We had our wedding at the VIP Country Club on 10/28/2023. We could not have asked for a more seamless and flawless evening, thanks to Vinston, Tom, and my bridal attendant, Alyssa, as well as Tiffany who toured us the venue in the early days of wedding planning. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, but the food and service is impeccable. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, food and service was top priority and to say the least, everyone was beyond impressed. My family and our guests were so wowed by everything from start to finish (from champagne greeting to cocktail all the way through dinner, viennese and after), and could not stop singing their praises for the VIP, especially for Vinston, Tom, and Alyssa. Everyone there is so kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. They made me feel so relaxed and I did not have one worry about our evening. Thanks to this team, our night was absolute perfection. I could not have asked for or imagined a more perfect and seamless wedding day thanks to them. I truly cannot thank them enough. I highly, highly, highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for venues for any occasion because you are guaranteed to have a flawless, seamless, and amazing event. They are the absolute BEST!!! We had our wedding at the VIP Country Club on 10/28/2023. We could not have asked for a more seamless and flawless evening, thanks to Vinston, Tom, and my bridal attendant, Alyssa, as well as Tiffany who toured us the venue in the early days of wedding planning. We held our wedding ceremony and reception at VIP Country Club on the evening of December 9th, and could not have made a better decision. From the very beginning, we felt at ease with Jennifer Jolly, who helped guide us in our decision and thoroughly answered any of our questions throughout the planning process. As we approached our wedding day, Thomas was our main contact for firming up all decisions. He was very responsive and accommodated all our needs, down to the last moment when unforeseen adjustments needed to be made for seating. We are so very appreciative of Vinston and Brianne, our matre d and bridal attendant for day of, it was a jam packed schedule and they didn’t miss a beat in ensuring we stayed on track, had a smooth event, and always nearby attending to our needs. Our guests had an amazing time, raving about the cocktail food and drinks, and loving the holiday atmosphere (as we had a December wedding) on top of our wedding decorations. I would also highly recommend securing the Scotch & Bourbon add-on as this really made for a unique experience that guests tremendously enjoyed. Overall, we truly felt like celebrities for the day with VIP treatment. Everyone was professional, had great suggestions for details we were unsure of, and were a huge sense of relief for us. We knew that everything would be okay in their hands.We had our ceremony at a nearby church and held our cocktail hour and reception at VIP. We also added an hour to our reception time.The venue itself is gorgeous and gives a perfect feel for regal elegance. We were also fortunate to have a clear day so we could use the outdoor area for pictures and to cool off from all the dancing (my family likes to party). The chefs are also amazing; it was so hard to select the menu when everything was so good! From the cocktail hour to the reception courses, and even to the exit station - the food was all top-notch. We also appreciated the recommended vendor list provided by VIP. Since this was a destination wedding for us (traveling from WA), finding reliable vendors was essential. Our wedding was back at the end of June and we had an amazing reception at VIP country club. Vinston and Christine went above and beyond to make sure our reception was perfect and went smoothly without any stress. We and our bridal party were well taken care of the entire night. VIP will make sure you and your guests don't leave hungry! The atmosphere was perfect, all of the staff were amazing to work with, our cake was beautiful, and all the food was delicious! Our guests had a great time and were talking about our wedding for weeks later. We are waiting for the next person in our family to get married there so we can enjoy the night all over again!

My husband and I had our wedding on 10/7/23. We can’t express enough how wonderful our wedding was thanks to Thomas and his staff. Beginning with Tiffany who is so organized, knows everything there is needed to know about planning a wedding and so helpful with whatever questions we had, to Tom the manager who is also very organized, so helpful, and he will make sure your day goes the way you want it. To working with Vin our maitre D and our wedding attendant Alyssa on our day made everything go so smoothly. We just had our wedding at the VIP Country Club and they delivered an event that was SUPERB and beyond our expectations. From start to finish, the team at the VIP was excellent. Tiffany helped us book the event – and she was very accommodating (to having special wine and liquor, to working with us on what was then expected to be a smaller guest count, to adding special items to the seafood station, etc.). She was always responsive to our questions.Tom did a great job in the final days. His checklist was beyond thorough – he flagged a few things I had forgotten. He also was super easy to work – including when we had a few special requests at the end and made some last minute changes.And the day of the event our maître d’ Vinny and our bridal attendant Brianne were top notch. They made sure everything ran super smoothly – coordinating times and transitions, making sure we were in the right spot at the right time, making sure we didn’t forget to eat or drink, sending us home with plenty of food and desserts, etc..And the event itself was a wedding day that we will never forget. The venue is spotless and perfectly maintained. When guests enter, it makes quite a statement. It starts with drinks and some noshes. The ceremony site is beautiful with a view of the water in the background. There are two fountains on the property that make for great picture venues. The cocktail hour space is very large and is indoor-outdoor – as is the east wing ballroom. The ballroom was arranged well for the number of guests we had. And all the food was unbelievably delicious and abundant. The stations at the cocktail hour were beautifully designed and well spread out. All the courses in the main meal were promptly served and perfectly cooked. The cake was well decorated (thanks to Danny at Westchester Floral too!) and tasty and the Viennese hour was to die for. The number of desserts and stations was mind blowing and everything – from cannolis to smores to crepes, bananas and strawberries foster and more – was delicious. It was also terrific to have the dessert and cordial stations set up outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather.We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding! A big thank you to Vinny and Brianne and the entire VIP Country Club team. You are amazing!!!

We had a wonderful wedding at the VIP Country Club on 8/26/23. The staff were very attentive, and the maitre'd Vinston was excellent, succinct, and had a great handle on the event and staff. The venue is beautiful, and the sales staff, Tiffany in particular, sold us on the place immediately. She was responsive during the entire planning process, was very accommodating, and had a good sense for our vision of the day. We couldn't have been happier with the day of bridal attendant, Alyssa. She was literally a life saver the entire wedding day, and made sure we were always hydrated, and fed. We're very happy with our choice to have our wedding at VIP.

