Wagner's of Westlake is a renowned wedding venue located in Westlake, OH. For over 50 years, our specialist team has been helping families create lifelong memories. Here, amidst classic elegance, you can mark your love story in style with the help and expertise of a seasoned hospitality team. Since 1965, the dedicated staff at Wagner's of Westlake has provided couples with exceptional catering services and event management. This venue is home to five beautiful ballrooms that feature distinctive decor and layouts, with a capacity for up to 250 people. Each event space consists of a private bar, a large dance floor, and ambient lighting. The ballrooms boast minimal interiors and neutral color schemes, allowing each couple to decorate the space according to their theme and tastes. You can host a large reception or an intimate micro wedding in the room of your choice. The Grand and East Ballrooms have warming fireplaces, while the South and West Ballrooms open onto private outdoor patios. The North Ballroom is ideal for more intimate gatherings. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Wagner's on 10/01/2022. Shaiann and her team were Amazing. She was responsive to all emails throughout the whole process and very accommodating. I did not need to hire a wedding coordinator, because they were there every step of the way. We were able to go in the day before the ceremony to decorate and come in the next business day to pick up our stuff, so we did not feel rushed to leave what so ever! Also, the food was amazing and in house. Everything was what I wanted and imagined and all for an amazing price. I highly recommend this venue for whatever you need.

Hosted my bridal shower and could not be more pleased. The initial meeting was very comfortable- this is all new to me so I was ver nervous going in. Shaiann made me and my mother feel right at home. The food was amazing and the staff was kind.

From inquiring information to the end of our reception, working with Shaiann and her team was amazing. Shaiann and her team made everything so easy for us. They were very responsive and communicated well through it all. Everyone was so attentive to details and very flexible!The bridal suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The set up for the ceremony and reception was perfect! The staff made sure to fill and replenish cookies and cake for our cookie table. Perfect place for a wedding in the West-Cleveland area! We did both our ceremony and banquet here, and were very happy with everything - the service, the food, the location, and the pricing. Shaiann was super friendly, helpful, and responsive in helping us plan everything remotely (since we live quite far away). Service the day of was also very attentive and helpful (fixing our cake topper after a small piece broke off!), and everyone enjoyed the buffet food. Pricing with the various packages made that part very simple & transparent, but we still had plenty of flexibility for special requests. Can only recommend

Wagner’s of Westlake did a fantastic job working with us to ensure my husband and I had the best day ever! Shaiann and Michelle were so very helpful. They matched and ordered my unique spa blue accent color with beautiful napkins without charge. We were most impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, and their prompt communication whenever any questions or concerns arose (as there were many with the ever changing COVID19 pandemic). See some various details/descriptions below; INITIAL VISIT/ FIRST IMPRESSION: When we asked numbers/specific dates/prices and quotes, Shaiann answered all of our questions and was the most prepared out of ANY venue we visited in August of 2020 (which was filled with a lot of uncertainty with the COVID pandemic). She also spoke with great positivity as well as problem solving strategies/ options rather than complaining about the pandemic which was a theme we ran into a lot with other event coordinators at surrounding venues - which was such a downer as we were trying to envision our big day! So we were so thankful for Shaiann. STAFF: Shaiann, Michelle, and their staff helped with our center piece set up as well as ensuring that the Pittsburgh Cookie table/Cupcake display was filled and replenished throughout our reception. They allowed guests to bring cookies the night prior and stored the cookies at the venue which was very helpful since most of my guests were traveling from out of state. They were at the venue the morning of the wedding to allow my vendors to come and set up as needed. Furthermore, we were able to come in earlier in the week for set up which relieved a lot of my bride stress. Also, they accommodated with extending our reception time the day of the wedding as my husband and I realized we did not want the night to end!BRiDAL SUITE: Their bridal suite was absolutely beautiful and was large enough for all of my bridesmaids to be able to retouch their makeup, hair, dance, and help me with any touch ups/bussel needs before our grand entrance! BAR SERVICE: fast, efficient and very friendly! Guests were impressed and very much appreciative. WAIT/SERVING STAFF: With COVID19 restrictions the buffet was served by the wait staff and they did a fantastic job.LOCATION: Great location on the west side of Cleveland, nearby hotels and Crocker Park close by for out of town guests who stayed for the entire weekend. VERY AFFORDABLE & INCLUDES EVERYTHING + no holiday weekend uncharge!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We truly enjoyed having our special day at Wagner's. The staff was so accommodating, always there for questions and to ease nerves, and very professional but personable. Our day truly could not have gone any smoother. The room we chose was able to be transformed into our boho dream wedding venue with our decor. Shaiann was absolutely wonderful. From the first meeting to show us around the building to our final walk through she was phenomenal. The day of the wedding I had a few things that still needed to be taken care of and when I asked Shaiann about theses things she had already taken care of it. She anticipated our every need. She even thought of things that I forgot about and took care of it. The entire staff at Wagner’s of Westlake were helpful and personable. They truly helped us enjoy every minute of our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better staff and venue to work with. They were amazing from start to finish!

