If you are looking for a beautiful setting for your wine country wedding, this is the place. Our guests are still talking about our one-of-a-kind Venue where we had the wedding we were envisioning . . . only much better than we could ever have imagined. My husband and I got married at Vineyard View Celebrations in August 2023. Diana was helpful throughout the planning process, especially when responding to questions. Diana and Stu were flexible and allowed us to personalize the venue, which meant the world to us. If you are considering this venue, we did have issues finding hotel accommodations for our guests in Silverton (15 minutes from venue), so we made Newberg our home base (45 minutes from venue). That being said, the venue was beautiful, especially the sunset over the rolling hills; our guests commented on the amazing views. We appreciate all Diana and Stu did to make our special day everything we had dreamed of.

You couldn’t ask for a more perfect wedding venue! Everyone is so incredibly sweet and accommodating. The outdoor setting is so beautiful, not to mention we took the most gorgeous sunset photos. I truly can’t imagine my wedding having taken place any where else.

A very intimate and beautiful space that allows you to customize in just about every way possible - sunset is gorgeous, the space is pretty on it's own, you really don't even need much decor and Diana and Stu were so helpful and gracious throughout the entire process! Having our wedding here was the BEST decision! The venue is set up well with a good flow from the parking lot to the ceremony, to the reception area, with bathrooms and a kitchen available for all. Handy space out of the guest eyes for catering to conveniently pull up as well. The various locations for pictures is great, and the lighting from 4-8 is ideal. Vineyard view was the first location we looked at, on a pouring day in December, and it was an immediate yes, everything we wanted. Diana was great throughout the process by providing ideas and pictures of what others did, and helping out where she could. Love love love!

This venue was amazing, exactly what we wanted for our outdoor Oregon wedding. So peaceful, tranquil, the property is full of gorgeous spots for photos. Simply beautiful! Diana really made us feel taken care of and was extremely helpful and communicative in the lead up to the wedding day. This venue and Diana were everything we asked for and more! All of our guests said how gorgeous and perfect for us the venue was. I cannot wait to see our photos! Ceremony space is absolutely perfect, it felt so natural underneath the large tree on the lawn. Wow! Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outdoor venue in the Willamette Valley.

This venue and Diana are so wonderful. She covered everything. I appreciated she had a dancefloor rental and outdoor outlets, made our DJ and dancing experience go so well. Plenty of tall trees sprinkling shade around this large beautiful landscape for vineyard & rolling PNW hillscape views and just the most perfect sunset on our wedding day. She had dress-rooms for both bride and groom, 2 indoor bathrooms, a kitchen + fridge for our use, covered patio and gorgeous terrace for food service. She provided the arbor and tables and chairs that we barely needed to rent anything.Would highly recommend.

The venue is very intimate and naturally beautiful. The ceremony tree and the way that the sun sets over the hill is a sight that I will never get over. You are able to create a completely unique event because you are allowed to use any vendor that you want to be a part of your special day. Stu and Diana are the venue owners and they are happy to answer any questions that you have along the way to try and help you plan your big day. This venue is was everything we needed to inspire us to create such a special day that we will never forget.