My husband and I had our 500 guest wedding reception at VIP Country Club. The moment we went in for our tour, I was sold. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Throughout our planning process, we worked with Tiffany. She was always there to answer our questions and was always helpful. Thomas kept us very well informed and made sure we were prepared for our special day. On the day of, our bridal attendant Aaliyah and Maitre D Vinston were amazing! They made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger and that the night ran smoothly. Over a month later, I’m still hearing from family and friends about how beautiful our venue was and how much they enjoyed the lavish cocktail hour and delicious dinner. I could not have asked for a better venue and team for our day!

My husband and I had our 500 guest wedding reception at VIP Country Club. The moment we went in for our tour, I was sold. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Throughout our planning process, we worked with Tiffany. She was always there to answer our questions and was always helpful. Thomas kept us very well informed and made sure we were prepared for our special day. On the day of, our bridal attendant Aaliyah and Maitre D Vinston were amazing! They made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger and that the night ran smoothly. Over a month later, I’m still hearing from family and friends about how beautiful our venue was and how much they enjoyed the lavish cocktail hour and delicious dinner. I could not have asked for a better venue and team for our day!

The VIP Country Club exemplifies excellence. We recently had our wedding at the VIP Country Club and honestly can’t thank their entire team enough for flawlessly executing our dream wedding! We could not have been happier with how our wedding turned out. It was the perfect wedding! The venue itself is stunning, with a lovely waterfront view, but what we will never forget is the top level of professionalism and quality customer service they provide. Their entire team did a superb job and handled everything with such calmness, grace, and professionalism! Their care and service were the BEST throughout the entire planning process and executed our vision amazingly. The VIP Country Club exceeded all of our expectations, and then some. From our first tour of the beautiful venue all the way until the end of the Wedding Reception, we were treated with the utmost care, respect and professionalism.Besides the stunning venue and setup, the number one comment we received from guests was how polite and caring all of the staff were. Whether it was drink orders, food orders, needing directions or specially catered items, the VIP Country Club hit a homerun on all fronts.A special, special shout-out to Vinston who went above-and-beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day of the Wedding, and was there with the best attitude to help arrange everything. There wasn't a single moment on the day of the event, where we were not looked after. A special shout-out to our Bridal Attendant, Aaliyah, who also was there from the moment we arrived and made sure our Bride had everything she needed.I can't thank the VIP team enough for putting on such a great show. Do yourself a favor and book them as soon as you can, and forget about all the worries that come with venue planning!

Tiffany, Tom, Vinston, bridal assistant Nylania, and the rest of the staff provided exceptional support and ensured a stress-free day.The cocktail hour space and the reception space are beautiful, with outdoor and indoor seating and plenty of space, while still maintaining an intimate vibe. The venue accommodated all our 215 guests comfortably. The sit-down dinner was delicious. One thing we loved was that they offered five entree options to all guests in order to accommodate everyone’s preferences. The guests raved about the food and there was a great variety of options. We are incredibly grateful to this venue for making our wedding day truly magical. The staff's professionalism, attention to detail, and personalized service surpassed our expectations. Aaliyah & Vincent were amazing. Aaliyah made sure my wife and I never had an empty glass while we were out on the dance floor. Vin took care of every small detail and answered any last minute question that we had. My Dad also wanted to shout out Stephen who was the bartender that night. He made sure to treat all of our guests well and keep the drinks flowing. Our food and cake were amazing, it was truly the night of our lives.

VIP Country Club was amazing to work with. Tiffany, Tom, Vin, and Alyssa the bridal attendant went above and beyond. They accommodated all our requests and answered all our questions. Our wedding took place in the larger room and the bar and lounge section along with the outdoor terrace was a big plus. We also held our Viennese hour outdoors along with the cigar bar and guests were free to go in and out through the evening. The next morning, we went to pick up our belongings from VIP and everything was packed and brought to our car. We 100% recommend having your wedding here!

Where do I even begin. My now husband and I got married at VIP on 4/28/23 and my expectations were blown out of the water. From start to finish, the staff at VIP were amazing to work with. Tiffany and Vinston were always so easy to communicate with during the planning process. Once we start meeting with Tom, things really fell into place. Every detail was discussed and executed on our wedding day. The Maitre'D, Leo, and bridal attendant, Caroline, were so helpful throughout the night. All our guests still rave about the endless amount of delicious food. It is very clear that the staff at VIP put their clients first. I can't recommend this venue enough. Before even stepping on VIP’s grounds my husband and I had a great feeling about this venue even when looking at pictures from across the country. Once Tiffany met us and gave us the tour we knew our search had stopped for our wedding venue that day. The way Tiffany takes pride in showing VIP made us know this was going to be our venue. What more could we have possibly asked for? Meticulous grounds, rooms that can hold however many people you want to attend your event, endless options of incredible food, cleanliness, and a staff that cannot be compared to. From beginning to end VIP made our experience absolutely seamless. So seamless to the point that at our final appointment with Tom my husband and I were worried that we were missing something in the mix lol(we did not- there was no way we could with VIP’s guidance).Let's fast forward to the day of. The BEST day of our lives! As we arrived with our bridal party Caroline and Vince were there assisting us out of our bus assuring us immediately that we were in great hands for the night. From beginning to end there was nothing we needed to ask for-yet we had everything we needed. At points I wondered if they could read our minds. Drinks refilled, food brought to us always, asking us if there was anything we needed, to-go boxes of food we didn't get to try, literally sewing my bustle and creating a new one for me since the one my dress came with broke off (I danced my butt off at our wedding lol). There was not one thing I could have wanted or even dreamed of more to come from our wedding day. To this day I have everyone still raving about the food, the quality of everything, the service and how beautiful and elegant the venue was.Caroline, there is a special place in our hearts for you forever. I literally think of how much you put into helping us out and how natural it looked for you, I thank you forever. You are truly something special! An angel on earth! Vince, from when we first met at our tasting, you had such a professional yet extremely friendly aura to you. You really made sure everything ran accordingly and we are forever grateful for that.We cannot thank VIP enough for everything. The VIP Country Club was absolutely amazing and made our wedding the most seamless and enjoyable day of mine and my husbands life. From start to finish everyone was super helpful and responsive: Tiffany (Private Event Manager) was super friendly and thorough during our initial appointment, answered all of our questions and was able to pull some strings for a few of your requests. Vinston(Maitre D ) was such a huge asset to making sure our day ran smoothly, he orchestrated the whole night flawlessly and assisted us so much during the night. Alyssa (bridal attendant) was absolutely phenomenal, I cannot say enough good things about her, she was very attentive, made sure I was taken care of the whole night and had such a great attitude. Thomas (GM) was very friendly as well and broke down the entire night for us and was readily available for any questions and last minute requests we had. Everyone was amazing, the food was delicious, the space was beautiful and me and my husband (considering we had no idea what we were doing) were able to pull of one of the best weddings our guests have every been to (according to them!). We could not have done it without this flawless team! Thank you guys <3