We have been to quite a few things at Wagner's over the years. But having our daughter's wedding reception there this weekend during these unique and unusual times proved to be an amazing time. Shaiann and the folks there were incredible to have as a partner through this. Adapting as needed. Advice and guidance when asked. We could not have asked for a better venue and team for our only daughter's special day. We will sing their praises to sny willing to listen. Ee HIGHLY suggest them for any event you are considering.

We set off to pull together a wedding in less than a month’s time. I couldn’t be happier with our choice to visit Wagner’s. I read several great reviews, and plenty of good commentary regarding Shaiann, the event coordinator. We happily echo all of those compliments! The venue was beautiful; the food was great; service was positive; and Shaiann was beyond helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We chose Wagner's for our daughter's wedding reception and are so happy we did! Our Event Coordinators, Susan and Shaiann, made the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable. During the months leading up to the actual wedding day, any and all questions and/or worries were quickly addressed by Shaiann. Everything was flawless on the night of the reception. Thank you to all the staff at Wagner's for making our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day so special! Bottom line....go see the rest, but come to the BEST!

Choosing Wagner's of Westlake was the BEST decision we made while planning our wedding. Shaiann was amazing to work with and the entire staff there was so professional it made my life as a bride so much easier. Working with Wagner's actually removed stress from the wedding planning experience. They've seen it all and done it all before, and we, their clients, benefit from that vast amount of experience. Also, their communication is excellent (Shaiann always replied to my e-mails or phone messages promptly) and every question I had was answered immediately and never with a \"let me check...\". My wedding reception was exactly the way I'd pictured it in my head, and Wagner's gets 90% of the credit for that (my guests get the other 10%). Seriously, they are amazing - go see for yourself.

This vendor is great! Shaiann helped us with everything, and worked with us with our special requests. She helped me surprise my groom by wheeling in the grand piano. She let us store cupcakes there in advance. She let me mail centerpieces there and she put them together for me. You do not need a wedding planner if you go with Wagner's. Best of all-- their service is great and they are super affordable.

She went way out of her way to help us plan, decorate and execute our wedding and reception.....Everything turned out perfect.... From our heavenly Wedding Chapel to our Roomy and very modern reception room and outdoor patio...... even the smallest little details such as needing some batteries for lights was taken care by Shianne... We had our ceremony there that was set up like a chapel and was beautiful . Our reception was in the west room with the patio. The food was great everyone enjoyed themselves. She was great beforehand helping iron our the last minute details and answering the many questions I had as a first-time bride trying to get it all right. Her team went the extra mile to make the day special from allowing us to put our bouquets and centerpieces together there the day before to storing the fresh flower centerpieces for us overnight in their cooler. She also helped us better understand the process and worked well with our wedding coordinator and DJ. We're grateful to her for making the day a success!