I’m at unsure if they just did not want to rent to us, or if they just are unresponsive, however it’s been a tough time trying to get anyone to contact me back to book. We have so many praises to sing about this place! My wife and I found ourselves scrambling to find a wedding venue when our original venue fell through due to ice storm damage—and somehow the stars aligned for us to find Vineyard View Celebrations. Diana immediately responded to our inquiry email with information, maps, a walk-through date, and sweet little side notes that we just loved. We often didn't know what to expect when contacting and meeting with vendors for our LGBTQ+ wedding, but Diana was completely welcoming, kind, and so excited for us to have our wedding at Vineyard View. We loved that we were free to hire the caterers and bartender we wanted, and Diana and Stu worked wonderfully with our day-of coordinator to make everything come together. They even have a good collection of decorative tables and other decor that we used to our advantage! So many of our guests have mentioned how much they loved the beautiful space, and we loved dancing the night away beneath the trees, the cabin, and the string lights. We truly can't say enough good things about our wedding here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We have so many praises to sing about this place! My wife and I found ourselves scrambling to find a wedding venue when our original venue fell through due to ice storm damage—and somehow the stars aligned for us to find Vineyard View Celebrations. Diana immediately responded to our inquiry email with information, maps, a walk-through date, and sweet little side notes that we just loved. We often didn't know what to expect when contacting and meeting with vendors for our LGBTQ+ wedding, but Diana was completely welcoming, kind, and so excited for us to have our wedding at Vineyard View. We loved that we were free to hire the caterers and bartender we wanted, and Diana and Stu worked wonderfully with our day-of coordinator to make everything come together. They even have a good collection of decorative tables and other decor that we used to our advantage! So many of our guests have mentioned how much they loved the beautiful space, and we loved dancing the night away beneath the trees, the cabin, and the string lights. We truly can't say enough good things about our wedding here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We got married during the insane covid times with rules and regulations changing daily, but Diana made sure everything was set and we still were able to have the people attend in a socially distanced manner. Vineyard View is not only a beautiful, private location, but Diana and her husband Stu really go out of their way to help with anything you need. From dinner rehearsal suggestions to suggesting the perfect photography moments. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams at this location due to being able to imagine and create whatever we wanted with no restrictions on vendors or what we envisioned. I even was able to have a baby calf walk down the isle and I will never forget this memory. ❤️ Please don’t hesitate to check out this location. You won’t regret it! Vineyard View is really a top venue for its location, staff, and overall accommodating nature. You can even have a shot of whiskey with Stu before you walk down the isle with your bridesmaid. Priceless pictures and memories.

I found this venue on Google Images, of all places, after searching on all the major wedding databases had failed me. Now that my wedding is over, I can say I highly recommend La Bastide! Diana was a dream to work with. She was so thoughtful and sweet throughout the process. She answered all my questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day. She was like a second mom to me!The venue itself is beautiful and we received lots of compliments from guests. There were so many cute spots for our photographer and our guests to take photos and the grounds are super well maintained. It was a great backdrop for our intimate wedding.

We had the PERFECT wedding at La Bastide. We selected the location, site unseen from out of state, and trusted our wedding planner that it would be beautiful. It was beyond our expectations. It is the best place for a wedding if you are looking for an intimate ceremony and reception that reminds you of being in your own backyard ....but way better. The views are stunning and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The best part of the venue is the owner, Diana. She was so friendly and welcoming, and went out of her way to help make our day special.

We heard about this property when it was a very popular wedding venue (before going up for sale). The new owner, Diana, sold my now wife and me with her enthusiasm which made us feel excited and confident in planning our day. From the time we booked to the weekend of our event, the place seemed to look better with every visit. They constructed a cool pergola which made a great bar and viewing area overlooking the vineyard. They also did a ton of landscaping adding flowers along the pathways with lighting everywhere you looked. This venue is very versatile- it has a foresty feel but with vines in the background which made it perfect for the formal touches we added. It was a perfect fit for our guests who loved having the place all to ourselves. I can't imagine going anywhere else for an outdoor event- in Oregon OR California (ours was a Destination Wedding with family and friends flying in from all over to PDX). Best weekend ever!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! If you’re looking for stunning photo opportunities, a beautiful, open outdoor space and all the needed conveniences of a traditional “venue” with the personalized appeal of a private estate, this is your place!!!I was a bridesmaid in a wedding held here this summer and I had an amazing time and loved that the owners of the venue had every detail you could think of covered and obviously took such pride in their home.I loved that the wedding felt exclusive and private, with no homes or other buildings in sight, but with the amenities rarely available at a home, like large multi-stall restrooms, plenty of parking and private rooms for the wedding parties to comfortably wait in before the ceremony or between events.We were close enough to downtown Portland to stay and enjoy the city during the wedding weekend but were able to take in the breathtaking scenery of Willamette Valley for the ceremony and reception. The entire wedding went off without a hitch (which I know is not an easy feat!) and I know that that had so much to do with how well organized and capable the venue owners and their team were. Zero critiques from this bridesmaid and former bride!

Diana and Stu Livingstone (Owner) I've got a great story to tell! After working as an \"Air Hostess,\" my husband and I renovated the coolest historic house in our hometown of Orange, CA; a wonderfully unique place to raise four children where I nurtured a love of all things vintage. We regularly celebrated community events in our \"antique\" Old Towne neighborhood but my dream always was to host weddings. Fortune smiled upon us when we chanced upon an enchanting Country Estate in the Willamette Valley; a stunning venue that we've had the privilege of reviving.