My wife and I got married at the VIP Country Club in October of 2022, and it truly was amazing. From the first venue visit in 2020 to the wedding day, everything was handled with professionalism and class. We have to thank Vin, Tom, Alyssa, and the countless other staff members who made our wedding planning process and wedding night magical. We made special requests to Tom during our final meeting, and he was able to accommodate each one with no problems. As both coming from big Italian families, food was the number one priority for us, and still over a month later and our guests are raving about it to us. The cocktail hour was perfect, from the variety of food to the presentation of the food, our guests were blown away. The Viennese hour was definitely worth it, the amount of different desserts and stations were mind blowing and yet another thing that our family & friends cannot stop talking about. Alyssa was my wife's bridal attendant and she was the BEST. She helped in every way possible, and was a true lifesaver. Vin was our maître d' and we are so thankful for the job that he did, making sure everything was perfect for our guests and us. We were in the larger room, and our guests loved the \"bar/lounge\" side of it as well as the outdoor terrace. We had a cigar bar, and if you are on the fence about it, I say do it. The indoor/outdoor function of that room was fantastic, guests loved going in and out throughout the night. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Westchester, NY Metro, or CT area, look no further than the VIP Country Club. We toured eight venues and VIP blew the others away. They provided us with many different food stations, drinks, decor, and layout options that fit our dream wedding needs. Thank you again to everyone at the VIP!

The best decision we made was to book the VIP. Vinny has been absolutely incredible from day 1. Aaliyah and Vinny made the actual wedding day a dream . Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food , the cocktail hour and the stunning venue . The day went without a single issue . It was nothing short of perfect and I couldn’t have asked for anything better ! I would recommend this venue over and over again .

Tom was also helpful getting us organized and going through all of our decorations step by step. Vince was an amazing maître d'! My husband and I got married on 9/4/22 at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about our wedding is magical. Every single detail the venue handled for our ceremony, reception and after party were perfectly executed by the staff. Tom, Vinston and Tiffany were absolutely amazing to work with and listened to our every need and desire over the course of our 2 year engagement to provide us with the wedding of our dreams. They are true professionals in the field and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Tom ensured that all of our food requests, liquor requests and decor requests were met. VIP goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Vinston is a remarkable Maitre D' who seamlessly ran the night ensuring everything was on schedule. He stopped at every single table to introduce himself and to make sure everyone was enjoying the wedding and their food. The food was absolutely delicious and endless! Cocktail hour was insane, entrees were perfectly plated and Viennese hour was unforgettable. Additionally, if you are contemplating the bourbon/scotch bar.. DO IT! The display with rare bourbons and smoke boxes was incredible and enjoyed by all of our guests. Now, the true Rockstar of the night was Alyssa. Alyssa was my bridal attendant and when I say she is incredible at her job, I mean she killed it. She is a true gem and I am so happy she was a part of our special day because she truly made it that much more magical. 100% recommend VIP Country Club to all future couples getting married or celebrating a special occasion. It was a day we will never forget!

My husband and I got married on 9/4/22 at the VIP Country Club in New Rochelle. The first word that comes to mind when thinking about our wedding is magical. Every single detail the venue handled for our ceremony, reception and after party were perfectly executed by the staff. Tom, Vinston and Tiffany were absolutely amazing to work with and listened to our every need and desire over the course of our 2 year engagement to provide us with the wedding of our dreams. They are true professionals in the field and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Tom ensured that all of our food requests, liquor requests and decor requests were met. VIP goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. Vinston is a remarkable Maitre D' who seamlessly ran the night ensuring everything was on schedule. He stopped at every single table to introduce himself and to make sure everyone was enjoying the wedding and their food. The food was absolutely delicious and endless! Cocktail hour was insane, entrees were perfectly plated and Viennese hour was unforgettable. Additionally, if you are contemplating the bourbon/scotch bar.. DO IT! The display with rare bourbons and smoke boxes was incredible and enjoyed by all of our guests. Now, the true Rockstar of the night was Alyssa. Alyssa was my bridal attendant and when I say she is incredible at her job, I mean she killed it. She is a true gem and I am so happy she was a part of our special day because she truly made it that much more magical. 100% recommend VIP Country Club to all future couples getting married or celebrating a special occasion. It was a day we will never forget!

VIP Country Club did an amazing job for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and the food was amazing. The guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour and the amazing view.Vinston, the matre d, was great at coordinating our large wedding party to ensure everything went smoothly. We also had an absolute rockstar bridal attendant, Alyssa. She was the absolute MVP of the night and knew exactly what we needed before we did. The venue also provided great recommendations for vendors, all of which we ended up using. I would recommend VIP to anyone who wants an amazing wedding at a reasonable cost.