We cannot thank Wagner's enough for our amazing wedding reception! Our initial tour was great and all the communication between the booking and the event was organized and very helpful. There are 4 ballrooms to choose from and the actual place is a great combination of high-quality class and beauty, and reasonable common-sense pricing. Of all the places I researched and toured in the area, Wagner's really was the best. On the wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing, a small glitch completely on our end was taken care of swiftly and perfectly. The food was ready on time, plentiful, and delicious! They were even able to accommodate our vegetarian guests with an excellent alternative. After all the compliments we recieved on the food and venue and after our experiences with Mary in the office, we will wholeheartedly reccomend Wagners to anyone interested in hosting a major event. They made us feel so welcome, communication back and forth was very prompt, and any questions I had were answered to the fullest with pricing, bar packages, etc.The food during our reception was prompt, delicious, and hot! They even stuck around for the beginning of my reception to make sure I was happy with everything. They were available for any of my questions and never seemed impatient or annoyed with my silly questions. Even their staff that worked the reception were super nice and accommodating. I would recommend this venue over any! It was stress free and the room was beautiful! The food was also delicious. My vendors had an easy time setting up as well. My maid of honor won Wagner’s bridal show prize, but since I had my venue booked already they were kind enough to throw me a bridal shower. They were super nice and easy to communicate with any questions we had. The day of the shower everything was perfect. They did the napkins in rose form and the food was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better day. I highly recommend them for any bridal event.

The location was perfect and easy to find, the ballrooms are stunning, the staff was very timely with answering questions and helpful with working within a budget and modifying and adding menu items. They were not pushy with up selling and had the bride and grooms best interest in mind when offering suggestions. Mary even let us practice our first dance in our ballroom, I don't know many places that would allow that (for free). I wish more friends were getting married or needed a venue for parties because I cannot recommend them enough- everything was perfect and gorgeous!

We had a wonderful reception at Wagner's! We only had a few months to plan and they were very accommodating. The ladies that we worked with were very gracious and helpful. They gave us plenty of leave to view the room whenever we needed to and come in the day before to set up! Day of came and attention to detail was flawless. They were on hand personally to make sure everything went smoothly. The food was fantastic, I highly recommend the filet. Everyone had more than enough to eat and drink. ( The kids thought the Shirley Temples were a blast! ) We used one of the ballrooms and it worked perfectly for about 100 people. (Set up to dance, eat and Mingle) The fireplace and bar Reception Area were beautiful for the cocktail reception. (Spend the extra few bucks for the apps, they went over big). My grandma is 95 and the bathrooms were easy for her to use and get to. All 6 of my bridesmaids and myself were able to spruce up in the adjoining pamper room. I would definitely and already have recommended Wagner's for any type of reception be it a wedding or party. They worked within our budget and we were not disappointed! Our Ballroom came pre-lit with some beautiful twinkle lights and decorative sash work around the chandeliers. It gave the perfect touch to our night. Susan and Mary were wonderful, the chef even was available to go over dietary restrictions and details of his menu. ( We had vegans and celiac allergies) I did not expect all the extra touches that came with Wagner's, but we definitely enjoyed them. Thank you Wagner's for making our wedding reception wonderful! Wagners of Westlake was absolutely amazing. The venue was beautiful and the staff was impeccable! Mary was wonderful from the start of my planning process to the very end. The day of my wedding Mary made sure all of the details were in place, fixed my dress before going down the aisle and she was always readily available if needed without being intrusive. The food was amazing. Every guest complimented the food stating it was the “best they ever had”. The entire staff was 100% on point through every process. I was complimented on my decor and they made me feel like I was the best and most beautiful bride that ever walked through their doors! I would recommend Wagners of Westlake a million times over! Words cannot completely explain how truly great they are or how appreciative of them I am!

