create our dream wedding and memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

The reception was beautiful and fun and MORE than exceeded my expectations of how a wedding could be. I cannot thank these amazing people enough for guiding us through this process of planning a wedding. A million THUMBS up! Beyond Beautiful!!! Ever since I saw a picture of Vinewood in a magazine I wanted to visit the venue. Little did I know that I would actually get married there. Jamie was under the weather the day of so we did not have a lot of interaction to him but he was still able to make the barn beautiful!!! Tra handled all of our wedding party with such grace and still understood their sarcastic humor. Now for Maria, AMAZING!! She would predict my needs before I even understood them. The location was beautiful. The day went off without a hitch and the team was great. If I had any suggestions it would be air conditioner. I understand no one can control the weather but our day was incredibly hot. Once again not their fault at all but I would recommend air conditioner. With that said I would not change anything else. They took everything in their hands and made the day run very smooth. Beautiful venue and all my guest loved it!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!

I have always believed that it is never too late to say I'm sorry, I love you, or thank you...and in this case, a thank you in the form of a review is LONG overdue. My husband and I were married at Vinewood Plantation on October 30, 2015; it will forever be the very best day of my life. Although we are currently expecting our first child and I know that experience will be just as significant and special, this chapter in our life together began on our wedding day when our families officially became one. To say that our wedding was a dream come true is an understatement. My sister had found Vinewood online and we decided to visit to check it out. Within minutes (maybe seconds) of arriving at Vinewood, I was in love. The entire feel of the venue was exactly what I had envisioned. It was classy, earthy, natural, and warm. On our way out, we met with Jamie and Tra (the owners of Vinewood) and ended up chatting in their kitchen for a bit. I left feeling as though I had been at home amongst friends. Our experience planning the wedding was exceptional. Maria was organized, communicative, supportive...in short, AMAZING! Since we are not from the area, we relied entirely on their recommended vendors and we were impressed in every way! Maria listened to what was most important to us, respected our budgetary constraints, and professionally guided us throughout our decision-making process. She was literally a part of the family by the time our wedding day arrived...I miss talking to her all of the time. The wedding itself was magical! It was a memorable experience for EVERYONE. Allow me to conclude by sharing that if you are looking for a genuine and uniquely special day for you, your fiancé, and your guests (our family and friends are STILL talking about our wedding), you will certainly want to check out Vinewood Plantation and their phenomenal team.

My daughter was married at Vinewood Plantation in Newnan, Georgia on May 28, 2016. I can't even express what a pleasurable experience the entire process was. We booked the venue and began planning a year in advance. Jamie, the owner of Vinewwod, planned and coordinated the event for us. Even though I probably sent more than a hundred emails over the course of the year, he and Maria always responded promptly. They helped with every detail of the wedding regardless of how big or small. We met face to face on a regular bases and Jamie accompanied us to meet with vendors when needed. Every vendor we chose was perfectly suited for the style of the wedding. Jamie’s attention to detail really brought my daughter’s vision of a boho chic wedding to life. On the day of the wedding, Jamie, Tra, and Maria worked tirelessly to make sure every moment of the day was relaxed and perfect for the entire wedding party. Vinewood Plantation is a beautiful location. The Vinewood team is exceptional at planning and attending to every detail of an event. My daughter could not have been more pleased with everything. I just can’t thank and recommend Vinewood Plantation enough.

Every vendor we chose was perfectly suited for the style of the wedding. Jamie’s attention to detail really brought my daughter’s vision of a boho chic wedding to life. On the day of the wedding, Jamie, Tra, and Maria worked tirelessly to make sure every moment of the day was relaxed and perfect for the entire wedding party. Vinewood Plantation is a beautiful location. The Vinewood team is exceptional at planning and attending to every detail of an event. My daughter could not have been more pleased with everything. I just can’t thank and recommend Vinewood Plantation enough.

Jamie and Tra were remarkable to work with and made the planning process so easy and stress-free. For someone who is indecisive, the whole team was incredibly helpful in the decision making process. The vendors that they work with are also amazing and the collaboration made our day flawless. During the planning process, I had an unforeseen family crisis that I was also dealing with, and they were so flexible and supportive throughout it all. So many of my guests told me it was the most beautiful wedding they had attended! I am so thankful for all of the work they put into my day. It was truly a dream come true.