From the moment I booked, I absolutely fell in love with how welcoming the staff was. They made me feel like family and couldn’t wait for my day to come!!! Everything was so perfect. I am a first generation Italian American, so food is everything to my family and VIP blew them away (which is not a easy task) Vinston, my Maître d’ and Aaliyah, my bridal attendant, blew me away. They made sure my vision came to life and really were there the moment I needed something. They never told me no or made me feel like something wasn’t possible. They really bent over backwards and I can’t express my gratitude for their amazing work ethic!!

VIP Country Club made my wedding planning experience so easy! The have an event hall, bridal and groom suites to get ready in, a gorgeous ceremony space, and a path along the water to take pictures. They handled catering (the most amazing paella and chicken), the bartending, AND the cake. There was a maitre d' (like a day-of wedding coordinator) and a suite attendant assigned to us on the day to keep us on schedule. They worked so well with our vendors. I felt so supported by the staff, especially the manager who made sure we had all our ducks in a row before the big day. I feel like they've seen every type of wedding, so they know how to accommodate every request. 10/10 would pick them again

We had to move our wedding date due to COVID, which was seamless and no hassle. We heard horror stories of couples who had issues during their wedding planning due to COVID with their venues and were relieved we didn’t have to go through this. We had our food tasting and still got to experience all the fun things with wedding planning. We had so many fine details we wanted included which Vinston and Tom made happen. The team there was always available and prompt when we reached out with questions or had meetings with them. The day of our wedding it rained, and our ceremony had to be relocated inside, which the team did effortlessly. Everything turned out great and we could not be happier.

Our dream wedding! From our first tour with Tom…. to the day of our wedding… VIP provided us the absolute best experience as newlyweds and had our guests raving in the days after… saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever gone to. Incredible five star service all around.Maître d’ Vinny, absolutely amazing. Made sure the day of was seamless… and it was. He thinks of every detail for you and constantly making sure we had drinks, food and everything we needed. I can’t not mention that the next day when we came to pick up our decor… everything was packed and brought out to our car…including our cake topper…it was a huge weight off our shoulders… AND we didn’t have to worry and could go enjoy our honeymoon.My bridal attendant Wendy… was incredible. From the second I stepped out of the limo…fixing my bussell… to having an immediate fix for when a strap on my dress broke… she was my lifesaver. Making sure I had a drink and my favorite food at the cocktail hour. Thank you for making my day worry free.From cocktail hour to dinner guests raved about the incredible food offerings… the service… the intimate restaurant waiter feel… the decor…Thank you Tom, Vinny,Wendy and the staff at VIP for the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding was perfect! VIP did such an amazing job. Vinston was great he made sure everything ran smoothly. I had zero stress on my wedding day. My bridal attendant Nylania was amazing. She made sure I had everything I needed throughout the night and she was super sweet. VIP was my first choice for a venue, it's such a beautiful place and had awesome spots for pictures. The food was also amazing, all of my guest couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was. I really had the best night, everything was just perfect.

We came across the VIP Country Club while searching venues in the New Rochelle area, so we stopped by and met with Tiffany. We were pleased with them from the very beginning and knew in our hearts we wanted to celebrate our marriage at VIP Country Club. We ended up being aa pandemic Bride and Groom and Vin and Tom at VIP worked with us every step of the way. We had to change our date three times before we could actually have the celebration and they were so understanding every single time. We finally were able to have our wedding reception June 4th of 2022. VIP went above and beyond our expectations. They didn't raise our price and honored the contract. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive, and we had the time of our lives. Our family and friends talked about how great the food and the service was. If you are going back and forth with yourself whether or not to choose VIP Country Club, know that when you do choose them, you will not be disappointed. We thank everyone at the VIP Country Club for all they have done to make our night as special and wonderful as it was.

Tiffany, Vinston, Alyssa, Tom.. everyone was amazing! Tiffany and Tom were accessible and answered all of our questions during the planning process. Vinston ran the day of like a champ. Everything was timed properly and done seamlessly. Alyssa was my bridal attendant and she was fabulous. She and her assistant had my back the whole night. I mean, she carried my chapstick and perfume in her pocket 😂😍Our guests have been raving about how great our wedding was.. especially the food and dessert. The venue itself is beautiful. I really wanted an outdoor ceremony but the weather didn't cooperate. The inside ceremony space ended up being stunning. If you're looking to host an event in Westchester, we would recommend VIP 1000%!

VIP Country Club was the perfect wedding venue! From beginning to end, the staff was nothing but professional and accommodating. Vinston was a pleausure to work with and we were fortunate to have him as our Maitre D' for our reception. He was attentive and involved in every aspect of the wedding, especially the day of. For example, making sure our wedding events were in order, our guest list, our ceremony, and anything we needed to change or add, he was ready and willing. We were very impressed with his organization and he made the wedding day very easy for us. Thomas Esposito, the general manager was a pleasure to work with as well. He has been in the wedding business for a long time but was very patient with us when we met with him to discuss the order of events and the wedding menu--which was delicious. We cannot say enough about how amazing all the food was from the cocktail hour to the viennese hour. The food was plentiful and amazing quality and our guests were flabbergasted. The wedding cake was included! A bridal attendent on the day of the wedding was priceless. Alyssa was at my beck and call and concerned with all my bridal needs for when my maid of honor was unavailable. The wedding felt like a more extravangent wedding in comparison to what we paid. We feel that this venue was the venue of our dreams and we cannot recommend enough!