Wagner's was a great place for our wedding reception! We chose the all-inclusive sit down dinner option, and were so glad we did. Every item was prepared perfectly, we had multiple guests raving about how it was the best filet they ever had. The overall service was exceptional. Every step of the way, Susan and Mary offered great suggestions and were accommodating to all of our needs. From last minute seating changes to \"calming the bride down\" due to unexpected gaffes with the DJ company, they went above and beyond to make sure the reception went off smoothly. One highlight was that my maid of honor and I decorated the outdoor patio area with lights and a light tree, and Wagner's went ahead and put out cocktail tables with linen that matched our reception colors to make the area more welcoming. This was a surprise (no-charge!!) extra that Susan and Mary did on their own - it was a wonderful addition that I never would have thought of. We enjoyed our experience at Wagner's so much, my husband and I continually joke about wanting to do it again in a few years!

I was married at Wagners on 5/20/17. We had our ceremony in one ballroom and our reception in the ballroom across the hall, our bridal party and our guest loved the convenience of everything being at one location. I would like to note that because this is a venue where multiple events can occur at once we were a bit hesitant at first but I must say had we not known a prom was going on in the other ballrooms the night of our wedding we wouldn't have known. The facility did a good job at separating the building into essentially 2 parts for the prom and my wedding that evening. Also, so many of our guests told us the food, both appetizers and dinner, was some of the best wedding food they had ever had.

Wagner's of Westlake was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the first time we stepped through the doors, their professionalism was astounding. Susan was wonderful showing us the ballrooms and discussing our options with us. We knew after our first meeting with Susan that we had found our venue. We scheduled another visit with our parents to get their input as well, and Susan and staff were helpful as always answering their questions. The event coordinators were only a call or email away, and they were always happy to answer our questions with their years of knowledge and experience. As our big day came near, we discovered that we would not be available to set our hall the night before, but as always, Susan reassured us that they would be able to set the hall for us for the day of our dreams. We had a meeting to share our vision and centerpieces with the staff, and we were not disappointed. Walking into the Grand Ballroom the day of our wedding was just as I had envisioned. Everything was perfect, the food was fantastic, and the night went perfectly smooth. We can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The experience ,and professionalism of all at Wagners is unbeatable, and we would happily hold another event at this venue.

Susan at Wagner's was a godsend!! Our initial venue double booked our day and we were left without a venue at about 60 days out- talk about panicking!! So while gathering together what was left of our day, I started looking for another venue. I ran across Wagner's and always remembered them from my sister's high school awards ceremonies and thought hey this might work.... We ended up calling and making an appointment just to go over pricing and my mother and I were so happy with the package and quote we negotiated -we ended up booking the day and leaving a deposit. They worked with us through all of the details and offered great ideas when were just stuck and a little burned out. Weddings are tough!!So Let's forward to the big day- We decided to exchange our vows there as well so as not to make it confusing for our guests having to drive to one place first then another. The ballroom turned out amazing!! perfect venue for our group and a great place to exchange vows, we had more than enough room so it was perfect. Susan was nothing short of a miracle that day helping us get through with our precession, making sure no one interrupted our ceremony and getting us through to the cocktail and app hour Whew!! we made it :) The food on the buffet was absolutely spectacular and going with the chef carved prime rib gave it that extra something we were looking for. Trust me, you cant go wrong with it. After the dinner service, they quickly and quietly tore down the buffet and moved us seamlessly into the next phase- the party!! The its ok we got through it with no major disasters and let your hair down part of the night and it was just perfect!! I cant thank Susan or the staff enough for all of their help and in rescuing our special day they went above and beyond what was expected. So thank you Susan and Wagner's for making our day wonderful for both us and our guests!!!

Wagners venue was perfect for our wedding reception. They were very affordable, flexible and accommodating all the way up to my wedding day and through the reception. Even though the wedding party was running late to arrive to the reception and they had another event to serve, they still managed to get the food out quickly once we arrived. The bartender was GREAT! My guests said nothing but good things about the bartender and the venue. Everyone had a great time and the food was delicious. I do wish that the lights were able to be dimmed more in the ballroom while guests were dancing - I'm not sure if the lights were unable to be dimmed or if they forgot to dim them. However the lighting didn't seem to stop people from having fun. I highly recommend Wagners!! I looked at a good amount of venues before choosing a place and Wagners definitely seemed the most professional and accommading in the area. The staff is also very nice and easy to work with.