The moment we stepped foot at Vinewood, we were in Love. After touring the house, grounds and the wedding tree (my daughter wanted to get married under a tree), we knew this was the place. After our first meeting with Jamie and Tra, we decided to hire them for our wedding planners. We never looked back. They understood our vision and we knew they would make our wedding dreams come true. They have a wonderful list of preferred venders. We were more than happy with everyone we used. Every step of the way Jamie was there for us. The day of the wedding Tra kept us all calm. Maria make sure all the little details and setup were in place. Getting to use their beautiful house to get ready was so relaxing. Having the airport so close for our out of town guests and having the town of Newnan and the little towns around gave our guests something to do during the wedding weekend. Looking back, there is nothing I would change, everything was PERFECT. Can’t thank Jamie, Tra, Maria and their staff enough for making Vinewood put a smile on my daughters face all night long.

This venue was truly the most perfect venue I could have ever imagined for my wedding. Not only was it an absolutely stunning setting, but the staff is outstanding! Jamie was my wedding planner and added so much to my big day. I really let him take the reigns on a lot of the final touches and he blew me away. I have received so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding I had, and I really have him to thank for that. He even picked out the wedding dress I ended up choosing! I would highly recommend letting him have some creative control on your day if you aren't the picky type or if you aren't sure exactly what you want. Also, Tra was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and he really helped to lighten the mood on the day of the wedding. He kept me calm and reassured me throughout the day. Maria was a HUGE help as well and I felt like she was really there for me on the big day. She was all about making me comfortable and was a big help to my mom as well These people are professionals and they know what they're doing. They do NOT disappoint. I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue and the fabulous team that comes with it!!

I got married at this venue on March 7, and I am so happy with how everything turned out. Unlike some other venues I talked to, the owners of Vinewood were very nice, informative and treated my mom, fiance and me with respect before we even decided to use them as our wedding venue! Even while we were trying to stay within a budget, the coordinator, Jamie, was very helpful and assisted us with seeking out the best valued vendors to meet our money restrictions. \rOn the actual wedding day all of my stresses about the details had completely diminished, because I knew everything would come together! Vinewood made it extremely easy for me to add my personal touches to the design of the wedding without any instructions at all on the day of the wedding. I had brought in some decor the my mom and I had been making, and the Vinewood people did an extremely great job of putting it all together just how I had imagined it. \rI forgot to inform the groomsmen that we were not having alcohol at the reception, so they brought some to drink while getting ready, which is against the contract with Vinewood, so the guys were a little flustered. Even though Jamie had to handle this situation, I had no clue about it until after the wedding because he composed himself extremely well so that would not become a stressful issue on the wedding day! I greatly appreciate this. \rThe ceremony went beautifully, and the reception was great, but as night descended it began to get a little cold, so people were starting to leave earlier than expected, which was a little sad, but understandable. Since people were leaving earlier that threw our schedule in a little different direction which was a little confusing to me, but understandable. I was disappointed that we didn't end up doing the bouquet or garter toss, but all-in-all everyone had fun at the reception and didn't notice this absence!\rI would definitely recommend this venue to a friend, but make sure for any venue you decide on, ask a lot of questions to make sure they can work with what you want, because it's your wedding day, you should love it!\rThank you Vinewood for a smooth, fun day, and for making my vision possible!

Their preferred vendors list is top notch and we couldn't have been happier with everyone. Do you know those pictures that you see when you are planning your ideal wedding? You know, the ones that make you think, \"I want my wedding to be just like this?\" Well, that is Vinewood Plantation! We fell in love with Vinewood the minute we saw the venue. In addition, their open houses made choosing the other vendors so much easier. Jamie, Maria, and Tra, were all a tremendous pleasure to work with. They were also our coordinators because we felt that they knew the location better than anyone else. They took the hassle out of planning. They listened to what we wanted and they made it happen, making our day absolutely perfect! They are more than just a venue, they are an experience that is truly the icing on the cake (pardon the wedding cake pun)! We want to get married all over again just because it was so amazing the first time! We can't thank Vinewood enough for the wedding experience of a lifetime!