Everything from our first meeting to our last dance, was perfect! I can’t say enough about the staff here. Alyssa, my bridal attendant, was the biggest help and so attentive. Anything we needed, she made sure we got. Vinston was also a fantastic help! He made sure everything ran smoothly, took care of anything we needed, and watched over our event from start to finish. Not to mention, the food was FANTASTIC. A number of people told us they couldn’t get enough. We were told it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. We highly recommend the VIP!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the VIP Country Club for our wedding on 11/12/21. First of all, Tiffany, who showed us around the venue initially and then was our main contact person prior to the wedding was so kind and helpful. She was really responsive and from the start made us feel comfortable and happy booking the place. Once it came time to do final coordinating, we worked with Tom, who was also super helpful and organized. The day of the wedding, my bridal attendant Michelle was AMAZING. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful she was. Key info about the venue:- It was GORGEOUS. We booked a mid-November wedding, knowing we likely wouldn't be able to have the ceremony outdoors (you could make it work if you really wanted though). We had our ceremony indoors and it was stunning beautiful, intimate, romantic, warm lighting, beautiful fireplace, just wonderful. - The reception room setup was great. The main room is really large and the layout was perfect for our 180 person wedding.- The outdoor spaces at night are beautiful for photos and for both guests and you to take a few moments to breathe.- The food was good. (And also, they do a really nice job with the tasting if you do one before the wedding - highly recommend doing it!).- The bar setup at the reception was good and accessible for guests.- The getting ready rooms for the wedding party were fantastic.- The main staff was really attentive and made us feel special.- This was the most affordable spot we looked at (off season, Friday wedding) AND our favorite spot so it was a no-brainer to book them and we are so so happy with our choice.--A few small things to help future couples if you do book...We still HIGHLY recommend this spot. But a few things that would have been helpful for us to know going in...- Make sure you ask for any specific things that you want. My guess is that this isn't a problem during warmer months when there's outdoor space; or maybe our night was just an off-night, but you might want to really clarify what's going to be out at the cocktail hour because a few of our things were not what we expected.- The outdoor area is very slightly lit. If I were to do it again I would have brought some string lights to put in one of the upstairs outdoor areas because I think a lot of guests didn't know they were allowed out there. Also, if you want space heaters on, I think you have to specifically ask.--All in all we had a fantastic time and would book them again in a heartbeat. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the VIP Country Club for our wedding on 11/12/21. First of all, Tiffany, who showed us around the venue initially and then was our main contact person prior to the wedding was so kind and helpful. She was really responsive and from the start made us feel comfortable and happy booking the place. Once it came time to do final coordinating, we worked with Tom, who was also super helpful and organized. The day of the wedding, my bridal attendant Michelle was AMAZING. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful she was. Key info about the venue:- It was GORGEOUS. We booked a mid-November wedding, knowing we likely wouldn't be able to have the ceremony outdoors (you could make it work if you really wanted though). We had our ceremony indoors and it was stunning beautiful, intimate, romantic, warm lighting, beautiful fireplace, just wonderful. - The reception room setup was great. The main room is really large and the layout was perfect for our 180 person wedding.- The outdoor spaces at night are beautiful for photos and for both guests and you to take a few moments to breathe.- The food was good. (And also, they do a really nice job with the tasting if you do one before the wedding - highly recommend doing it!).- The bar setup at the reception was good and accessible for guests.- The getting ready rooms for the wedding party were fantastic.- The main staff was really attentive and made us feel special.- This was the most affordable spot we looked at (off season, Friday wedding) AND our favorite spot so it was a no-brainer to book them and we are so so happy with our choice.--A few small things to help future couples if you do book...We still HIGHLY recommend this spot. But a few things that would have been helpful for us to know going in...- Make sure you ask for any specific things that you want. I had my wedding here last weekend. Everyone was fantastic. Tom the General Manager was extremely accommodating to every request that we had. Vinny the Maitre d' was amazing, he made sure that my husband and I had everything that we needed. My bridal attendant Caroline was incredible. VIP let myself and my hair lady come in at 7am to start my hair and they told me that my bridal attendant wouldn't come until 9am when I arrived Caroline was already there setting up and getting everything ready. Without her I don't think everything would have gone as smoothly as it did. The food was absolutely delicious. I can't say enough great things about VIP. I will recommend to anyone who asks!!! This is the fifth venue that we visited when planning our wedding, and we fell in love with VIP from the moment we walked in. The venue is beautiful and has picturesque fountains and outdoor areas for pictures, as well as a very cool lounge area for cocktail hour. From beginning to end, VIP did everything in their power to make our day special. We first met with Tiffany back in 2019 when we were planning our wedding and were refreshed by how down to earth she was. Other venues we had been to were very pushy/snooty about what their venue could offer and it felt more like a sales pitch than a wedding tour. Tiffany outlined our options and we felt like the price was very reasonable for what was being offered unlike some of the other venues on the water which seemed way overpriced/outdated. The whole staff was very willing to work with us in order to get everything we wanted to make our day special.When the pandemic hit, we were worried that we would have issues moving the date but VIP was very understanding and had no problem moving us to our date of choice in 2021. On the months leading up to our wedding, we met with Tom, Vinston and Mike who were all very accommodating and helpful in our planning. Tom especially took all the stress out of the planning process by providing a checklist and clear, detailed instructions on timing and required items. On the day of, Vinston stopped by multiple times to make sure everything was going as planned and guaranteed that things ran smoothly. Wendy (our bridal attendant) was also awesome and very attentive. She acted quickly when my bustle broke and did a quick fix in the bridal suite. She was also very considerate to make sure my husband and I were brought drinks and food when needed and that we didn't miss anything throughout the night. The food is amazing btw!Overall we would highly recommend VIP Country Club to anyone looking to get married on the water in New Rochelle. We will remember this night for the rest of our lives!

She took time to answer our countless questions and show us everything the VIP Country Club had to offer. After we booked the pandemic hit and we were some of the many couples who made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. When we called the general manager, Tom Esposito, to see what our options were he was incredibly understanding and not only worked with us to find a solution but made a painful process as easy as he could for us. He also was available to field any questions that arose and always made time for any concerns we had all the way until the final sit down Tom made everything so easy. We had concerns about if we were selecting the correct menu or cocktail options and Tom helped us make great selections and the whole process was flawless.On the wedding day itself we could not have been more happy with the VIP as a whole. As our limo pulled up, I was greeted by our bridal attendant Alyssa. Alyssa was hands down, without question, the absolute best bridal attendant we could have ever dreamed of. She knew what we needed before we even did. She made sure me, and my husband got to enjoy all of our cocktail hour food in our bridal suite. We were never without a drink, or food, and not one hair of mine fell out of place because Alyssa was there was a bobby pin before it could. ABSOLUTE AMAZING! The maître d’ Vinny made sure the reception went off without a hitch from announcing the bridal party to the cake cutting. We had nothing to worry about! The food was absolutely amazing both the cocktail hour and the dinner itself. If you are trying to decide on a venue, I strongly recommend the VIP Country Club for your wedding or event. They were the best decision we made, and I will absolutely return for other events in the future!