Wagner's of Westlake was the first and only venue we ever looked at. My husband's parents had their wedding reception at Wagner's and raved about how wonderful it was which is why we decided to go check it our for ourselves. We walked into the grand ballroom and lost our breaths. It was more beautiful than we could ever have dreamed of. Mary Crawford, along with the rest of the wonderful staff members, went above and beyond to accommodate our wedding. Each and every question we had was promptly answered. We were able to come into the hall early to set up our decor and centerpieces 3 days before the wedding since there was not an event in the grand ballroom. This was very helpful. Mary was there for us answering our questions, and she even helped us drape the shears on our cake table!! Talk about being there for your customers!! Wagner's food was out of this world. We had a buffet dinner with prime rib carving station, chicken marsala, penne pasta with vegetables, roasted potatoes, ambrosia, side salads, and green beans with almonds. The guests marveled at the food along with us! The appetizers, and late night bites were also delectable. Thank you for everything. We are so thrilled to have had our wedding at Wagner's of Westlake and will forever highly recommend this company to everyone that we know!

Where do I even begin? The staff at Wagner's is nothing shy of amazing. Rooms were very clean, organized and gorgeous. They did not treat us as if we were a couple that needed a wedding venue, they treated us like family and made us feel very special on our special day. Being a business professional myself, you cannot put a price on this type of quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. There were many things that we were not prepared for that they assisted us with. We will be going to Wagner's for all of our events in the future. Susan, Mary, and Nancy all went out of their way to make sure everything would be perfect the night of the wedding. We received so many compliments on the venue, especially the food! I can't think of anything negative mention about the room we were in or staff that served us. The only trouble we ran into was due to an issue nobody could have helped. While the issue forced a room change a couple of weeks before our big day, and could have easily turned into a horror story, the ladies at Wagner's saved the day by offering a larger room and a couple of other perks at no charge. I can only hope that one day one of our many friends decides to get married at Wagner's so we can enjoy the whole place again. I would totally recommend Wagner's of Westlake to ANYONE getting married in Ohio. My wife and I live in Akron and it was well worth the hour drive North for our wedding.

I had my ceremony and reception at Wagner's and it was the absolute best choice. Susan and Mary were so great and so helpful throughout the entire process. There was a snafu about two weeks before my wedding date where the ballroom we chose had some ceiling damage and we had to change rooms, but they upgraded up to a much larger room than we'd had originally and even threw in champagne free of charge!Throughout the entire evening Susan was so nice to all of my guests and helped to make sure that everyone was having a good time. I don't think I worried about a single thing the entire day because Susan had it all under control. ALL of their ballrooms are beautiful. My ceremony was in the East ballroom (I'm still swooning over how much I love that room) and reception was in the South (originally the reception was in the West, but it was changed last minute). I could not recommend Wagner's highly enough. So professional and such a beautiful location, and a thousand times more affordable than anywhere else I looked.They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. As far as my food and venue went, it was literally the least stressful part of my wedding all thanks to them. THIS is the place to have your wedding!

There was a snafu about two weeks before my wedding date where the ballroom we chose had some ceiling damage and we had to change rooms, but they upgraded up to a much larger room than we'd had originally and even threw in champagne free of charge!Throughout the entire evening Susan was so nice to all of my guests and helped to make sure that everyone was having a good time. I don't think I worried about a single thing the entire day because Susan had it all under control. ALL of their ballrooms are beautiful. My ceremony was in the East ballroom (I'm still swooning over how much I love that room) and reception was in the South (originally the reception was in the West, but it was changed last minute). I could not recommend Wagner's highly enough. So professional and such a beautiful location, and a thousand times more affordable than anywhere else I looked.They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. As far as my food and venue went, it was literally the least stressful part of my wedding all thanks to them. THIS is the place to have your wedding!