Our Vinewood wedding was amazing! We got married on March 22, 2014 and the wedding was everything we had dreamed of and more. The whole venue is beautiful from the house to the barn. The staff is very attentive to your every want and need. Jamie, Tra and Maria are great at what they do and would recommend their planning services as well. They help to make your day unique, special and stress free. Thank you Vinewood for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Our Vinewood wedding was amazing! We got married on March 22, 2014 and the wedding was everything we had dreamed of and more. The whole venue is beautiful from the house to the barn. The staff is very attentive to your every want and need. Jamie, Tra and Maria are great at what they do and would recommend their planning services as well. I had my wedding at High Meadows (Vinewoods smaller wedding Venue.) We were the first wedding at this venue and when I booked it there was work left to be done. The bridal room was not ready and I was told it probably would not be by my date. I would have preferred it but I was ok with it and appreciated that knowledge up front. There was also a lot of interior work left to be done and also the fire pit area. I was a little nervous about the work being completed and also about having a wedding the same night as a wedding at the larger Vinewood. The owners could not have amazed me more! All of the work was complete and beautiful and they surprised me by having the bridal room complete! I also have to say they handled two weddings the same night phenomenally. There was no confusion about where my guests were to park and to go and honestly I had no idea another wedding was even taking place.\r\rI chose to use the owner Jamie to do my wedding planning as well. I booked the venue and started planning my wedding only 72 days out. Jamie was incredible!!! I was extremely nervous that with such limited notice I would just get whatever vendors were available. Jamie helped me find vendors that were not just available but fabulous!!! The day of my wedding it looked as though I had been planning it for years. There was no detail overlooked and it was simply gorgeous. I had 75 guests and they are all still raving about our special day. The room was GORGEOUS, the food was incredible, the band was perfect, my photos came out better than I could have imagined, and the whole day could not have been better. I am forever indebted to Jamie for orchestrating such a perfect day with such a limited time frame. \r\rThere are not enough wonderful things I can say about this beautiful place or the incredible people who work there. They truly are professionals who know how to make a wonderful and stress free day for their brides!

I could not be happier with my choice of venue. Maria, Jamie & Tra were absolutely amazing to work with and I really felt like they took care of me. They go above and beyond to make sure things are perfect. Their design, style and attention to detail really gave my wedding the unique look that I was going for. I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew that we shared the same vision for my wedding. They just \"get it\". I highly recommend having them do your day of planning also. I really couldn't imagine it any other way and I wouldn't have changed a thing! If you are looking for all those cute vintage / shabby sheek details that you see on pinterest, this is your venue!

There are too many words to describe my experience with Vinewood Plantation. From the minor details of flower placement to fixing a bridesmaid's hair, Jaimie,Tra' and Maria offered nothing more than exceptional service. I could not have asked for a better day and a better planning process. I highly recommend the venue, but the planning service as well. I don't know what I would have done without their help and assistance throughout the process. There were so many small details to be addressed before, during and after and there is no way that I could have enjoyed the day if it wasn't for the help of Jaimie, Tra' and Maria. They offered quality help and peace of mind throughout the entire process.

This was the perfect venue! Our wedding was 6/1/13 and it was the best day ever! Vinewood's staff went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed and wanted. The day of ran smooth and we would not have changed one thing about that day! The venue includes everything a rustic bride could imagine! They have farm tables, chairs, decor and the best setting in Newnan! Our guests are still talking about our wedding almost 9 months later! If you book this venue you will not be disappointed!!!

This was the perfect venue! Our wedding was 6/1/13 and it was the best day ever! Vinewood's staff went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed and wanted. We had a wonderful time at our wedding on 10.6.2013 at Vinewood Wedding & Events. Jamie and Tra are an awesome team to work with when planning your event. This is an outdoor venue so keep that in mind when planning and letting your guests know flats are probably a good idea ;). There is a lovely house the bridal party can get ready in, an awesome huge tree to get married under and a barn to host your reception in. My husband and I are not the country type, but this venue gave us a wonderful cozy, vintage, and welcoming feel for our guests.

Vinewood is the perfect place for a rustic barn wedding. Our on-site coordinators did a fabulous job helping us plan and decorate. One bit of advice - the stables are not heated or air conditioned. We had a very cold November wedding and their standing heaters did not keep the stables warm enough. Other than that, we wouldn't have changed a thing.