VIP also gave us a personal tour as restrictions lifted. VIP worked with us on the COVID impacts to our event. The event was great! Every step of the way, our maître d, Vinny Joy, ensure that the event ran smoothly. Everything was set up perfectly - from the flowers, to the tables, to the favors, to the restroom baskets. Vinny even flawlessly handled last minute changes to tables the day of the event. Vinny was extremely attentive to the parents and grandparents too. All our guests were complimenting us on the food and service all night long. Wendy, the bridal attendant, was great too. The bridal part was taken care from the moment they got there which was two hours before the event and throughout the evening. Wendy was key to the gorgeous pictures we have from the event. Wendy always made sure the bride and groom had all they needed, and she even ensured the parents of the bride were taken care of. We celebrated our wedding reception here on 8/28/21 and everything was absolutely perfect. To start, the team at VIP is fantastic - Vinston and Tom covered every detail, making us confident and calm, even in the hectic weeks before our wedding! VIP Country club catered our cocktail hour and reception dinner and made our wedding cake- everything was beautiful, fresh, and delicious. Everyone at our wedding raved about how good the food was- and how much variety there was available! The chefs at VIP can cook anything and execute it very well - we had high expectations and were not disappointed! Even the wedding cake- it was decorated exactly as we wanted and was delicious. People asked what bakery we used so they could use them for their own events- but it was all done in house at VIP!Finally, VIP provided a bridal attendant for the whole evening. Alyssa was right by my side, making sure I actually ate, got me drinks, took my shoes off when I need to and even put them back on! She helped my mom when she needed her, used a Tide pen to help get makeup off of my husbands shirt, organized the family for family pictures, even helped my family pack our personal things and extra favors in their car at the end of the night. Alyssa was fantastic and her being there really made the night spectacular. VIP providing a bridal attendant makes them a step above and beyond other venues. I didn’t have a day of coordinator or wedding planner and didn’t think I needed to because of Alyssa!Also, if you have the opportunity to do the whiskey tasting cart- don’t pass it up! The display was gorgeous, a true show stopper, and everyone thought it was so fun!VIP Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding. She helped my mom when she needed her, used a Tide pen to help get makeup off of my husbands shirt, organized the family for family pictures, even helped my family pack our personal things and extra favors in their car at the end of the night. Alyssa was fantastic and her being there really made the night spectacular. VIP providing a bridal attendant makes them a step above and beyond other venues. I didn’t have a day of coordinator or wedding planner and didn’t think I needed to because of Alyssa!Also, if you have the opportunity to do the whiskey tasting cart- don’t pass it up! The display was gorgeous, a true show stopper, and everyone thought it was so fun!VIP Country Club was the perfect venue for my wedding. I am so grateful for the support and service for helping me to have such a beautiful wedding.

Tom, the manager, was a pleasure to work with, and we greatly appreciated his flexibility. Our sales manager, Tiffany, is one of the reasons we decided to book with VIP! She was so responsive and kind. She even found us on our wedding day just to say hello! Vinston consistently communicated with us throughout the pandemic and was always willing to take our calls. On the night of, he helped to ensure that everything ran smoothly— and it did! Apparently they had to replace a whole table during our reception and no one even noticed! We celebrated our wedding last weekend at the VIP and it was absolute perfection. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Vinny, our Maitre D, was simply amazing, he made sure the event ran smoothly and communicated with all of our vendors every request I had. He was always there whenever we needed him and super professional and kind! There are not enough words to express my gratitude for everything he did. Our bridal attendant, Alyssa, was incredible. She greeted us right away, made sure we ate throughout the night and had a drink in our hand. She was always there when we needed something and shuffled us around so that the night ran smoothly. Not to mention she bustled my dress in 10 seconds - we were lucky to have her with us!! We have not stopped getting compliments on the venue and the food!! The food was amazing, 5-star restaurant quality. Also our wedding cake not only looked incredible, it tasted amazing. The venue is really incredible, especially in the time of Covid, our guests really appreciated having the option to go outside during the cocktail and throughout the reception. It made us happy that all of our guests felt comfortable and not cramped in a room. I really have zero complaints or things I would change on anything from that day. The VIP staff went above and beyond to make us and our guests have the most amazing time ever. I didn’t worry about anything the entire time. I would 100% recommend VIP to anyone planning a wedding!!