We ultimately decided to hod our daughter's wedding and reception in the South Ballroom.We scheduled the event for June 25, 2016. Mary Crawford was our primary contact and through out the whole process she was more than helpful. When it came to deciding what to have for dinner as well as holding the ceremony at the hall, Mary made some suggestions which we found to be a great addition to the event.We also requested a tasting of the food we wanted to select and they were more than accommodating. The food was great and solidified our choice.As the time grew near the staff kept us on track by reminding us of decisions that needed to be made and deadlines that were approaching.The day of the wedding I, as the father of the bride, was very nervous and the entire staff must have sensed this. They kept checking on me making sure that I was OK and that every thing was progressing to our liking. We had selected the chicken Marsala. We also had two special meals. One for a vegetarian and one for the mother of the groom. There was no problem in fulfilling the request. In addition, while dinner was being served one of the guests requested the chicken be served with no sauce and that request was granted without any problems.Overall I can say that my experience with Wagner's far exceeded my expectations. I can not say enough about how well the staff treated everyone of my guests. I would book another event there without hesitation and I HIGHLY recommend Wagner's to any one thinking about good quality and experienced staff.It is no wonder that Wagner's has won awards from The Knot.

We chose the Grand Ballroom for our event and it was absolute perfection. Mary and Susan were so helpful leading up to the big day as well as the day of. The day of, I did not have to worry about a single thing! The room was absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious! (I am still getting rave reviews from friends and family) Everyone was so accommodating in making sure that everything was as wonderful and stress-free as possible...and it was! I highly recommend them! It was truly just perfect!

Booking was a breeze. We decided right away to do it here. The selection of food is overwhelming, being that there is so much to choose from. The food was amazing and the quality was too. The staff who waited on us was the best of the best and was my favorite of all. They overworked and did a fantastic job. The elegance that Wagner's displays is top shelf. I had a different venue do the up lighting and the centerpieces etc. There is an abundance of parking here and it is well secure and lit up. The price.... Well we were informed the very first day that there is no charge since they are hosting the food in regards to hall rental. BUT, there was a service charge of almost 500.00 added to the bill.. 18 % service charge. So that IS actually paying for being there.I felt like it was a good choice, regardless of the fee. They monitor the decorating too. When I got the room early, which was very convenient, someone was always checking on me. I felt a little pressure. This is about our life and our future and the money and planning and the memories we were building. Wagner's was a part of that, so this review is about honesty, as all reviews I have submitted are the same. I SAY IT LIKE IT IS. I would definitely hope people who are getting married do consider Wagner's. We were glad we did.

When we starting looking at venues to hold our reception, we instantly fell in love with Wagner's decor and variety of rooms. At Wagner's you have so many options that you can truly make your reception your own unique event. Susan and Mary were great to work with and both addressed any and all of our concerns. They were very responsive to our questions and resolved any concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. The intimate venue was reasonably priced and there was great attention to detail. The food was amazing and we received many compliments from our guests on both the quality and portion of the food as well as the beautifully decorated room. Both rented rooms were elegantly decorated & the food, alcohol & customer service was beyond exceptional ... couldn't have been a better event for all that attended.\rWagner's Mary Crawford was very attentive & accommodating to all of our requests & she also did all of our flowers which were over-the-top beautiful. The wedding ceremony & reception was an absolute success ... don't go anywhere else except Wagner's for world-class service & entertainment events ... they're simply the very best around!!! The days leading up to the wedding were some of the most stressful, but in speaking with Nancy and Mary, I was reassured that everything would be wonderful. The night of the reception we had one hiccup, I forgot the place cards with people's meal options on them. Nancy immediately sprung into action to correct the issue and everyone was served timely. My overall experience with Wagners of Westlake was amazing and if I ever get married again (let's pray this one last forever lol) I wouldn't hesitate to do it there.

The ballroom looked great on the day of the reception, and we got great reviews about the food. We would definitely recommend Wagner's to anyone looking for an affordable, quality wedding reception.

We were extremely happy with Wagner's of Westlake for my daughter's wedding. They were so helpful before the wedding with questions we had or decisions to be made. The venue itself was so clean and orderly and beautifully decorated. The staff was so professional, yet made us feel like family. We worked with Mary Crawford, one of the event planners and she was so knowledgeable about the business and had so many great ideas and suggestions. She even made the flowers for the bridal party and they turned out absolutely gorgeous and matched the colors perfectly of my daughter's color theme. So many of our guests there on the night of the wedding said how great and delicious the food was and the wait staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our overall impression was wonderful and we would recommend this venue to any bride and groom deciding where to have their special reception. We were pleased with every aspect of this venue and its staff. We will definitely use this venue again with any special events in our future.

Our wedding was amazing, thanks to Wagner's. Mary was wonderful to work with. From getting us a bigger room, to making our flowers, to being at the reception all night for anything we needed was just wonderful. She was always helpful from any questions I had to making sure the room was set up just like I wanted. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help with our big day. Wedding planning can be so stressful. I was hesitant of a reception hall with more than one room, but after months of searching I decided to give Wagner's a look. Boy am I glad I did! I emailed them to let them know I was interested and Susan replied right away with information and appointment availability. I got out of work early one day and asked if she was available and she said to stop on by! After meeting with Susan and hearing about their great packages I knew I was at the right place! \rOther reception halls may charge you additional fees for things like cutting and boxing your cake, skirting your tables, security, bar tenders, etc. But not at Wagner's! Susan spent the time creating multiple package options displaying the total amounts (including sales tax and gratuity) so there would be no surprises also allowing me to compare options with my family at home. My parents were so pleased with the service and friendliness at Wagner's of Westlake, and with their prices!!\rWorking full time during the week and trying to meet with wedding vendors can prove difficult and stressful. I was impressed with how flexible Mary (another helpful coordinator at Wagner's) and Susan both were with arranging meetings to fit around my schedule. I could call them or email them anytime with questions(which I did constantly!) and they would respond quickly, most times immediately! \rDid I mention the food? We had a buffet style with a prime rib station. It was amazing! Everyone raved about how excellent their food was!\rMany of my guests have told me how that was one of the best receptions they have ever been to! \rI cannot stress how wonderful my experience with Mary, Susan, and the team at Wagner's was. They did an exceptional job with providing warm and friendly service. Mary and Susan were beyond helpful and insightful. They always answered any questions I had always made me feel welcome and at ease. Their one on one interactions and genuine care and commitment to making your day special are beyond compare! \rI am actually sad that the reception is over. I am going to truly miss stopping in and seeing Mary and Susan; asking them questions, going in to my room, and dreaming of our perfect reception.\rDon't add any unnecessary stress to wedding planning. Stop by Wagner's and experience it for yourself!

Wagners of Westlake really does stand for W.O.W! My new husband and I had a great experience working with Wagners. Susan and Mary worked so well with us! They made me feel like my day was the most important day to them. The comfort I felt working with them right from the beginning is unexplainable! They are kind, caring, understanding and most of all true to their word. From day 1 until our wedding day their customer service was outstanding! Food was great! The room and lighting was great! From the minute that I walked into Wagner's I felt immediately comfortable. Susan was a huge help to me as well as my mother. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and made her self openly available. Of all of the wedding venues i looked at in the area Wagner's really made me feel as though my opinion mattered and Susan did everything to make my day Amazing. Wagner's made sure we were able to set up our room the day before to relieve wedding day stress. The bar selection was minimal, however, if there is something you fancy, you can order it at normal store prices. Plenty of parking! Excellent choice!

Susan, Mary, and all the girls were just wonderful!\rFrom helping me to remember to include vegetarian plates,to getting me a frozen drink machine! They were great!! I guess there was a problem with a couple of our guests that evening, we never knew a thing about it! They took care of the problem without getting us involved, they wanted to be sure our night was perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! It was perfect! The food was amazing, all of our guest were so impressed with the late night bites! I just can't say enough! If you want to feel like you have family taking care of your event...Wagner's of Westlake is your place!!