When we initially booked with VIP Country Club in 2019, we were very impressed with the beautiful venue, outdoor & indoor ceremony spaces, number of food options, and attentiveness of their staff. Since we were planning a wedding with less than 200 guests, we needed to find a venue that had a smaller ballroom that still had the same elegance of the main ballroom. VIP had the perfect option for us! The price was reasonable for the area and we were able to customize the event based on our needs/wants!Leading up to the wedding Tom and Vinston were very helpful in planning and organizing the event. They were quick to answer my MANY questions via email. VIP worked seamlessly with our vendors to make our wedding run smoothly and exactly as planned. Our guests were very impressed with our cocktail hour in VIP's 400 Lounge. The space inside (large booths, tables, bar tops) and outside (seating with an outdoor fountain) are perfect for an upscale cocktail hour. Not to mention, the many food station options that VIP offers! Lastly, we would like to thank VIP Country Club for being so flexible and accommodating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our wedding, that was originally scheduled for May 2020, was rescheduled twice and we were not charged any fees or limited to any specific days. I had my wedding reception at VIP June 11th 2021, I honestly can’t brag enough at how amazing it was! The moment my now husband and I stepped in there we automatically fell in love. Everyone there is so kind and tentative. Our guests had the time of their lives. Everyone LOVED the food. They couldn’t get enough of it. The atmosphere of cocktail hour is to die for, it’s breathtaking and so modern, I’m telling you, it’s such an awesome vibe there. The ballroom is just as gorgeous. Vinston is honestly the best ever. I don’t know a better person to work with. He helped me through my whole wedding planning. He’s just the best. Wendy was our bridal assistant and she is so nice, kind and got us everything we needed the night of, she was so sweet. I wish I could relive that night all over again. VIP is the place to have your wedding. The grounds are so beautiful, the staff is amazing and the food is unbelievable. You will have the time of your life. They put my dream wedding to life. I had my wedding reception at VIP June 11th 2021, I honestly can’t brag enough at how amazing it was! The moment my now husband and I stepped in there we automatically fell in love. Everyone there is so kind and tentative. Our guests had the time of their lives. Everyone LOVED the food. They couldn’t get enough of it. The atmosphere of cocktail hour is to die for, it’s breathtaking and so modern, I’m telling you, it’s such an awesome vibe there. The ballroom is just as gorgeous. Vinston is honestly the best ever. I don’t know a better person to work with. He helped me through my whole wedding planning. He’s just the best. Wendy was our bridal assistant and she is so nice, kind and got us everything we needed the night of, she was so sweet. I wish I could relive that night all over again. My husband and I could not have had a more perfect wedding day! It was soo magical!! From the very first day, every one we spoke/dealt with were super friendly and so accommodating! They went above and beyond to make our day so special! From the very first meeting with Tiffany and all the way until our special day, we had constant fast communication. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy and they all made it as stress free as possible! You could say I was a bit NEEDY lol and Tiffany, Tom and vin were all always so patient and responded to all my questions and concerns so quickly. The fast and friendly communication from all three was sooo needed during the stress of planning. All our requests were made without any hesitation and they were just so supportive and super friendly throughout the whole experience! Our matre d Vin was sooo super attentive and planned everything out perfectly for us. We had a huge bridal party including 5 kids and he was so patient and helped everything go smoothly! The day of the wedding he was always by our side and constantly asking if there was anything we needed. The day of my wedding I felt like a princess!! That was all because of my bridal attendant Wendy! She was just beyond what I expected! She attended to literally every one of my needs! She held my bouquet when I didn’t need to(it was very heavy!), constantly adjusted my dress that was giving me problems, held my dress and veil to help me walk everywhere, helped keep me calm throughout the whole day and talked me through every moment, and most importantly I had a constant full and cold drink the whole day and night! Both Vin and Wendy had great personalities and were so compassionate that it actually helped make the day relaxing for us! All my guests are still talking about the great time they had and how amazing the food was!! I would 100% recommend this venue!!

If you are considering the VIP, stop thinking about it and JUST DO IT! I booked right before the pandemic hit, and they were AMAZING to deal with, and understanding when it came to moving the date three times. Venue Itself - beautiful, modern, clean and the cocktail room is one thing that won us over. It was so much more than a basic room with tables. It was more like a NYC lounge vibe - amazing! Room for a DJ, TV's for what you need. The main room also beautiful, even the ceiling are well designed. You have access to the outside for both cocktail hour and reception, also amazing for your guests. You have the water front to take pics, the gazebo, fountains or the beautiful fire places, so you do not need to worry about that.Food - AMAZING! Literally everyone of our guest raved about the food. Our guests received 5 entrée options, and other venues only offered 3. They worked with us on little tweaks and customization willingly, it was great. Staff - We had Alyssa as our bridal attendant. She was perfection! From meeting us at the limo upon arrival, to literally assisting us with ANYTHING we needed. She was literally blotting my face, and helping me keep my lip gloss on at all times. Like what?!?! Now that I look back, she was such a critical and important part of my day - I can't thank her enough. Vinston was our go to guy. From when we got stuck with us during COVID and answered my crazy emails at 9pm at night, to being our maitre d' the day of. He was funny, kind, understanding and well just got stuff done the way we wanted it to happen. All and all if we had to do this all over again, we would not change a thing! VIP is the way to go.

We are SO happy we chose to have our wedding at VIP Country Club! Our original date of July 11, 2020 had to be moved to May 1, 2021 because of COVID and they were so accommodating while we both navigated the situation blindly. We changed our date without being charged anything additional and we were not held to our original minimum number. VIP totally took the hit COVID brought with it and went above and beyond to put us first throughout the whole process. We worked with Tiffany from the time we booked up until right before the wedding. She answered every phone call and every email and always let us know we were being taken care of. The manager, Tom Esposito guided us during the planning process right before the wedding and everything was so well organized, every detail was covered. The maître d’ Vinston rehearsed with us and made sure everything the day of the wedding went smoothly. The bridal attendant Wendy was there for us all day, making sure we had everything we needed. The work done by Vinston & Wendy truly made our day perfect! The rest of the staff, especially Kim, were so sweet to us all day! And we can’t forgot about the food. Everything was SO GOOD! Our guests were raving about everything from cocktail hour to dinner. Chef Mike knows exactly what he’s doing in that kitchen!! We really cannot say enough good things about VIP. We originally chose VIP because it was easily accessible from New York, could hold the 500 people we initially planned for, is a beautiful space with gorgeous water views, and is staffed by a highly professional team. Our May 2020 wedding date had to be pushed back, and VIP was extremely flexible with rescheduling. Ultimately, we settled on a 19-person wedding in January. The VIP staff did not blink at this huge change in numbers. They were amazingly easy to work with during the planning process, and on wedding day the space and the service was every bit as polished and celebratory as we could have hoped for our original giant wedding. They really did an incredible job of adjusting to last-minute changes and making us feel like royalty. There was just a small day-of hiccup-- the boutonnieres and the veil were kind of forgotten in the heat of the moment, and were just remembered by me (the bride) right before the ceremony, so all was well in the end but it might have been nice if the venue had helped keep those things organized (though I'm still not really sure whose job that is actually supposed to be). All in all, we had a fantastic experience with VIP-- would recommend for a wedding of any size, in any weather!

My ceremony was ruined the maitre d' Vinny messed it up. We requested a microphone and did not receive it. He was unclear on our request and freestyled alot of what was planned. I had to take the rungs during the whole wedding to prevent any further fights with friends and families caused by the confusion. The venue and staff where great but I would have enjoyed my wedding more if certain issues hadn't happened. My wife and I are first responders and during the pandemic what got us through was the idea of getting married. Due to the issues we had our plans went down hill. But the drinks, food, and the bridal attendant where perfect. My guest liked it so thats a plus. Just wish we had no issues.

Words cannot describe what our experience was booking VIP as our venue for our wedding! From the beginning with booking with Tiffany we knew the place was ours the moment we walked back into the car. Everything was phenomenal! Having Vin as our Maitre d and our bridal attendant for the day of everything went without a hiccup! Our families have told us the cocktail hour area was something they have never experienced before and the food from cocktail hour, to the reception, all the way down to the donuts at the dessert bar was phenomenal! If I can give VIP Country Club a 10-star rating, I would. My husband and I booked our wedding date (vow renewal) with Mike a year and a half in advance. From the moment we met with Mike, we felt comfortable and at ease. In planning a wedding, the scariest thing is making sure everything comes together just as you envisioned. Vinny and Lisa along with the other staff members at VIP made the day go with so much ease. Lisa made sure I wasn't missing anything. She made sure I sat to have my warm delicious meal during dinner. Drinks were always served and on our table. She also worked great with our 3 children. They loved her. Vinny made sure everything was going right, he did an amazing job. The food was absolutely delicious. From the cocktail food up until the cake serving, everything was seriously delicious. I find, in my own experience when attending events, the food isn't always delicious. Our guests have texted randomly after the wedding to let us know how perfect everything was. There was always a server available. During the cocktail hour, each dish that was served to our guests was in the bridal suite displayed beautifully and the taste was amazing. Tom was beyond accommodating and made sure each dish we chose was the right one for us and our guests. We absolutely recommend VIP Country Club for all events. For my husband and I , we were so excited when we found out VIP served PEPSI!!! =)

We had our wedding here on 5/18/19 and i can't say enough amazing things. From the food to the staff to all the details, it was the best day of our lives and the staff at VIP country club made this all possible. Trust me - you want to have your wedding here! Our guests are still talking about the food, the amazing views and how much fun they all had!

On April 28 I had my wedding at the VIP Country Club. This venue was absolutely amazing ! The food was above and beyond delicious. Not only because it was my actual wedding but this is the only venue I have been to that I can say the food is top notch . My guests could not stop talking about my cocktail hour . The staff are all so nice . Vince is amazing , super friendly he made sure everything was on point . Now my bridal attendant Alyssa was a true doll. I mean she was by my side the whole time making sure I was ok with everything and anything. She truly was a breath of fresh air . My wedding was a dream come true . I really feel if anybody is looking to get married in the New Rochelle area please visit this place you won’t regret it ! From the minute you walk in you will know ! Thank you so much VIP for making my wedding day so beautiful . Happy wife , happy life !

What a great experience, from start to finish. Putting together a wedding , \"The Perfect Wedding\" is very trying and stressful to begin with , and from the beginning of our process at the VIP, they made it as comfortable and as stress free as it could possibly be. From the begining when Lauren showed us around the VIP and then signing us up, the same day, to working with Tom Esposito, the Banquet Manager, finalizing every little detail and putting together an outragous menu, we got our dream wedding.The staff at the VIP were all complete professionals, especially Vinny, our Maitre'd . He made sure everything went like clock work on our day, from the ceremony , cocktail hour, dinner and Viennese Hr, he made sure all of our guests were enjoying themselves and our needs were accommodated, and I cannot thank him enough. The Food : The food at our wedding was outstanding, from the cocktail hour thru to the main course and then to the Viennese Hour. My guests are still raving about ALL OF THE FOOD and especially how delicious it all was, Great food selections, one better than the other. Last but not least , Alyssa. She was our bridal attendant. If I could give 10 stars to her, she would get it. A true professional and absolute sweetheart .She was on point all day , right there to help with anything and everything(including her and Vinny glueing my shoes soles back on ) and making sure we had no needs or wants. She handled everything . She made sure our day was perfect. The Bridal Suite was meticulously taken care of , always made sure we had food, water, liquor, helping maintain my wife's dress through out the day and always right there to help out with anything. She is a pro at what she does, and I made it a point to tell everyone there how awesome she is. So , If you want a day that you will remember forever, a staff that will deliver your dream wedding , and food fit for royalty... VIP. Is the place. Thank you guys again for all you have done for us, and most importantly delivering one hell of a wedding!!

Everyone can't stop talking about the wedding and service! AMAZING! In the beginning when we were nailing down contract stuff it seemed too easy like we were forgetting things. But come the time before the wedding, they nailed down everything! They customized our cake beautifully and allowed me to add some of my own decor and they set everything up just the way I wanted! Ceremony room with the fireplace was so intimate and amazing---then the cocktail hour was like a classy bar with AMAZING food---and then the reception room everyone danced the night away! Venue looks STUNNING---very romantic looking. And the Maitre De- Michael- and Bridal attendent- Brianna- were OVER THE TOP PHENOMENAL! They got all our ducks in a row and bent over backwards to make it the perfect night! I was so busy talking with people that my bridal attending saved me tons of food and was so sweet and thoughtful! Everyone is still calling to rave about the wedding that was 2 weeks ago! BOOK THIS VENUE-- you will not be disappointed. <3
